Description

光线向下的LED球泡灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种光线向下的LED球泡灯。
背景技术
日光灯的光线上下照射面很广,在哪里使用都很方便。但LED球泡的光线角度是120度,所以LED光线能照到的地方很亮,但相反的方向则光线很暗。其不足之处在于:灯泡在下进行直立安装并要求灯光向下照射的台灯中使用时,照明效果不理想。
CN201110257494.8公开了一种LED灯泡。它的目的是提供一种照明区域位于灯头的后下区域的LED灯泡,解决现有的灯泡灯头在下进行直立安装并要求灯光向下照射的灯具中使用时,照明效果不理想的问题。技术方案:所述LED灯泡,包括灯头、透光罩和传热本体,所述传热本体一端与所述灯头相连接、另一端与散热器相连接,所述传热本体的位于所述散热器和所述灯头之间的表面上设有安装平面,所述安装平面上安装有LED光源组件,所述透光罩罩在所述LED光源组件上。其不足之处:光线从侧面射出,台灯中使用时,照明效果不理想。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种通过在灯罩弧形端部的局部内壁覆设反光罩组件,以使光线的绝大部分折射后向下照亮且同时保留少量光线经反光罩组件中心预留的光通道而向上射出的LED球泡灯。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术解决方案是所述光线向下的LED球泡灯,包括依序连为一体的灯头、底座、灯体和灯罩,灯体内腔中装入驱动板,灯体安装平面上设有铝基板及覆设在铝基板上的LED光源组件,铝基板与灯体安装平面沿圆心开设有穿孔,驱动板挡圈自灯体内腔穿入该穿孔之中以便将驱动板上的电线接入铝基板,一螺钉旋入底座螺孔而将铝基板、灯体与底座连接在一起,其特殊之处在于:所述灯罩位于球腔圆心部位设有反光罩组件。
作为优选:所述反光罩组件由反光罩支架、扣接在所述反光罩支架上的反光罩组成。
作为优选:所述反光罩支架由上小下大不同口径的上圆环、下圆环、分别连接上圆环与下圆环之间的若干杆架、下圆环底部设置与反光罩扣接的扣件组成。
作为优选:所述反光罩支架选用透明材质;所述杆架为三个。
作为优选:所述扣件由凸伸出下圆环外圆壁并向下呈一锐角向内收窄的凸扣构成。
作为优选:所述反光罩由呈喇叭状曲线旋转一周成型的罩体、罩体位于底部开口的内环面上设置与所述反光罩支架扣件相扣接的钩扣组成。
作为优选:所述钩扣由二平行凸柱构成供反光罩支架凸扣嵌入的嵌槽、沿所述嵌槽底部呈一锐角向上延伸并在端部成型可扣入凸扣顶端面的钩件组成。

有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点:本LED球泡灯使灯罩的光线角度获得240度至300度向下光线的同时,还保留部分光线经反光罩组件中心预留的光通道而向上射出,以获得柔性的灯光效果。
