现有技术中,电子烟上设有进气口,电子烟的吸嘴上设有出气口,且电子烟内设有连接进气口和出气口的烟雾通道。烟雾通道上设有用于雾化烟油的雾化组件。当用户吸烟时,烟雾通道上产生气流,雾化组件产生的烟雾随该气流流向吸嘴并被用户吸食。
然而,由于电子烟上的进气口和出气口的大小均为固定的,因此用户不能根据自身的喜好来调节吸食到的烟雾量的大小。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种雾化组件和电子烟,能够方便用户根据自身喜好来调节烟雾量的大小,其结构简单紧凑,便于装配及维修,且较好地避免误触动。
本发明提供了一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,所述雾化组件包括:
具有相对的第一端和第二端的储油套,所述储油套的第一端设置有吸嘴,第二端的端面形成有加油口;所述储油套内设有与所述吸嘴相连的通气管,所述储油套与所述通气管之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔;
所述雾化组件还包括雾化芯,所述雾化芯通过所述加油口插入所述储油套内并可拆卸设于所述通气管背向所述吸嘴的一端,所述雾化芯位于所述储油套内的外周壁套设有和所述储油套的内壁弹性抵接的密封圈;
所述雾化芯内设有沿着所述雾化芯的轴向延伸并与所述通气管相连通的烟雾通道以及设置在所述烟雾通道上用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件;所述雾化芯背向所述通气管的一端设有分别与所述电池组件和所述电热丝组件电连接的电连接组件;
所述烟雾通道的进气口或者出气口设于所述烟雾通道的侧壁上,所述雾化 芯在位于所述烟雾通道的进气口或出气口处套设有可调节的活动环,所述活动环位于所述雾化组件内,并用于通过调节所述活动环沿所述雾化芯的轴向运动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述烟雾通道的进气口或者出气口的面积以改变进气量或出气量的大小。
所述的雾化组件中,所述电连接组件包括位于所述雾化芯中轴线上的、呈中空柱状的内电极,所述烟雾通道贯穿所述内电极的中空部分;
所述烟雾通道的进气口设在所述内电极的侧壁上,所述内电极上套设有所述活动环,用于通过调节所述活动环沿所述内电极的轴向运动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述烟雾通道的进气口的面积以改变进气量的大小。
所述的雾化组件中,所述内电极的外侧壁上设有第一螺纹,所述活动环的内侧壁上设有与所述第一螺纹匹配的第二螺纹,所述活动环和所述内电极通过所述第二螺纹和第一螺纹的配合,使得所述活动环在受力时沿所述内电极的周向转动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述烟雾通道的进气口的面积。
所述的雾化组件中,所述雾化芯还包括呈中空柱状的、具有进气口和出气口的出气管,所述出气管的出气口为所述烟雾通道的出气口;
所述出气管插入所述通气管内,以使所述出气口位于所述通气管内并用于将所述电热丝组件产生的烟雾传送到所述通气管内。
所述的雾化组件中,所述出气管的具有进气口的一端与所述电热丝组件抵接相连,以压紧固定所述电热丝组件;
所述出气管的出气口设在所述出气管的侧壁上,所述出气管上套设有所述活动环,用于通过调节所述活动环沿所述出气管的轴向运动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述出气管的出气口的面积以改变出气量的大小。
所述的雾化组件中,所述出气管的外侧壁上设有第三螺纹,所述活动环的内侧壁上设有与所述第三螺纹匹配的第四螺纹,所述活动环和所述出气管通过所述第四螺纹和第三螺纹的配合,使得所述活动环在受力时沿所述出气管的周向转动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述出气管的出气口的面积。
所述的雾化组件中,所述雾化芯还包括中空的雾化座,所述烟雾通道贯穿所述雾化座的中空部分,且所述雾化座靠近所述吸嘴的一端沿轴向间隔开设有两个相对设置、并与所述储油腔相连通的安装槽,所述电热丝组件架设于所述 两个安装槽内。
所述的雾化组件中,所述雾化芯还包括套设在所述雾化座外并与所述雾化座可拆卸连接的连接套,所述连接套的一端用于与所述储油套可拆卸连接,另一端用于和所述电池组件可拆卸连接,所述活动环位于所述连接套内;
所述连接套的位于所述储油套内的外周壁上设有环形卡槽,所述密封圈固定在所述环形卡槽内并弹性抵接至所述储油套的内壁。
所述的雾化组件中,所述通气管可拆卸设置在所述储油套内;
或者,所述通气管与所述储油套一体成型。
本发明还提供了一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,所述雾化组件为上述的雾化组件。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例具有以下优点:
本发明中,通过在烟雾通道的进气口或者出气口处设有可调节的活动环,方便用户能够通过调节所述活动环沿所述雾化芯的轴向运动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述烟雾通道的进气口或者出气口的面积以改变进气量或出气量的大小,以便用户根据自身喜好来调节烟雾量的大小,所述活动环通过套设在可拆卸的雾化芯的烟雾通道的进气口或出气口处,因而不仅结构简单紧凑,便于装配及维修,且设置在所述雾化芯处并位于所述雾化组件内,因而能够较好地避免设置在其它外部区域时容易碰触而导致误触动的问题;而且,雾化芯和储油套之间还设有密封圈,使得雾化芯和密封圈将储油套的加油口密封,避免了在使用电子烟的过程中储油腔内的烟油渗到电池组件内而导致电池组件损坏的情况。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种雾化组件和电子烟,能够方便用户根据自身喜好来调节烟雾量的大小。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,图1为本发明中雾化组件的一个实施例的剖面结构示意图。图1所示的雾化组件用于与电池组件(图未示)组合形成电子烟。如图1所示,雾化组件包括吸嘴1、储油套2和雾化芯3。在本实施例中,所述吸嘴1与所述储油套2为一体成型,当然,也可以为可拆卸连接,在此不作具体限定。
具体的,储油套2包括相对的第一端和第二端,其中第一端一侧设有吸嘴1,第二端的端面形成有加油口(图中未标号)。储油套2内设有一端与吸嘴1相连通、另一端往加油口方向延伸的通气管22,其中,通气管可以可拆卸设置在该储油套2内,也可以和该储油套一体成型。
该储油套2和通气管22之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔21。优选的,储油套2由可透光的材料制得,以方便用户查看储油腔21内烟油的余量。
所述雾化芯3通过所述加油口插入所述储油套2内并可拆卸设于所述通气管22背向所述吸嘴1的一端。所述雾化芯3位于所述储油套2内的外周壁套设有和所述储油套2的内壁弹性抵接的密封圈4。本实施例中,该密封圈4的数量并不作限制。
所述雾化芯3内设有沿着所述雾化芯3的轴向延伸并与所述通气管22相连通的烟雾通道(图中未标号)以及设置在所述烟雾通道上用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件31。所述雾化芯3背向所述通气管22的一端设有分别与所述电池组件和所述电热丝组件31电连接的电连接组件32。
所述烟雾通道的进气口或者出气口设于所述烟雾通道的侧壁上,所述雾化芯在位于所述烟雾通道的进气口或出气口处套设有可调节的活动环,所述活动环位于所述雾化组件内,并用于通过调节所述活动环沿所述雾化芯的轴向运动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述烟雾通道的进气口或者出气口的面积以改 变进气量或出气量的大小。
本发明实施例中,通过在烟雾通道的进气口或者出气口处设有可调节的活动环,方便用户能够通过调节所述活动环沿所述雾化芯的轴向运动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述烟雾通道的进气口或者出气口的面积以改变进气量或出气量的大小,以便用户根据自身喜好来调节烟雾量的大小,所述活动环通过套设在可拆卸的雾化芯的烟雾通道的进气口或出气口处,因而不仅结构简单紧凑,便于装配及维修,且设置在所述雾化芯处并位于所述雾化组件内,因而能够较好地避免设置在其它外部区域时容易碰触而导致误触动的问题;而且,雾化芯和储油套之间还设有密封圈,使得雾化芯和密封圈将储油套的加油口密封,避免了在使用电子烟的过程中储油腔内的烟油渗到电池组件内而导致电池组件损坏的情况。
烟雾通道的进气口或者出气口以及活动环的设置位置有多种结构形式,下面结合图1和图2对其中的一种具体结构方式进行描述。图2为图1所示雾化组件中局部结构示意图。
如图1和图2所示,电连接组件32包括位于雾化芯3中轴线上的、呈中空柱状的内电极321,且该内电极321的中空部分和电热丝组件31相连通。该内电极321的侧壁上还设置有穿孔322,使得气流(图中虚线所示)能从该穿孔322进入内电极321的中空部分并流通至电热丝组件31。也即烟雾通道的进气口为该内电极321的穿孔322,且烟雾通道贯穿盖内电极321的中空部分并延伸至电热丝组件31。
内电极321上设有穿孔322处还套设有活动环33,用于通过调节所述活动环沿所述内电极的轴向运动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述烟雾通道的进气口的面积以改变进气量的大小。具体的,内电极321外侧壁上设有第一螺纹,活动环的内侧壁上设有与该第一螺纹匹配的第二螺纹。所述活动环33和所述内电极321通过所述第二螺纹和第一螺纹的配合,使得所述活动环33在受力时沿所述内电极321的周向转动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述烟雾通道的进气口的面积。
当然,实际运用中,活动环和内电极也可以不是通过螺纹连接的方式来使得活动环通过螺纹旋转的方式来改变所遮挡住的进气口的面积,也可以通过其 他方式,例如通过滑动的方式来沿内电极的轴向运动以改变所遮挡住的进气口的面积,在此不作限制。
这样,在不使用或者运输电子烟时,可以将活动环调节至无进气模式,将内电极的进气孔堵住,可以防止烟油泄露。
本发明的雾化组件中,雾化芯的结构有多种形式,下面结合图2、图3和图4对本发明的雾化组件中的雾化芯的其中一种结构进行描述。图3为图1所示雾化组件中雾化芯的部分结构示意图。图4为图3所示雾化芯的爆炸图。
所述雾化芯3还包括呈中空柱状的、具有进气口341和出气口342的出气管34,所述出气管34的出气口342为所述烟雾通道的出气口。所述出气管34插入所述通气管22内,以使所述出气口342位于所述通气管22内并用于将所述电热丝组件31产生的烟雾传送到所述通气管22内。
进一步的,为了避免烟油从通气管22与出气管34的连接处泄露,可以在出气管34外的侧壁上套设密封圈343,该密封圈343的外侧弹性抵接至该通气管22的内壁上,以起到密封的作用。优选的,为固定该密封圈出气管34的外侧壁上还设有限位凸台344,该密封圈343抵持在该限位凸台344上。
下面进一步对雾化芯的结构进行描述。雾化芯3还包括雾化座35。雾化座35包括大致为中空的柱体结构的主体350,主体350上设有安装槽351、凸起352和环形卡台353(参见图2)。
安装槽351开设在主体350靠近通气管22的一端,并朝远离通气管22的一侧延伸。本实施例中,安装槽351包括两个,两个安装槽351相对间隔设置并与储油腔21相连通,电热丝组件31架设并固定在所述两个安装槽351的底部。
进一步的,为了更好的支撑电热丝组件31,主体350上设置有用于支撑电热丝组件31的凸起352,该凸起352的一端固定在安装槽351的底部,另一端朝远离主体350的轴线方向延伸。通过设置凸起352,可以避免支撑电热丝组件31的侧壁过薄而使电热丝组件31滑入雾化座35的中空部分内。出气管34的一端套设在雾化座35内,并抵持在电热丝组件31上。
电热丝组件31包括导油件311和电热丝312,导油件311由吸油材料制成,其固定在安装槽351的底部,且导油件311的两端分别延伸至储油腔21 内。电热丝312缠绕在该导油件311上,并与电池组件电连接。由于电热丝组件31为现有技术的惯用手段,故其具体结构在此不再赘述。
雾化座35的中空部分还固定有用于分别与电池组件和电热丝组件31电连接的电连接组件32。本实施例中,电连接组件31固定在环形卡台353上。
环形卡台353设置在雾化座35用于与电池组件连接的一端,且环形卡台353的一端固定在雾化座35的内侧壁上,另一端朝靠近雾化座35的轴线方向延伸并形成中心孔(图上未标号),电连接组件33固定在该中心孔处。
本实施例中,雾化座35为与电池组件电连接的外电极,电连接组件32包括由外向内依次嵌设在所述中心孔处的绝缘套323和与电池组件电连接的内电极321。
雾化芯3内的烟雾通道从内电极321的中空部分延伸到雾化座35的中空部分,并经过电热丝组件31,然后贯穿出气管34。
本实施例中,所述雾化芯还包括套设在雾化座外并与所述雾化座可拆卸连接的连接套36。如图2及图5所示,图5为连接套的结构示意图。所述连接套36的一端用于与所述储油套2可拆卸连接,以使得雾化芯3与储油套2可拆卸连接,另一端和所述电池组件可拆卸连接,以使得雾化芯3与电池组件可拆卸连接。所述活动环位于所述连接套36内,所述内电极321一端延伸至连接套36内,所述活动环活动地套设在所述内电极321上,因而当需要进行调节烟雾量时,先拆下所述雾化芯,然后再解除所述雾化座与连接套36的连接,便可以进行调节。此种结构不仅便于调节,能够较好地避免误触发时,也很好地保持气流通畅。
本实施例中以连接套36与储油套2通过螺纹连接为例进行说明,即连接套36用于与储油套2连接的位置处设有外螺纹361,储油套2的内壁上设有与该外螺纹相适配的内螺纹(图中未标号)。若采取其它可拆卸连接结构,则连接套36上还可设置其它连接结构,例如卡扣连接中具有弹性的卡合弹片等,本实施例中仅以螺纹连接为例进行说明,并不限定于螺纹连接。当然,实际运用中,雾化芯也可以通过其他方式和储油套可拆卸固定,并不限于采用连接套的方式。
连接套36的侧壁上还设有穿孔363,以使得气流能从该穿孔363进入电 子烟内,并从烟雾通道的进气口处进入烟雾通道内。
进一步的,为了便于用户拆装雾化芯3,还可以在连接套36上设置防滑的滚花(图上未标号)。
雾化座35和连接套36相互固定的方式有多种。具体的,雾化座35的主体350的外壁上设有外螺纹354,连接套36与雾化座35相接处设有与该外螺纹354相匹配的内螺纹(图未示),雾化座35和连接套36通过螺纹配合来可拆卸相互固定。为避免储油腔21中的油从雾化座35和连接套36的相接处渗入雾化座35内,雾化座35和连接套36的相接处套设有密封圈355(参见图2)。
进一步的,为了避免烟油从连接套36与储油套2的连接处泄漏,连接套36的位于储油套2内的外周壁上设有环形卡槽362,密封圈4固定在该环形卡槽362内并弹性抵接至储油套2的内壁,以实现密封作用。具体的,本实施例中,连接套36的外周壁上设有两个环形卡槽362,以放置两个密封圈4。
在图1和图2所示实施例中,活动环设置在烟雾通道的进气口处,通过调节所遮挡住的进气口的面积来改变进气量的大小。在本发明的另一个实施例中,活动环也可以设置在烟雾通道的出气口处,通过调节所遮挡住的出气口的面积来改变出气量的大小。如图6和图7所示,图6为本发明的雾化组件的另一种实施例的剖面结构示意图,图7为图6所示雾化组件中雾化芯的部分结构示意图。
与图1所示实施例不同的是,本实施例中的活动环不是设置在烟雾通道的进气口处,而是设置在烟雾通道的出气口处。具体的,本实施例中,烟雾通道的出气口为出气管34的出气口342。
活动环33套设在该出气口342处,用于通过调节所述活动环33沿所述出气管34的轴向运动来调节所述活动环33所遮挡住的所述出气管34的出气口342的面积以改变出气量的大小。
具体的,所述出气管34的外侧壁上设有第三螺纹(图中未标号),所述活动环33的内侧壁上设有与所述第三螺纹匹配的第四螺纹(图中未标号),所述活动环33和所述出气管34通过所述第四螺纹和第三螺纹的配合,使得所述活动环33在受力时沿所述出气管34的周向转动来调节所述活动环33所遮挡住的所述出气管34的出气口342的面积。
本申请还提供一种电子烟,该电子烟包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,其中,所述电池组件为现有技术在此不再赘述。所述雾化组件包括具有相对的第一端和第二端的储油套,所述储油套的第一端设置有吸嘴,第二端的端面形成有加油口;所述储油套内设有与所述吸嘴相连的通气管,所述储油套与所述通气管之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔;
所述雾化组件还包括雾化芯,所述雾化芯通过所述加油口插入所述储油套内并可拆卸设于所述通气管背向所述吸嘴的一端,所述雾化芯位于所述储油套内的外周壁套设有和所述储油套的内壁弹性抵接的密封圈;
所述雾化芯内设有沿着所述雾化芯的轴向延伸并与所述通气管相连通的烟雾通道以及设置在所述烟雾通道上用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件;所述雾化芯背向所述通气管的一端设有分别与所述电池组件和所述电热丝组件电连接的电连接组件;
所述烟雾通道的进气口或者出气口设于所述烟雾通道的侧壁上,所述雾化芯在位于所述烟雾通道的进气口或出气口处套设有可调节的活动环,用于通过调节所述活动环沿所述雾化芯的轴向运动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述烟雾通道的进气口或者出气口的面积以改变进气量或出气量的大小。
该电子烟的雾化组件的具体结构可参见上述所述的雾化组件的具体结构,由于该电子烟的雾化组件的结构与上述所述的雾化组件的结构相同,因而也具有相同的效果。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括具有相对的第一端和第二端的储油套,所述储油套的第一端设置有吸嘴,第二端的端面形成有加油口;所述储油套内设有与所述吸嘴相连的通气管,所述储油套与所述通气管之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔;
    所述雾化组件还包括雾化芯,所述雾化芯通过所述加油口插入所述储油套内并可拆卸设于所述通气管背向所述吸嘴的一端,所述雾化芯位于所述储油套内的外周壁套设有和所述储油套的内壁弹性抵接的密封圈;
    所述雾化芯内设有沿着所述雾化芯的轴向延伸并与所述通气管相连通的烟雾通道以及设置在所述烟雾通道上用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件;所述雾化芯背向所述通气管的一端设有分别与所述电池组件和所述电热丝组件电连接的电连接组件;
    所述烟雾通道的进气口或者出气口设于所述烟雾通道的侧壁上,所述雾化芯在位于所述烟雾通道的进气口或出气口处套设有可调节的活动环,所述活动环位于所述雾化组件内,并用于通过调节所述活动环沿所述雾化芯的轴向运动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述烟雾通道的进气口或者出气口的面积以改变进气量或出气量的大小。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述电连接组件包括位于所述雾化芯中轴线上的、呈中空柱状的内电极,所述烟雾通道贯穿所述内电极的中空部分;
    所述烟雾通道的进气口设在所述内电极的侧壁上,所述内电极上套设有所述活动环,用于通过调节所述活动环沿所述内电极的轴向运动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述烟雾通道的进气口的面积以改变进气量的大小。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述内电极的外侧壁上设有第一螺纹,所述活动环的内侧壁上设有与所述第一螺纹匹配的第二螺纹,所述活动环和所述内电极通过所述第二螺纹和第一螺纹的配合,使得所述活动环在受力时沿所述内电极的周向转动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述烟雾通道的进气口的面积。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化芯还包括呈 中空柱状的、具有进气口和出气口的出气管,所述出气管的出气口为所述烟雾通道的出气口;
    所述出气管插入所述通气管内,以使所述出气口位于所述通气管内并用于将所述电热丝组件产生的烟雾传送到所述通气管内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述出气管的具有进气口的一端与所述电热丝组件抵接相连,以压紧固定所述电热丝组件;
    所述出气管的出气口设在所述出气管的侧壁上,所述出气管上套设有所述活动环,用于通过调节所述活动环沿所述出气管的轴向运动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述出气管的出气口的面积以改变出气量的大小。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述出气管的外侧壁上设有第三螺纹,所述活动环的内侧壁上设有与所述第三螺纹匹配的第四螺纹,所述活动环和所述出气管通过所述第四螺纹和第三螺纹的配合,使得所述活动环在受力时沿所述出气管的周向转动来调节所述活动环所遮挡住的所述出气管的出气口的面积。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化芯还包括中空的雾化座,所述烟雾通道贯穿所述雾化座的中空部分,且所述雾化座靠近所述吸嘴的一端沿轴向间隔开设有两个相对设置、并与所述储油腔相连通的安装槽,所述电热丝组件架设于所述两个安装槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化芯还包括套设在所述雾化座外并与所述雾化座可拆卸连接的连接套,所述连接套的一端用于与所述储油套可拆卸连接,另一端用于和所述电池组件可拆卸连接,所述活动环位于所述连接套内;
    所述连接套的位于所述储油套内的外周壁上设有环形卡槽,所述密封圈固定在所述环形卡槽内并弹性抵接至所述储油套的内壁。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述通气管可拆卸设置在所述储油套内;
    或者,所述通气管与所述储油套一体成型。
  10. 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件为权利要求1至9任一项所述的雾化组件。
