Abstract
The invention relates to a uniform musical keyboard. Unlike conventional musical keyboards, in which the MI-FA and TI-DO pairs of notes are located under two consecutive white keys, while the remaining musical half-tone intervals are below a succession of consecutive white-black or black-white keys, this invention provides a uniform distribution of keys in a keyboard having no consecutive pairs of white keys, in which the keys are instead arranged in an unbroken white-black-white-black, etc. sequence. All of the above is in line with the theory on musical nomenclature disclosed by the author in his intellectual property documents with the RPI, dated 08/2009/901 and 08/2010/911.

TECLADO MUSICAL UNIFORME UNIFORM MUSICAL KEYBOARD
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
Se trata de dotar a cualquier instrumento de teclado (piano, órgano, acordeón y similares), de un teclado uniforme en la distribución de sus teclas, tal como se recoge en la fig. 2 de la pág. 6 y en la fig. 3 de la página 7. Sí se sabe de algunos intentos de atribuir algún tipo de notación numérica uniforme a las notas musicales en una línea parecida a la nuestra, aunque mucho menos elaborada que la que se desarrolla en nuestros textos de P.I. aludidos anteriormente. En todo caso, los escasos antecedentes que conocemos se refieren tan solo a cuestiones teóricas sobre nomenclatura y escritura musicales, nunca a llevar a la práctica sobre el teclado musical ninguna modificación de su configuración convencional, como es el caso que nos ocupa.

Se puede observar, una cierta irregularidad en esta distribución de teclas de dicha figura n° 1 , pues hay dos parejas de teclas consecutivas, ambas blancas, sin que exista una tecla negra intermedia. Ello es debido a que, por pura definición musical, entre las notas MI-FA o entre las notas SI-DO, solo hay un intervalo de un semitono, que es el mismo intervalo que hay entre cualquier otra pareja de teclas blanca-negra o negra-blanca consecutivas. Para ganar en simplicidad de exposición, en las dos figuras de la página 6, aparecen numeradas las notas de cada tecla, a distancia de semitono entre cada dos teclas consecutivas, sean estas del color que sean, con tal de ser consecutivas. La observada irregularidad en la distribución del teclado de la figura n° 1 de la página 6 es lo que se pretende corregir con el teclado propuesto, que es el que aparece en la fig.2 de dicha pág.6, con una distribución regular y uniforme de teclas que abarcan las mismas notas anteriores, anotadas también en la parte superior del teclado, aunque, en este caso, se alternan las llamadas teclas blancas y teclas negras sin excepciones de ningún tipo. El teclado propuesto no tiene por qué limitarse a recorrer sólo una octava musical, como el de la figura, sino que, como ocurre en el piano convencional, puede prolongarse indefinidamente a derecha e o izquierda, repitiendo la misma sucesión de notas, a través de las octavas colindantes. Claims
1.- TECLADO MUSICAL, para cualquier instrumento musical que lo precise (piano, órgano, acordeón ), que, siendo de la clase de los constituidos por dos tipos distintos de teclas, con distintas dimensiones (blancas y negras), está caracterizado por una distribución uniforme de todas sus teclas, de semitono en semitono, alternando los dos tipos distintos de teclas (blancas y negras).
