DESCRIPTION
A WINDOW REGULATOR MECHANISM
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a window regulator mechanism which enables the up and down movement of the window in motor vehicles and moves together with the window. Background of the Invention
Today electronic components are widely used in automotive sector as they are used in every other sectors. The processes performed mechanically have become easier by adding simple electronic mechanisms to the present systems. The electric window systems operate based on moving the door or roof windows to be moved with the help of an electric motor by pushing a button. In electric window systems, auxiliary equipments are added to the mechanical window systems. The window opening handle is cancelled and window lifting motor is added instead. The said motor operating with electricity is controlled via an electric switch located inside the cabin, and the windows are closed and opened. German Patent Document no DEI 02008054895, an application known in the state, of the art, discloses a window lifter arrangement. In the door module, there is a window lifter arrangement with two deflecting elements, a guide element and an actuator for a window pane. The guide element is designed for guiding a movement of the actuator. The actuator is connected to the window lifter drive with a cable. In the invention, there is a guide rail fixed on the door on the lifter system and the rail is connected to the door with brackets. In the said system, the lifter is fixed on the door. The guide rails are mounted on the door via the brackets. Besides the unit powering the lifter mechanism is fixed on the door. The movement is transferred to the window via the cable and the rollers.
Korean Patent Document no KR20010063466(A), an application known in the state of the art, discloses a window regulating device which holds the window glass and does not move it upwards and downwards. The window regulator is located on a door panel module. There is a driving motor and a driving gear on the module. In the door inner panel, there are support channels mounted at both sides of the module door panel; a guide rail having rollers, and sticking a window glass; a main arm fixed in a shaft of the driving gear; and an auxiliary arm fixed in the guide rail and a guide arm. Korean Patent Document no KR20000012743 (A), an application known in the state of the art, discloses a window regulating device which minimizes the weight and decreases the noise and sound. The mechanism comprises a mounting plate fixed in an inner part of a door; a positive and opposite driving motor installed in the mounting plate; a drum rotating in a positive or negative direction according to the direction of the drive; a guide rail installed to stand in the rising direction of a window glass; a carrier plate. In the said document, the regulator system is fixed on the door and the power unit transfers the movement to the glass with a switch mechanism. In the documents mentioned above, a regulator mechanism that can move with the window is not disclosed.
Summary of the Invention The objective of the present invention is to provide a window regulator which can move with the window.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a window regulator mechanism which has a gear system applied on door inner frame plate instead of guide piece.
A further objective of the present invention is to provide a window regulator mechanism the first investment costs and the process times of which are lower than the state of the art. Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a window regulator mechanism which allows performing same process with less components by means of being able to move with the window.
