ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At present, in the technical field of formwork systems, especially those used for the construction of pillars or columns, there is a plurality of techniques and elements that are widely used and known in the middle, where these systems are based on a series of panels that connect to each other and allow the construction of said pillars.
However, when building pillars or columns of square or rectangular shape, everything depends on the width that the pillar will have, which can be in a measure from 15 cm to 60 cm or more in some cases, where it is very usual that in the same construction pillars with different sizes and different shapes (square or rectangular) are required, which leads to a plurality of panels of different sizes and widths, in order to attach them and obtain the formwork that will result in the desired pillar.
In this sense, it is clear that this becomes a tedious and unwanted task, since in a construction site it is necessary to have different sizes of panels that must be grouped according to their width measurement, but in some cases they can There are confusions that lead to the construction of pillars or columns of sizes that are not the desired ones, which corresponds to an unnecessary expense.
Thus, in the state of the art there is a plurality of disclosures related to formwork forms, which include document TW 200912104 which refers to a modular formwork system composed of a set of formwork units that are they connect to an adjustable horizontal support in curvature and a vertical support, where the basic formwork unit consists of a sheet of plastic surface panel and a plurality of small supports with a linear shape, where each small support is mounted at intervals on the panel parallel plastic. Thus, with the application of this system, two formwork can be assembled dimensional adjustable in the flat direction of the vertical support, in accordance with the required curve of structural curvature, to empty concrete. Additionally, when light permeable panels are used, it can be treated at the concrete moment incompletely tampled during grout construction, in order to improve the quality of the structure and reduce the hours of work required for the treatment of surface layer after formwork It is removed.
On the other hand, there is document US 2013284883 that discloses a spaced connector used to assemble formwork and made of at least one cross piece, where the cross piece is connected, at both of its opposite ends, with at least one respective portion of connection that also includes at least one perspiration duct having two end openings, where each of the end openings leads to a respective connection portion. This document also discloses the formwork system that includes spaced connectors.
However, another disclosure related to the technical field of the present invention is found in WO 2014033333 which teaches a formwork system comprising modular panels that are fixed in correspondence with the floor and ceiling of the structure, which enter in contact with the adjacent vertical edges of the adjacent panels. Likewise, the system also incorporates upper and lower guide profiles, fixed respectively to the ceiling and floor.
Finally, patent application WO 2014091377 is also directly related to the invention, since it discloses a modular panel to produce disposable formwork for the construction of concrete walls, where the opposite vertical surfaces between which the external part is defined formwork they are formed by respective pluralities of said panels coupled in superimposed rows, wherein the panel is capable of connecting with another adjacent panel of the same vertical surface that delimits the external part of the formwork. The system also has a rod or internal joint element that allows joining or fastening the opposite panels to define the walls of the formwork, where the concrete will be emptied.
In accordance with the above, it is clear that in the state of the art there is a need to design and implement a formwork that is modular based on a universal form that can be assembled with other common elements in the technical field and thus, to obtain different sizes of pillars or columns of square or rectangular shape, without the need for a plurality of panels of different sizes, but with a single universal element these dimensions are achieved, where it is also necessary that the modular formwork is resistant, versatile, has a finished according to the phenolic surface and also that it is compatible with existing universal panels.

DESCRIPCION DETALLADA DE LA INVENCION DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention corresponds to a universal modular panel (1) used for formwork systems for the construction of pillars or columns that are substantially rectangular or square in shape, wherein said panel (1) is characterized in that it is composed of the following elements and / or parts:
• Un marco o estructura externa (1 1 ) la cual rodea todo el contorno del panel (1 ) y da resistencia al mismo; • An external frame or structure (1 1) which surrounds the entire outline of the panel (1) and gives resistance to it;
• Unos soportes horizontales (12) que se disponen de forma espaciada a lo largo de la altura del panel modular (1 ); • Horizontal supports (12) that are arranged spaced along the height of the modular panel (1);
• Una superficie de acabado (13) que define la altura del panel (1 ), la cual se une directamente al marco o estructura (1 1 ) y coincide en forma con ésta; • A finishing surface (13) that defines the height of the panel (1), which joins directly to the frame or structure (1 1) and coincides with it;
• Unos agujeros (14) que se ubican directamente a través de la superficie de acabado (13) y un soporte horizontal (12); • Holes (14) that are located directly through the finishing surface (13) and a horizontal support (12);
• Unos soportes verticales (15) que unen el primer y el último soporte horizontal (12) con la parte superior y la parte inferior del marco o estructura (1 1 ), respectivamente; y • Vertical supports (15) that join the first and the last horizontal support (12) with the top and bottom of the frame or structure (1 1), respectively; Y
• A plurality of additional horizontal supports (16) that are arranged between the horizontal supports (12) in order to provide greater rigidity and resistance to the panel (1). Thus, the modular panel (1) of the present invention has a rigid and resistant structure, thanks to the arrangement of the external frame or structure (1 1) that surrounds the entire structure and is an element made of high strength reinforced steel , which has a thickness that is in the range of 15 to 140 cm, which allows to have a structure thick enough to resist handling manually or with a crane.
However, this frame or external structure (1 1) has a plurality of holes (1 1 1) that are arranged along its length on the longer sides, that is on the sides that form the height of the panel ( 1), where the position of said holes (1 1 1) coincides with the position of the horizontal supports (12) in order to allow two panels (1) to be joined together, as will be indicated later with greater detail, to form a formwork for the construction of pillars or columns.
On the other hand, the horizontal supports (12) arranged along the entire length of the panel (1) correspond to an element formed by three walls, two lateral and one rear, where the rear wall is flat in order to coincide with the finishing surface (13), where this rear wall is the one that is pierced by the holes (14), as indicated above.
Thus, the holes (14) that cross the surface (13) and the horizontal supports (12) are arranged across the width of the panel (1) and more specifically of the rear surface of the horizontal support (12), where said holes (14) are spaced apart, preferably in spaces of 5 cm, in order to allow the assembly of panels (1) and obtain a pillar or column whose measure is variable and can increase according to the distance between holes (14) . Likewise, the finishing surface (13) corresponds to a plate or sheet that coincides in its periphery with the external frame (1 1) and is attached to it by means of any conventional method of joining known elements, where this surface (13 ) corresponds to a phenolic surface, which has the advantage that gives a finish to the constructed pillar that is the desired one, as shown in Figure 3.
Now, in order to be able to provide improved strength and rigidity to the panel (1), it has a series of vertical supports (15) and additional horizontal supports (16), where the vertical supports (15) are arranged in the upper part and in the lower part of the panel (1), in order to create a structure and join the first horizontal support (12), that is, the one located in the upper part, with the upper side of the external frame (15), and joining the last horizontal support (12), that is, the one located in the lower part, with the lower side of the external frame (15), as shown in Figure 2.
Likewise, the additional supports (16) can be present in any suitable number and are arranged between two horizontal supports (12) along the height of the modular panel (1), where these additional horizontal supports (16) are joined directly to the lateral edges of the frame (1 1), that is to say the longest ones that are arranged vertically, and fulfill the function of creating a rigid and resistant structure.
Ensamble de varios paneles modulares (1) Assembly of several modular panels (1)
In order to form a formwork for the construction of pillars or columns, it is it is necessary to make the union of several modular panels (1), where these panels (1) are joined forming an angle of 90 Q between two of them, in order that by joining four of these panels (1) a square shape is obtained or rectangular, as shown in figure 1.
This joining of panels (1) is carried out by arranging and locating the finishing surface (13) of a panel (1) by its external side directly in contact and against the external frame (15) of the next panel (1), forming the right angle mentioned above.
This arrangement of elements is made in order to allow the panels (1) to join together when passing through a universal stud (2) which is passed through the holes (1 1 1) of the external frame (1 1) of the modular panel (1) and is received through one of the holes (14) that are in the surface (14) and the horizontal supports (12).
(3) is inserted into said stud (2) to aid its closure and is placed against the outer face of the horizontal supports (12) of the modular panel (1) to help secure the panels (1) that join together, where this plate (3) basically corresponds to a washer that protects the surface (13) and ensures that all the joining force between panels (1) is transmitted directly to the horizontal panels (12) which are elements made of a high material resistance.
Finalmente, estos elementos (espárrago (2) y placa (3)) se unen por medio de una tuercaFinally, these elements (stud (2) and plate (3)) are joined by means of a nut
(4) which is screwed directly into the stud (2) and when adjusted tightly, is directly against the plate (3), which allows this nut (4) not come into direct contact with the horizontal support (12) or with the surface (13) to avoid damaging these elements when adjusting the joint.
