Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る超音波内視鏡システムを示すブロック図である。本実施の形態は、超音波内視鏡と超音波観測装置との間を無線通信によって接続するようにしたものである。
図3は本発明の第2の実施の形態を示すブロック図である。図3において図1と同一の構成要素には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。本実施の形態は、モニタ40への出力を超音波観測装置37で行うようにしたものである。
図4は本発明の第3の実施の形態を示すブロック図である。図4において図1と同一の構成要素には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。本実施の形態の超音波内視鏡システムにおいては、モニタ40に代えて、制御部61を備えた表示装置60を採用する。第1及び第2の実施の形態においては、超音波内視鏡10との通信の確立を、ビデオプロセッサ20の制御部24及び超音波観測装置30の制御部35によって判定した。これに対し、本実施の形態は、超音波内視鏡10との通信の確立を、超音波内視鏡システム内の他の部分に設けた制御部によって行うようになっている。図4の例では、表示装置60に設けた制御部61によって通信の確立を判断する例を示している。
本出願は、2013年10月1日に日本国に出願された特願2013-206593号を優先権主張の基礎として出願するものであり、上記の開示内容は、本願明細書、請求の範囲、図面に引用されたものとする。
Claims (7)
- 光学観察可能な超音波内視鏡と、光学観察のためのビデオプロセッサと、超音波観察のための超音波観測装置とで構成される超音波内視鏡システムにおいて、
前記超音波内視鏡は、
撮像部と、
超音波振動子と、
内視鏡状態情報を格納する識別部と、
超音波信号および前記内視鏡状態情報を無線により送受信する内視鏡用通信部と、
を備え、
前記ビデオプロセッサは、
前記超音波内視鏡の前記撮像部で得られた光学画像を処理する光学画像処理部と、
前記超音波内視鏡の前記識別部の内視鏡状態情報を読み出す第1の読出し部と、
を備え、
前記超音波観測装置は、
前記超音波信号を送受信可能な送受信部と、
前記超音波内視鏡の前記内視鏡用通信部と通信し、前記超音波信号および前記内視鏡状態情報を送受信する観測装置用通信部と、
前記観測装置用通信部で得られた前記超音波信号に基づいて画像を生成する超音波画像処理部と、
前記観測装置用通信部で得られた前記内視鏡状態情報を読み出す第2の読出し部と、
を備え、
前記ビデオプロセッサの第1の読出し部で得られた前記内視鏡状態情報と、前記超音波観測装置の第2の読出し部で得られた前記内視鏡状態情報とを比較し、情報が一致した場合にのみ前記超音波内視鏡と前記超音波観測装置との無線接続を確立する制御を行う制御部
を具備することを特徴とする超音波内視鏡システム。 - 前記内視鏡状態情報は、前記超音波内視鏡の識別情報も含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡システム。
- 前記ビデオプロセッサまたは前記超音波観測装置の一方に接続される表示装置と、
前記光学画像処理部と前記超音波画像処理部を接続する画像通信線とを備え、
前記光学画像処理部または前記超音波画像処理部は、前記画像通信線によって相互に接続された他方の画像処理部から画像情報を入手し、光学画像と超音波画像の双方を前記表示装置で切り替え可能に表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡システム。 - 少なくとも1つの前記ビデオプロセッサおよび少なくとも1つの前記超音波観測装置と接続されて前記制御部が構成された表示装置を備え、
前記表示装置は、
前記ビデオプロセッサおよび前記超音波観測装置の各画像出力を入力できる画像入力部と、
前記ビデオプロセッサおよび前記超音波観測装置の前記第1および第2の読出し部から出力される前記内視鏡状態情報が入力される内視鏡情報入力部と、を具備し、
前記制御部は、前記内視鏡情報入力部により入力された前記複数の内視鏡状態情報を比較し、情報が一致した場合にのみ前記超音波内視鏡と前記超音波観測装置との無線接続を確立する指示を行うと共に、前記内視鏡状態情報が一致する前記ビデオプロセッサおよび前記超音波観測装置の画像を切り替え可能に表示する制御を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡システム。 - 前記表示装置は、前記超音波内視鏡と前記超音波観測装置との通信が確立された場合、確立されている状態を表示画面に表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の超音波内視鏡システム。 - 前記超音波内視鏡は、前記超音波内視鏡と前記超音波観測装置との通信が確立された場合、確立されている状態を表示する表示部
を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の超音波内視鏡システム。 - 光学観察可能な超音波内視鏡と、光学観察のためのビデオプロセッサと、超音波観察のための超音波観測装置とで構成される超音波内視鏡システムの通信方法であって、
前記超音波内視鏡に接続された前記ビデオプロセッサの第1の読出し部が、前記超音波内視鏡の識別部に格納された内視鏡状態情報を読出す手順と、
前記超音波観測装置の観測装置用通信部が、前記超音波内視鏡の内視鏡用通信部と無線通信し、前記内視鏡状態情報を受信する手順と、
制御部が、前記ビデオプロセッサ及び前記観測装置用通信部が受信した内視鏡状態情報を照合して一致判定を行い、一致していると判定した場合に前記超音波内視鏡と前記超音波観測装置との通信を確立する制御を行う手順と
を具備したことを特徴とする超音波内視鏡システムの通信方法。
