Description
本发明属于电加热新型卷烟烟具领域。
随着卷烟的危害性备受关注和控烟形势的严峻挑战,而传统卷烟的减害降焦工作难以进一步开展,作为传统卷烟的拓展和补充,新型烟草制品的发展存在必然性,相关的研究工作也随之拉开序幕。电加热新型卷烟因其加热的温度不超过500℃,以加热但不燃烧的形式使烟草制品发烟,在满足消费者感官需求的同时减少烟草在高温环境下裂解出的有害成分,逐渐成为各烟草企业的研究热点。
由于消费者长期抽吸传统卷烟养成用打火机点烟的习惯,在抽吸新型卷烟时,会本能的用打火机点烟,这使得很多吸烟者在刚接触电加热型卷烟经常因习惯性的点烟动作将电加热型新型卷烟的烟具烧坏。现有技术的电加热新型卷烟烟具大多数是靠按键启动,启动方式与传统卷烟有本质上的区别,为此,消费者需要改变传统卷烟的抽吸习惯,以适应电加热新型卷烟的抽吸要求。而消费者长期抽吸传统卷烟始终采用打火机点烟,形成一种抽吸习惯,进而影响潜意识,不知不觉中形成一种抽吸行为,而要以一种不自然的方式改变消费者的抽吸行为,是一个相对艰难的过程。
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种用于电加热新型卷烟的包含点火启动装置的电加热烟具,其保留用打火机点烟的方式,能使消费者不改变传统抽吸行为即能接受电加热新型卷烟。
发明内容
本发明目的在于改变电加热新型卷烟烟具启动方式,设计一种用打火机点烟启动装置。本发明的目的通过以下技术措施实现:
第一方面,本发明涉及一种包含点火启动装置的电加热烟具,该电加热烟具一端是烟嘴20,另一端是所述点火启动装置10,其中所述点火启动装置10包含至少一个测温元件1和与该测温元件1接触的导热体2,其中所述测温元件1连接加热元件正极导线端子5和电源负极导线端子6。
在优选实施方案中,所述点火启动装置10还包括发光体3和包围该发光体3的透明体4,其中所述发光体3连接发光体正极导线端子7和电源负极导线端子6,其中透明体4比导热体2更靠近烟嘴。

如图2所示为本发明用于电加热新型卷烟的点火启动装置结构示意图,该点火启动装置包含测温元件1、导热体2、发光体3、透明体4、加热元件正极导线端子5、电源负极导线端子6、发光体正极导线端子7。
导热体2是导热系数较高的材料,诸如银、铜、金、铝等金属材料,能在2秒内吸收打火机火焰的热量将自身温度升高至50-100℃,导热体中心开有孔,用于容纳测温元件1。测温元件1可以是热电偶、热电阻或其他数字测温元件,优选温度传感器DS18B20,当测温元件1检测到导热体温度升高至50-100℃时,优选65-85℃,控制电路输出控制信号,加热元件正极导线端子5导通,加热元件启动加热过程。
发光体3用于指示系统启动与否,可以是单色或双色LED,发光颜色可以是红、蓝、绿、黄、橙、紫等,优选红色发光LED。发光体3安装于透明体4内部,测温元件检测到温度值达到规定值时,发光体正极导线端子7导通,发光体点亮,提示点火成功。
