Description

技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,具体地,涉及呼叫控制设备、归属用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,HSS)、应用服务器(Application Server,AS)和处理用户业务的方法。
背景技术
第三代合作伙伴计划(the 3rd Generation Partnership Project,3GPP)提出了一种基于网际协议(Internet Protocol,IP)的下一代网络架构,即IP多媒体子系统(Multimedia Core Network Subsystem,IMS)。与传统的电路交换(Circuit Switch,CS)域相比,IMS域能够为用户提供丰富的多媒体业务。
3GPP还提出了IMS集中业务(IMS Centralized Services,ICS)网络架构。在ICS网络架构中,传统的CS域退化为IMS域的接入网,IMS域作为核心网络,统一控制用户业务,从而能够实现在2G网络、3G网络或长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)等网络中业务体验的一致性和连续性。目前,ICS的一种实现方式是将现网的移动交换中心(Mobile Switch Center,MSC)升级为移动接入网关控制功能(mobile Access Gateway Control Function,mAGCF)设备,使MSC域支持ICS功能,从而实现CS域与IMS域之间的互通。
现网中MSC的升级是个逐步的过程。当MSC没有升级时,需要通过锚定的方式实现IMS域对CS域补充业务的统一控制。例如,如果用户设备(User Equipment,UE)处于CS域,那么当该UE作为主叫用户设备发起呼叫或者作 为被叫用户设备接收呼叫时,该呼叫将被路由至该UE的归属网络的IMS域,由IMS域提供业务。
当UE漫游到拜访网络后,例如UE从本国漫游到他国后,如果仍由该UE的归属网络的IMS域统一控制和提供业务,就需要该UE的拜访网络向该归属网络的IMS域实时返回需要触发的业务的信息,以便归属网络的IMS域根据返回的信息触发相应的业务。然而,拜访网络与归属网络中的IMS域之间会存在一些差异,比如定时器不一致或信令机制不同等,这样在UE作为被叫UE时需要触发的很多业务会无法正常触发,例如对于晚前转业务而言,失败原因值可能无法返回归属网络的IMS域,归属网络的IMS域就无法根据失败原因值触发晚前转业务。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供呼叫控制设备、HSS、AS和处理用户业务的方法,无需拜访网络向归属网络实时返回业务的信息,从而能够保证被叫UE的业务的正常触发。

本发明实施例中,通过呼叫控制设备从呼叫路由设备接收携带被叫UE的标识的接入域确认请求消息,根据被叫UE的标识确定被叫UE的归属网络通过归属网络的CS域与被叫UE的拜访网络进行通信,因此向呼叫路由设备发送携带指示信息的接入域确认响应消息来向指示呼叫路由设备通过归属网络的CS域将呼叫路由至拜访网络,使得CS域能够控制业务的触发,而非IMS域控制业务的触发,因此无需拜访网络向归属网络实时返回业务的信息,从而能够保证正常触发被叫UE的业务。

本发明的技术方案,可以应用于各种通信网络,例如:全球移动通信系统(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)网络,码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)网络,宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access Wireless,WCDMA)网络,通用分组无线业务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)网络,长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)网络,通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,UMTS)网络等。
本发明实施例中,UE可以经CS域接入IMS域,用户设备可以是移动终端(Mobile Terminal,MT),如移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)和具有移动终端的计算机。作为示例而非限定,UE可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置,这个UE可以与无线接入网交换语音或数据,也可以与无线接入网交换语音和数据。
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的应用场景的示意图。
如图1所示,UE的归属网络包括IMS域110和CS域120。CS域110可以作为IMS域120的接入域,IMS域110可以统一控制UE的业务。CS域120中可以包括关口移动交换中心(Gateway Mobile Switching Center,GMSC)121和HSS 122,GMSC 121可以对UE的呼叫进行路由,HSS 122可以存储UE在归属网络中的签约信息。IMS域110可以包括AS 111、呼叫会话控制功能(Call Session Control Function,CSCF)设备112和媒体网关控制功能(Mobile Gateway Control Function,MGCF)设备113。AS 111是是IMS域110中控制和提供业务的网元。CSCF设备112可以控制呼叫会话。CS域120与IMS域110之间可以通过MGCF设备113进行互通。
当UE漫游至拜访网络后,拜访网络可以包括IMS域,也可以包括IMS域和CS域,也可以包括CS域。在图1中,以拜访网络只包括CS域130为例进行说明。如图1所示,拜访网络的CS域中包括拜访移动交换中心(Visited Mobile Switching Center,VMSC)131。VMSC 131可以对呼叫进行路由。
如图1所示的场景,由于拜访网络只包括CS域130,因此,归属网络可以通过归属网络的CS域120与拜访网络进行通信,也就是归属网络与拜访网络之间开通CS域漫游。在这种情况下,如果仍由归属网络的IMS域110控制UE的业务,那么就需要该UE的拜访网络向该归属网络的IMS域110实时返回需要触发的业务的信息,以便归属网络的IMS域100根据返回的信息触发相应的业务。然而,拜访网络与归属网络中的IMS域100之间会存在一些差异,比如定时器不一致或信令机制不同等,这样在UE作为被叫UE时需要触发的很多业务会无法正常触发。
因此,在本发明实施例中,当另一UE向该UE发起呼叫时,归属网络可以通过归属网络的CS域120将呼叫路由至拜访网络。下面将针对该过程进行详细描述。

在目前的被叫锚定方案中,如果主叫UE向被叫UE发起呼叫,需要将呼叫锚定回被叫UE的归属网络中的IMS域,通过IMS域将该呼叫接续至被叫UE。即,由IMS域统一控制和提供被叫UE的业务。然而,当被叫UE发生漫游时,例如,被叫UE从本国漫游到他国后,被叫UE处于拜访网络中,拜访网络与归属网络之间的差异会导致归属网络的IMS域无法正常触发某些业务,比如需要向IMS域返回失败原因值才能触发的业务。例如,对于晚前转业务而言,需要将失败原因值返回被叫UE的归属网络的IMS域,IMS域才能为被叫UE触发晚前转业务。然而,由于拜访网络与归属网络之间的定时器差异或信令机制差异等问题,造成拜访网络很难将失败原因值返回归属网络的IMS域,从而造成晚前转业务无法正常触发。晚前转业务,是指呼叫被路由至拜访网络后触发的前转业务,例如被叫UE无应答时的前转业务或者被叫UE忙时的前转业务。
本发明实施例中,主叫UE向被叫UE发起呼叫。当主叫UE向被叫UE发起呼叫时,呼叫控制设备可以确定被叫UE的归属网络是否通过归属网络的CS域与被叫UE的拜访网络进行通信。归属网络通过归属网络的CS域与拜访网 络进行通信,说明归属网络与拜访网络之间的开通CS域漫游,也就是归属网络与拜访网络之间签署CS域漫游协议。在确定归属网络通过归属网络的CS域与拜访网络进行通信的情况下,呼叫控制设备向呼叫路由设备指示通过归属网络的CS域将主叫UE发起的呼叫路由至拜访网络,从而由拜访网络将呼叫路由至被叫UE。换言之,在被叫UE的归属网络通过归属网络的CS域与拜访网络进行通信的情况下,可以通过归属网络的CS域将呼叫路由至被叫UE,而非通过归属网络的IMS域将呼叫路由至被叫UE。通过归属网络的CS域将呼叫路由至被叫UE后,可以由拜访网络的CS域触发和提供被叫UE的业务,这样无需拜访网络实时地向归属网络返回业务的信息,从而能够保证被叫UE的业务的正常触发。例如,针对晚前转业务而言,拜访网络可以直接根据失败原因值触发,而无需将失败原因值返回归属网络,从而能够保证晚前转业务的正常触发。
本发明实施例中,通过呼叫控制设备从呼叫路由设备接收携带被叫UE的标识的接入域确认请求消息,根据被叫UE的标识确定被叫UE的归属网络通过归属网络的CS域与被叫UE的拜访网络进行通信,因此向呼叫路由设备发送携带指示信息的接入域确认响应消息来向指示呼叫路由设备通过归属网络的CS域将呼叫路由至拜访网络,使得CS域能够控制业务的触发,而非IMS域控制业务的触发,因此无需拜访网络向归属网络实时返回业务的信息,从而能够保证正常触发被叫UE的业务。
从上述也可知,IMS域目前处于初步的发展阶段,还尚未广泛部署。这样,拜访网络中可能还没有部署IMS域,归属网络仅能通过归属网络的CS域与拜访网络进行通信,而无法通过归属网络的IMS域与拜访网络进行通信。对于这种场景,本发明实施例更为适用。在这种场景下,如果要求拜访网络的CS域向归属网络的IMS域实时返回业务的信息,由于涉及到两个网络之间的定时器配合以及信令格式转换等问题,因此拜访网络的CS域难以将业务的信息实时 返回归属网络的IMS域。而本发明实施例使得CS域能够控制业务的触发,而非IMS域控制业务的触发,因此无需拜访网络向归属网络实时返回业务的信息,从而能够保证正常触发被叫UE的业务。
本发明实施例中,向被叫UE发起呼叫的主叫UE可以处于CS域中,也可以处于IMS域中。当主叫UE处于CS域时,呼叫控制设备可以是被叫UE的归属网络中的HSS。当主叫UE处于IMS域时,呼叫控制设备可以是被叫UE的归属网络中的AS。
可选地,作为一个实施例,上述的呼叫控制设备可以是HSS。上述呼叫路由设备可以为GMSC。
本发明实施例中,HSS可以指集成了IMS域中HSS、系统架构演进(System Architecture Evolution,SAE)网络中的HSS以及归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register,HLR)的功能的设备,因此,本发明实施例中的HSS也可以称为融合HSS。
可选地,作为另一实施例,在步骤210中,HSS可以接收GMSC发送的接入域确认请求消息。在步骤230中,HSS可以向GMSC发送接入域确认响应消息,接入域确认响应消息可以包括终端移动网络增强型逻辑的客户化应用用户签约信息(Terminating CAMEL(Customized Application for Mobile Network Enhanced Logic,移动网络增强型逻辑的客户化应用)Subscription Information,T_CSI)。T_CSI可以用于指示将通过CS域获取将呼叫路由至拜访网络的漫游号码。
本实施例中,步骤230中的指示信息可以为T_CSI。具体地,当GMSC接收到入局的初始地址消息(Initial Address Message,IAM)之后,GMSC可以根据IAM向HSS发送接入域确认请求消息。IAM可以用于指示主叫UE向被叫UE发起呼叫。IAM是为建立主叫UE与被叫UE之间的呼叫的第一个消息,可以包括确定呼叫路由的相关信息。GMSC向HSS发送的接入域确认请求消 息可以是取路由信息(Send Routing Information,SRI)请求消息。HSS向GMSC返回的接入域确认响应消息可以是SRI_ACK消息,SRI_ACK消息可以包括被叫UE的T_CSI。本实施例中,将此处的SRI请求消息称为第一SRI请求消息,将此处的SRI_ACK消息称为第一SRI_ACK消息。由于被叫UE位于拜访网络,且归属网络通过归属网络的CS域与拜访网络进行通信,因此,T_CSI可以用于指示通过CS域获取漫游号码,漫游号码用于将呼叫路由至拜访网络。可见,此处的T_CSI并不是指向被叫UE的归属网络中的IMS域的AS,这样GMSC就不会将呼叫路由至IMS域。具体而言,GMSC可以根据T_CSI触发取路由信息流程。该流程可以为:GMSC可以向HSS发送第二SRI请求消息,第二SRI请求消息用于请求漫游号码。HSS可以根据第二SRI消息向VMSC发送提供漫游号码(Provide Roaming Number,PRN)消息。VMSC可以根据PRN消息向HSS发送PRN响应消息(PRN_ACK)消息,其中PRN_ACK消息可以携带漫游号码。HSS可以向GMSC发送第二SRI_ACK消息,第二SRI_ACK消息可以携带该漫游号码。这样,GMSC可以根据漫游号码将呼叫路由至VMSC,由VMSC将呼叫路由至被叫UE。
当被叫UE漫游至拜访网络后,为了能够保证被叫UE的正常通信,首先需要在拜访网络中注册,也就是需要进行位置更新。可选地,作为另一实施例,在步骤210之前,HSS可以接收拜访网络中的VMSC发送的位置更新请求消息,位置更新请求消息携带被叫UE的标识。HSS可以在归属网络通过归属网络的CS域与拜访网络进行通信的情况下,根据被叫UE的标识,向VMSC发送插入数据请求消息,插入数据请求消息携带被叫UE在归属网络中签约时所存储的用户信息,以通知VMSC根据用户信息在拜访网络中对被叫UE进行注册。
具体地,上述用户信息可以包括被叫UE在归属网络中签约的业务的信息。用户信息还可以包括被叫UE的标识等信息。在被叫UE发起位置更新请求时, 由于被叫UE位于拜访网络,而归属网络通过归属网络的CS域与拜访网络进行通信,HSS可以向VMSC发送被叫UE在归属网络中签约的业务的信息,由VMSC来控制被叫UE的业务的触发,这样能够保证正常触发被叫UE的业务。
可选地,作为另一实施例,上述用户信息可以包括晚前转业务信息。这样,被叫UE的晚前转业务可以由VMSC来触发。此外,HSS可以向VMSC发送的用户信息还可以其它与晚前转业务类似的业务的信息,比如需要根据失败原因值来触发的业务的信息。
可选地,作为另一实施例,位置更新请求消息可以包括拜访位置寄存器(Visited Location Register,VLR)号码(Number)。HSS可以根据VLR的号码以及VLR号码与漫游协议之间的对应关系,确定拜访网络与归属网络之间的漫游协议。HSS可以根据拜访网络与归属网络之间的漫游协议,确定归属网络通过归属网络的CS域与拜访网络进行通信。

此外,HSS可以存储VLR的号码。在步骤220中,HSS可以根据被叫UE的标识获取VLR的号码,可以根据HSS内存储的VLR号码与漫游协议之间的对应关系,确定拜访网络与归属网络之间漫游协议。HSS根据拜访网络与归属网络之间的漫游协议,就可以确定归属网络通过归属网络的CS域与拜访网络进行通信。
另外,在AS向HSS请求接入域信息时,HSS可以根据存储的VLR的号 码确定接入域信息,接入域信息可以用于指示归属网络通过归属网络的CS域与拜访网络进行通信。然后HSS可以将接入域信息发送给AS。

为了向用户提供更多丰富的业务,提升用户体验,现有网络能够支持用户根据实际需求在UE中设置一些补充业务。目前,在CS域中,UE可以采用非结构化补充业务数据(Unstructured Supplementary Service Data,USSD)方式来设置补充业务。在IMS域中,UE可以通过Ut接口来设置补充业务。当UE位于拜访网络,UE的归属网络通过归属网络的CS域与拜访网络进行通信,UE可能通过USSD方式设置补充业务,也可能通过Ut接口设置补充业务,由于CS域中对补充业务的检查标准与IMS域中对补充业务的检查标准是不同的,因此可能会导致业务经过两套不同的检查标准,导致对业务的设置不一致。
因此AS在接收到被叫UE通过Ut接口发送的补充业务设置请求消息后,不对补充业务进行检查,向HSS发送数据更新请求消息,由HSS根据数据更新请求消息对补充业务进行检查,从而能够避免补充业务经过不同的检查标准,造成业务的不一致。
上述描述了当主叫UE位于CS域时由HSS执行图2的方法的过程。下面 将描述当主叫UE位于IMS域时的具体过程。
可选地,作为另一实施例,上述呼叫控制设备可以是AS,呼叫路由设备可以是呼叫会话控制功能(Call Session Control Function,CSCF)设备。
当主叫UE位于IMS域时,主叫UE从IMS域向被叫UE发起呼叫。此时,需要被叫UE的归属网络中的IMS域的相应设备来进行处理。AS是IMS域中控制和提供业务的网元。
可选地,作为另一实施例,在步骤210中,AS可以接收CSCF设备发送的接入域确认请求消息。在步骤230中,AS可以向CSCF设备发送接入域确认响应消息,该响应消息可以包括特殊号码,该特殊号码用于指示CSCF设备通过归属网络的CS域将呼叫路由至拜访网络。

HSS在对补充业务检查后,如果补充业务通过检查,则HSS可以将补充业务的信息进行存储,并可以向AS发送数据更新响应消息,该数据更新响应消息可以携带设置补充业务成功的标识。设置补充业务成功的标识可以指示补 充业务设置成功。如果补充业务没有通过检查,则HSS不存储补充业务的相关信息,然后向AS发送数据更新响应消息,该数据更新响应消息可以用于指示设置补充业务失败的标识。设置补充业务失败的标识可以指示补充业务设置失败。AS可以根据HSS的数据更新响应消息,向UE发送补充业务设置响应消息。如果数据更新响应消息携带设置补充业务成功的标识,则补充业务设置响应消息也携带设置补充业务成功的标识;如果数据更新响应消息携带设置补充业务失败的标识,则补充业务设置响应消息也携带设置补充业务失败的标识。本实施例中,由于AS对被叫UE请求设置的补充业务不进行业务检查,而由HSS进行检查,能够避免补充业务经过两套检查标准,从而能够避免补充业务的不一致性。

在现有的方案中,当UE在拜访网络发起位置更新时,如果该UE的归属网络中的IMS域统一控制和提供业务,那么IMS域无需向拜访网络发送该UE在归属网络中签约的业务的信息,例如晚前转业务。然而,如上所述,由于UE漫游在拜访网络,如果仍由该UE的归属网络中的IMS域统一控制和提供业务,会造成无法正常触发UE的业务。

  1. 一种呼叫控制设备,其特征在于,所述呼叫控制设备位于被叫用户设备UE的归属网络中,所述呼叫控制设备包括:
    接收模块,用于在向所述被叫UE发起呼叫时,接收所述归属网络中的呼叫路由设备发送的接入域确认请求消息,所述接入域确认请求消息携带所述被叫UE的标识;
    确定模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收的所述被叫UE的标识,确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的电路交换CS域与所述被叫UE的拜访网络进行通信;

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的呼叫控制设备,其特征在于,
    所述发送模块,具体用于向所述呼叫路由设备发送所述接入域确认响应消息,所述接入域确认响应消息携带终端移动网络增强型逻辑的定制应用用户签约信息T_CSI,所述T_CSI用于指示所述呼叫路由设备通过所述CS域获取将所述呼叫路由至所述拜访网络的漫游号码。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的呼叫控制设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述拜访网络中的拜访移动交换中心VMSC发送的位置更新请求消息,所述位置更新请求消息携带所述被叫UE的标识;
    所述发送模块,还用于在所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信的情况下,根据所述接收模块接收的被叫UE的标识,向所 述VMSC发送插入数据请求消息,所述插入数据请求消息携带所述被叫UE在所述归属网络中签约时所存储的用户信息,以通知所述VMSC根据所述用户信息在所述拜访网络中对所述被叫UE进行注册。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的呼叫控制设备,其特征在于,所述位置更新请求消息包括拜访位置寄存器VLR的号码;
    所述确定模块,具体用于:
    根据所述VLR的号码以及VLR号码与漫游协议之间的对应关系,确定所述拜访网络与所述归属网络之间的漫游协议;
    根据所述拜访网络与所述归属网络之间的漫游协议,确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的呼叫控制设备,其特征在于,所述用户信息包括晚前转业务信息。
  7. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的呼叫控制设备,其特征在于,还包括检查模块;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述归属网络中的应用服务器AS发送的数据更新请求消息,所述数据更新请求消息用于指示所述被叫UE请求设置补充业务;
    所述检查模块,用于在所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信的情况下,对所述补充业务进行检查;
    所述发送模块,还用于向所述AS发送数据更新响应消息,所述数据更新响应消息携带设置所述补充业务成功的标识或设置所述补充业务失败的标识。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的呼叫控制设备,其特征在于,所述呼叫控制设备是AS,所述呼叫路由设备是呼叫会话控制功能CSCF设备。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的呼叫控制设备,其特征在于,
    所述发送模块,具体用于向所述呼叫路由设备发送所述接入域确认响应消 息,所述接入域确认响应消息携带特殊号码,所述特殊号码用于指示所述呼叫路由设备通过所述归属网络的CS域将所述呼叫路由至所述拜访网络。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的设备,其特征在于,
    所述发送模块,还用于向HSS发送接入域信息请求消息,所述接入域信息请求消息携带所述被叫UE的标识;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述HSS发送的接入域信息响应消息,所述接入域信息响应消息携带接入域信息,所述接入域信息用于指示所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述被叫UE发送的补充业务设置请求消息,所述补充业务设置请求消息用于指示所述被叫UE请求设置补充业务;
    所述发送模块,还用于在所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信的情况下,向所述HSS发送数据更新请求消息,所述数据更新请求消息用于指示所述被叫UE请求设置所述补充业务;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述HSS发送的数据更新响应消息,所述数据更新响应消息携带设置所述补充业务成功的标识或设置所述补充业务失败的标识;
    所述发送模块,还用于向所述被叫UE发送补充业务设置响应消息,所述补充业务设置响应消息携带设置所述补充业务成功的标识或设置所述补充业务失败的标识。
  12. 一种归属用户服务器HSS,其特征在于,所述HSS位于用户设备UE的归属网络中,所述HSS包括:
    接收模块,用于接收所述UE的拜访网络中的拜访移动交换中心VMSC发送的位置更新请求消息,所述位置更新请求消息携带所述UE的标识;
    确定模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收的所述UE的标识,确定所述归属 网络是否通过所述归属网络的电路交换CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信;
    发送模块,用于在所述确定模块确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信的情况下,向所述VMSC发送插入数据请求消息,所述插入数据请求消息携带所述UE在所述归属网络中签约时所存储的用户信息,以通知所述VMSC根据所述用户信息在所述拜访网络中对所述UE进行注册。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的HSS,其特征在于,所述位置更新请求消息包括拜访位置寄存器VLR的号码;
    所述确定模块,具体用于:根据所述VLR的号码以及VLR号码与漫游协议之间的对应关系,确定所述拜访网络与所述归属网络之间的漫游协议;根据所述拜访网络与所述归属网络之间的漫游协议,确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的HSS,其特征在于,所述用户信息包括晚前转业务信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的HSS,其特征在于,还包括检查模块;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述归属网络中的应用服务器AS发送的数据更新请求消息,所述数据更新请求消息用于指示所述UE请求设置补充业务;
    所述检查模块,用于在所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信的情况下,对所述补充业务进行检查;
    所述发送模块,还用于向所述AS发送数据更新响应消息,所述数据更新响应消息携带设置所述补充业务成功的标识或设置所述补充业务失败的标识。
  16. 一种应用服务器AS,其特征在于,所述AS位于用户设备UE的归属网络中,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收所述UE发送的补充业务设置请求消息,所述补充业务设置请求消息用于指示所述UE请求设置补充业务;
    确定模块,用于确定所述归属网络是否通过所述归属网络的电路交换CS域与所述UE的拜访网络进行通信;
    所述确定模块,还用于在确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信的情况下,不对所述补充业务进行检查;
    发送模块,用于在所述确定模块在确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信的情况下,向所述归属网络中的归属用户服务器HSS发送数据更新请求消息,以便所述HSS根据所述数据更新请求消息对所述补充业务进行检查。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的AS,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于向所述HSS发送接入域信息请求消息,所述接入域信息请求消息携带所述UE的标识;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述HSS发送的接入域信息响应消息,所述接入域信息响应消息携带接入域信息,所述接入域信息用于指示所述归属网络是否通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的AS,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,还用于在所述发送模块向所述HSS发送所述数据更新请求消息之后,接收所述HSS发送的数据更新响应消息,所述数据更新响应消息携带设置所述补充业务成功的标识或设置所述补充业务失败的标识;
    所述发送模块,还用于向所述UE发送补充业务设置响应消息,所述补充业务设置响应消息携带设置所述补充业务成功的标识或设置所述补充业务失败的标识。
  19. 一种处理用户业务的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在向被叫用户设备UE发起呼叫时,所述被叫UE的归属网络中的呼叫控制设备接收所述被叫UE的归属网络中的呼叫路由设备发送的接入域确认请求消息,所述接入域确认请求消息携带所述被叫UE的标识;
    所述呼叫控制设备根据所述被叫UE的标识,确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的电路交换CS域与所述被叫UE的拜访网络进行通信;
    所述呼叫控制设备向所述呼叫路由设备发送接入域确认响应消息,所述接入域确认响应消息携带指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述呼叫路由设备通过所述归属网络的CS域将所述呼叫路由至所述拜访网络。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述呼叫控制设备是归属用户服务器HSS,所述呼叫路由设备是关口移动交换中心GMSC。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述呼叫控制设备向所述呼叫路由设备发送接入域确认响应消息,包括:
    所述呼叫控制设备向所述呼叫路由设备发送所述接入域确认响应消息,所述接入域确认响应消息携带终端移动网络增强型逻辑的定制应用用户签约信息T_CSI,所述T_CSI用于指示所述呼叫路由设备通过所述CS域获取将所述呼叫路由至所述拜访网络的漫游号码。
  22. 根据权利要求20或21所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述呼叫控制设备接收所述拜访网络中的拜访移动交换中心VMSC发送的位置更新请求消息,所述位置更新请求消息携带所述被叫UE的标识;
    在所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信的情况下,所述呼叫控制设备根据所述被叫UE的标识,向所述VMSC发送插入数据请求消息,所述插入数据请求消息携带所述被叫UE在所述归属网络中签约时所存储的用户信息,以通知所述VMSC根据所述用户信息在所述拜访网络中对所述被叫UE进行注册。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述位置更新请求消息包括拜访位置寄存器VLR的号码;
    所述呼叫控制设备根据所述被叫UE的标识,确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的电路交换CS域与所述被叫UE的拜访网络进行通信,包括:
    所述呼叫控制设备根据所述VLR的号码以及VLR号码与漫游协议之间的对应关系,确定所述拜访网络与所述归属网络之间的漫游协议;
    所述呼叫控制设备根据所述拜访网络与所述归属网络之间的漫游协议,确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信。
  24. 根据权利要求22或23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户信息包括晚前转业务信息。
  25. 根据权利要求20至24中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述呼叫控制设备接收所述归属网络中的应用服务器AS发送的数据更新请求消息,所述数据更新请求消息用于指示所述被叫UE请求设置补充业务;
    在所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信的情况下,所述呼叫控制设备对所述补充业务进行检查;
    所述呼叫控制设备向所述AS发送数据更新响应消息,所述数据更新响应消息携带设置所述补充业务成功的标识或设置所述补充业务失败的标识。
  26. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述呼叫控制设备是AS,所述呼叫路由设备是呼叫会话控制功能CSCF设备。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述呼叫控制设备向所述呼叫路由设备发送所述接入域确认响应消息,包括:
    所述呼叫控制设备向所述呼叫路由设备发送所述接入域确认响应消息,所述接入域确认响应消息携带特殊号码,所述特殊号码用于指示所述呼叫路由设备通过所述归属网络的CS域将所述呼叫路由至所述拜访网络。
  28. 根据权利要求26或27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述呼叫控制设备根据所述被叫UE的标识,确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述被叫UE的拜访网络进行通信,包括:
    所述呼叫控制设备向HSS发送接入域信息请求消息,所述接入域信息请求消息携带所述被叫UE的标识;
    所述呼叫控制设备接收所述HSS发送的接入域信息响应消息,所述接入域信息响应消息携带接入域信息,所述接入域信息用于指示所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述呼叫控制设备接收所述被叫UE发送的补充业务设置请求消息,所述补充业务设置请求消息用于指示所述被叫UE请求设置补充业务;
    在所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信的情况下,所述呼叫控制设备向所述HSS发送数据更新请求消息,所述数据更新请求消息用于指示所述被叫UE请求设置所述补充业务;
    所述呼叫控制设备接收所述HSS发送的数据更新响应消息,所述数据更新响应消息携带设置所述补充业务成功的标识或设置所述补充业务失败的标识;
    所述呼叫控制设备向所述被叫UE发送补充业务设置响应消息,所述补充业务设置响应消息携带设置所述补充业务成功的标识或设置所述补充业务失败的标识。
  30. 一种处理用户业务的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    用户设备UE的归属网络中的归属用户服务器HSS接收所述UE的拜访网络中的拜访移动交换中心VMSC发送的位置更新请求消息,所述位置更新请求消息携带所述UE的标识;
    所述HSS根据所述UE的标识,确定所述归属网络是否通过所述归属网络的电路交换CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信;
    所述HSS在确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信的情况下,向所述VMSC发送插入数据请求消息,所述插入数据请求消息携带所述UE在所述归属网络中签约时所存储的用户信息,以通知所述VMSC根据所述用户信息在所述拜访网络中对所述UE进行注册。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的方法,其特征在于,所述位置更新请求消息 包括拜访位置寄存器VLR的号码;
    所述HSS根据所述UE的标识,确定所述归属网络是否通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信,包括:
    所述HSS根据所述VLR的号码以及VLR号码与漫游协议之间的对应关系,确定所述拜访网络与所述归属网络之间的漫游协议;
    所述HSS根据所述拜访网络与所述归属网络之间的漫游协议,确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信。
  32. 根据权利要求30或31所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户信息包括晚前转业务。
  33. 根据权利要求30至32中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述HSS接收所述归属网络的应用服务器AS发送的数据更新请求消息,所述数据更新请求消息用于指示所述UE请求设置补充业务;
    所述HSS在确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信的情况下,对所述补充业务进行检查;
    所述HSS向所述AS发送数据更新响应消息,所述数据更新响应消息携带设置所述补充业务成功的标识或设置所述补充业务失败的标识。
  34. 一种处理用户业务的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    用户设备UE的归属网络中的应用服务器AS接收所述UE发送的补充业务设置请求消息,所述补充业务设置请求消息用于指示所述UE请求设置补充业务;
    所述AS确定所述归属网络是否通过所述归属网络的电路交换CS域与所述UE的拜访网络进行通信;
    所述AS在确定所述归属网络通过所述归属网络的CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信的情况下,不对所述补充业务进行检查,并向所述归属网络中的归属用户服务器HSS发送数据更新请求消息,以便所述HSS根据所述数据更新请 求消息对所述补充业务进行检查。
  35. 根据权利要求34的方法,其特征在于,所述AS确定所述归属网络是否通过所述归属网络的电路交换CS域与所述UE的拜访网络进行通信,包括:
    所述AS向所述HSS发送接入域信息请求消息,所述接入域信息请求消息携带所述UE的标识;
    所述AS接收所述HSS发送的接入域信息响应消息,所述接入域信息响应消息携带接入域信息,所述接入域信息用于指示所述归属网络是否通过所述归属网络的电路交换CS域与所述拜访网络进行通信。
  36. 根据权利要求34或35所述的方法,其特征在于,在向所述HSS发送所述数据更新请求消息之后,还包括:
    所述AS接收所述HSS发送的数据更新响应消息,所述数据更新响应消息携带设置所述补充业务成功的标识或设置所述补充业务失败的标识;
    所述AS向所述UE发送补充业务设置响应消息,所述补充业务设置响应消息携带设置所述补充业务成功的标识或设置所述补充业务失败的标识。
