Abstract
一种灯光桌桌面,包括发光件(4)、包边条(3)和控制发光件(4)的控制盒(5),且发光件(4)和控制盒(5)连接,以及一经过纳米技术处理的导光板(1),所述发光件(4)卡接在包边条(3)内且通过导光板(1)的侧壁固定。该灯光桌桌面通过其发光件(4)、配合导光板(1)的设计来实现其在光线较暗的地方使用,同时其发光件(4)通过导光板(1)锁紧在包边条(3)内,使其结构简单、拆装方便;且其利用经纳米技术处理的导光板(1),将射进去的点光通过不断的折射和反射,从而转换为面光,这样的光转换率高,光线均匀且柔和。
Description
本实用新型涉及发光桌面技术领域,尤其是一种灯光桌桌面。
目前休闲桌子种类繁多,常见的类型有:铸铝桌面、玻璃桌面、铁板桌面、木头桌面、树脂桌面、藤桌面、光亮桌面、全铝桌面、形状无非是圆形、长方形、跑道圆形、多边形等。桌子的区别基本都集中在材质和形状上,对于桌子的功能没有改变,在灯光较暗的场所使用时则不能单独使用,必须另外配备灯光,适用性差。
本实用新型的目的为克服背景技术中存在的不足,提出一种拆装方便、适合在光线较暗的地方使用的灯光桌桌面。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下方案:
一种灯光桌桌面,包括发光件、包边条和控制发光件的控制盒,且发光件和控制盒连接,其特征在于,还包括一经过纳米技术处理的导光板,所述的发光件卡接在包边条内且通过导光板的侧壁固定。
上述的灯光桌桌面中,所述包边条的侧壁开设有连接槽,导光板通过其连接槽和包边带卡接连接,使导光板和连接槽之间形成一腔体,且所述的发光件置于其腔体内。
上述的灯光桌桌面中,所述的包边条为四条,且分别置于导光板的四个侧壁,两相邻的包边条之间通过包角塑套连接;所述的发光件为两条设置有LED灯的灯条,分别置于导光板相对的侧壁且灯条上的LED灯紧挨正对着导光板。
上述的灯光桌桌面中,所述的导光板下底面设置有一泡沫板和用于固定、保护导光板的铁皮板。
上述的灯光桌桌面中,所述的导光板上端面设置有透明面板,且透明面板通过垫块置于包边条上。
上述的灯光桌桌面中,所述的透明面板为玻璃板,所述的垫块为泡沫条或橡皮垫块。
上述的灯光桌桌面中,所述的包边条上和包角塑套配合的侧壁上各开设包边通孔,且所述的包角塑套上设置有与包边通孔配合连接的塑套凸块,且所述的包边条和包角塑套通过包边通孔和塑套凸块配合连接。
上述的灯光桌桌面中,所述的控制盒包括控制电板和电池。
上述的灯光桌桌面中,所述的两条灯条之间通过五芯排线连接。
本发明相比现有技术的有益效果是:本实用新型通过其发光件、配合导光板的设计来实现其在光线较暗的地方使用,同时,其发光件通过导光板锁紧在包边条内,使其结构简单,拆装方便;且其利用经纳米技术处理的导光板,将射进去的点光通过不断的折射和反射,从而转换为面光,这样的光转换率高,光线均匀且柔和。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1和图2所示的一种灯光桌桌面,包括发光件4、包边条3和控制发光件的控制盒5,所述的控制盒5包括控制电板和电池,且发光件4和控制盒5连接,还包括一经过纳米技术处理的导光板1,其型号为NL-PC3CB的导光板,所述的发光件4卡接在包边条3内且通过导光板1的侧壁固定。再参考图3,所述包边条3的侧壁开设有连接槽32,导光板1通过其连接槽32和包边带3卡接连接,使导光板1和连接槽32之间形成一腔体,且所述的发光件4置于其腔体内。其发光件4通过导光板1锁紧在包边条3内,使其结构简单,拆装方便,其利用经纳米技术处理的导光板1,将射进去的点光通过不断的折射和反射,从而转换为面光,这样的光转换率高,光线均匀且柔和。
上述中,为了进一步完善上述的技术方案,所述的包边条3为四条,且分别置于导光板1的四个侧壁,两相邻的包边条3之间通过包角塑套2连接;所述的发光件4为两条设置有LED灯的灯条,分别置于导光板1相对的侧壁且灯条上的LED灯紧挨正对着导光板1。所述的导光板1下底面设置有一泡沫板6和用于固定、保护导光板1的铁皮板7。通过其结构来实现了连接的稳定性,保证其使用寿命。
上述中,为了提高其光线的炫彩效果,同时保护导光板1的使用寿命,所述的导光板1上端面设置有透明面板9,且透明面板可通过垫块(图中未视)置于包边条3上。通过透明面板来保护导光板的使用。
上述的灯光桌桌面中,所述的透明面板9为玻璃板,所述的垫块为泡沫条或橡皮垫块。
上述中,为了保证其使用寿命,保证其稳定性,所述的包边条3上和包角塑套2配合的侧壁上各开设包边通孔31,且所述的包角塑套2上设置有与包边通孔31配合连接的塑套凸块21,且所述的包边条3和包角塑套2通过包边通孔31和塑套凸块21配合连接。通过包边通孔31和塑套凸块21还能使其拆装方便,使用灵活性强等优点。
上述中为了保证灯条稳定性,保证发光件4光线的效果所述的两条灯条之间通过五芯排线8连接。

1、一种灯光桌桌面,包括发光件、包边条和控制发光件的控制盒,且发光件和控制盒连接,其特征在于,还包括一经过纳米技术处理的导光板,所述的发光件卡接在包边条内且通过导光板的侧壁固定。
2、根据权利要求1所述的灯光桌桌面,其特征在于,所述包边条的侧壁开设有连接槽,导光板通过其连接槽和包边带卡接连接,使导光板和连接槽之间形成一腔体,且所述的发光件置于其腔体内。
3、根据权利要求2所述的灯光桌桌面,其特征在于,所述的包边条为四条,且分别置于导光板的四个侧壁,两相邻的包边条之间通过包角塑套连接;所述的发光件为两条设置有LED灯的灯条,分别置于导光板相对的侧壁且灯条上的LED灯紧挨正对着导光板。
4、根据权利要求3所述的灯光桌桌面,其特征在于,所述的导光板下底面设置有一泡沫板和用于固定、保护导光板的铁皮板。
5、根据权利要求4所述的灯光桌桌面,其特征在于,所述的导光板上端面设置有透明面板,且透明面板通过垫块置于包边条上。
6、根据权利要求5所述的灯光桌桌面,其特征在于,所述的透明面板为玻璃板,所述的垫块为泡沫条或橡皮垫块。
7、根据权利要求3至6中任意一项所述的灯光桌桌面,其特征在于,所述的包边条上的包角塑套配合的侧壁上各开设包边通孔,且所述的包角塑套上设置有与包边通孔配合连接的塑套凸块,且所述的包边条和包角塑套通过包边通孔和塑套凸块配合连接。
8、根据权利要求7所述的灯光桌桌面,其特征在于,所述的控制盒包括控制电板和电池。
9、根据权利要求2所述的灯光桌桌面,其特征在于,所述的两条灯条之间通过五芯排线连接。
