Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种背板装置, 尤其是涉及一种应用于灯具的背板装置及该灯具。 背景技术
目前若是要安装灯具在墙面上, 安装者须先将电连接于市电且嵌埋于墙面凹槽 内的接线盒的电源导线连接于灯具主体中的电性导线, 使得灯具可接收到电源的供 电后, 才能进而将灯具主体固定于墙面上, 以完成灯具的安装作业。 然而, 灯具主 体中的电性导线与电源导线间的接线流程相当麻烦, 且安装者还必须一边扶持着灯 具主体, 故安装作业相当繁琐与困难。
有鉴于此, 各方致力于开发可轻易安装于墙面上的灯具, 如美国专利公开号第
7985017号所揭露的灯具, 其于灯具主体端设置公头连接器, 并于接线盒端设置与 电源导线相连接的母座连接器, 当灯具欲安装于墙面上时, 只要先将公头连接器以 插入 (plug-in ) 的方式对接于母座连接器, 再将灯具主体固定于墙面上或接线盒开 口处的支架板, 即可完成灯具的安装作业。
此外, 日本特许专利公开号第 4915682号亦揭露一种便于安装的灯具, 其于墙 面端设置与电源导线相连接的母座连接器, 当灯具欲安装于墙面上时, 只要先将公 头连接器伸入母座连接器并进行转动, 进而能够顺势以接触的方式与母座连接器产 生电性连接, 再将灯具主体与公头连接器相结合, 使得灯具主体能够与电源端电性 相通, 再将灯具主体固定于墙面上, 如此即完成灯具的安装作业。
然而, 虽然上述二专利已改善了安装灯具的困难度, 但以美国专利公开号第 7985017号所揭露的灯具为例, 安装者在将灯具主体端的公头连接器连接于接线盒 端的母座连接器时, 还是须要一边扶持着灯具主体才能进行, 着实成为安装作业上 的负担; 再则, 以日本特许专利公开号第 4915682号所揭露的灯具为例, 由于灯具 主体以及公头连接器是呈独立分开的两个元件, 故安装者需进行两次以上的动作才 能完成安装灯具的作业, 即需先使公头连接器与母座连接器相结合, 再使灯具主体 结合于公头连接器, 因此安装作业显然复杂。
是以, 现有的灯具及其与电源间的连接结构仍亟待改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足, 本发明的目的之一在于, 提供一种使灯具容易被安 装且可电连接于电源的背板装置。
针对现有技术存在的不足, 本发明的目的之一在于, 提供一种应用上述背板装 置而容易进行安装作业的灯具。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案是提供一种应用于灯具的背板装置, 其包括:
一背板主体结构, 其具有一第一面以及相对应于该第一面的一第二面; 其中, 该第一面用以固定于一壁体, 且该第二面用以供一灯具的一灯具主体安装于其上; 以及
一第一电性结构, 设置于该背板主体结构, 且具有呈电性相通的至少一导线连 接部以及至少一灯具连接部; 其中, 该第一电性结构用以供电连接于一电源且来自 该壁体的至少一电源导线电性连接于该至少一导线连接部, 并用以于该灯具主体安 装于该背板主体结构上时, 供该灯具主体电性连接于该至少一灯具连接部。
较佳地, 该至少一导线连接部曝露于该背板主体结构的该第一面; 抑或是该至 少一导线连接部曝露于该背板主体结构的该第二面, 以及该背板主体结构具有至少 一线孔, 且电连接于该电源且来自该壁体的该至少一电源导线, 于穿过该至少一线 孔后电性连接于该至少一导线连接部。
较佳地, 该灯具主体内设置有一第二电性结构, 且该第二电性结构包括至少一 电性卡勾部, 而该第一电性结构还包括至少一卡槽, 抑或是该第二电性结构包括该 至少一卡槽, 而该第一电性结构还包括该至少一电性卡勾部; 其中, 于该至少一电 性卡勾部伸入该至少一卡槽而直接抵触该至少一灯具连接部时, 抑或于该至少一电 性卡勾部伸入该至少一卡槽后进行移动, 且当该至少一电性卡勾部移动至一电性导 通位置而接触该至少一灯具连接部时, 该灯具主体以及该背板装置之间由一电性隔 离关系转换为一电性导通关系。
较佳地, 该第一电性结构具有一第一容置空间以及至少一导电元件, 且该至少 一导电元件设置于该第一容置空间中; 其中, 该至少一导线连接部以及该至少一灯 具连接部相对位于该至少一导电元件的二端。

一背板主体结构, 其具有一第一面以及相对应于该第一面的一第二面; 其 中, 该第一面用以固定于一壁体, 且该第二面用以供该灯具主体安装于其上; 以及 一第一电性结构, 设置于该背板主体结构, 且具有呈电性相通的至少一导 线连接部以及至少一灯具连接部;
其中, 该第一电性结构用以供电连接于一电源且来自该壁体的至少一电源导 线, 电性连接于该至少一导线连接部, 并用以于该灯具主体安装于该背板主体结构 上时, 供该电路板电性连接于该至少一灯具连接部, 使该灯具与该电源之间形成电 性导通。

灯具 1可为一室内灯具, 如吸顶灯, 亦可为一室外灯具, 如壁灯, 并包括电路 板 11、 背板装置 12以及灯具主体 13, 且灯具主体 13包括第一发光源 131、第二发 光源 132、感应元件 133以及电连接于电路板 11的第二电性结构 134, 而电路板 11 设置于灯具主体 13中, 用以驱动第一发光源 131 以及第二发光源 132输出光线; 于本较佳实施例中, 第一发光源 131以及第二发光源 132是由多个发光二极管 (图 中未标示) 所组成, 而感应元件 133为一被动式人体感应器, 且其感应信号可用以 作为第一发光源 131以及第二发光源 132是否输出照明光线的依据,惟感应元件 133 仅为一举例, 并非用以限定本发明各种可能的均等变化。
再者, 灯具主体 13与背板装置 12可被拆卸成两个独立的元件, 且背板装置 12 包括第一电性结构 121以及背板主体结构 122; 其中, 第一电性结构 121设置于背 板主体结构 122的第二面 1225上, 用以与背板主体结构 122相结合, 其结合方式 并不设限, 如锁固方式结合、 胶合方式结合、 卡合方式结合等, 当然, 第一电性结 构 121以及背板主体结构 122亦可以一体成形的方式制成。
又, 背板主体结构 122的第一面 1224 (相对于第二面 1225 ) 用以固定于一壁 体 9, 并供灯具主体 13安装于其上, 且背板主体结构 122具有一线孔 1221, 用以 供电连接于一电源 8且来自壁体 9的电源导线 81、 82穿过其中 (见图 7, 此将于稍 后详述), 进而令电源导线 81、 82可电连接于第一电性结构 121 ; 其中, 电源导线 81、 82可为火线、 地线以及中线中的一者。 此外, 当灯具主体 13已被安装于背板 主体结构 122上时, 灯具主体 13的第二电性结构 134可与背板装置 12的第一电性 结构 121电性相通, 使得电源 8的电流能够传输至电路板 11, 以进而驱动第一发光 源 131以及第二发光源 132输出光线, 以下将详细说明。
于本较佳实施例中, 第一电性结构 121为一电性母体结构, 并是一具有第一容 置空间 1211的盒状体,包括第一卡槽 1212、第二卡槽 1213、第一灯具连接部 1214、 第二灯具连接部 1215、 第一导线连接部 1216、 第二导线连接部 1217、 第一导电元 件 1218以及第二导电元件 1219, 第一导电元件 1218以及第二导电元件 1219皆设 置于第一容置空间 1211中, 且第一灯具连接部 1214以及第一导线连接部 1216分 别形成于第一导电元件 1218的二端, 而第二灯具连接部 1215以及第二导线连接部 1217分别形成于第二导电元件 1219的二端,因此第一灯具连接部 1214与第一导线 连接部 1216呈电性相通, 而第二灯具连接部 1215与第二导线连接部 1217呈电性 相通。
其中, 第一灯具连接部 1214 以及第二灯具连接部 1215 分别邻近于第一卡槽 1212的第一端 12121处以及第二卡槽 1213的第一端 12131处, 而第一导线连接部 1216以及第二导线连接部 1217用以分别供穿过线孔 1221的二电源导线 81、 82电 性连接于其上; 又, 第一卡槽 1212以及第二卡槽 1213皆为弧形卡槽, 并相对设置 于第一电性结构 121的两端, 且第一卡槽 1212的第一端 12121的开口面积小于第 一卡槽 1212的第二端 12122的开口面积,而第二卡槽 1213的第一端 12131的开口 面积亦小于第二卡槽 1213的第二端 12132的开口面积。
又, 第二电性结构 134为一电性公体结构, 并是一具有第二容置空间 1341的 盒状体, 包括相对设置于第二电性结构 134的两端的第一电性卡勾部 1342以及第 二电性卡勾部 1343 ; 其中, 第一电性卡勾部 1342的一端以及第二电性卡勾部 1343 的一端固定于第二容置空间 1341中, 而第一电性卡勾部 1342的另一端以及第二电 性卡勾部 1343的另一端则朝第二容置空间 1341外的方向延伸; 此外, 第一电性卡 勾部 1342以及第二电性卡勾部 1343固定于第二容置空间 1341中的方式并不设限, 如锁固方式固定、 胶合方式固定、 卡合方式固定等, 当然, 第一电性卡勾部 1342、 第二电性卡勾部 1343以及第二电性结构 134亦可以一体成形的方式制成。
再者, 第二电性结构 134设置于灯具主体 13内部, 其与灯具主体 13内部的结 合方式并不设限, 如锁固方式结合、 胶合方式结合、 卡合方式结合等, 当然第二电 性结构 134与灯具主体 13亦可以一体成形的方式制成。 此外, 于本较佳实施例中, 第二电性结构 134的两侧呈 π字形表面, 且电路板 11具有二电路板穿孔 111、 112, 用以供 π字形表面的两端穿过其中, 是以, 灯具主体 13 内部、 第二电性结构 134 以及电路板 11形成一连动关系, 也就是说, 于本较佳实施例中, 电路板 11成为第
二电性结构 134的连动元件, 惟上述灯具主体 13内部、 第二电性结构 134以及电 路板 11 三者之间的结合方式仅为一实施例, 并不以此为限, 只要是第二电性结构 134电性连接于电路板 11, 且电路板 11可随着第二电性结构 134—起移动, 就可 使本发明据以实施。
接下来说明本发明的灯具 1及其背板装置 12是如何安装于壁体 9。首先定义本 发明中的壁体 9, 亦请同步参阅图 7, 壁体 9可为一天花板或一墙壁, 且包括壁面 91以及接线盒 92; 其中, 接线盒 92嵌埋于壁面 91的壁面凹槽 911内, 而电源导 线 81、 82则由接线盒 92端向壁面凹槽 911外伸出, 较佳者, 接线盒 92还包括支 架板 921, 且支架板 921固定于壁面凹槽 911的开口。 以下将以壁体 9是墙壁为例 作安装说明。
当安装者欲将灯具 1及其背板装置 12安装于壁体 9时, 须先将背板装置 12固 定于壁体 9上; 进一步而言, 安装者可将电源导线 81、 82穿过背板主体结构 122 的线孔 1221, 以使电源导线 81、 82能进而分别连接于第一电性结构 121的第一导 线连接部 1216以及第二导线连接部 1217, 接着, 再将背板主体结构 122固定于支 架板 921上, 如此即完成背板装置 12的安装。 较佳者, 背板主体结构 122具有多 个锁固穿孔 123, 用以供多个锁固元件 124 (如螺丝) 穿过其中, 进而使背板主体 结构 122锁固于支架板 921上,惟此仅为一种使背板主体结构 122固定于支架板 921 的实施方式, 并不以此为限。 当然, 本技术领域普通技术人员亦可依据实际需求而 变更设计为, 接线盒 92不包括支架板 921, 而直接将背板装置 12的背板主体结构 122锁固于壁面 91上。
再者, 当背板装置 12已被固定后, 安装者只要再将灯具主体 13的第二电性结 构 134伸入背板装置 12的第一电性结构 121中并转动一距离后,第二电性结构 134 就能卡合于第一电性结构 121, 以进而使灯具主体 13与背板装置 12相结合; 此时, 第二电性结构 134会电性接触于第一电性结构 121, 因此电源 8的电流能够依序经 由电源导线 81、 82、 第一电性结构 121、 第二电性结构 134后传输至电路板 11, 以进而驱动第一发光源 131以及第二发光源 132输出光线。
详言之, 当灯具主体 13的第二电性结构 134欲与背板装置 12的第一电性结构 121进行组合时,可先将第二电性结构 134的第一电性卡勾部 1342以及第二电性卡 勾部 1343分别从第一电性结构 121的第一卡槽 1212的第二端 12122以及第一电性 结构 121的第二卡槽 1213的第二端 12132伸入第一电性结构 121的第一容置空间
1211中; 接着, 灯具主体 13与第一电性结构 121相对转动, 将灯具主体 13朝逆时 针或顺时针 (依参考而定) 的方向转动, 使得第一电性卡勾部 1342 以及第二电性 卡勾部 1343同步移动, 也就是说, 使第一电性卡勾部 1342沿着第一卡槽 1212往 第一卡槽 1212的第一端 12121的方向移动, 同时, 第二电性卡勾部 1343也沿着第 二卡槽 1213往第二卡槽 1213的第一端 12131的方向移动。
最后, 当第一电性卡勾部 1342以及第二电性卡勾部 1343分别移动至第一卡槽 1212的第一端 12121以及第二卡槽 1213的第一端 12131时,第一电性卡勾部 1342 以及第二电性卡勾部 1343能够分别与第一电性结构 121的第一灯具连接部 1214以 及第二灯具连接部 1215呈卡合状态, 详言之, 由于第一卡槽 1212的第一端 12121 的开口面积小于第一卡槽 1212的第二端 12122的开口面积,且第二卡槽 1213的第 一端 12131的开口面积小于第二卡槽 1213的第二端 12132的开口面积, 故第一电 性卡勾部 1342 以及第二电性卡勾部 1343 皆无法分别从第一卡槽 1212 的第一端 12121 以及第二卡槽 1213的第一端 12131脱离开, 也就是说, 此时第一电性结构 121以及第二电性结构 134能够相互卡合。又, 由于此时第一电性卡勾部 1342以及 第二电性卡勾部 1343分别接触于第一灯具连接部 1214以及第二灯具连接部 1215, 因此第一电性结构 121以及第二电性结构 134呈电性导通。
特别说明的是, 本发明的灯具 1还包括导引结构 14, 且导引结构 14包括形成 于电路板 11上的导引凸柱 141, 以及形成于第一电性结构 121上并与导引凸柱 141 相对应的导引穿孔 142, 故当灯具主体 13的第二电性结构 134欲与背板装置 12的 第一电性结构 121进行组合时, 安装者可藉由将导引凸柱 141对准导引穿孔 142后 伸入导引穿孔 142中, 使得第二电性结构 134的第一电性卡勾部 1342以及第二电 性卡勾部 1343 能够分别顺势地从第一电性结构 121 的第一卡槽 1212 的第二端 12122以及第一电性结构 121的第二卡槽 1213的第二端 12132伸入第一电性结构 121的第一容置空间 1211中; 此外, 由于导引凸柱 141可相对于导引穿孔 142进行 枢转, 故第一电性卡勾部 1342以及第二电性卡勾部 1343分别于第一卡槽 1212内 以及第二卡槽 1213 内移动的过程中就不会偏离应当移动的路径。 较佳者, 连接于 电路板 11的导引凸柱 141可作为电性连接于电源 8的地线 83的连接部。
当然, 上述仅为一种导引结构的实施方式, 本技术领域的普通技术人员均可依 据实际应用需求而进行任何均等的变化设计。 举例来说, 可变更设计为, 导引凸柱 141形成于第二电性结构 134上或是其它与第二电性结构 134连动的连动元件上,
而导引穿孔 142形成于与第一电性结构 121连动的连动元件上; 再举例来说, 可变 更设计为, 导引凸柱形成于第一电性结构 121上或是与第一电性结构 121连动的连 动元件上, 而导引穿孔形成于第二电性结构 134或是与第二电性结构 134连动的连 动元件上; 此外, 虽然本二个举例未以图示示意, 惟本技术领域的普通技术人员均 可依据本二个举例的文字说明而轻易了解。
再者, 上述仅为一种藉由使灯具 1的灯具主体 13以及背板装置 12能够组装结 合且产生电性相通的实施例, 亦仅为一种使第一电性结构 121与第二电性结构 134 于相对移动后产生电性接触而达成电性导通的实施例, 并不以此设限第一电性结构 121以及第二电性结构 134的形状、 第一电性结构 121的卡槽的数量、 形状及其设 置位置、 导线连接部的数量、 形状及其固定方式、 灯具连接部的数量、 形状及其固 定方式、 导线连接部以及灯具连接部之间的电性相通手段、 电源导线 81、 82连接 于第一电性结构 121的接线方式、 或是第二电性结构 134的电性卡勾部的数量、 形 状及其固定方式; 也就是说, 本技术领域的普通技术人员均可依据实际应用需求而 进行任何均等的变化设计。
举例来说, 可变更设计为, 第一电性结构 121的第一卡槽 1212以及第二卡槽 1213设置于第一电性结构 121 的同一端, 且第二电性结构 134的第一电性卡勾部 1342以及第二电性卡勾部 1343则相对应的设置于第二电性结构 134的同一端。 此 外, 虽然本举例未以图示示意, 惟本技术领域的普通技术人员均可依据本举例的文 字说明而轻易了解。
再举例来说,可变更设计为,第一电性结构 121包括分别电连接于电源导线 81、 82的第一电性卡勾部以及第二电性卡勾部,而第二电性结构则包括相对应的第一卡 槽、 第二卡槽、 第一灯具连接部以及第二灯具连接部, 因此当背板装置 12 已被固 定后, 安装者只要再将灯具主体 13朝背板装置 12的方向移动, 使得灯具主体 13 的第一卡槽以及第二卡槽分别被第一电性结构 121的第一电性卡勾部以及第二电性 卡勾部伸入, 进而于使灯具主体 13转动一距离后令第一电性卡勾部以及第二电性 卡勾部分别电性接触第一灯具连接部以及第二灯具连接部, 故电源 8的电流能够依 序经由电源导线 81、 82、 第一电性结构 121、 第二电性结构 134后传输至电路板 11, 以进而驱动第一发光源 131以及第二发光源 132输出光线。 此外, 虽然本举例 未以图示示意, 惟本技术领域的普通技术人员均可依据本举例的文字说明而轻易了 解。
根据以上的说明可知, 本较佳实施例中应用于灯具 1的背板装置 12, 不但可提 供使灯具 1固定在壁体 9的功能, 还具有供电连接于电源 8的电源导线 81、 82相 连的第一电性结构 121, 且第二电性结构 134已事先与灯具主体相结合, 故于安装 灯具 1的过程中, 安装者只需要将灯具主体 13的第二电性结构 134组合于背板装 置 12的第一电性结构 121就可完成接线作业, 其不需要进行多次的结合动作, 亦 不需要在接线作业的同时一边扶持着灯具主体 13,故安装灯具 1的过程显得轻松容 易许多。

其中, 本较佳实施例的灯具 2及其背板装置 22大致类似于本发明第一较佳实 施例中所述者, 在此即不再予以赘述, 而仅作简单的说明。 同样地, 灯具 2包括电 路板 21、 背板装置 22以及灯具主体 23, 且灯具主体 23中设置有电性连接于电路 板 21的第二电性结构 234, 而背板装置 22包括第一电性结构 221以及背板主体结 构 222; 其中, 当灯具主体 23被安装于背板装置 22的第二面 2225后, 灯具主体 23的第二电性结构 234可与背板装置 22的第一电性结构 221电性相通, 使得电源 (图中未标示) 的电流能够传输至电路板 21, 以进而驱动发光源 (图中未标示)输 出光线。
详言之, 当安装者欲将灯具 2及其背板装置 22安装于壁体 (图中未标示, 可 参考图 7 ) 时, 须先将背板装置 22固定于壁体上; 进一步而言, 安装者可将电源导 线 (图中未标示, 可参考图 7 ) 穿过背板主体结构 222的背盖 2222的线孔 2221, 以使电源导线能进而分别连接于第一电性结构 221的第一导线连接部(图中未标示) 以及第二导线连接部 (图中未标示), 接着, 再将背板主体结构 222的第一面 2224 固定于壁体上, 如此即完成背板装置 22的安装。
再者, 当背板装置 22已被固定后, 安装者只要再将灯具主体 23的第二电性结 构 234伸入背板装置 22的第一电性结构 221中并转动一距离后,第二电性结构 234 就能卡合于第一电性结构 221, 以进而使灯具主体 23与背板装置 22相结合; 此时,
第二电性结构 234会电性接触于第一电性结构 221, 因此电源的电流能够依序经由 电源导线、 第一电性结构 221、 第二电性结构 234后传输至电路板 21, 以进而驱动 发光源输出光线。
详言之, 当灯具主体 23的第二电性结构 234欲与背板装置 22的第一电性结构 221进行组合时,可先将第二电性结构 234的第一电性卡勾部 2342以及第二电性卡 勾部 2343分别从第一电性结构 221的第一卡槽 2212的第二端 22122以及第一电性 结构 221的第二卡槽 2213的第二端 22132伸入第一电性结构 221的第一容置空间 2211中; 接着, 灯具主体 23与第一电性结构 221相对转动, 将灯具主体 23朝逆时 针或顺时针 (依参考而定) 的方向转动, 使得第一电性卡勾部 2342 以及第二电性 卡勾部 2343同步移动, 也就是说, 使第一电性卡勾部 2342沿着第一卡槽 2212往 第一卡槽 2212的第一端 22121的方向移动, 同时, 第二电性卡勾部 2343也沿着第 二卡槽 2213往第二卡槽 2213的第一端 22131的方向移动。
最后, 当第一电性卡勾部 2342以及第二电性卡勾部 2343分别移动至一电性导 通位置时, 第一电性卡勾部 2342以及第二电性卡勾部 2343分别接触于第一灯具连 接部 2214以及第二灯具连接部 2215,因此第一电性结构 221以及第二电性结构 234 呈电性导通; 而由于该电性导通位置所相应的卡槽开口面积小于第一卡槽 2212 的 第二端 22122的开口面积以及第二卡槽 2213的第二端 22132的开口面积, 故第一 电性卡勾部 2342以及第二电性卡勾部 2343皆无法分别从第一卡槽 2212的第一端 22121以及第二卡槽 2213的第一端 22131脱离开, 因此第一电性结构 221以及第 二电性结构 234能够相互卡合。
特别说明的是, 于本较佳实施例中, 电连接装置的导引结构 24系包括形成于 第一电性结构 221上的第一导引柱体 241以及第二导引柱体 242, 且第一导引柱体 241具有第一导引表面 2411邻近于第一卡槽 2212的第二端 22122, 而第二导引柱 体 242具有第二导引表面 2421邻近于第二卡槽 2213的第二端 22132, 故当灯具主 体 23的第二电性结构 234欲与背板装置 22的第一电性结构 221进行组合时, 安装 者可藉由将第二电性结构 234的第一电性卡勾部 2342的表面接触第一导引柱体 241 的第一导引表面 2411, 并使第一电性卡勾部 2342 的表面沿着第一导引表面 2411 朝壁体的方向移动, 以及将第二电性结构 234的第二电性卡勾部 2343的表面接触 第二导引柱体 242的第二导引表面 2421, 并使第二电性卡勾部 2343的表面沿着第 二导引表面 2421朝壁体的方向移动,使得第二电性结构 234的第一电性卡勾部 2342
以及第二电性卡勾部 2343能够分别顺势地从第一电性结构 221的第一卡槽 2212的 第二端 22122以及第一电性结构 221的第二卡槽 2213的第二端 22132伸入第一电 性结构 221的第一容置空间 1211中, 以准备接着进行后续的移动。
更佳者, 导引结构 24更包括形成于与灯具主体 23的导引凸柱 243, 以及形成 于第一电性结构 221上并与导引凸柱 241相对应的导引穿孔 244, 故藉由将导引凸 柱 243对准导引穿孔 244亦可辅助安装者将灯具主体 23的第二电性结构 234组合 于背板装置 22的第一电性结构 221 ; 此外, 由于导引凸柱 243可相对于导引穿孔 244进行枢转, 故第一电性卡勾部 2342以及第二电性卡勾部 2343分别于第一卡槽 2212内以及第二卡槽 2213内移动的过程中就不会偏离应当移动的路径。
当然, 上述导引凸柱 243以及导引穿孔 244的设计亦可变更设计为, 导引凸柱 243形成于第二电性结构 234上或是其它与第二电性结构 234连动的连动元件上, 而导引穿孔 244形成于与第一电性结构 221连动的连动元件上; 抑或是可变更设计 为, 导引凸柱形成于第一电性结构 221上或是与第一电性结构 221连动的连动元件 上, 而导引穿孔形成于第二电性结构 234或是与第二电性结构 234连动的连动元件 上; 此外, 虽然本二个变更设计并未以图示示意, 惟本技术领域的普通技术人员均 可依据本二个变更设计的文字说明而轻易了解。
根据以上的说明可知, 本较佳实施例中应用于灯具 2的背板装置 22, 不但可提 供使灯具 2固定在壁体的功能, 还具有供电连接于电源的电源导线相连的第一电性 结构 221, 且第二电性结构 134已事先与灯具主体相结合, 故于安装灯具 2的过程 中, 安装者只需要将灯具主体 23的第二电性结构 234组合于背板装置 22的第一电 性结构 221就可完成接线作业, 其不需要进行多次的结合动作, 亦不需要在接线作 业的同时一边扶持着灯具主体 23, 故安装灯具 2的过程显得轻松容易许多。
当然, 第二较佳实施例中的灯具 2及其背板装置 22亦可由本技术领域的普通 技术人员依据实际应用需求而进行任何均等的变化设计, 如第一导引柱体 241以及 第二导引柱体 242可仅存在其中一个, 且其变更设计的方向亦可参考第一较佳实施 例中所述、 或由第一较佳实施例中所获得的启示而进行, 在此即不在予以赘述。
请参阅图 13〜图 14, 图 13为本发明灯具及其背板装置于于第三较佳实施例的 灯具主体与防转盖体的部分结构示意图, 图 14为本发明灯具及其背板装置于第三 较佳实施例的部分结构的立体分解示意图。 其中, 本实施例的灯具 2'大致类似于本 发明第二较佳实施例中所述者, 在此即不再予以赘述。 而本较佳实施例与前述第三
较佳实施例不同之处在于, 灯具 2'更包括一防转盖体 25, 其藉由卡合的方式与灯 具主体 23相结合, 然其结合方式并不设限, 亦可为锁固方式结合、 胶合方式结合 等, 当然, 防转盖体 25以及灯具主体 23亦可以一体成形的方式制成。
又, 防转盖体 25包括有对应于第一导引柱体 241 以及第二导引柱体 242的第 一盖体凹槽 251以及第二盖体凹槽 252、 对应于导引凸柱 243的盖体穿孔 253以及 呈环形条状的多个防转凸肋 254〜256,而背板主体结构 222更包括对应于多个防转 凸肋 254〜256的一防转凹槽 2222以及一活动式档止部 2223。 其中, 当防转盖体 25与灯具主体 23相卡合时, 第二电性结构 234的第一电性卡勾部 2342、 第二电性 卡勾部 2343以及导引结构 24的导引凸柱 243分别穿过防转盖体的 25第一盖体凹 槽 251、 第二盖体凹槽 252以及盖体穿孔 253。
再者, 当背板装置 22如第二较佳实施利的说明而被固定且第二电性结构 234 的第一电性卡勾部 2342以及第二电性卡勾部 2343已藉由第一导引柱体 241以及第 二导引柱体 242的导引而伸入第一电性结构 221的第一容置空间 1211时, 该些防 转凸肋 254〜256容置于防转凹槽 2222中,且当第二电性结构 234接着进行转动时, 该些防转凸肋 254〜256亦同步沿着防转凹槽 2222进行转动,直到第一电性结构 221 以及第二电性结构 234卡合并呈电性导通关系为止。
又, 当第一电性结构 221以及第二电性结构 234卡合并呈电性导通关系时, 第 一导引柱体 241以及第二导引柱体 242处于穿过第一盖体凹槽 251以及第二盖体凹 槽 252的状态, 并且安装者可藉由调整活动式档止部 2223而使活动式档止部 2223 介于二防转凸肋 254、 255之间, 如此即能够限制灯具主体 23相对于背板装置 22 进行转动, 进而使灯具主体 23更牢固地结合于背板装置 22上; 相反地, 若是安装 者欲将灯具主体 23从背板装置 22上拆卸下来, 则可需调整活动式档止部 2223离 开二防转凸肋 254、 255之间, 故防转凸肋 254、 255就不再被活动式档止部档止, 进而使灯具主体 23能够相对于背板装置 22进行转动。

其中, 本较佳实施例的灯具 3及其背板装置 32大致类似于本发明第一、 第二 较佳实施例中所述者, 在此即不再予以赘述, 而仅作简单的说明, 同样地, 灯具 3 包括电路板 31、 背板装置 32以及灯具主体 33, 且灯具主体 33中设置有电性连接 于电路板 31的第二电性结构 334, 而背板装置 32包括第一电性结构 321以及背板 主体结构 322; 其中, 当灯具主体 33被安装于背板装置 32后, 灯具主体 33的第二 电性结构 334可与背板装置 32的第一电性结构 321电性相通, 使得电源 (图中未 标示) 的电流能够传输至电路板 31, 以进而驱动发光源 (图中未标示) 输出光线。
特别说明的是, 本较佳实施例与前述第一、 第二较佳实施例的主要不同之处在 于第一电性结构 321以及第二电性结构 334的电性导通方式。 详言之, 第一电性结 构 321包括第一导线连接部 3216、 第二导线连接部 3217、 第三导线连接部 3218、 与第一导线连接部 3216电性相通的第一灯具连接部 3214、与第二导线连接部 3217 电性相通的第二灯具连接部 3215以及与第三导线连接部 3218电性相通的第三灯具 连接部 3219,而第二电性结构 334包括第一电性接脚部 3342、第二电性接脚部 3343 以及第三电性接脚部 3344; 其中, 第一导线连接部 3216、 第二导线连接部 3217以 及第三导线连接部 3218皆为电源导线插孔, 并设置于第一电性结构 321的背面, 而第一灯具连接部 3214、 第二灯具连接部 3215以及第三灯具连接部 3219皆为电 性连接插孔, 并设置于第一电性结构 321的正面。
再者, 当安装者欲将灯具 3及其背板装置 32安装于壁体 (图中未标示, 可参 考图 7 ) 时, 须先将背板装置 32固定于壁体上; 进一步而言, 安装者可将电源导线 (图中未标示, 可参考图 7 ) 穿过背板主体结构 322的线孔 3221, 以进而使电源导 线朝壁体的反方向分别插入于第一电性结构 321的第一导线连接部 3216、第二导线 连接部 3217以及第三导线连接部 3218,接着,再将背板主体结构 322的第一面 3224 固定于壁体上, 如此即完成背板装置 32的安装。

较佳者, 背板装置 32更包括设置于其上的第一壳体结合手段, 且灯具主体 33
包括设置于其上的第二壳体结合手段, 其中, 第一壳体结合手段以及第二壳体结合 手段用以使灯具主体 33与背板装置 32相互组装对接。 于本较佳实施例中, 背板装 置 32的第一壳体结合手段包括固定孔 324,而灯具主体的第二壳体结合手段包括固 定孔 335以及固定元件 336 (如螺丝), 其中, 灯具主体 33于固定元件 336依序穿 过固定孔 335以及固定孔 324后而固定于背板主体结构 322的第二面 3225上。
惟, 上述仅为第一壳体结合手段以及第二壳体结合手段的一种实施例, 本技术 领域的普通技术人员可依据实际应用需求而进行任何均等的变化设计, 如可变更设 计为, 第一壳体结合手段与第二壳体结合手段中的一者为卡勾结构, 而第一壳体结 合手段与第二壳体结合手段中的另一者为对应于卡勾结构的卡槽结构。 此外, 本技 术领域的普通技术人员皆可由本第四较佳实施例中所获得的启示而将第一壳体结 合手段以及第二壳体手段应用于前述以及后述各较佳实施例中。
根据以上的说明可知, 本较佳实施例中应用于灯具 3的背板装置 32, 不但可提 供使灯具 3固定在壁体的功能, 还具有供电连接于电源的电源导线相连的第一电性 结构 321, 故于安装灯具 3的过程中, 安装者只需要将灯具主体 33的第二电性结构 334组合于背板装置 32的第一电性结构 321就可完成接线作业,而不需要在接线作 业的同时一边扶持着灯具主体 33, 故安装灯具 3的过程显得轻松容易许多。
当然, 第四较佳实施例中的灯具 3及其背板装置 32亦可由本技术领域的普通 技术人员依据实际应用需求而进行任何均等的变化设计, 其变更设计的方向亦可参 考第一、 第二较佳实施例中所述、 或由第一、 第二较佳实施例中所获得的启示而进 行, 在此即不在予以赘述。
请参阅图 20,其为本发明灯具及其背板装置于第五较佳实施例的背板装置的部 分结构示意图, 其中, 本实施例的背板装置 42大致类似于本发明第四较佳实施例 中所述者, 在此即不再予以赘述。 而本较佳实施例与前述第四较佳实施例不同之处 在于,第一电性结构 421的第一导线连接部 4216的插孔开口、第二导线连接部 4217 的插孔开口、第三导线连接部 4218的插孔开口、第一灯具连接部 4214的插孔开口、 第二灯具连接部 4215的插孔开口以及第三灯具连接部 4219的插孔皆朝壁体的相反 方向延伸。
因此, 安装者于固定背板装置 42在壁体的(图中未标示, 可参考图 7 )过程中, 可先将电源导线 (图中未标示, 可参考图 7 ) 穿过背板主体结构 422的线孔 4221, 以进而使电源导线朝壁体的方向分别插入第一电性结构 421 的第一导线连接部
4216、 第二导线连接部 4217以及第三导线连接部 4218, 接着, 再将背板主体结构 422固定于壁体上, 如此即完成背板装置 42的安装。
同样地, 当背板装置 42被固定后, 安装者只要再将灯具主体 (图中未标示, 可参考图 15 ) 往背板装置 42的方向移动, 使得第二电性结构 (图中未标示, 可参 考图 15 ) 的第一电性接脚部 (图中未标示, 可参考图 15 )、 第二电性接脚部 (图中 未标示, 可参考图 15 ) 以及第三电性接脚部 (图中未标示, 可参考图 15 ) 分别插 入于第一电性结构 421的第一灯具连接部 4214、 第二灯具连接部 4215以及第三灯 具连接部 4219, 如此电源的电流就能够依序经由电源导线(图中未标示, 可参考图 7 )、第一电性结构 421、第二电性结构后传输至电路板(图中未标示,可参考图 15 ), 以进而驱动发光源输出光线。
较佳者, 第一电性结构 421的第一导线连接部 4216、 第二导线连接部 4217、 第三导线连接部 4218、 第一灯具连接部 4214、 第二灯具连接部 4215以及第三灯具 连接部 4219呈矩阵形式排列, 且第一导线连接部 4216、 第二导线连接部 4217、 第 三导线连接部 4218位于背板主体结构 422的线孔 4221的上方。
请参阅图 21,其为本发明灯具及其背板装置于第六较佳实施例的背板装置的部 分结构示意图, 其中, 本实施例的背板装置 52大致类似于本发明第五较佳实施例 中所述者, 在此即不再予以赘述。 而本较佳实施例与前述第五较佳实施例不同之处 在于, 第一电性结构 521还包括呈电性相通的第四导线连接部 5210以及第四灯具 连接部 5211,且第一电性结构 521的第一导线连接部 5216、第二导线连接部 5217、 第一灯具连接部 5214以及第二灯具连接部 5215被定义为第一族群, 而第三导线连 接部 5218、第四导线连接部 5210、第三灯具连接部 5219以及第四灯具连接部 5211 被定义为第二族群, 且该两族群分开设置。
于本较佳实施例中, 第一导线连接部 5216、 第二导线连接部 5217、 第三导线 连接部 5218以及第四导线连接部 5210分别为火线导线连接部、 中线导线连接部、 地线导线连接部以及空接脚连接部, 然此仅为一实施例, 本技术领域的普通技术人 员可依据实际应用需求而进行任何均等的排列组合设计。

请参阅图 22与图 23,图 22为本发明灯具及其背板装置于第七较佳实施例的部 分结构的立体分解示意图, 图 23为图 22所示灯具及其背板装置的部分结构于另一 视角的立体分解示意图。 为了使图 22与图 23能更清楚示意本第七较佳实施例, 故 部分元件未绘出, 如发光源、 感应元件等。 其中, 本较佳实施例的灯具主体 63 以 及背板装置 62 以及大致类似于本发明第五较佳实施例中所述者, 在此即不再予以 赘述。
而本较佳实施例与前述第五较佳实施例不同之处在于, 第一电性结构 621的第 一灯具连接部 6214、 第二灯具连接部 6215以及第三灯具连接部 6219皆呈电性接 脚状, 而电连接于电路板 61的第二电性结构 634则相对应地包括第一电性连接插 孔 6342、 第二电性连接插孔 6343以及第三电性连接插孔 6344。
是以, 当背板装置 62已被固定后, 安装者只要再将灯具主体 63往背板装置 62 的方向移动, 使得第二电性结构 634的第一电性连接插孔 6342、第二电性连接插孔 6343以及第三电性连接插孔 6344被第一电性结构 621的第一灯具连接部 6214、第 二灯具连接部 6215以及第三灯具连接部 6219插入, 如此电源的电流就能够依序经 由电源导线 (图中未标示, 可参考图 7 )、 第一电性结构 621、 第二电性结构 634后 传输至电路板 61, 以进而驱动发光源输出光线。
请参阅图 24与图 25,图 24为本发明灯具及其背板装置于第八较佳实施例的背 板装置的部分结构示意图, 图 25为图 24所示背板装置于另一视角的结构示意图。 其中, 本实施例的背板装置 72大致类似于本发明第四较佳实施例中所述者, 在此 即不再予以赘述。 而本较佳实施例与前述第四较佳实施例不同之处在于, 至少部分 第一电性结构 721暴露于背板主体结构 722结构外, 也就是说,第一电性结构 7212 的第一导线连接部 7216、 第二导线连接部 7217以及第三导线连接部 7218是位在
背板主体结构 722的第一表面 7224,而第一电性结构 721的第一灯具连接部 7214、 第二灯具连接部 7215以及第三灯具连接部 7219是位在背板主体结构 722的第二表 面 7225,且第一导线连接部 7216、第二导线连接部 7217以及第三导线连接部 7218 穿过背板主体结构 722而朝壁体的方向延伸。
因此, 安装者于固定背板装置 72在壁体(图中未标示, 可参考图 7 )的过程中, 电源导线 (图中未标示, 可参考图 7 ) 不须再穿过背板主体结构 722的线孔, 也就 是背板主体结构 722不需设置线孔, 而是直接将电源导线朝壁体的反方向分别插入 第一电性结构 721的第一导线连接部 7216、 第二导线连接部 7217以及第三导线连 接部 7218, 接着, 再将背板主体结构 722的第一面 7224固定于壁体上, 如此即完 成背板装置 72的安装。
同样地, 当背板装置 72已被固定后, 安装者只要再将灯具主体 (图中未标示, 可参考图 15 ) 往背板装置 72的方向移动, 使得第二电性结构 (图中未标示, 可参 考图 15 ) 的第一电性接脚部 (图中未标示, 可参考图 15 )、 第二电性接脚部 (图中 未标示, 可参考图 15 ) 以及第三电性接脚部 (图中未标示, 可参考图 15 ) 分别插 入于第一电性结构 721的第一灯具连接部 7214、 第二灯具连接部 7215以及第三灯 具连接部 7219, 如此电源的电流就能够依序经由电源导线、 第一电性结构 721、 第 二电性结构后传输至电路板 (图中未标示, 可参考图 15 ), 以进而驱动发光源输出 光线。
当然, 本技术领域的普通技术人员皆可由本第八较佳实施例中所获得的启示而 将其应用于前述第五〜第七较佳实施例中。
惟以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并非用以限定本发明的权利要求范围, 因此凡其它未脱离本发明所揭示的精神下所完成的等效改变或修饰, 均应包含于本 发明的范围内。
Claims
1、 一种应用于灯具的背板装置, 包括:
一背板主体结构, 其具有一第一面以及相对应于该第一面的一第二面; 其中, 该第一面用以固定于一壁体, 且该第二面用以供一灯具的一灯具主体安装于其上; 以及
一第一电性结构, 设置于该背板主体结构, 且具有呈电性相通的至少一导线连 接部以及至少一灯具连接部; 其中, 该第一电性结构用以供电连接于一电源且来自 该壁体的至少一电源导线电性连接于该至少一导线连接部, 并用以于该灯具主体安 装于该背板主体结构上时, 供该灯具主体电性连接于该至少一灯具连接部。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该至少一导线连接部曝 露于该背板主体结构的该第一面; 抑或是该至少一导线连接部曝露于该背板主体结 构的该第二面, 以及该背板主体结构具有至少一线孔, 且电连接于该电源且来自该 壁体的该至少一电源导线, 于穿过该至少一线孔后电性连接于该至少一导线连接 部。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该灯具主体内设置 有一第二电性结构, 且该第二电性结构包括至少一电性卡勾部, 而该第一电性结构 还包括至少一卡槽, 抑或是该第二电性结构包括该至少一卡槽, 而该第一电性结构 还包括该至少一电性卡勾部; 其中, 于该至少一电性卡勾部伸入该至少一卡槽而直 接抵触该至少一灯具连接部时, 抑或于该至少一电性卡勾部伸入该至少一卡槽后进 行移动, 且当该至少一电性卡勾部移动至一电性导通位置而接触该至少一灯具连接 部时, 该灯具主体以及该背板装置之间由一电性隔离关系转换为一电性导通关系。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该第一电性结构具有一 第一容置空间以及至少一导电元件, 且该至少一导电元件设置于该第一容置空间 中; 其中, 该至少一导线连接部以及该至少一灯具连接部相对位于该至少一导电元 件的二端。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该至少一卡槽包括一第 一卡槽以及一第二卡槽, 且该至少一灯具连接部包括一第一灯具连接部以及一第二 灯具连接部, 而该至少一电性卡勾部包括一第一电性卡勾部以及一第二电性卡勾
部; 其中, 该第一灯具连接部以及该第二灯具连接部分别邻近于该第一卡槽的一第 一端以及该第二卡槽的一第一端, 且该第一电性卡勾部用以于穿过该第一卡槽的一 第二端后, 沿着该第一卡槽往该第一卡槽的该第一端的方向移动, 而该第二电性卡 勾部用以于穿过该第二卡槽的一第二端后, 沿着该第二卡槽往该第二卡槽的该第一 端的方向移动; 其中, 当该第一电性卡勾部移动至该电性导通位置时, 该第一电性 卡勾部接触该第一灯具连接部, 且该第二电性卡勾部接触该第二灯具连接部。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该第一卡槽的该第二端 的开口面积大于该第一卡槽的该第一端的开口面积, 且该第二卡槽的该第二端的开 口面积大于该第二卡槽的该第一端的开口面积。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该第一卡槽以及该第二 卡槽为弧形卡槽。
8、 如权利要求第 1或 2所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该至少一导线连 接部为至少一电源导线插孔。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该灯具主体内设置有包 括至少一电性接脚部的一第二电性结构, 而该至少一灯具连接部为至少一电性连接 插孔, 抑或是该灯具主体内设置有包括该至少一电性连接插孔的该第二电性结构, 而该至少一灯具连接部为该至少一电性接脚部; 其中, 该至少一电性接脚部用以于 该灯具主体安装于该背板主体结构上时, 插入于该至少一电性连接插孔中。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该至少一电源导线插孔 以及该至少一电性接脚插孔呈矩阵形式排列。
11、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该背板主体结构以 及该第一电性结构为两个独立式元件, 抑或是该背板主体结构以及该第一电性结构 为一体成形。
12、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该至少一电源导线 包括火线、 地线以及中线中的至少一者。
13、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该背板主体结构还
包括至少一锁固穿孔以及至少一锁固元件, 且该至少一锁固元件用以于穿过该至少 一锁固穿孔后伸入该壁体, 使该背板主体结构固定于该壁体上。
14、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该壁体包括一壁面 以及一接线盒, 且至少部分该接线盒嵌埋于该壁面的一壁面凹槽内; 其中, 该至少 一电源导线由该接线盒向该壁面凹槽外伸出。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该接线盒还包括一支 架板,该支架板固定于该壁面凹槽的一开口,且该背板主体结构设置于该支架板上。
16、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该壁体为一天花板 或一墙壁。
17、 如权利要求 2所述的应用于灯具的背板装置, 其中该第一电性结构位于该 至少一线孔的上方。
18、 一种灯具, 包括:
一灯具主体, 具有至少一发光源;
一电路板, 设置于该灯具主体中, 并用以驱动该至少一发光源输出光线; 以及 一背板装置, 包括:
一背板主体结构, 其具有一第一面以及相对应于该第一面的一第二面; 其 中, 该第一面用以固定于一壁体, 且该第二面用以供该灯具主体安装于其上; 以及 一第一电性结构, 设置于该背板主体结构, 且具有呈电性相通的至少一导 线连接部以及至少一灯具连接部;
其中, 该第一电性结构用以供电连接于一电源且来自该壁体的至少一电源导 线, 电性连接于该至少一导线连接部, 并用以于该灯具主体安装于该背板主体结构 上时, 供该电路板电性连接于该至少一灯具连接部, 使该灯具与该电源之间形成电 性导通。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的灯具, 其中该至少一导线连接部曝露于该背板主体 结构的该第一面; 抑或是该至少一导线连接部曝露于该第二面, 以及该背板主体结 构具有至少一线孔, 且电连接于该电源且来自该壁体的该至少一电源导线, 于穿过 该至少一线孔后电性连接于该至少一导线连接部。
20、 如权利要求 18或 19所述的灯具, 其中该灯具主体内设置有一第二电性结 构, 且该第二电性结构包括至少一电性卡勾部, 而该第一电性结构还包括至少一卡 槽, 抑或是该第二电性结构包括该至少一卡槽, 而该第一电性结构还包括该至少一 电性卡勾部; 其中, 于该至少一电性卡勾部伸入该至少一卡槽而直接抵触该至少一 灯具连接部时, 抑或于该至少一电性卡勾部伸入该至少一卡槽后进行移动, 且当该 至少一电性卡勾部移动至一电性导通位置而接触该至少一灯具连接部时, 该灯具主 体以及该背板装置之间由一电性隔离关系转换为一电性导通关系。
21、 如权利要求 20所述的灯具, 其中该第一电性结构具有一第一容置空间以 及至少一导电元件, 且该至少一导电元件设置于该第一容置空间中; 其中, 该至少 一导线连接部以及该至少一灯具连接部相对位于该至少一导电元件的两端。
22、 如权利要求 20所述的灯具, 其中该至少一卡槽包括一第一卡槽以及一第 二卡槽, 且该至少一灯具连接部包括一第一灯具连接部以及一第二灯具连接部, 而 该至少一电性卡勾部包括一第一电性卡勾部以及一第二电性卡勾部; 其中, 该第一 灯具连接部以及该第二灯具连接部分别邻近于该第一卡槽的一第一端以及该第二 卡槽的一第一端, 且该第一电性卡勾部用以于穿过该第一卡槽的一第二端后, 沿着 该第一卡槽往该第一卡槽的该第一端的方向移动, 而该第二电性卡勾部用以于穿过 该第二卡槽的一第二端后, 沿着该第二卡槽往该第二卡槽的该第一端的方向移动; 其中, 当该第一电性卡勾部移动至该电性导通位置时, 该第一电性卡勾部接触该第 一灯具连接部, 且该第二电性卡勾部接触该第二灯具连接部。
23、 如权利要求 22所述的灯具, 其中该第一卡槽的该第二端的开口面积大于 该第一卡槽的该第一端的开口面积, 且该第二卡槽的该第二端的开口面积大于该第 二卡槽的该第一端的开口面积。
24、 如权利要求 23所述的灯具, 其中该第一卡槽以及该第二卡槽为弧形卡槽。
25、 如权利要求 18或 19所述的灯具, 其中该至少一导线连接部为至少一电源 导线插孔。
26、 如权利要求 25所述的灯具, 其中该灯具主体内设置有包括至少一电性接 脚部的一第二电性结构, 而该至少一灯具连接部为至少一电性连接插孔, 抑或是该
灯具主体内设置有包括该至少一电性连接插孔的该第二电性结构, 而该至少一灯具 连接部为该至少一电性接脚部; 其中, 该至少一电性接脚部用以于该灯具主体安装 于该背板主体结构上时, 插入于该至少一电性连接插孔中。
27、 如权利要求 26所述的灯具, 其中该至少一电源导线插孔以及该至少一电 性接脚插孔呈矩阵形式排列。
28、 如权利要求 18或 19所述的灯具, 其中该背板主体结构以及该第一电性结 构为两个独立式元件, 抑或是该背板主体结构以及该第一电性结构一体成形。
29、 如权利要求 18或 19所述的灯具, 其中该至少一电源导线包括火线、 地线 以及中线中的至少一者。
30、 如权利要求 18或 19所述的灯具, 其中该背板主体结构还包括至少一锁固 穿孔以及至少一锁固元件, 且该至少一锁固元件用以于穿过该至少一锁固穿孔后伸 入该壁体, 使该背板主体结构固定于该壁体上。
31、 如权利要求 18或 19所述的灯具, 其中该壁体包括一壁面以及一接线盒, 且至少部分该接线盒嵌埋于该壁面的一壁面凹槽内; 其中, 该至少一电源导线由该 接线盒向该壁面凹槽外伸出。
32、 如权利要求 31 所述的灯具, 其中该接线盒还包括一支架板, 该支架板固 定于该壁面凹槽的一开口, 且该背板主体结构设置于该支架板上。
33、 如权利要求 18或 19所述的灯具, 其中该壁体为一天花板或一墙壁, 抑或 该灯具主体还具有一感应元件, 抑或该灯具为一室内灯具或一室外灯具。
34、 一种灯具, 包括:
一灯具主体, 具有至少一发光源; 以及
一背板装置, 包括:
一背板主体结构, 其具有一第一面以及相对应于该第一面的一第二面; 其 中, 该第一面用以固定于一壁体, 且该第二面用以供该灯具主体安装于其上; 以及 一第一电性结构, 设置于该背板主体结构, 且具有呈电性相通的至少一导 线连接部以及至少一灯具连接部, 该第一电性结构用以供电连接于一电源且来自该
壁体的至少一电源导线, 电性连接于该至少一导线连接部, 并用以于该灯具主体安 装于该背板主体结构上时, 供该灯具主体电性连接于该至少一灯具连接部;
其中, 该灯具主体内设置有一第二电性结构, 且该第二电性结构包括至少一电 性卡勾部, 而该第一电性结构还包括至少一卡槽, 抑或该第二电性结构包括该至少 一卡槽, 而该第一电性结构还包括该至少一电性卡勾部; 其中, 于该至少一电性卡 勾部伸入该至少一卡槽而直接抵触该至少一灯具连接部时, 抑或于该至少一电性卡 勾部伸入该至少一卡槽后进行移动, 且当该至少一电性卡勾部移动至一电性导通位 置而接触该至少一灯具连接部时, 该灯具主体以及该背板装置之间由一电性隔离关 系转换为一电性导通关系。
35、 如权利要求 34所述的灯具, 其中该至少一导线连接部曝露于该第二面, 以及该背板主体结构具有至少一线孔, 且电连接于该电源且来自该壁体的该至少一 电源导线, 于穿过该至少一线孔后电性连接于该至少一导线连接部。
36、 如权利要求 34所述的灯具, 其中该灯具主体还包括一电路板, 用以驱动 该至少一发光源输出光线。
37、 如权利要求 34所述的灯具, 其中该背板装置还包括设置于其上的一第一 壳体结合手段, 以与设置于该灯具主体的一第二壳体结合手段, 相互组装对接。
38、 如权利要求 34所述的灯具, 其中该第二电性结构是以组装方式或一体成 型方式, 设置于该灯具主体内。
