Abstract

An antenna arrangement 10 comprises at least a first patch antenna 12 associated with a first frequency band region and a second paten antenna 14 associated with a second frequency band region. Each patch antenna comprises a ground plane 16 and a radiating patch 18. The radiating patch 18 of the first patch antenna also serves as the ground plane for the second patch antenna. Each radiating patch having at least two different axes of symmetry 22.1 and 22.2 and wherein the axes are at an angle θ relative to one another, with 0 < θ ≤ 90 degrees. Each patch antenna comprises at least a first feed point and a second feed point associated with at least first and second polarizations at a polarization angle differential equal to θ.
