一种对会议电视终端进行操作控制的方法及装置 技术领域 本发明涉及到通信领域, 特别涉及到一种对会议电视终端进行操作控制的方法及 装置。 背景技术 电视会议是利用会议电视终端和专用设备(如摄像头、麦克风等)通过通信网络, 把在两个或多个地点的会议室连接起来, 以电视方式召开实时、 双向、 交互式的可视 会议。 会议电视终端是电视会议中的重要设备, 会议电视终端使用时, 需要参会人员 对会议电视终端进行操作控制, 包括查看地址簿、 搜索联系人、 发起呼叫等操作。 在 现有技术中, 参会人员对会议电视终端的操作控制目前主要有以下四种方式: 一、 参会人员直接使用遥控器对会议电视终端进行操作, 这种方式有以下不足, 遥控器操作不便, 进行焦点切换时一般要连续按多次按键, 特别是在进行文字输入时 更加不便, 中文输入时更加费时费力而且容易出错, 严重影响参会人员对会议电视终 端的使用体验, 影响参会人员工作效率; 二、 通过网络对会议电视终端进行控制, 参会人员在现场先查看会议电视终端的
IP地址, 然后在 WEB浏览器输入会议电视终端的 IP地址, 打开会议电视终端后再输 入用户名、 密码进行验证, 通过验证后就可以对会议电视终端进行方便的控制, 采用 这种方式能简化参会人员对会议电视终端的操作, 提高操作效率。 但这种方式有以下 不足: 参会人员登陆会议电视终端网络过程繁琐, 首先需要携带 PC机(个人计算机), 然后要查看会议电视终端 IP地址、 输入会议电视终端 IP地址, 每个会议室的会议电 视终端的 IP地址都不同, 同一台会议电视终端的 IP地址也会经常变化, 影响参会人 员的使用; 且参会人员还要知道登录会议电视终端网络的用户名、 密码, 如果每台会 议电视终端的用户名、 密码都一致, 则存在安全隐患, 如果每台会议电视终端的用户 名、 密码都不一致, 则参会人员到不同的会议室都要先获取用户名、 密码才能使用会 议电视终端, 实际使用过程中非常不便; 三、 提供专用的会议电视终端控制软件, 参会人员先把专用的会议电视终端控制 软件安装在 PC机上, 然后使用该专用的会议电视终端控制软件对会议电视终端进行 操作, 这种方式的优缺点和第二种方式类似, 且还需要额外安装专用的会议电视终端

S10、会议服务器接收参会人员通过用户智能设备发送的登陆会议电视终端的 web 访问请求,该登陆会议电视终端的 web访问请求包括登陆会议电视终端的 web访问链 接地址数据; 该登陆会议电视终端的 web访问链接地址数据由该会议服务器预先生成 发送给参会人员。 该用户智能设备为参会人员手持的智能设备, 如可以是参会人员的智能手机、 PC 机、 平板电脑等便于携带的终端。 参会人员通过该用户智能设备向会议服务器发送登 陆会议电视终端的 web访问请求, 会议服务器接收该用户智能设备发送的登陆会议电 视终端的 web访问请求,该登陆会议电视终端的 web访问请求包括登陆会议电视终端 的 web访问链接地址数据,该登陆会议电视终端的 web访问链接地址数据由该会议服
务器预先生成发送给参会人员, 该 web访问链接地址数据中包括会议标识、 会议电视 终端标识、 参会人员标识, 如该会议标识为 meeting01、会议电视终端标识为 TV1、 参 会人员标识为 001。 进一步的, 该 web访问连接地址数据还可包括第一鉴权信息。
S20、 该会议服务器对该 web访问请求进行安全认证, 若该 web访问请求通过安 全认证, 则该会议服务器将该 web访问请求发送给对应的会议电视终端, 以使该对应 的会议电视终端对该 web访问请求进行安全认证。 在该步骤 S20中, 该会议服务器对参会人员通过用户智能设备发送过来的 web访 问请求进行验证, 以确定是否将该 web访问请求发送给对应的会议电视终端。 该会议 服务器对该 web访问请求进行安全认证, 如: 验证该参会人员标识对应的参会人员是 否具有访问该会议电视终端标识对应的会议电视终端的权限, 验证该参会人员标识对 应的参会人员是否具有参加该会议标识对应的会议的权限。 若该 web访问请求通过安 全认证, 则该会议服务器将该 web访问请求发送给对应的会议电视终端, 即将该 web 访问请求发送给该 web访问请求中会议电视终端标识对应的会议电视终端。 具体的, 该会议服务器预先存储了各会议电视终端标识及对应的 IP地址的映射关系,如存储了 会议电视终端标识为 TV1及对应的 IP地址为: 1.1.1.1, 该会议服务器根据 web访问 请求中的会议电视终端标识查找到该会议电视终端标识对应的 IP地址,然后根据查找 到的 IP地址将该 web访问请求发送给会议电视终端;进一步的,该会议服务器还判断 该 web访问请求中的第一鉴权信息是否与预存的该会议电视终端标识对应的第二鉴权 信息是否相同, 若相同, 则将该 web访问请求发送给该 web访问请求中会议终端标识 对应的会议电视终端。 该会议电视终端预先存储了会议电视终端标识与参会人员标识映射关系的权限列 表, 如存储了会议电视终端标识 TV1与参会人员标识 001的映射关系、会议电视终端 标识 TV2与参会人员标识 002和 003的映射关系 (即该会议电视终端标识 TV2对应 的会议电视终端允许参会人员标识 002和 003对应的参会人员访问) 等。 该会议服务 器可根据该会议电视终端标识与参会人员标识映射关系的权限列表对 web访问请求进 行安全认证。 该会议电视终端接收到该 web访问请求时, 对该 web访问请求进行安全认证, 即 确定是否允许该 web访问请求中参会人员标识对应的参会人员通过用户智能设备与该 会议电视终端进行 web访问, 并将认证结果发送给会议服务器, 如: 若允许该 web访 问请求中参会人员标识对应的参会人员通过用户智能设备与该会议电视终端进行 web 访问, 则将同意该用户智能设备对该对应的会议电视终端进行 web访问的响应消息反 馈给该会议服务器; 若不允许该 web访问请求中参会人员标识对应的参会人员通过用
户智能设备与该会议电视终端进行 web访问, 则将拒绝该用户智能设备对该对应的会 议电视终端进行 web访问的响应消息反馈给该会议服务器。
S30、该会议服务器接收该对应的会议电视终端返回的, 同意该用户智能设备对该 对应的会议电视终端进行 web访问的响应消息, 并将该响应消息发送给该用户智能设 备, 以使得该用户智能设备对该对应的会议电视终端进行操作控制。 在该步骤 S30中, 该会议服务器接收该对应的会议电视终端返回的, 同意与该用 户智能设备对该对应的会议电视终端进行 web访问的响应消息, 该响应消息可包括该 会议电视终端的 IP地址;该会议电视终端还将接收的同意该用户智能设备对该对应的 会议电视终端进行 web访问的响应消息发送给该用户智能设备, 以使得该用户智能设 备对该对应的会议电视终端进行操作控制。 具体的, 该用户智能终端可根据该响应消 息建立该用户智能设备与会议电视终端之间的直接通信连接, 或建立该用户智能设备 经会议服务器与该会议电视终端之间的间接通信连接。 当该用户智能设备与该会议电 视终端之间是直接通信连接时, 该用户智能设备可从响应消息中获取该会议电视终端 的 IP地址, 该用户智能设备直接通过该 IP地址访问该会议电视终端。 该用户智能设备可以通过运营商公共网络、 企业网络、 终端私有网络等几种方式 访问会议电视终端。 该用户智能设备当前连接的网络, 进行动态域名解析, 获得会议 服务器的 IP地址, 与该会议服务器进行通信连接, 向该会议服务器发送登陆会议电视 终端的 web访问请求。 当该用户智能设备当前连接的网络为企业网络时, 该用户智能设备可直接访问会 议服务器, 与该会议服务器进行数据交互。 当该用户智能设备当前连接的网络为运营商公共网络时, 该用户智能设备不能直 接访问会议服务器和会议电视终端, 该用户智能设备需要通过企业网络部署的外网 WEB代理来间接访问会议服务器。 当该用户智能设备连接的网络为会议电视终端的私有网络时, 该会议服务器将会 议电视终端无线网络接入配置数据、 鉴权数据发送给该用户智能设备, 为保证会议电 视终端安全, 该鉴权数据只能在一次会议期间有效, 会议结束后, 由会议服务器通知 会议电视终端修改鉴权数据, 禁止用户智能设备使用原有鉴权数据再接入会议电视终 端私有网络。 当该用户智能设备需连接的网络为会议电视终端的私有网络时, 参会人 员首先要对用户智能设备进行配置, 使其接入到会议电视终端私有网络。
该用户智能设备对该对应的会议电视终端进行操作控制, 其中: 该操作控制指令 包括查看地址簿、 搜索联系人、 发起呼叫等。 该用户智能设备可基于建立的该直接通 信连接, 向该会议电视终端发送操作控制指令以控制该会议电视终端, 如该用户智能 设备直接向该会议电视终端发送发起呼叫的操作控制指令; 该用户智能设备也可基于 建立的该间接通信连接先将操作控制指令发送给会议服务器, 然后由会议服务器将操 作控制指令发送给会议电视终端, 如该用户智能设备将发起呼叫操作控制指令先发送 给会议服务器, 然后会议服务器将该呼叫操作控制指令发送给会议电视终端, 实现对 会议电视终端的操作控制。
参照图 2, 图 2为本发明对会议电视终端进行操作控制的方法的第二实施例流程 示意图。 基于上述对会议电视终端进行操作控制的方法的第一实施例, 在步骤 S30之前, 该方法还包括以下步骤 S40-S60。
S40、该会议服务器接收该对应的会议电视终端发送的获取动态验证码的请求,并 根据该获取动态验证码的请求生成第一动态验证码。 会议电视终端在接收到会议服务器发送的 web访问请求时,对该 web访问请求进 行安全认证, 在该安全认证通过后, 向该会议服务器发送获取动态验证码的请求, 该 会议服务器接收该对应的会议电视终端发送的获取动态验证码的请求, 并根据该获取 动态验证码的请求生成第一动态验证码, 该第一动态验证码随机生成, 该第一动态验 证码可包括数字、 字母及或文字等。
S50、会议服务器将生成的第一动态验证码发送给对应的会议电视终端, 以使得该 对应的会议电视终端显示该第一动态验证码。 该会议服务器将该生成的第一动态验证码发送给对应的会议电视终端, 该会议电 视终端接收该第一动态验证码并将该第一动态验证码显示在屏幕上, 以供参会人员查 看。
S60、该会议服务器接收参会人员通过用户智能设备发送的第二动态验证码,并将 该第二动态验证码发送给对应的会议电视终端, 以使得该对应的会议电视终端根据第 一动态验证码对该第二动态验证进行验证。
参会人员读取该会议电视终端显示的第一动态验证码, 并在该用户智能设备输入 第二动态验证码, 该用户智能设备将参会人员输入的第二动态验证码发送给该会议服 务器, 该会议服务器接收该第二动态验证码, 并将该第二动态验证码发送给对应的会 议电视终端, 该会议电视终端对该第二动态验证码进行验证, 具体的, 该会议电视终 端判断该第二动态验证码是否与该会议电视终端显示的第一动态验证码相同,若相同, 则该会议电视终端将同意该用户智能设备对该对应的会议电视终端进行 web访问的响 应消息反馈给该会议服务器, 若不相同, 则该会议电视终端将拒绝该用户智能设备对 该对应的会议电视终端进行 web访问的响应消息反馈给该会议服务器。 会议电视终端采用动态验证码, 可保证会议电视终端和会议的安全, 在参会人员 通过用户智能设备与会议电视终端建立连接时, 提供动态安全策略, 参会人员需要根 据会议电视终端显示的第一动态验证码向该会议电视终端提交第二动态验证码, 只有 在提交的第二动态验证码与会议电视终端显示的第一动态验证码相同时, 才允许参会 人员通过该用户智能设备向该会议电视终端进行 web访问, 从而保证只有会议现场的 参会人员才能通过用户智能设备对会议电视终端进行 web访问, 未在现场的参会人员 即使通过用户智能设备与会议电视终端建立了连接, 也无法对该会议电视终端进行 web访问。
参照图 3, 图 3为本发明对会议电视终端进行操作控制的方法的第三实施例流程 示意图。 基于上述对会议电视终端进行操作控制的方法的第一实施例, 在步骤 S10之前, 该方法还包括以下步骤 S70-80。
S70、该会议服务器接收会议预订人员输入的预订信息,并根据该预订信息生成会 议通知, 该会议通知包括会议信息、 登陆会议电视终端的 web访问链接地址数据。 会议预订人员通过客户端登陆会议服务器, 进行会议预订, 如确定会场地点、 会 议时间、 会议标识、 会议主题、 会议电视终端标识、 参会人员标识等, 该会议服务器 根据该预订信息生成会议通知, 该会议通知包括会议信息、 登陆会议电视终端的 web 访问链接地址数据, 该会议信息包括: 会议时间、所有会场地点、 所有参会人员标识、 会议主题, 该登陆会议电视终端的 web访问链接地址数据包括会议标识、 会议电视终 端标识、 参会人员标识。 S80、 该会议服务器将该会议通知发送给对应的参会人员。
在该步骤 S80中, 该会议服务器将会议通知发送给对应的参会人员 (该参会人员 由参会人员标识确定), 参会人员通过该用户智能设备接收会议服务器发送的会议通 知, 不同参会人员接收的会议通知中的会议信息相同, 但是登陆会议电视终端的 web 访问链接地址数据不同, 即不同参会人员通过不同的登陆会议电视终端的 web访问链 接地址数据登录到对应的会议电视终端。 进一步的, 该会议服务器将该会议通知发送给对应的参会人员的步骤为: 该会议 服务器通过邮件或短信将该会议通知发送给对应的参会人员。 该会议服务器也可通过 其他现有方式向参会人员发送会议通知。
参照图 4, 图 4为本发明对会议电视终端进行操作控制的方法的第四实施例流程 示意图。 基于上述对会议电视终端进行操作控制的方法的第一实施例, 该 web访问请求还 包括会议时间, 在步骤 S30之后, 该方法还包括以下步骤 S90。
S90、该会议服务器在会议时间结束后, 向用户智能设备发送断开连接指令, 以使 该用户智能设备与对应的会议电视终端断开连接。 会议服务器根据 web访问请求中的会议时间, 即时监控该会议时间是否结束, 在 会议时间结束后, 该会议服务器向该用户智能设备发送断开连接指令, 不允许该用户 智能设备继续与该会议电视终端进行 web访问, 停止用户智能设备对该会议电视终端 的操作控制。 该用户智能设备接收到该会议服务器在会议时间结束后发送的断开连接指令时, 与该会议电视终端断开连接, 对该会议电视终端没有操作控制权限, 结束对该会议电 视终端的操作控制。
参照图 5, 图 5为本发明对会议电视终端进行操作控制的装置的第一实施例结构 示意图, 该装置包括会议服务器, 该会议服务器分别与会议电视终端、 用户智能设备 建立通信连接, 该会议服务器包括: 第一收发模块 10、 与该第一收发模块 10连接的 认证模块 20、与该认证模块 20连接的第二收发模块 30,该第一收发模块 10还与该第 二收发模块 30连接。 其中,

第二鉴权信息是否相同, 若相同, 则通过该第二收发模块 30将该 web访问请求发送 给该 web访问请求中会议终端标识对应的会议电视终端。 该会议电视终端预先存储了会议电视终端标识与参会人员标识映射关系的权限列 表, 如存储了会议电视终端标识 TV1与参会人员标识 001的映射关系、会议电视终端 标识 TV2与参会人员标识 002和 003的映射关系 (即该会议电视终端标识 TV2对应 的会议电视终端允许参会人员标识 002和 003对应的参会人员访问) 等。 该会议服务 器的认证模块 20 可根据该会议电视终端标识与参会人员标识映射关系的权限列表对 web访问请求进行安全认证。 该会议电视终端接收到该 web访问请求时, 对该 web访问请求进行安全认证, 即 确定是否允许该 web访问请求中参会人员标识对应的参会人员通过用户智能设备与该 会议电视终端进行 web访问, 并将认证结果发送给会议服务器, 如: 若允许该 web访 问请求中参会人员标识对应的参会人员通过用户智能设备与该会议电视终端进行 web 访问, 则将同意该用户智能设备对该对应的会议电视终端进行 web访问的响应消息反 馈给该会议服务器; 若不允许该 web访问请求中参会人员标识对应的参会人员通过用 户智能设备与该会议电视终端进行 web访问, 则将拒绝该用户智能设备对该对应的会 议电视终端进行 web访问的响应消息反馈给该会议服务器。 该会议服务器的第二收发模块 30接收该对应会议电视终端返回的,同意与该用户 智能设备对该对应的会议电视终端进行 web访问的响应消息, 该响应消息可包括该会 议电视终端的 IP地址; 该会议电视终端还通过第一收发模块 10将接收的同意该用户 智能设备对该对应的会议电视终端进行 web访问的响应消息发送给该用户智能设备, 以使得该用户智能设备对该对应的会议电视终端进行操作控制。 用户智能设备。 具体 的, 该用户智能终端可根据该响应消息建立该用户智能设备与会议电视终端之间的直 接通信连接, 或建立该用户智能设备经会议服务器与该会议电视终端之间的间接通信 连接。 当该用户智能设备与该会议电视终端之间是直接通信连接时, 该用户智能设备 可从响应消息中获取该会议电视终端的 IP地址, 该用户智能设备直接通过该 IP地址 访问该会议电视终端。 该用户智能设备可以通过运营商公共网络、 企业网络、 终端私有网络等几种方式 访问会议电视终端。 该用户智能设备当前连接的网络, 进行动态域名解析, 获得会议 服务器的 IP地址, 与该会议服务器进行通信连接, 向该会议服务器发送登陆会议电视 终端的 web访问请求。
当该用户智能设备当前连接的网络为企业网络时, 该用户智能设备可直接访问会 议服务器, 与该会议服务器进行数据交互。 当该用户智能设备当前连接的网络为运营商公共网络时, 该用户智能设备不能直 接访问会议服务器和会议电视终端, 该用户智能设备需要通过企业网络部署的外网 WEB代理来间接访问会议服务器和会议电视终端。 当该用户智能设备连接的网络为会议电视终端的私有网络时, 该会议服务器将会 议电视终端无线网络接入配置数据、 鉴权数据发送给用户智能设备, 为保证会议电视 终端安全, 该鉴权数据只能在一次会议期间有效, 会议结束后, 由会议服务器通知会 议电视终端修改鉴权数据, 禁止用户智能设备使用原有鉴权数据再接入会议电视终端 私有网络。 当该用户智能设备连接的网络为会议电视终端的私有网络时, 参会人员首 先要对用户智能设备进行配置, 使其接入到会议电视终端私有网络。 该用户智能设备对该对应的会议电视终端进行操作控制, 其中: 该操作控制指令 包括查看地址簿、 搜索联系人、 发起呼叫等。 该用户智能设备可基于建立的该直接通 信连接, 向该会议电视终端发送操作控制指令以控制该会议电视终端, 如该用户智能 设备直接向该会议电视终端发送发起呼叫的操作控制指令; 该用户智能设备也可基于 建立的该间接通信连接, 先将操作控制指令发送给会议服务器, 然后由会议服务器的 第二收发模块 30将操作控制指令发送给会议电视终端,如该用户智能设备将发起呼叫 操作控制指令先发送给会议服务器,然后会议服务器的第二收发模块 30将该呼叫操作 控制指令发送给会议电视终端, 实现对会议电视终端的操作控制。 进一步的, 该会议服务器还包括第三收发模块 40, 设置为接收会议预订人员输入 的预订信息, 并根据该预订信息生成会议通知, 该会议通知包括会议信息、 登陆会议 电视终端的 web访问链接地址数据。 该第一收发模块 10, 还设置为将该会议通知发送给对应的参会人员。 会议预订人员通过客户端登陆会议服务器, 进行会议预订, 如确定会场地点、 会 议时间、 会议标识、 会议主题、 会议电视终端标识、 参会人员标识等, 该会议服务器 根据该预订信息生成会议通知, 该会议通知包括会议信息、 登陆会议电视终端的 web 访问链接地址数据, 该会议信息包括: 会议时间、所有会场地点、 所有参会人员标识、 会议主题, 该登陆会议电视终端的 web访问链接地址数据包括会议标识、 会议电视终 端标识、 参会人员标识。
该会议服务器的第一收发模块 10将会议通知发送给对应的参会人员(该参会人员 由参会人员标识确定), 参会人员通过该用户智能设备接收会议服务器发送的会议通 知, 不同参会人员接收的会议通知中的会议信息相同, 但是登陆会议电视终端的 web 访问链接地址数据不同, 即不同参会人员通过不同的登陆会议电视终端的 web访问链 接地址数据登录到对应的会议电视终端。 具体的, 该会议服务器的第一收发模块 10将会议通知发送给对应的参会人员为: 该会议服务器通过第一收发模块 10 通过邮件或短信将该会议通知发送给对应的参会 人员。该会议服务器的第一收发模块 10也可通过其他现有方式向参会人员发送会议通 知。 进一步的, 该 web访问请求还包括会议时间, 该第一收发模块 10还设置为在会 议时间结束后, 向用户智能设备发送断开连接指令, 以使该用户智能设备与对应的会 议电视终端断开连接。 会议服务器根据 web访问请求中的会议时间, 即时监控该会议时间是否结束, 在 会议时间结束后,该会议服务器的第一收发模块 10向该用户智能设备发送断开连接指 令, 不允许该用户智能设备继续与该会议电视终端继续建立通信连接, 停止用户智能 设备对该会议电视终端的操作控制。 该用户智能设备接收到该会议服务器在会议时间结束后发送的断开连接指令时, 与该会议电视终端断开连接, 对该会议电视终端没有操作控制权限, 结束对该会议电 视终端的操作控制。
参照图 6, 图 6为本发明用户智能设备的第二实施例结构示意图。 基于上述用户智能设备的第一实施例,该第二收发模块 30还设置为接收该对应的 会议电视终端发送的获取动态验证码的请求, 该会议服务器还包括生成模块 50, 该生 成模块 50与该第二收发模块 30连接;该生成模块 50设置为根据该获取动态验证码的 请求生成第一动态验证码; 该第二收发模块 30, 还设置为将生成的第一动态验证码发 送给对应的会议电视终端, 以使得该对应的会议电视终端显示该第一动态验证码, 及 设置为将第二动态验证码发送给对应的会议电视终端, 以使得该对应的会议电视终端 根据第一动态验证码对该第二动态验证进行验证; 该第一收发模块 10, 还设置为接收 参会人员通过用户智能设备发送的第二动态验证码。
会议电视终端在接收到会议服务器发送的 web访问请求时,对该 web访问请求进 行安全认证, 在该安全认证通过后, 该会议电视终端向该会议服务器发送获取动态验 证码的请求,该会议服务器的第二收发模块 30接收该对应的会议电视终端发送的获取 动态验证码的请求, 该生成模块 50 根据该获取动态验证码的请求生成第一动态验证 码, 该第一动态验证码随机生成, 该第一动态验证码可包括数字、 字母及或文字等。 该会议服务器的第二收发模块 30 将该生成的第一动态验证码发送给对应的会议 电视终端, 该会议电视终端接收该第一动态验证码并将该第一动态验证码显示在屏幕 上, 以供参会人员查看。 参会人员读取该会议电视终端显示的第一动态验证码, 并在该用户智能设备输入 第二动态验证码, 该用户智能设备将参会人员输入的第二动态验证码发送给该会议服 务器, 该会议服务器接收该第二动态验证码, 并通过第二收发模块 30将该第二动态验 证码发送给对应的会议电视终端, 该会议电视终端对该第二动态验证码进行验证, 具 体的, 该会议电视终端判断该第二动态验证码是否与该会议电视终端显示的第一动态 验证码相同,若相同,则该会议电视终端的第一收发模块 10将同意该用户智能设备对 该对应的会议电视终端进行 web访问的响应消息反馈给该会议服务器, 若不相同, 则 该会议电视终端的第一收发模块 10 将拒绝该用户智能设备对该对应的会议电视终端 进行 web访问的响应消息反馈给该会议服务器。 会议电视终端采用动态验证码, 可保证会议电视终端和会议的安全, 在参会人员 通过用户智能设备与会议电视终端建立连接时, 提供动态安全策略, 参会人员需要根 据会议电视终端显示的第一动态验证码向该会议电视终端提交第二动态验证码, 只有 在提交的第二动态验证码与会议电视终端显示的第一动态验证码相同时, 才允许参会 人员通过该用户智能设备向该会议电视终端进行 web访问, 从而保证只有会议现场的 参会人员才能通过用户智能设备对会议电视终端进行 web访问, 未在现场的参会人员 即使通过用户智能设备与会议电视终端建立了连接, 也无法对该会议电视终端进行 web访问。

会议服务器接收参会人员通过用户智能设备发送的登陆会议电视终端的 web访问请求, 所述登陆会议电视终端的 web访问请求包括登陆会议电视终端 的 web访问链接地址数据;所述登陆会议电视终端的 web访问链接地址数据由 所述会议服务器预先生成发送给参会人员;
所述会议服务器对所述 web访问请求进行安全认证,若所述 web访问请求 通过安全认证, 则所述会议服务器将所述 web访问请求发送给对应的会议电视 终端, 以使所述对应的会议电视终端对所述 web访问请求进行安全认证; 所述会议服务器接收所述对应的会议电视终端返回的, 同意所述用户智能 设备对所述对应的会议电视终端进行 web访问的响应消息, 并将所述响应消息 发送给所述用户智能设备, 以使得所述用户智能设备对所述对应的会议电视终 端进行操作控制。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述会议服务器接收所述对应的会议电视 终端返回的, 同意所述用户智能设备对所述对应的会议电视终端进行 web访问 的响应消息, 并将所述响应消息发送给所述用户智能设备, 以使得所述用户智 能设备对所述对应的会议电视终端进行操作控制的步骤之前, 该方法还包括: 所述会议服务器接收所述对应的会议电视终端发送的获取动态验证码的请 求, 并根据所述获取动态验证码的请求生成第一动态验证码;
所述会议服务器将生成的第一动态验证码发送给对应的会议电视终端, 以 使得所述对应的会议电视终端显示所述第一动态验证码;
所述会议服务器接收参会人员通过用户智能设备发送的第二动态验证码, 并将所述第二动态验证码发送给对应的会议电视终端, 以使得所述对应的会议 电视终端根据第一动态验证码对所述第二动态验证进行验证。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述会议服务器接收参会人员通过用户智 能设备发送的登陆会议电视终端的 web访问请求的步骤之前, 该方法还包括: 所述会议服务器接收会议预订人员输入的预订信息, 并根据所述预订信息 生成会议通知, 所述会议通知包括会议信息、 登陆会议电视终端的 web访问链 接地址数据;
