一种微型负离子空气净化器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及生活用品领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种微型负离子空气净化器。 【背景技术】
本人已设计了一种微型负离子空气净化器, 体积小, 便于携带和使用。 该 微型负离子空气净化器包括壳体及固定在壳体内的用于产生负离子的电路板; 微型负离子空气净化器通电, 电路板产生负离子从而实现净化空气。 壳体整体 呈长方体结构, 电路板适合壳体设置整体呈长方形结构, 壳体包括前壳和后壳, 电路板放置在后壳内由前壳和后壳之间的固定直接固定。 此方案未公开。 电路 板上设置有电路, 电路板由前壳和后壳的固定直接固定容易使其电路受损, 从 而导致电路板不能正常工作。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电路板不易受损的微型负离子空气 净化器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种微型负离子空气净化器, 包括壳体、 通过限位装置固定在所述壳体内的用于产生负离子的电路板。
优选的, 所述限位装置包括设置在所述壳体内的固定板, 所述电路板上设 有用于所述固定板插入的开口, 且紧配。 壳体内设置固定板和电路板的开口相 适应, 从而防止电路板移动, 对电路板起固定作用。
优选的, 所述限位装置包括设置在所述壳体内的用于支起所述电路板的支 撑板。 壳体内设置支撑板支起电路板, 这样就防止电路板直接和壳体接触, 进 而防止电路板上的电路受损。
优选的, 所述壳体包括可拆卸固定的前壳和后壳, 所述固定板和支撑板都 设置在所述后壳内表面上, 且所述支撑板与所述后壳侧壁一体连接。 把支撑板
设置在后壳内表面和侧壁连接增加支撑板的强度, 从而使对电路板的限位效果 更佳; 支撑板配合固定板一起把电路板牢固的固定在后壳上。
优选的, 所述固定板设置在所述支撑板顶部。 这样设置节省材料。
优选的, 所述限位装置包括设置在所述后壳上的用于限位所述电路板的限 位板, 所述限位板和电路板边沿配合。 设置限位板配合固定板对电路板进行限 位固定, 防止电路板移动。
优选的, 所述限位装置还包括设置在所述前壳上的挡板, 当所述前壳和后 壳固定时所述挡板顶压在所述电路板上。 这样设置防止电路板移动, 确保电路 板牢固的固定在壳体内。
优选的, 所述挡板位于所述前壳的内表面上, 且与其侧壁一体连接。 这样 设置增加了挡板的强度。
优选的, 所述电路板设有用于传输负离子的传输头, 所述壳体设有用于避 让所述传输头的避让孔, 所述壳体在所述避让孔处设有用于限位所述传输头的 卡位结构。 通过卡位结构限位固定传输头, 确保传输头透过避让孔向外传播负 离子。
优选的, 所述壳体整体呈长方体结构, 所述电路板对应所述壳体设置成板 状结构。 这是壳体及电路板的一种具体结构, 这样设置方便配合固定。
本发明由于微型负离子空气净化器的电路板通过限位装置固定在壳体内, 从而限位装置限位电路板, 防止电路板上的电路受损, 且限位装置和电路板配 合, 使电路板牢固的固定在壳体内。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种微型负离子空气净化器, 如图 1至图 5所示, 包括壳体、 通 过限位装置固定在所述壳体内的用于产生负离子的电路板 3。本发明由于微型负 离子空气净化器的电路板 3通过限位装置固定在壳体内, 从而限位装置限位电 路板 3 , 防止电路板 3上的电路受损, 且限位装置和电路板 3配合, 使电路板 3 牢固的固定在壳体内。
在本实施例中, 微型负离子空气净化器的壳体整体呈长方体结构, 电路板 3 适合壳体的结构设置成长板状结构, 电路板 3 固定在壳体内, 壳体的侧壁和电 路板 3紧配。
如图 4和图 5所示, 壳体包括可拆卸固定的前壳 1和后壳 2, 结合图 2, 电 路板 3放置在后壳 2内, 并由后壳 2内的侧壁限位。 本实施例的限位装置包括 设置在后壳 2底部的用于支起电路板 3的支撑板 21 , 支撑板 21支起电路板 3 , 防止电路板 3直接和后壳 2接触, 从而防止电路板 3上的电路受损。 支撑板 21 的个数为多个, 间隔设置, 且后壳 2的两侧均设置有支撑板 21 , 从而对电路板 3的支撑效果好, 确保电路板 3正常工作。 支撑板 21设置在后壳内表面上, 且 和后壳 1的侧壁相连接, 这样就增加支撑板 21的强度, 对电路板 3的支撑效果 更佳。
如图 5所示, 限位装置包括设置在后壳内表面的固定板 22, 结合图 3 , 电路 板 3上设有用于固定板 22插入的开口 32, 且紧配; 本实施例固定板 22设置在 支撑板 21的顶部且和后壳 2的侧壁连接, 这样电路板 3放置在支撑板 21上, 固定板 22插入到电路板 3的开口 32内, 开口 32适合固定板 22设置, 从而通
过固定板 22和开口 32的插接配合就对电路板起到限位、 固定作用, 防止电路 板 3移动。 而且把固定板 22设置在支撑板 21上可节省材料。
如图 5所示,限位装置还包括设置在后壳 2上的用于限位电路板的限位板 23 , 限位板 23和电路板的边沿配合, 设置限位板 23防止电路板移动。 限位板 23位 于后壳 2的一端处。 结合图 2和图 3 , 电路板 3上设有 usb插头 31 , usb插头 31 和电脑插接配合微型负离子空气净化器通电, 电路板 3产生负离子, 从而实现 对空气的净化。 usb插头 31设置在电路板 3的一端, 壳体对应端设有开口用于 放置 usb插头 31 ; 电路板 3的另一端设有一用于传播负离子的传输头 (图中未 显示), 壳体对应端设有用于避让传输头的避让孔 5 , 结合图 4, 且壳体在此端 设置有一卡位结构 4用于限位、 固定传输头, 从而确保传输头能够正常传输电 路板 3产生的负离子。
如图 4所示, 限位装置还包括设置在前壳 1上的挡板 11 , 当前壳 1和后壳固 定时挡板 11顶压在电路板上, 这样设置防止电路板移动, 确保电路板牢固的固 定在壳体内。

1、 一种微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 包括壳体、 通过限位装置固 定在所述壳体内的用于产生负离子的电路板。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述限位装 置包括设置在所述壳体内的固定板, 所述电路板上设有用于所述固定板插入的 开口, 且紧配。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述限位装 置包括设置在所述壳体内的用于支起所述电路板的支撑板。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体包 括可拆卸固定的前壳和后壳, 所述固定板和支撑板都设置在所述后壳内表面上, 且所述支撑板与所述后壳侧壁一体连接。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述固定板 设置在所述支撑板顶部。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述限位装 置包括设置在所述后壳上的用于限位所述电路板的限位板, 所述限位板和电路 板边沿配合。
7、 如权利要求 3所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述限位装 置还包括设置在所述前壳上的挡板, 当所述前壳和后壳固定时所述挡板顶压在 所述电路板上。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述挡板位 于所述前壳的内表面上, 且与其侧壁一体连接。
9、 如权利要求 2所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述电路板 设有用于传输负离子的传输头, 所述壳体设有用于避让所述传输头的避让孔, 所述壳体在所述避让孔处设有用于限位所述传输头的卡位结构。
10、 如权利要求 2所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体
