根据本发明的一个实施例,处理单元可以包括互相电连接的计算模块和判断模块。计算模块用于在第二预设时间段内,计算同一频道在各个第一预设时间段内的总播放时长,以及所述多个频道在同一第一预设时间段内的播放时长总和,并且针对每一个第一预设时间段,计算每一个频道的总播放时长与所述多个频道的播放时长总和的时间百分比。判断模块用于将处于置信区间范围内且时间百分比最大的频道设定为与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,并向存储单元发送存储与该第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道的信号,所述判断模块还用于判断当前时间是否在所述多个第一预设时间段中的一个第一预设时间段内,或判断当前时间与所述多个第一预设时间段中的一个第一预设时间段的开始时间的间隔是否小于或等于预设切换周期,并向所述播放装置中的播放单元发送用于频道切换的信号或提示进行频道切换的信号。
根据本发明的一个实施例,命令单元可以包括接收模块和发送 模块。接收模块用于接收来自用户的启用/禁止自动频道切换命令以及对与自动频道切换功能相关的参数进行的设定,其中,所述参数可以包括所述多个第一预设时间段、所述第二预设时间段、所述预设切换周期以及所述置信区间。发送模块与处理单元电连接,用于将由接收模块接收的启用/禁止自动频道切换命令以及与自动频道切换功能相关的参数发送给处理单元。
根据本发明的一个实施例,接收模块可以为与所述播放装置对应的遥控器,该遥控器上设置有用于启用/禁止频道切换的键和用于设定与频道切换功能相关的参数的设置键。可替换地,接收模块可以为设置在所述播放装置的外壳上的用于启用/禁止频道切换的键和用于设定与频道切换功能相关的参数的设置键。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述播放装置还可以包括图像采集单元和图像识别单元。图像采集单元与图像识别单元电连接,用于采集所述播放装置的当前用户的人脸图像。图像识别单元与处理单元的判断模块电连接,用于根据由图像采集单元采集的人脸图像来识别所述播放装置的当前用户。
根据本发明的一个实施例,图像采集单元可以为人脸图像采集传感器。图像识别单元中可以预置有人脸特征信息,图像识别单元提取由人脸图像采集传感器采集到的人脸图像的特征,将提取到的人脸图像特征与预置的人脸特征信息进行比较,根据人脸图像特征与人脸特征信息匹配情况来确定所述播放装置的当前用户。
根据本发明提供的切换播放装置频道的方法和相应的播放装置,通过统计、分析用户在各个时间段内观看各个频道的可能性,提供了用户播放节目的规律,并且可以根据该规律对来设定自动选台规则,从而能在设定的时间段内进行频道的自动切换,解决了用户切换频道的问题,从而能为用户提供方便、快捷的频道切换。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的切换播放装置频道的方法和播放装置作进一步详细描述。
图1为根据本发明的切换播放装置频道的方法的流程示意图。
如图1所示,切换播放装置频道的方法可以包括步骤:分别设定与多个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道(S1);获取当前时间(S2);以及使播放装置切换到与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,或者提示将要切换到与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道(S3)。
其中,可以人为地设定多个第一预设时间段,各个第一预设时间段可以是用户收看或收听节目的时间段。在步骤S1中,设定与各个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道的方法可以包括:在第二预设时间段内采集播放装置在每一个第一预设时间段内的多个频道的各自的播放时长(S11);在第二预设时间段内,针对每一个第一预设时间段累加各个频道的总播放时长,以及多个频道在该第一预设时间段内的播放时长总和(S12);针对每一个第一预设时间段,计算每一个频道的总播放时长与多个频道的播放时长总和的时间百分比(S13);以及针对每一个第一预设时间段,将处于置信区间范围内且时间百分比最大的频道设定为与该第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道(S14)。
通常设定第一预设时间段会小于或等于第二预设时间段。例如,第一预设时间段可以为在较短时间周期中某一频道被用户选中的时间段,第二预设时间段可以为较长时间周期中某一频道被用户选中的时间段。
第一预设时间段和第二预设时间段均可以由用户进行设置,所设置的第一预设时间段和第二预设时间段用于对某一频道的播放时 长进行统计。
根据本发明的一个实施例,第一预设时间段的时长为t1,其中1分≤t1≤1天,例如2小时、4小时或一天。此外,多个第一预设时间之间互不重叠。第二预设时间段的时长为t2,其中1天≤t2≤1年,例如7天、15天或一个月。通过在一段较长时间段(即,第二预设时间段)内统计用户在某些固定的时间段(即,各个第一预设时间段)内选择播放某一频道的播放时长占该时间段内所有频道的播放时长总和的时间百分比,即可得出用户在该时间段(即,第一预设时间段)内最常用、最喜好的频道。
例如,分别对6个频道(频道1-6)在6个不同时间段(时间段1-6)内的播放时长进行统计,并计算各个频道在同一时间段内的总播放时长和多个频道在第一预设时间段内的播放时长总和。如以下表1所示,其中第2至7列分别为各个频道1-6在时间段1-6内的总播放时长,最后一列(第8列)为所有频道1-6在某一第一预设时间段内的播放时长总和。

在表1的基础上,对6个频道(频道1-6)在6个不同时间段(时间段1-6)内的播放时长分别进行分析,计算各个频道在各个时间段的总播放时长与多个频道在该时间段的播放时长总和的时间百分比,表2示出了计算结果:

根据本发明的一个实施例,置信区间范围为[90%,100%]。参照表2,在此置信区间范围内,可以将与时间段2对应的喜好频道设定为频道2,将与时间段3对应的喜好频道设定为频道3,将与时间段5对应的喜好频道设定为频道5,并且将与时间段6对应的喜好频道设定为频道6,由于在时间段1内具有最大的时间百分比83.2%的频道1和在时间段4内具有最大的时间百分比69.8%的频道4均未在该置信区间范围内,因此没有设定与时间段1和时间段4对应的喜好频道。
当然根据本发明的另一实施例,也可以不直接存储设定的喜好频道,而是存储多个频道在第一预设时间段内的时间百分比,。在调用自动切换至喜好频道时,首先查找在第一预设时间段内处于置信区间范围且时间百分比最大的频道(即,与该第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道),然后自动切换到该频道或提示将要切换到该频道。
根据本发明的一个实施例,可以根据预设切换周期来定期检测或查询与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道。例如,在显示装置开机之后,每间隔预设切换周期进行一次检测或查询。如果存在一第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,则播放装置自动将频道切换至该喜好频道或提示将要切换到与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道。
预设切换周期相当于播放装置的查询周期。预设切换周期的时长可以小于第一预设时间段的时长。预设切换周期的时长为t0,其中,1分≤t0≤10分,例如2分钟。用户可以根据自己的习惯或喜好设置预设切换周期。
图2为根据本发明的播放装置的结构示意图。根据本发明实施例的播放装置可以为显示装置,也可以为收音机等具有播放功能的装置。
如图2所示,播放装置包括命令单元1、时间单元2、处理单元3和存储单元4。命令单元1与处理单元3电连接并且作为用户接口,用于启用/禁止自动频道切换功能并且用于对与自动频道切换功能相 关的参数进行设定。命令单元1包括接收模块11和发送模块12。接收模块11用于接收来自用户的启用/禁止自动频道切换命令以及对与自动频道切换功能相关的参数进行的设定。与自动频道切换功能相关的参数可以包括第一预设时间段、第二预设时间段、预设切换周期以及置信区间。发送模块12与处理单元3电连接,用于将由接收模块11接收的启用/禁止自动频道切换命令以及与自动频道切换功能相关的参数发送给处理单元3。
根据本发明的一个实施例,接收模块11可以为与播放装置对应的遥控器,遥控器上设置有用于启用/禁止频道切换的键和用于设定与频道切换功能相关的参数的设置键。根据本发明的另一实施例,接收模块11可以为设置在播放装置的外壳上的用于启用/禁止频道切换的键和用于设定与频道切换功能相关的参数的设置键(例如,数字键、“+”“-”键以及各种箭头键)。用户可以通过启用/禁止频道切换的键来启用/禁止频道切换功能,从而选择由播放装置自动切换或由用户手动切换频道。此外,用户可以通过与频道切换功能相关的参数的设置键来对各个第一预设时间段、第二预设时间段、预设切换周期和置信区间等参数进行设置。
当然,接收模块11和发送模块12只要可以相适配进行用户与播放装置的人机交互即可。虽然在图2中将接收模块11和发送模块12示出为在同一命令单元1中,但是接收模块11和发送模块12可以设置在不同的部件当中。例如,当接收模块11设置在与播放装置对应的遥控器上时,发送模块12可以设置在播放装置上,用于接收来自遥控器的指令/数据。此外,启用/禁止频道切换的键和用于设定与频道切换功能相关的参数的设置键也并不限定为设置在遥控器或播放装置外壳上。这些按键可以采用其他布局,例如,分散地设置在遥控器和播放装置外壳上。可替换地,这些按键还可以设置在机顶盒上。
时间单元2与处理单元3电连接,用于提供当前时间,并向处理单元3提供各个频道的播放时长。在播放装置在播放节目的同时,时间单元2会提供时间信息和当前频道信息,并将此信息提供给处理 单元3。根据本发明的一个实施例,时间单元2为播放装置断电后可持续工作的时间芯片(例如,在播放装置断电后可由播放装置的内部电源对时间单元2进行供电)。
存储单元4与处理单元3电连接,用于存储对与自动频道切换功能相关的参数,并且存储在第二预设时间段内,针对多个第一预设时间段中的每一个的多个频道的播放时长以及多个与每一个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道。存储单元4为播放装置断电后可持续保存信息的存储芯片,例如Flash存储器。当然,在存储单元4中可以不直接存储与各个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,而是存储各个频道在第一预设时间段内的时间百分比。
处理单元3还分别与播放装置中的播放单元5电连接,用于设定与每一个第一预设单元对应的喜好频道,并在启用自动频道切换功能的情况下,使播放模块5播放与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,或者提示将要切换到与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道。
处理单元3可以包括互相电连接的计算模块31和判断模块32。计算模块31和判定模块32可以与时间单元2和存储单元4分别电连接。
计算模块31用于在第二预设时间段内,计算同一频道在各个第一预设时间段内的总播放时长,以及多个频道在同一第一预设时间段内的播放时长总和,并将总播放时长和播放时长总和存储至存储单元4。通过从存储单元4获取总播放时长和播放时长总和,计算模块31可以针对每一个第一预设时间段,计算每一频道的总播放时长与多个频道的播放时长总和的时间百分比。
判断模块32用于将处于置信区间范围内且时间百分比最大的频道设定为与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,并向存储单元4发送存储与该第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道的信号。判断模块32还用于判断当前时间是否在某一个第一预设时间段内,或判断当前时间与下一个第一预设时间段的开始时间的间隔是否小于或等于预设切换周期,并向播放单元5发送用于频道切换的信号或提示进行频道切换的信号。
此外,存储单元4和处理单元3可以设置在播放装置中,也可以设置在播放装置以外的其他装置中,例如,机顶盒。
在使用播放装置播放节目时,时间单元2将频道信息和该频道的播放时长提供给计算模块31,并针对某一频道在某一第一预设时间段的播放时长进行累加,即,计算同一频道在各个第一预设时间段内的总播放时长。当达到第二预设时间段的时长时(例如,经过了一个月(t2=30天)),计算模块31计算各个频道在各个第一预设时间段的的总播放时长以及多个频道在同一第一预设时间段内的播放时长总和,并且计算每一个频道的总播放时长与多个频道的播放时长总和的时间百分比。根据设定的置信区间,判定模块32将处于置信区间范围内且时间百分比最大的频道自动设定为与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道的设置。在设置完各个参数后,用户不需要手动地对喜欢频道进行设置,为用户的使用提供了便利。
用户可以按下接收模块11中的启用/禁止频道切换的键,以启用智能频道切换功能。发送模块12将启用智能频道切换功能的信号发送至处理单元3。根据时间单元2获取当前时间,处理单元3调用存储单元4中存储的与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,使播放装置切换到该喜好频道,或提示将要切换到该喜好频道。
如果没有与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,则播放装置继续播放当前节目。当用户再次按下启用/禁止频道切换的键时,禁止智能频道切换功能。
此外,根据本发明的一个实施例的切换播放装置频道的方法,可以首先确定播放装置的当前用户,以便相应地设定针对该用户与多个第一时间段对应的喜好频道。
相应的,根据本本发明的一个实施例的播放装置还可以包括图像采集单元和图像识别单元。图像采集单元可以与图像识别单元电连接,用于采集播放装置的当前用户的人脸图像。图像识别单元与处理单元的判断模块电连接,用于根据由图像采集单元采集的人脸图像来识别播放装置的当前用户。
图像采集单元可以为人脸图像采集传感器,例如摄像头。图像 识别单元中可以预置有人脸特征信息,图像识别单元提取由人脸图像采集传感器采集到的人脸图像的特征,将提取到的人脸图像特征与预置的人脸特征信息进行比较,以确定播放装置的当前用户。
在本实施例中,对于有摄像头的播放装置,在播放装置播放节目和采集播放时长之前,可以先通过摄像头获取用户的人脸图像以确定播放装置的当前用户,从而可以针对不同用户进行统计和分析,以建立与特定用户对应的频道数据库。随后,当该用户再次操作此播放装置时,可以识别出该用户,并从存储单元中调用与该用户对应的频道数据库,以执行自动频道切换。
这里应该理解的是,采集用户获取用户的人脸图像,以确定播放装置的当前用户不一定在启用智能频道切换功能之前,也可以在启用智能频道切换功能之后执行确定用户的步骤。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种切换播放装置频道的方法,包括步骤:
    分别设定与多个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道;
    获取当前时间;以及
    当当前时间在所述多个第一预设时间段中的一个第一预设时间段内,或当前时间与所述多个第一预设时间段中的一个第一预设时间段的开始时间的间隔小于或等于预设切换周期时,在设定了与所述一个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道的情况下,使播放装置切换到与所述一个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,或者提示将要切换到与所述一个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,设定与各个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道的方法包括:
    在第二预设时间段内采集所述播放装置在每一个第一预设时间段内的多个频道的各自的播放时长;
    在第二预设时间段内,针对每一个第一预设时间段累加各个频道的总播放时长,以及所述多个频道在该第一预设时间段内的播放时长总和;
    针对每一个第一预设时间段,计算每一个频道的总播放时长与所述多个频道的播放时长总和的时间百分比;以及
    针对每一个第一预设时间段,将处于置信区间范围内且时间百分比最大的频道设定为与该第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,置信区间范围为[90%,100%]。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,第一预设时间段小于或等于第二预设时间段,第一预设时间段的时长为t1,其中1分钟≤t1≤1天,并且所述多个第一预设时间段彼此不重叠,并且
    第二预设时间段的时长为t2,其中1天≤t2≤1年。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述预设切换周期的时长为t0,其中,1分钟≤t0≤10分钟。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,还包括步骤:
    在设定与所述多个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道之前,确定播放装置的当前用户;并且
    针对当前用户,设定与所述多个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,当当前时间在所述多个第一预设时间段中的一个第一预设时间段内,或当前时间与所述多个第一预设时间段中的一个第一预设时间段的开始时间的间隔小于或等于所述预设切换周期时,在针对当前用户设定了与所述一个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道的情况下,使播放装置切换到与所述一个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,或者提示将要切换到与所述一个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道。
  8. 一种播放装置,其包括命令单元、时间单元、处理单元和存储单元,其中:
    命令单元与处理单元电连接,用于启用/禁止自动频道切换功能并且用于对与自动频道切换功能相关的参数进行设定,
    时间单元与处理单元电连接,用于提供当前时间,并向处理单元提供各个频道的播放时长,
    存储单元与处理单元电连接,用于存储与自动频道切换功能相关的参数,并且存储在第二预设时间段内,针对多个第一预设时间段中的每一个的多个频道的播放时长以及与每一个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,并且
    处理单元与所述播放装置中的播放单元电连接,用于设定与每 一个第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,并在启用自动频道切换功能的情况下,使播放模块播放与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,或者提示将要切换与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的播放装置,其中,处理单元包括互相电连接的计算模块和判断模块,其中:
    计算模块用于在第二预设时间段内,计算同一频道在各个第一预设时间段内的总播放时长,以及所述多个频道在同一第一预设时间段内的播放时长总和,并且针对每一个第一预设时间段,计算每一个频道的总播放时长与所述多个频道的播放时长总和的时间百分比,并且
    判断模块用于将处于置信区间范围内且时间百分比最大的频道设定为与第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道,并向存储单元发送存储与该第一预设时间段对应的喜好频道的信号,所述判断模块还用于判断当前时间是否在所述多个第一预设时间段中的一个第一预设时间段内,或判断当前时间与所述多个第一预设时间段中的一个第一预设时间段的开始时间的间隔是否小于或等于预设切换周期,并向所述播放装置中的播放单元发送用于频道切换的信号或提示进行频道切换的信号。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的播放装置,其中,命令单元包括接收模块和发送模块,其中:
    接收模块用于接收来自用户的启用/禁止自动频道切换命令以及对与自动频道切换功能相关的参数进行的设定,其中,所述参数包括所述多个第一预设时间段、所述第二预设时间段、所述预设切换周期以及所述置信区间,并且
    发送模块与处理单元电连接,用于将由接收模块接收的启用/禁止自动频道切换命令以及与自动频道切换功能相关的参数发送给处理单元。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的播放装置,其中,接收模块为与所述播放装置对应的遥控器,该遥控器上设置有用于启用/禁止频道切换的键和用于设定与频道切换功能相关的参数的设置键;或者
    接收模块为设置在所述播放装置的外壳上的用于启用/禁止频道切换的键和用于设定与频道切换功能相关的参数的设置键。
  12. 根据权利要求8-11任一项所述的播放装置,还包括图像采集单元和图像识别单元,其中:
    图像采集单元与图像识别单元电连接,用于采集所述播放装置的当前用户的人脸图像,并且
    图像识别单元与处理单元的判断模块和电连接,用于根据由图像采集单元采集的人脸图像来识别所述播放装置的当前用户。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的播放装置,其中,图像采集单元为人脸图像采集传感器,并且
    图像识别单元中预置有人脸特征信息,图像识别单元提取由人脸图像采集传感器采集到的人脸图像的特征,将提取到的人脸图像特征与预置的人脸特征信息进行比较,根据人脸图像特征与人脸特征信息匹配情况来确定所述播放装置的当前用户。
