本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是: 本发明实施例通过所述顶出机构将 所述卡托从所述容置空间中顶出, 通过更换不同的卡托实现所述 SIM 卡卡座与不同类型 SIM卡的适配, 进而使得带有所述 SIM卡的移动终端实现与不同类型 SIM卡适配, 使得 客户无更换现持 SIM卡即可以实现与多种手机的适配,不但给用户带来很大的方便, 而且 也减少了资源浪费。 附图说明

实施例一
如图 1所示, 还可参见图 2、 图 3及图 4, 本发明实施例以图 2为主加以说明, 本发 明实施例提供了一种 SIM卡卡座, 用于放置 SIM卡 60, 所述 SIM卡卡座设置于主板(图 中未示出)上, 所述 SIM卡卡座包括: 外壳 1、 信号导通端子 2、 卡托 3及顶出机构 4 (参 见图 4) , 所述信号导通端子 2位于所述主板上, 用以与所述 SIM卡 60相导通, 所述外 壳 1与所述信号导通端子 2所在主板区域形成一容置空间, 所述容置空间用于放置所述卡 托 3及所述顶出机构 4 (参见图 4) , 所述卡托 3用于放置所述 SIM卡 60, 且所述卡托 3 还用于与不同类型的 SIM卡相匹配, 所述顶出机构 4 (参见图 4) 用于将所述卡托 3从所 述容置空间中顶出 SIM卡卡座。
如图 2所示,本发明实施例通过所述顶出机构 4将所述卡托 3从所述容置空间中顶出, 通过更换不同的卡托 3实现所述 SIM卡卡座与不同类型 SIM卡 60的适配, 进而使得带有 所述 SIM卡 60的移动终端实现与不同类型 SIM卡适配, 使得客户无需更换现持 SIM卡 60即可以实现与多种手机的适配, 不但给用户带来很大的方便, 提升用户体验度, 而且也 减少了资源浪费。
优选地, 如图 2所示, 本实施例中, 所述信号导通端子 2所在主板区域与所述壳体优 选采用一体式结构。
当然, 本来与普通技术人员可以理解, 所述信号导通端子 2所在主板区域与所述壳体 也可以采用分体连接方式, 例如卡扣连接的方式。
优选地, 如图 4所示, 本实施例中, 所述顶出机构包括第一杆 41、 第二杆 42和顶针
43。
常态时, 所述第一杆 41与所述第二杆 42相互垂直放置, 且所述第一杆末端 41B位于 所述第二杆首端 42A的侧部,所述第一杆 41和所述第二杆 42相对设置于所述容置空间中, 且分别与所述卡托的侧边中相邻的两个侧边平行设置。
工作时, 所述顶针 43作用在所述第一杆 41上, 使得所述第一杆 41沿着作用力方向 运动, 带动所述第二杆 42做杠杆运动, 其中所述第二杆末端 42B作为受力支点, 所述受 力支点作用于所述卡托的内侧边, 以使所述卡托相对所述容置空间向外运动, 所述卡托的 内侧边为所述卡托相对于所述容置空间内部的侧边。
其中, 首、 末均表示相对概念, 本实施例中, 第一杆 41中以与顶针 43相接触端定义 的第一杆首端 41A, 第一杆 41的另一端定义为第一杆末端 41B。 第二杆 42中以与第一杆 41相接触端定义的第二杆首端 41A, 第二杆 42的另一端定义为第二杆末端 42B。
当然, 本领域普通技术人员可以理解, 所述顶出机构 4不限于上述实施例方式, 还可 以采用弹片式结构。
如图 4所示, SIM卡 60安装过程: 将 SIM卡 60放置到卡托 3上, 并将带有 SIM卡 60的卡托 3插入外壳 1的容置空间中, S壓卡 60安装完毕。 S壓卡 60更换过程: 顶针 43穿过卡托 3, 抵顶在顶出机构 4中第一杆首端 41A, 通过给顶针 43施加向左的作用力, 第一杆 41在所述作用力的作用下向左移动, 使得顶出机构 4中第一杆末端 41B与第二杆 首端 42A相互接触, 第二杆 42做杠杆运动, 使得第二杆末端 42B向右运动将卡托 3顶出 容置空间, 以实现 SIM卡 60的更换。 其中, 同类型 SIM卡 60的更换, 无需更换卡托 3, 不同类型 SIM卡 60的更换, 通过更换不同的卡托 3来实现。
较佳地, 如图 5所示, 所述卡托 3包括本体 31, 所述本体 31上设有凹槽 32, 所述凹 槽 32用于放置所述 SIM卡 60。
更佳地, 如图 5-7所示, 所述卡托 3为一体式结构, 即本体 31为一体式结构。 如图 3所示,所述卡托 3的本体 31上设有孔 33,所述孔 33用于通过所述顶针 43 (参 见图 4) , 并为顶针 43 (参见图 4) 提供导向。
如图 5所示, 本实施例中, 所述卡托 3为适配 Mini SIM卡的卡托。
如图 6所示, 本实施例中, 所述卡托 3为适配 Micro SIM卡的卡托。
如图 7所示, 本实施例中, 所述卡托 3为适配 Nano SIM卡的卡托。
如图 8所示, 所述卡托 3为分体式结构。
在图 8中,所述本体 31为分体式结构, 所述本体 31包括分体连接的框架 31A和镶块 31B, 所述框架 31A用于容置所述镶块 31B, 所述镶块 31B上设有所述凹槽 32, 所述凹槽 32与所述 SIM卡 60相匹配。 本实施例通过更换不同的镶块 31B, 即可达到适配不同种类 SIM卡 60的目的。 实施例二
如图 9所示,本发明实施例提供了一种移动终端 100,包括 SIM卡卡座 50及主板 70, SIM卡卡座 50用于放置 SIM卡 60 (参见图 2) , 所述 SIM卡卡座 50设置于主板 70上, 参见图 2, 所述 SIM卡卡座包括: 外壳 1、 信号导通端子 2、 卡托 3及顶出机构 4 (参见图 4) , 所述信号导通端子 2位于主板 70 (参见图 9)上, 用以与所述 SIM卡 60相导通, 所 述外壳 1与所述信号导通端子 2所在主板区域形成一容置空间 (图中未示出) , 所述容置 空间 (图中未示出) 用于放置所述卡托 3及所述顶出机构 4 (参见图 4) , 所述卡托 3用 于放置所述 SIM卡 60, 且所述卡托 3还用于与不同类型的 SIM卡相匹配, 所述顶出机构 4 (参见图 4) 用于将所述卡托 3从所述容置空间中顶出 SIM卡卡座。
参见图 2所示, 本发明实施例通过所述顶出机构 4将所述卡托 3从所述容置空间中顶 出, 通过更换不同的卡托 3实现所述 SIM卡卡座 50 (参见图 9)与不同类型 SIM卡 60的 适配, 进而使得带有所述 SIM卡 60的移动终端 100 (参见图 9) 实现与不同类型 SIM卡 适配, 使得客户无更换现持 SIM卡 60即可以实现与多种手机的适配, 不但给用户带来很 大的方便, 提升用户体验度, 而且也减少了资源浪费。
优选地, 参见图 2所示, 本实施例中, 所述信号导通端子 2所在的主板区域与外壳 1 优选采用一体式结构。
当然, 本来与普通技术人员可以理解, 所述信号导通端子 2所在的主板区域与外壳 1 也可以采用分体连接方式, 例如卡扣连接的方式。
有选地, 参见图 4所示, 本实施例中, 所述顶出机构包括第一杆 41、 第二杆 42和顶 针 43。
常态时, 所述第一杆 41与所述第二杆 42相互垂直放置, 且所述第一杆末端 41B位于 所述第二杆首端 42A的侧部,所述第一杆 41和所述第二杆 42相对设置于所述容置空间中, 且分别与所述卡托的侧边中相邻的两个侧边平行设置。

当然, 本领域普通技术人员可以理解, 所述顶出机构 4不限于上述实施例方式, 还可 以采用弹片式结构。
参见图 4所示, SIM卡 60安装过程: 将 SIM卡 60放置到卡托 3上, 并将带有 SIM 卡 60的卡托 3插入外壳 1的容置空间中, SIM卡 60安装完毕。 SIM卡 60更换过程: 顶 针 43穿过卡托 3, 抵顶在顶出机构 4中第一杆首端 41A, 通过给顶针 43施加向左的力, 第一杆 41向左移动, 使得顶出机构 4中第一杆末端 41B与第二杆首端 42A相互接触, 第 二杆 42做杠杆运动, 使得第二杆末端 42B向右运动将卡托 3顶出容置空间, 以实现 SIM 卡 60的更换。 其中, 同类型 SIM卡 60的更换, 无需更换卡托 3, 不同类型 SIM卡 60的 更换只需通过更换不同的卡托 3来实现。
参见图 5所示, 所述卡托 3包括本体 31, 所述本体 31上设有凹槽 32, 所述凹槽 32 用于放置所述 SIM卡 60。
参见图 5-7所示, 所述卡托 3为一体式结构, 即本体 31为一体式结构。
优选地, 如图 3所示, 所述卡托 3的本体 31上设有孔 33, 所述孔 33用于通过所述顶 针 43 (参见图 4) , 并为顶针 43 (参见图 4) 提供导向。
参见图 5所示, 本实施例中, 所述卡托 3为适配 Mini SIM卡的卡托。
参见图 6所示, 本实施例中, 所述卡托 3为适配 Micro SIM卡的卡托。
参见图 7所示, 本实施例中, 所述卡托 3为适配 Nano SIM卡的卡托。
优选地, 参见图 8所示, 所述卡托 3为分体式结构。
优选地, 参见图 8所示, 所述本体 31为分体式结构, 所述本体 31包括分体连接的框 架 31A和镶块 31B, 所述框架 31A用于容置所述镶块 31B, 所述镶块 3 IB上设有所述凹 槽 32, 所述凹槽 32与所述 SIM卡 60相匹配。 本实施例通过更换不同的镶块 31B, 即可 达到适配不同种类 SIM卡 60的目的。

权利要求
1、 一种 SIM卡卡座, 用于放置 SIM卡, 所述 SIM卡卡座设置于主板上, 其中, 所 述 SIM卡卡座包括: 外壳、 信号导通端子、 卡托及顶出机构, 所述信号导通端子位于所 述主板上, 用以与所述 SIM卡相导通, 所述外壳与所述信号导通端子所在主板区域形成 一容置空间, 所述容置空间用于放置所述卡托及所述顶出机构, 所述卡托用于放置所述 SIM卡, 且所述卡托还用于与不同类型的 SIM卡相匹配, 所述顶出机构用于将所述卡托 从所述容置空间中顶出 SIM卡卡座。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的 SIM卡卡座, 其中, 所述顶出机构包括第一杆、 第二杆和 顶针;
常态时,所述第一杆与所述第二杆相互垂直放置,且所述第一杆末端位于所述第二杆 首端的侧部,所述第一杆和所述第二杆相对设置于所述容置空间中,且分别与所述卡托的 侧边中相邻的两个侧边平行设置;
工作时, 所述顶针作用在所述第一杆上, 使得所述第一杆沿着作用力方向运动, 带动 所述第二杆做杠杆运动, 其中所述第二杆末端作为受力支点,所述受力支点作用于所述卡 托的内侧边, 以使所述卡托相对所述容置空间向外运动,所述卡托的内侧边为所述卡托相 对于所述容置空间内部的侧边。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的 SIM卡卡座, 其中, 所述卡托包括本体, 所述本体上 设有凹槽, 所述凹槽用于放置所述 SIM卡。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的 SIM卡卡座, 其中, 所述卡托为一体式结构。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的 SIM卡卡座, 其中, 所述卡托为分体式结构。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的 SIM卡卡座,其中,所述本体包括分体连接的框架和镶块, 所述框架用于容置所述镶块, 所述镶块上设有所述凹槽。
7、一种移动终端, 包括 SIM卡卡座及主板, 所述 SIM卡卡座放置 SIM卡, 所述 SIM 卡卡座设置于所述主板上, 其中, 所述 SIM卡卡座包括: 外壳、 信号导通端子、 卡托及 顶出机构, 所述信号导通端子位于所述主板上, 用以与所述 SIM卡相导通, 所述外壳与 所述信号导通端子所在主板区域形成一容置空间,所述容置空间用于放置所述卡托及所述 顶出机构, 所述卡托用于放置所述 SIM卡, 且所述卡托还用于与不同类型的 SIM卡相匹 配, 所述顶出机构用于将所述卡托从所述容置空间中顶出 SIM卡卡座。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的移动终端, 其中, 所述顶出机构包括第一杆、 第二杆和顶 针;
常态时,所述第一杆与所述第二杆相互垂直放置,且所述第一杆末端位于所述第二杆 首端的侧部,所述第一杆和所述第二杆相对设置于所述容置空间中,且分别与所述卡托的 侧边中相邻的两个侧边平行设置;
工作时, 所述顶针作用在所述第一杆上, 使得所述第一杆沿着作用力方向运动, 带动 所述第二杆做杠杆运动, 其中所述第二杆末端作为受力支点,所述受力支点作用于所述卡 托的内侧边, 以使所述卡托相对所述容置空间向外运动,所述卡托的内侧边为所述卡托相 对于所述容置空间内部的侧边。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的移动终端, 其中, 所述卡托包括本体, 所述本体上设 有凹槽, 所述凹槽用于放置所述 SIM卡。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其中, 所述卡托为一体式结构。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其中, 所述卡托为分体式结构。
12、根据权利要求 11所述的移动终端, 其中, 所述本体包括分体连接的框架和镶块, 所述框架用于容置所述镶块, 所述镶块上设有所述凹槽。
