本发明涉及开关技术领域。
背景技术
现有设备的很多操作需要使用到薄型开关作为输入手段,薄型开关好坏决定了输入设备的体验,需要保证良好的手感和使用寿命。现有采用金属片作为动触片的薄型开关因为开关内部空间的限制,金属片的弹力相对不足,影响了按键手感与寿命。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明需要解决的问题是提供一种结构简洁、便于制作的薄型开关。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种薄型开关,包括按柄、底座、上盖、环形弹片和弹簧,所述底座中部设有一导柱,弹簧套于导柱上,按柄安装到套接有弹簧的导柱上,环形弹片套接于按柄外部,一侧与底座固定;底座上对应环形弹片弹脚下方设置固定端子;上盖扣合于底座上将环形弹片覆盖于其内,上盖中部为通孔,按柄上部由通孔穿出供按压,所述上盖内环形弹片下方设有弹线,弹线一端固定于底座上,另一端位于按柄侧壁,对应的按柄侧壁设有突台、导引斜面,按柄下压时带动环形弹片弹脚下行接触底座上的固定端子实现开关导通;同时也通过突台带动弹线下行,下压到一定行程时,弹线脱离按柄沿导引斜面向上回弹,击打到弹片上发出声音。
优选的,所述环形弹片包括套接于按柄外的环形安装部和设有环形安装部外围的两个弹脚以及第一端子安装部,所述第一端子安装部从环形安装部上与弹脚相对的一边向下伸出于底座供外部线路连接。
优选的,所述固定端子包括第二端子安装部及与环形弹片弹脚对应的弧形接触部,第二端子安装部伸出底座供外部线路连接。
优选的,所述弧形接触部上对应两弹脚接触位置分别设置触点。
优选的,所述底座上设置弹线安装柱,弹线一端竖直安装在弹线安装柱内,另一端从弹线安装柱侧壁横向伸出至按柄的侧边,横向伸出端具有一提供弹力的向下的弯折部及一供按压及敲击的横向弯折部。
优选的,所述底座上导柱周围对应按柄形状设按柄行程槽。
优选的,所述底座上设有环形弹片安装柱,环形安装部上对应设置第一端子安装部处开安装孔,通过安装孔固定在环形弹片安装柱上,第一端子安装部依附于环形弹片安装柱侧壁向下伸出底座。
本申请还保护一种键盘开关,包括安装板及压盖,安装板上设有剪刀脚平衡支撑装置,所述剪刀脚平衡支撑装置中间设有薄型开关,压盖安装于剪刀脚平衡支撑装置之上,所述薄型开关为上述的薄型开关。
优选的,所述剪刀脚平衡支撑装置与压盖卡接。
与现有技术相比,本申请所述薄型开关充分利用开关内部空间,通过在开关内增加弹线,能够在开关尽量小的前提下,使开关在按压过程中具有良好的触感和听感,特别适用于小体积开关;同时,所述开关具有双触点,有更高的接触可靠性。
所述薄型开关结构简洁,寿命长,具有良好的应用前景,例如应用于现有键盘开关中,与剪刀脚结构配合,既能满足键盘开关轻薄要求,又具有较好的手感和听感。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例来对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1-5所示,本实施例中所述的薄型开关包括按柄1、底座2、上盖3,底座2和上盖3扣合形成的空间内设置环形弹片4、弹簧5、固定端子6、弹线7 等。其中,底座2中部设有导柱21,导柱21周围对应按柄1形状设按柄行程槽23。弹簧5套于导柱21上,按柄1下方对应导柱设置导杆,按柄1通过导杆安装到套接有弹簧5的导柱21内。
所述环形弹片4包括套接于按柄外的环形安装部41和设有环形安装部41外围的两个弹脚43以及第一端子安装部42。其中第一端子安装部42从环形安装部41上与弹脚相对的一侧向下伸出于底座供外部线路连接。底座2上设有环形弹片安装柱24,环形安装部41上对应设置第一端子安装部42处开安装孔,通过安装孔固定在环形弹片安装柱24上。底座2上对应环形弹片4弹脚下方设置固定端子6。固定端子6包括第二端子安装部61及与环形弹片4弹脚对应的弧形接触部62,第二端子安装部61伸出底座供外部线路连接。所述弧形接触部62上对应两弹脚接触位置分别设置触点621。
所述底座上还设置弹线安装柱22,弹线7一端竖直安装在弹线安装柱22内,另一端从弹线安装柱22侧壁横向伸出至按柄的侧边,横向伸出端具有一提供弹力的向下的弯折部及一供按压及敲击的横向弯折部。上盖3扣合于底座上将环形弹片4覆盖于其内,上盖3中部为通孔,按柄1上部由通孔穿出供按压。弹线7设置在上盖3内环形弹片下方,其一端固定于底座上,另一端位于按柄1侧壁,对应的按柄1侧壁设有突台12、导引斜面11、导引垂面13,按柄1下压时带动环形弹片4弹脚下行接触底座上的固定端子6实现开关导通;同时也通过突台12带动弹线7下行,下压到一定行程时,弹线7脱离按柄突台向上回弹,依次沿导引斜面11、导引垂面13击打到弹片上发出声音。
本发明中以薄型开关为例介绍,实际上本发明中所述开关结构不限于薄型开关使用,可推广于任何开关领域。
图6-9为本发明所述薄型开关应用于键盘开关的一个实施例,该实施例中,键盘开关包括安装板A及压盖B,安装板A上卡接有剪刀脚平衡支撑装置C,安装板A上设有4个L型倒钩A1、A2,分别对应剪刀脚平衡支撑装置C下方的钩柱C1和钩孔C2。所述剪刀脚平衡支撑装置中间设薄型开关D,该薄型开关D焊接在安装板A上。压盖B通过卡扣B1安装于剪刀脚平衡支撑装置的两上梁。
使用时,按压压盖B,间接按压薄型开关的按柄,实现开关的导通,同时剪刀脚也被按压;去除外力弹簧5复位使按柄上弹,同时顶起压盖,剪刀脚也弹 起对压盖起到支撑作用。这里剪刀脚的结构同现有技术中键盘开关的常用结构,起平衡键帽的作用,使键帽的每个角被按压都能平衡下压。键盘开关的应用中,安装板A可不作为开关的一部分,其即是键盘的固定铁板。

  1. 一种薄型开关,包括按柄(1)、底座(2)、上盖(3)、环形弹片(4)和弹簧(5),所述底座(2)中部设有一导柱(21),弹簧(5)套于导柱(21)上,按柄(1)安装到套接有弹簧(5)的导柱(21)上,环形弹片(4)套接于按柄(1)外部,一侧与底座固定;底座(2)上对应环形弹片(4)弹脚下方设置固定端子(6);上盖(3)扣合于底座上将环形弹片覆盖于其内,上盖(3)中部为通孔,按柄(1)上部由通孔穿出供按压,其特征在于,所述上盖(3)内环形弹片下方设有弹线(7),弹线一端固定于底座上,另一端位于按柄(1)侧壁,对应的按柄(1)侧壁设有突台(12)、导引斜面(11),按柄(1)下压时带动环形弹片(4)弹脚下行接触底座上的固定端子(6)实现开关导通;同时通过突台(12)也带动弹线(7)下行,下压到一定行程时,弹线(7)脱离按柄沿导引斜面(11)向上回弹,击打到弹片上发出声音。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的薄型开关,其特征在于:所述环形弹片(4)包括套接于按柄外的环形安装部(41)和设有环形安装部(41)外围的两个弹脚以及第一端子安装部(42),所述第一端子安装部(42)从环形安装部(41)上与弹脚相对的一边向下伸出于底座供外部线路连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的薄型开关,其特征在于:所述固定端子(6)包括第二端子安装部(61)及与环形弹片(4)弹脚对应的弧形接触部(62),第二端子安装部(61)伸出底座供外部线路连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的薄型开关,其特征在于:所述弧形接触部(62)上对应两弹脚接触位置分别设置触点。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的薄型开关,其特征在于:所述底座上设置弹线安装柱(22),弹线(7)一端竖直安装在弹线安装柱(22)内,另一端从弹线安装柱(22)侧壁横向伸出至按柄的侧边,横向伸出端具有一提供弹力的向下的弯折部及一供按压及敲击的横向弯折部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的薄型开关,其特征在于:所述底座(2)上导柱(21)周围对应按柄形状设按柄行程槽(23)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的薄型开关,其特征在于:所述底座(2)上设有环形弹片安装柱(24),环形安装部(41)上对应设置第一端子安装部(42)处开安装 孔,通过安装孔固定在环形弹片安装柱(24)上,第一端子安装部(42)依附于环形弹片安装柱(24)侧壁向下伸出底座。
  8. 一种键盘开关,包括安装板(A)及压盖(B),安装板(A)上设有剪刀脚平衡支撑装置,所述剪刀脚平衡支撑装置中间设有薄型开关,压盖(B)安装于剪刀脚平衡支撑装置之上,其特征在于,所述薄型开关为权力要求1-7中任意一项所述的薄型开关。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的键盘开关,其特征在于:所述剪刀脚平衡支撑装置与压盖(B)卡接。
