下面详细描述本发明的具体实施例, 所述具体实施例的示例在附图中 示出, 其中自始至终相同的标号表示相同或相似的元件。 下面参考附图描 述的具体实施例是示例性的, 旨在解释本发明, 而不能解释为对本发明的 一种限制。
参见图 1至 3, 本发明提供了一种用于平板电脑 (未图示) 的便携式 可延展托架 100。 该托架 100主要包括基座 20, 用于放置平板电脑的支撑 托台 30, 以及, 连接支撑托台 30至基座 20的可调节的支架机构 40。 根 据本发明, 托架 100能够在适于携带的折叠状态和适于放置平板电脑的展 开状态之间转变。 其中, 在适于放置平板电脑的展开状态下 (如图 1和 2 所示), 支撑托台 30能够可调地移动离开基座 20以调节支撑托台 30相对 于基座 20的高度和视距, 并且使得支撑托台 30能够相对于基座实现 360 度的翻转, 从而调节被放置在支撑拖台 30上的平板电脑的可视角度; 而 在适于携带的折叠状态下(如图 3所示), 基座 20、支撑托台 30和可调节 的支架机构 40组合成紧凑结构, 以便托架 100的携带和储存。 根据本发 明提供的托架 100, 基座 20、 支撑托台 30和可调节的支架机构 40优选地 由铝合金和 /或工程材料制成, 因而确保了整个托架的刚度和强度。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例, 如图 1至 3所示, 基座 20包括由基 座用枢轴 21连接的第一基座板 22和第二基座板 23, 其中, 第一基座板 22和第二基座板 23均能够绕着基座用枢轴 21转动。这样,在折叠状态下 (如图 3所示), 第一和第二基座板 22、 23被转动到同一平面上以便于托 架 100的携带; 而在展开状态下 (如图 1和 2所示), 第一和第二基座板 22、 23被绕着基座用枢轴 21转动以构成托架 100的大致呈倒 V型的支撑 脚。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例, 如图 1和 2所示, 可调节的支架机构 40包括第一支架 41和与第一支架 41可枢转地连接的第二支架 42。 如图 所示, 第一支架 41和第二支架 42均为线性杆状支架。 具体地, 杆状第一 支架 41 具有第一端部和与第一端部相反的第二端部, 同时, 杆状第二支 架 42具有第三端部和与第三端部相反的第四端部。第一支架 41的第一端 部可枢转地连接至基座 20上的基座用枢轴 21,这样,第一支架 41能够绕 着基座用枢轴 21相对于基座 20枢转。 而第一支架 41的第二端部通过支 架间枢轴 43铰接至第二支架 42的第三端部, 这样, 第二支架 42能够绕 着第一支架 41和第二支架 42之间的铰接点相对于第一支架 41扭转。 此 外, 第二支架 42的第四端部可枢转地连接至支撑托台 30, 这样, 支撑托 台 30能够相对于第二支架 42的第四端部自由转动。 可见, 通过采用上述 的可调节支架机构, 能够使得支撑托台 30能够相对于基座 20自由地翻转 以及水平垂直旋转, 从而实现了支撑托台 30相对于基座 20在高度和 /或 转动角度上自由地调节。 优选地, 上述基座用枢轴 21和支架间枢轴 43均 为具有较大阻尼值的阻尼转轴, 例如类似于照相机三脚架中所采用的阻尼 转轴等。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例, 如图 1和 2所示, 支撑托台 30包括 由若干横向辐条 311和若干纵向辐条 312构成的支撑托面 31,以及可偏转 地设置在支撑托面 31的周边的若干固定钩部 32。 这样, 当平板电脑被放 置在支撑托面 31上时,可通过固定钩部 32将平板电脑固定在支撑托面 31 上。 优选地, 在支撑托面 31处, 若干横向辐条 311被构造成能够调节彼 此之间的距离从而调节支撑托面 31在横向方向上的长度, 并且, 若干纵 向辐条 312被构造成能够调节彼此之间的距离从而调节支撑托面 31在纵
向方向上的长度, 从而调节支撑托面 31 的支撑区域。 例如, 长度可调节 的辐条 311、 312可采用例如伸缩杆的构造, 当然, 也可采用业界可获得 的其它构造。 此外, 为了便于携带, 固定钩部 32被设置成在折叠状态下 能够被偏转成以与支撑托面 31存在于共同平面中, 而在展开状态下能够 被偏转成垂直于支撑托面 31以便于固定被放置在支撑托面 31上的平板电 脑。
这样,根据图 1至 3中所示的具体实施例提供的便携式可延展托架 100, 当处于展开状态下时(如图 1和 2所示),基座 20的第一和第二基座板 22、 23转动以构成托架 100的大致呈倒 V型的支撑脚。 这样, 沿着图 1和 2 中所示的箭头方向, 第一和第二支架 41、 42 能够自如地相对于基座绕着 基座用枢轴 21转动并且第一和第二支架 41、 42之间也能够绕着支架间枢 轴 43转动,从而调节支撑托台 30的高度,进而确定被放置在支撑托面 31 上的平板电脑的高度、 可视角度以及视距。 而支撑托面 31又能够相对于 其与第二支架 42的端部转动, 从而能够有效调节被放置在支撑托面 31上 的平板电脑的角度。 此外, 支撑托台 30上的固定钩部 32能够将平板电脑 稳定地固定在支撑托面 31上。 而当处于折叠状态下时(如图 3所示), 基 座 20的第一和第二基座板 22、 23转动到同一平面中, 支架机构 40的第 一支架 41和第二支架 42则被紧凑地折叠到基座板 22、 23上方, 支撑托 台 30的支撑托面 31被折叠到支架机构 40上, 而支撑托台 30的固定钩部 32则被偏转成以与支撑托面 31存在于共同平面中。 这样, 当处于折叠状 态下时, 便携式可延展托架 100形成紧凑的折叠结构, 便于携带和储存。
以上阐述了本发明提供的用于平板电脑的便携式可延展托架 100的基 本结构和操作说明。 当然, 在此基础上, 本发明提供的托架 100还可以具 有如下以及其它可变化的结构和功能。
根据本发明的进一歩的具体实施例, 支撑托台 30可以可拆卸地连接 至可调节的支架机构 30。如图 4所述,在第二支架 42和支撑托台 30的连 接处还设有万向头 50, 以便支撑托台 30在展开状态下能够相对于支架机 构 40自由转动。 当然, 在其它实施例中, 支撑托台 30可被从第二支架 42 上卸下, 而在第二支架 42的该端部上安装其它装置, 例如电灯等。
根据本发明的又一个具体实施例, 如图 5所示, 在第一支架 41上可
以设有滑槽 60, 其中, 基座用枢轴 21被构造成能够在折叠状态下沿着滑 槽 60滑动, 这样, 当托架处于折叠状态下时, 能够以更加紧凑的方式折 叠托架 100, 从而便于托架的携带和储存。
根据本发明的还一个具体实施例, 如图 6和 7所示, 除了上述的基础 构造外, 可调节的支架机构 30还可以包括用于辅助支撑支撑托台 30的第 三支架 70。 如图所示, 第三支架 70包括铰接端部和自由的支撑端部 71, 其中, 铰接端部铰接至第一支架 41的第二端部, 从而使得第三支架 70能 够绕着第一支架 41的该端部枢转。 并且优选地, 第三支架 70可以被构造 成能够隐藏在第一支架 41中 (如图 7所示)。 这样, 当托架处于展开状态 下时, 能够进一歩强化对支撑托台 30的支撑。
由上可知, 本发明提供的用于平板电脑的便携式可延展托架, 可使被 放置在其中的平板电脑进行 360 度翻转以及水平垂直旋转,从而实现了高 度、 视距和 /或角度的高自由度的调节。 例如, 通过采用本发明提供的托 架, 可使使用者自如地观看平板电脑, 例如使用者可以躺着向上观看等。 因此, 本发明提供的托架具备更佳的人体工学特征, 能够拥有比已有设计 大大提高减轻颈椎病和近视的功效。 并且, 本发明提供的托架使用铝合金 或者工程塑料制成的折叠支架结构, 成本低廉, 制造简单。 此外, 本发明 提供的便携式托架, 经折叠后可收起, 可方便携带或存储。
上述本发明的具体实施例仅例示性的说明了本发明的原理及其功效, 而非用于限制本发明, 熟知本领域的技术人员应明白, 在不偏离本发明的 精神和范围的情况下, 对本发明所作的任何改变和改进都在本发明的范围 内。 本发明的权利保护范围, 应如本申请的申请专利范围所界定的为准。
Claims
1. 一种用于平板电脑的便携式可延展托架 (100), 所述托架包括: 基座 (20);
用于放置平板电脑的支撑托台 (30); 以及
可调节的支架机构 (40), 所述支撑托台通过所述可调节的支架机构 连接至所述基座;
其中, 所述托架能够在折叠状态和展开状态之间转变, 在适于携带的 折叠状态下, 所述基座、 所述支撑托台和所述可调节的支架机构组合成紧 凑结构, 而在适于放置平板电脑的展开状态下, 所述支撑托台能够可调地 移动离开所述基座以调节所述支撑托台相对于所述基座的高度和视距, 并 且使得所述支撑托台能够相对于所述基座实现 360度的翻转, 从而调节被 放置在支撑拖台上的平板电脑的可视角度。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的托架, 其中, 所述可调节的支架机构包括: 第一支架 (41 ), 所述第一支架包括第一端部和与第一端部相反的第 二端部, 所述第一端部可枢转地连接至所述基座上的基座用枢轴 (21 ); 和
第二支架 (42), 所述第二支架包括第三端部和与第三端部相反的第 四端部, 所述第三端部通过支架间枢轴 (43 )铰接至所述第一支架的第二 端部而所述第四端部可枢转地连接至所述支撑托台。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的托架, 其中, 所述支撑托台包括:
由若干横向辐条(311 )和若干纵向辐条(312)构成的支撑托面(31 ) ; 以及
可偏转地设置在所述支撑托面的周边的若干固定钩部 (32), 其中, 所述固定钩部在所述折叠状态下能够被偏转成以与所述支撑托面存在于 共同平面中, 而在所述展开状态下能够被偏转成垂直于支撑托面以便于固 定被放置在所述支撑托面上的平板电脑。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的托架, 其中,
在所述支撑托面处, 所述若干横向辐条被构造成能够调节彼此之间的 距离从而调节所述支撑托面在横向方向上的长度, 并且, 所述若干纵向辐 条被构造成能够调节彼此之间的距离从而调节所述支撑托面在纵向方向 上的长度, 从而调节所述支撑托面的支撑区域。
5. 如权利要求 2所述的托架, 其中, 所述基座进一歩包括:
由所述基座用枢轴(21 )连接的第一基座板(22)和第二基座板(23 ), 其中所述第一和第二基座板能够相对于所述基座用枢轴转动, 以使得, 在 所述折叠状态下, 所述第一和第二基座板被转动到同一平面上以便于携带, 而在所述展开状态下, 所述第一和第二基座板被转动以构成所述托架的支 撑脚。
6. 如权利要求 2至 5中任一所述的托架, 其中,
在所述第二支架和所述支撑托台的连接处还设有万向头 (50), 以便 所述支撑托台在所述展开状态下能够相对于所述支架机构自由转动。
7. 如权利要求 2至 5中任一所述的托架, 其中,
在所述第一支架上设有滑槽 (60), 其中, 所述基座用枢轴被构造成 能够在所述折叠状态下沿着所述滑槽滑动, 从而便于所述托架的携带。
8. 如权利要求 2至 5中任一所述的托架,其中,所述可调节的支架机 构还包括:
第三支架 (70), 所述第三支架包括铰接至所述第一支架的第二端部 的铰接端部, 以及自由的支撑端部 (71 ), 所述第三支架被构造成能够隐 藏在所述第一支架中。
9. 如权利要求 1所述的托架, 其中,
所述基座、所述支撑托台和所述可调节的支架机构由铝合金和工程材
料中的任一种制成。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的托架, 其中,
所述支撑托台可拆卸地连接至所述可调节的支架机构。
11. 如权利要求 2所述的托架, 其中,
所述第一和第二支架均为线性杆状支架。
12. 如权利要求 2所述的托架, 其中,
所述基座用枢轴 (21 ) 和所述支架间枢轴 (43 ) 均为阻尼转轴。
