在一些实施例中,供电装置70包括电源71以及空气开关72,电源71设置在第二壳体60内,空气开关72设置在烟头盖90内,烟头盖90上设有与第二壳体60内腔连通的进气孔91。空气开关72分别与插接端子80、电源71电性连接,插接端子80的中部形成有通气孔81,通气孔81一端与第二电极53的内孔相连通,另一端与第二壳体60的内腔连通。在用户吸烟时,空气由进气孔91进入烟头盖90内,使得空气开关72接通,电源71的电能传递至发热元件35,对烟油进行加热雾化。同时空气由第二壳体60内腔、通气孔81、第二电极53进入通气管32,雾化后的烟油在气流作用下由支撑管36流出。
烟烟嘴盖20上设有烟嘴孔21,支撑管36朝向烟嘴孔21设置 , 以将雾化装置30的产生的烟雾输出供用户吸进。
可以理解地,上述各技术特征可以任意组合使用而不受限制。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括带有透明部(11)的筒状第一壳体(10)以及带有有色部(41)的雾化装置安装座(40),所述雾化装置安装座(40)设置于所述筒状第一壳体(10)内,并令所述 有色部( 41 )与所述透明部( 11 )对应设置;所述有色部( 41 )与所述透明部( 11 )之间通过激光焊接的方式固定连接在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述有色部(41)分布于所述雾化装置安装座(40)的整个圆周上,所述透明部(11)分布于所述第一壳体(10)的整个圆周上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述有色部(41)呈黑色。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一壳体(10)内设有雾化装置(30);所述雾化装置安装座(40)上设有用于将所述雾化装置(30)和供电装置(70)电性连接的连接装置(50)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接装置(50)包括分别沿所述第一壳体(10)的轴向设置的第一电极(51)、绝缘件(52)、第二电极(53),所述第一电极(51)、第二电极(53)间隔设置,所述第二电极(53)嵌置在所述绝缘件(52)内,且所述第二电极(53)的两相对端外露于所述绝缘件(52),所述第一电极(51)嵌置在所述绝缘件(52)和所述雾化装置安装座(40)之间,且所述第一电极(51)的两相对端外露于所述雾化装置安装座(40)和所述绝缘件(52)的外表面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一电极(51)、绝缘件(52)、第二电极(53)均呈筒状,所述绝缘件(52)隔离在所述第一电极(51)和所述第二电极(53)之间。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化装置安装座(40)、第一电极(51)、绝缘件(52)及第二电极(53)采用嵌入式注塑成型方式一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化装置安装座(40)、绝缘件(52)的材质相同,并一次成型。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化器电阻在线检测装置,其特征在于:所述 第三驱动组件(61) 包括用于固定竖向设置的 第二探头(3) 的 第一固定块(611) 和用于带动所述 第一固定块(611) 竖向移动以使所述 第二探头(3) 与所述 雾化器(7) 负极接触的 竖向驱动组件(612) ;所述 第四驱动组件(62) 包括用于固定横向设置的 第一探头(2) 的 第二固定块(621) 和用于带动所述 第二固定块(621) 横向移动以使所述 第一探头(2) 与所述 雾化器(7) 负极接触的 横向驱动组件(622) ;所述 竖向驱动组件(612) 和所述 横向驱动组件(622) 设置在 固定支架(51) 上。
    1、 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化装置(30)包括设置在所述第一壳体(10)内的储液件(31)、通气管(32)、套管(33)、导液绳(34)和发热元件(35),所述储液件(31)设置在所述通气管(32)的外围,所述通气管(32)的进气端(32a)套接到所述第二电极(53)伸入到所述第一壳体(10)内的一端上;
    所述 通气管(32) 的侧壁上开设有两个相对设置的通孔( 321 )以及一个与该两个通孔( 321 )均相连通的切口( 322 ),所述套管( 33 )套接于所述通气管( 32 )上与该切口( 322 )相对应的部分;
    所述导液绳( 34 )穿置于该两个通孔( 321 )之间,并与所述储液件( 31 )相连接,所述发热元件( 35 )缠绕在所述导液绳( 34 )上, 所述第一电极(51)、第二电极(53)伸到所述第一壳体(10)内的一端分别与所述发热元件(35)电性连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化装置(30)还包括支撑管(36), 所述支撑管( 36 )嵌置于所述通气管( 32 )的出气端( 32b )。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一壳体(10)包括与供电装置(70)对应的第一连接端(10a)以及与所述第一连接端(10a)相对的烟嘴端(10b),所述雾化组件安装座位于所述第一连接端(10a),所述烟嘴端(10b)上设有烟嘴盖(20),所述烟嘴盖(20)上设有烟嘴孔(21),所述支撑管(36)朝向所述烟嘴孔(21)设置 。
  12. 一种根据权利要求1至11任一项所述的电子烟的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    将雾化装置安装座(40)安装到筒状第一壳体(10)内,并令所述有色部(41)和所述透明部(11)位置对应;
    采用激光焊接的方式将所述有色部(41)和所述透明部(11)固定连接在一起。
