図1A、図1B、及び図1Cは、この実施形態に係る発明方法が適用された電動車両10の接触充電システム12(第1実施形態)の模式的全体構成を示している。
図7、図8は、第2実施形態に係る接触充電システム112を構成する第2実施例に係る架線保持部114に保持された架線124と、第2実施例に係る充電アーム118を構成する第2実施例に係る充電ヘッド134の係合状態(接触状態)を示している。
図9、図10は、第3実施形態に係る接触充電システム212を構成する第1実施例に係る架線保持部14に保持された架線24と、第3実施例に係る充電アーム218を構成する第3実施例に係る充電ヘッド234の係合状態(接触状態)を示している。充電ヘッド234の先端部が逆V字状に開拡され、逆V字状の保持部238a、238bに円筒状の転動輪である正極受電部236pと負極受電部236nとからなる受電部236が取り付けられている。正極受電部236pと負極受電部236nが、それぞれ正極架線24pと負極架線24n上を転がりながら線接触で摺接することで、給電装置26から充電ヘッド234を通じて電動車両10の駆動用の蓄電装置100が充電される。
図13、図14、図15は、第4実施形態に係る接触充電システム312を構成する第2実施例に係る架線保持部114に保持された架線124と、第4実施例に係る充電アーム318を構成する第4実施例に係る充電ヘッド334の接触状態を示している。
以上説明したように、上述した実施形態によれば、例えば、図1A、図1B、図1C、及び図6に示したように、電動車両10の側部10sに対向し、電動車両10の上下方向ULに開口して電動車両10の走行方向RDに延びて形成されたV字溝23が設けられた架線保持部14を有し、該架線保持部14を構成するV字溝23の一方の内面に正極架線24p、他方の内面に負極架線24nが、それぞれ前記走行方向RDに沿って、且つ互いに絶縁距離を保つ位置に架線保持部14に固定されている給電装置26を設け、電動車両10の側部10sに収納され、先端に設けられ互いに給電装置26の対応する正極架線24pと前記負極架線24nに対向するように設けられる正極受電部36pと負極受電部36nを有する充電アーム18を車幅方向WDの外方に延出し、給電装置26の正極架線24pと充電アーム18の正極受電部36p及び給電装置26の負極架線24nと充電アーム18の負極受電部36nを同時に接触させて、電動車両10の駆動用の蓄電装置100を充電するように構成したので、路面の状況あるいはブレーキ操作等により充電アーム18が上下方向ULに揺動しても、V字溝23内に充電アーム18の先端部である充電ヘッド34が保持されることとなり、接触が確保されなくなることが抑制される。
Claims (4)
- 電動車両(10)の側部(10s)に対向し、前記電動車両(10)の上下方向(UL)に開口して前記電動車両(10)の走行方向(RD)に延びて形成されたV字溝(23)が設けられた架線保持部(14)を有し、該架線保持部(14)を構成する前記V字溝(23)の一方の内面に正極架線(24p)、他方の内面に負極架線(24n)が、それぞれ前記走行方向(RD)に沿って、且つ互いに絶縁距離を保つ位置に前記架線保持部(14)に固定されている給電装置(26)を設け、
前記電動車両(10)の前記側部(10s)に収納され、先端に設けられ互いに前記給電装置(26)の対応する前記正極架線(24p)と前記負極架線(24n)に対向するように設けられる正極受電部(36p)と負極受電部(36n)を有する充電アーム(18)を車幅方向(WD)に延出し、前記給電装置(26)の前記正極架線(24p)と前記充電アーム(18)の前記正極受電部(36p)及び前記給電装置(26)の前記負極架線(24n)と前記充電アーム(18)の前記負極受電部(36n)を同時に接触させて、前記電動車両(10)の駆動用の蓄電装置(100)を充電する
ことを特徴とする電動車両(10)の接触充電方法。 - 給電装置(26)と、該給電装置(26)から電力が供給される駆動用の蓄電装置(100)を備える電動車両(10)とから構成される前記電動車両(10)の接触充電システム(12)であって、

前記電動車両(10)の側部(10s)に対向し、前記電動車両(10)の上下方向(UL)に開口して前記電動車両(10)の走行方向(RD)に延びて形成されたV字溝(23)が設けられた架線保持部(14)を有し、前記架線保持部(14)を構成する前記V字溝(23)の一方の内面に正極架線(24p)、他方の内面に負極架線(24n)が、それぞれ前記走行方向(RD)に沿って、且つ互いに絶縁距離を保つ位置に前記架線保持部(14)に固定された構成とされ、
前記電動車両(10)は、前記電動車両(10)の前記側部(10s)に収納され、先端に設けられ互いに前記給電装置(26)の対応する前記正極架線(24p)と前記負極架線(24n)に対向するように設けられる正極受電部(36p)と負極受電部(36n)を有し、車幅方向(WD)に延出する充電アーム(18)を備えた構成とされ、給電時に、前記充電アーム(18)が前記車幅方向(WD)に延出され、前記給電装置(26)の前記正極架線(24p)と前記充電アーム(18)の前記正極受電部(36p)及び前記給電装置(26)の前記負極架線(24n)と前記充電アーム(18)の前記負極受電部(36n)が同時に接触されて、前記蓄電装置(100)が充電される
ことを特徴とする電動車両(10)の接触充電システム(12)。 - 請求項2に記載の電動車両(10)の接触充電システム(12)の前記給電装置(26)。
