在主要的实施例中, 消费者能通过该电子装置 311 开启该反馈应用程 序 312并以该电子装置 311的摄影镜头拍摄、 读取该商品资讯 411的二维 条码, 再于该反馈应用程序 312中输入该授权身份验证资讯 412的字码, 将两者一同通过该反馈应用程序 312传送至该制造端 10的资料处理单元 11 (如图 3所示), 该资料处理单元 11收到该消费者端 30传送的资讯后, 与 其储存单元 111中储存的验证资讯群组比对,确认商品资讯 411与授权身份 验证资讯 412两者的组合均无误时, 该运算单元 112根据收到的授权身餘 验证资讯 412辨^该授权销售端 20的身份并随机或以非随机的特殊运算方 式产生一比对验证资讯 12 (字码)并同时传送该比对验证资讯 12至该消费 者端 30的反馈应用程序 312与该授权销售端 20的资讯显示单元 21,此时, 该消费者端 30的反馈应用程序 312会在该电子装置 311上显示并提示该比 对验证资讯 12 (如图 4所示),该授权销售端 20的资讯显示单元 21也以荧 幕显示等方式显示该比对验证资讯 12,消费者端 30便能通过交互比对两者 是否一致来确认该授权销售端 20确实为该制造端 10授权贩售的通路 除 此之外, 当该制造端 10的验证资讯群组 41接收到该消费者端 30的反馈单 元 31所回传的商品资讯 411与授权身份验证资讯 412时, 该运算单元 112 说明资讯至该消费者端 30以输助消费者端 30判断是否符合, 例如该授权 销售端 20的名称、 地址、 电话、 网址等资讯, 甚至, 更可额外回传一回传 时间资讯至该消费者端 30与该授权销售端 20以辅助比对, 消费者端 30通 过确认两者时问是否正确且一致作为辅助验证。 请参考图 6, 此为本发明的 实际使用情形范例, 消费者能在反馈应用程序 312 中输入该授权身份验证 资讯 4i2 与扫描该商品资讯, 并连同手机号码一同传送至制造端后, 制造 端回传授权销售端的基本资讯、 商品照片等, 并同时将比对验证资讯传送 至消费者所输入的手机号码与授权销售端, 以供比对。
在本发明的其他可能实施例中, 该授权销售端可为一购物网站通路, 该资讯显示单元即为其网页, 而该制造端回传的比对验证资讯能即时显示 更新于其网页供消费者端查看比对。
特别要说明的是, 此验证动作不仅可于该消费者端购买商品后进行, 也可于购买之前即先进行验证, 确认无误后再进行购买, 更能确保自身权 益。
本发明主要实施例中以电子装置装设反馈应用程序作为反馈单元, 然 而, 在本发明其他可能实施例中, 该反馈单元可仅包含一可连接网路的电 子装置(如智能型手机、平板电脑或个人电脑等:),通过读取该商品资讯(如 二维条码)连接至该制造端的一特定网页 (根据该商品资讯的不同而有不 同网址或编码等), 消费者端在该网页输入该授权身份验证资讯, 便能使制 造端同时接收到该商品资讯与该授权身份验证资讯并进行比对、 运算。 其 中, 该反馈单元也可包含一手机简讯系统、 一电子邮件系统或一通讯应用 程序系统等, 也即该消费者端可利用手机简讯、 电子綽件或通讯软体接收 来自制造端的回传资讯。
然而, 假设回传至制造端的验证资讯群组经过制造端比对后发现与其 储存单元中所储存的资料未有符合, 则可分为下列几种情形, 制造端并可 将下列比对判断结果回传至消费者端的反馈单元: 一、 无论商品资讯或授 权身餘验证资讯均与储存单元中储存的资料不符合: 代表该制造端并未生 产、 销售此商品, 且此商家并未获得制造端的任何商品的销售授权; 二、 商品资讯于储存单元中有相符但授权身份验证资讯却无相符: 制造端确有 制造并销售此商品, 但此商家并未获得制造端的任何商品的销售授权; 三、 授权身份验证资讯于储存单元中有相符但商品资讯无相符: 此商家确实有 获得制造端授权销售商品, 然而此商品根本并非制造端所制造的商品; 四、 商品资讯与授权身份验证资讯均可分别于储存单元中找到相符, 但两者的 组合并未于储存单元中有相符: 此商品确为制造端所制造, 且此商家也确 实获得制造端的授权销售商品, 包此商品并非该商家获得授权的范围之内。
通过上述系统, 本发明可确实、 有效地即时供消费者验证商家是否为 制造商的合法授权销售通路, 且由于回传资讯至制造商时经由制造商释出 的反馈机制且比对验证资讯一定由制造商发出而不经商家之手, 故比对可 信度极高, 商家须出示其也收到与消费者完全相同的比对验证资讯方可证 明为授权销售商。 另一方面, 由于回传至制造商时, 制造商同时对于商品 资讯与授权身份验证资讯两者的组合进行比对验证, 即使回传的与授权身 份验证资讯确实于制造商的资料库中存在 (也即此商家确实有受到制造商 的授权),但商品型号或种类不符, 即可使消费者得知 ft商家虽有获得授权, 但所验证的商品并非包含于其授权范围而有疑虑。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

1、 一种商品防伪验证系统, 其特征在于, 其包含:
一制造端, 制造一商品, 该商品上具有一验证资讯群组, 该验证资讯 群组包含一商品资讯与一授权身份验证资讯, 该制造端具有一资料处理单 元, 该资料处理单元至少包含一运算单元与一储存单元, 该储存单元供储 存该验证资料群组;
至少一授权销售端, 该制造端将该商品提供至该授权销售端, 该授权 销售端具有一资讯显示单元, 其中该授权身份验证资讯以作为该授权销售 一消费者端, 该消费者端自该授权销售端取得一商品, 该消费者端通 过一反馈单元将该商品资讯与该授权身份验证资讯一同回传至该制造端的 资讯处理单元, 该资讯处理单元比对所收到的商品资讯与授权身份验证资 讯的组合与该储存单元中所储存的验证资料群组是否一致, 当一致时该运 算单元随机或非随机产生一比对验证资讯并根据该授权身份验证资讯所指 向的授权销售端将该比对验证资讯同时传送至该授权销售端的资讯显示单 元与该消费者端的反馈单元, 通过确认该消费者端的反馈单元接收到的比 对验证资讯确实与该授权销售端的资讯显示单元接收到的比对验证资讯相
2、 如权利要求 1所述的商品防伪验证系统, 其特征在于, 当该制造端 的验证资讯群组接收到该消费者端的反馈单元所回传的商品资讯与授权身 份验证资讯时, 该运算单元除了回传该比对验证资讯至该消费者端之外也 回传一销售端身份说明资讯至该消费者端以辅^消费者端判斷是否符合。
3、 如权利要求〗所述的商品防伪验证系统, 其特征在于, 该运算单元 除了回传该比对验证资讯至该消费者端与该授权销售端之外, 更回传一回 传时间资讯至该消费者端与该授权销售端以辅助比对。
4、 如权利要求 i所述的商品防伪验证系统, 其特征在于, 该授权销售 端为一实体商店。
5 , 如权利要求 1所述的商品防伪验证系统, 其特征在于, 该授权销售
6、 如权利要求 1所述的商品防伪验证系统, 其特征在于, 该消费者端 的反馈单元包含一电子装置与一反馈应用程序, 该反馈应用程序被该制造 端承认且安装于该电子装置, 该消费者端能经由该反馈应用程序通过该电 子装置传送该商品资讯与该授权身份验证资讯至该制造端, 该制造端的运 算单元传送至该消费端的比对验证资讯通过该反馈应用程序显示于该电子 装置。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的商品防伪验证系统, 其特征在于, 该商品资讯 在该商品上呈现的形式选自于由二维条码. 条码与字码所组成的群组。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的商品防伪验证系统, 其特征在于, 该授权身份 验证资讯在该商品上呈现的形式选自于由二维条码、 条码与字码所组成的 群组。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的商品防伪验证系统, 其特征在于, 该比对验证 资讯为一组随机产生的字码„
