Claims (7)
- 通電により発熱する発熱体と、この発熱体に隣接して測温点が配設された熱電対と、この発熱体および熱電対を収容する保護管と、この保護管内に充填された絶縁物とを備え、
上記発熱体は、発熱源として白金抵抗体素子を有することを特徴とする水位センサ。 - 上記白金抵抗体素子は、上記保護管の軸線方向の長さが25mm以下のものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水位センサ。
- 上記白金抵抗体素子は、公称抵抗値が10Ω以上のものを用いることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の水位センサ。
- 上記白金抵抗体素子は、JISC1604に規定するPt100に適合するものであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の水位センサ。
- 上記絶縁物は、防水性のある絶縁性樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の水位センサ。
- 上記発熱体に電気的に接続される発熱用導線と、この発熱用導線および上記熱電対を構成する熱電対線の少なくとも一部を液密に被覆する防水被覆部とを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の水位センサ。
- 上記防水被覆部は、上記発熱用導線および上記熱電対線の少なくとも一部を収容する金属シース管と、この金属シース管内に充填されたシース用絶縁物とを有し、上記保護管は、一端が気密および液密に封止されるとともに、他端が上記金属シース管に気密および液密に接合されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の水位センサ。
