Abstract
一种月经杯,包括杯体(31),与杯体(31)底部连通的排放管(32),以及设置在排放管(32)上的排放孔(321),还包括设置于排放管(32)内控制液体流经排放管(32)从排放孔(321)排出的开关装置(33)。使用时,将开关装置(33)关闭,然后将开关装置(33)和杯体(31)都放置于人体内,液体流入并存储于杯体(31)内。在间隔一段时间后,使用者将开关装置(33)随着排放管(32)或设置在杯体(31)上的拉柄拉出人体,但杯体(31)仍停留在体内,然后将开关装置(33)开启,存储于杯体(31)内的液体即可从杯体(31)流经排放管(32)并从排放孔(321)排出。然后将开关装置(33)关闭,重新将开关装置(33)推入体内使杯体(31)位于人体内响应的位置即可。不需要频繁的更换或清洗,对使用的场地没有限制,使用较现有月经杯更简单方便,用户体验的满意度更好。
Description
本发明涉及一种日用品,具体涉及一种月经杯。
为解决卫生巾的使用易侧漏,给使用者带来不能接受的尴尬,透气性差、不舒适,在使用过程中非常容易脏,易诱发各种妇科疾病,只能一次性使用,需消耗大量的资源,使用成本高,不利于低碳环保等问题,市面上出现了可以循环使用的月经杯,请参见图1和图2所示:其包括杯体1和连接在杯体1底部的拉柄2,杯体1的底部是封闭的,拉柄2为设置的一个实心的把手。使用时,先将月经杯清洗、消毒,然后放入阴道内的适应位置,在间隔一段时间(一般为2个小时)后,通过拉扯拉柄2的末端,将月经杯的杯体1拉出人体,然后将杯体内的经血等液体倒出、清洗干净后,再重新放入体内。从该使用过程可以看出,现有的月经杯的使用至少存在以下问题:
需每隔一段时间从体内取出,倾倒杯体内的液体,然后需将其重新洗净,放入体内;使用过程繁琐,在从体内取出月经杯倾倒液体的过程中,会不可避免的弄脏使用者的手,给用户带来不好的体验;且每次重新放入体内所占用的时间也比较多,进一步降低了用户体验的满意度。
对使用场景有较大的限制,现有月经杯在使用过程中,在取出体内后,用户需转移至设有洗手台的地方才能立即清洗;而公司、商场或学校等公共场的卫生间内设置的洗手台一般与马桶分隔有一段的距离,因此用户必须携带备用的月经杯或其他替代品,以在用户移至洗手台的过程中使用;另外,即使用户移至洗手台,由于公共场所的洗手台一般是共用的,用户也基本不会在这种公共场合清洗月经杯这类非常隐私的日用品;而若不清洗,则使用过的月经杯非常不便于携带,且用户需携带多个备用的月经杯,给用户造成了非常多的不便,在很大程度上降低了用户使用的意愿。
可见,尽管月经杯具有可循环使用,环保,使用成本低,以及防侧漏性好、比使用卫生巾更舒适、更健康等优点,但由于存在上述问题,现有月经杯很难被用户接受、使用,严重阻碍了月经杯的推广使用。
本发明要解决的主要技术问题是,提供一种月经杯,解决现有月经杯使用过程繁琐、花费时间多、对使用场景限制大、用户体验满意度低的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种月经杯,所述月经杯包括用于收集液体的杯体,与所述杯体底部连通的排放管,所述排放管上设有排放孔;所述月经杯还包括设置于所述排放管内的开关装置,所述开关装置用于控制所述杯体内的液体流经所述排放管从所述排放孔排出。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述排放孔设置在所述排放管的底部,所述开关装置包括一堵塞;所述开关装置处于关闭状时,所述堵塞的一端穿过所述排放孔与所述排放孔和/或所述排放管形成紧密配合。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述排放孔设置在所述排放管的侧壁和/或底部;所述开关装置包括位于所述排放孔上方的开关阀门,所述开关阀门处于关闭状态时,将所述排放管的管孔密封;所述开关阀门处于开启状态时,使所述排放管的管孔处于流通状态。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述排放孔设置在所述排放管的侧壁,在所述排放管内位于所述排放孔上方设有关闭区域,在所述排放管内位于所述排放孔下方设有开启区域;所述开关装置包括设置于所述排放管内的活塞;所述活塞的直径大于所述排放管的内径;所述活塞可在所述关闭区域和所述开启区域之间来回移动。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述开关装置还包括至少一个在所述排放管关闭区域的内壁上形成的第一定位凹槽,所述第一定位凹槽的形状与所述活塞相匹配;所述活塞自所述开启区域移至所述关闭区域时,落入所述第一定位凹槽内,与所述第一定位凹槽形成紧密配合。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述开关装置还包括至少一个在所述排放管开启区域的内壁上形成的第二定位凹槽,所述第二定位凹槽的形状与所述活塞相匹配;所述活塞自所述关闭区域移至所述开启区域时,落入所述第二定位凹槽内,与所述第二定位凹槽形成紧密配合。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述开关装置还包括限位件,所述限位件设置在所述排放管内位于所述第一定位凹槽的上方,用于阻挡所述活塞自所述排放管向所述杯体内移动。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述排放孔设置在所述排放管侧壁上时,所述排放孔为由所述排放管内壁斜向下延伸至所述排放管外壁的通孔。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述排放孔设置在所述排放管侧壁上时,所述排放管上设置有至少两个排放孔。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述排放孔为圆形、椭圆形、矩形或菱形排放孔。
本发明提供的月经杯包括杯体,与杯体底部连通的排放管,以及设置在排放管上的排放孔,还包括设置于排放管内以控制液体流经排放管从排放孔排出的开关装置;使用时,将开关装置关闭,然后将杯体置于人体内,当然开关装置也可放置于人体内,液体流入并存储于杯体内;在间隔一段时间后,使用者将开关装置随着排放管或设置在杯体上的拉柄拉出人体,但杯体仍停留在体内,然后将开关装置开启,存储于杯体内的液体即可从杯体流经排放管并从排放孔排出;然后将开关装置关闭,重新将开关装置推入体内使杯体位于人体内相应的位置即可;可见:
由于本发明提供的月经杯具有与杯体连通的排放管以及控制液体排放的开关装置,用户在使用时不需要定期将整个月经杯取出、倾倒、清洗再完全重新放入体内,只需将开关装置拉出人体并将其开启即可进行排液,排液完毕后,将开关装置关闭然后将杯体重新推入体内即可,不需要频繁的更换或清洗,使用起来较现有月经杯更简单方便,也更节省时间,且不易弄脏用户的手,用户体验的满意度更好;
另外,由于使用本发明提供的月经杯不需要像现有月经杯每间隔一段时间就要取出清洗,因此对使用的场地没有限制,用户也不需要携带备用月经杯或其替代品,同时还能避免在公共场合清洗月经杯的尴尬,因此能大大提高用户使用的意愿,更利于月经杯的推广使用。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本实施例提供了一种防侧漏性好、更舒适、可循环使用、成本低、更环保以及使用更简单、方便的月经杯,该所述月经杯包括用于收集液体的杯体,与杯体底部连通的排放管,设置在排放管上的排放孔;还包括设置于排放管内以控制液体流经排放管以从排放孔排出的开关装置;此处开关装置设置在排放管内包括整个开关装置都设置在排放管内,或开关装置的部分设置在排放管内。值得注意的是,本实施例中杯体的底部并非仅局限于杯体距离杯口最远的部分,而是泛指杯体侧壁靠下的部位。在使用过程中,一般包括集液状态(即将月经杯放置在体内收集经血等液体的状态)和排液状态(即将收集在杯体内的液体排出的状态);具体使用过程如下:
在集液状态中:将开关装置关闭,使液体不能经过排放管从排放孔流出;然后将月经杯的杯体放入人体内,当然也可将设有开关装置部分的排放管或整个排放管放入人体内,具体可根据用户的使用习惯和开关装置的具体设置而定。由于开关装置设置在排放管内,且在集液过程中开关装置也可选择放置在人体内,因此使用者不会触碰到开关装置,也就不会有异物感。在该过程中,经血等液体流入并存储于月经杯的杯体内,可以理解的是,此处根据开关装置设置的位置的不同,可能还存在部分液体存储于排放管内位于开关装置以上的部分。
在排液状态中,若开关装置位于体内时,用户将开关装置拉出人体,用户可通过拉扯排放管将开关装置拉出人体,此时本实施例中的排放管还起到现有月经杯上设置的拉柄的作用;当然,本实施例中的月经杯上也可额外设置一个拉柄,用户也可通过拉扯拉柄将开关装置拉出人体。值得注意的是,本实施例中只需要将开关装置及排放管上设有排放孔的这一部分拉出人体即可,月经杯的杯体等其他部分仍停留在人体内,然后将位于体外的开关装置开启,使存储于杯体内的液体流经排放管从排放管上的排放孔排出。待杯体的液体排放完毕,用户将开关装置关闭,然后将开关装置推入人体内,使杯体位于人体内相应的部位即可。
可见,使用本实施例中提供月经杯时,用户只需将开关装置拉出人体并将其开启即可进行排液,排液完毕后,将开关装置关闭然后将其重新推入体内即可,不需要频繁的清洗,不易弄脏用户的手,使用较现有月经杯更简单方便,也更节省时间,对使用的场所也没有限制,用户也不需要携带备用月经杯或其替代品,同时还能避免在公共场合清洗月经杯的尴尬,能大大提高用户的满意度及使用的意愿,更利于月经杯的推广。
本实施例中开关装置的设置只要能实现作用于排放管以控制杯体内的液体流经排放管从排放管上的排放孔排出即可,优选开关装置的设置还能同时满足便于放置于人体内的要求,以提高用户的体验。本实施例中对开关装置设置的具体位置、形式并没有严格的限制,例如,其设置位置可设置于排放管的管内,也可设置于排放管的管外,还可设置于排放管的内外两侧壁之间或其中一部分设置在内外壁之间;其设置形式可采用阀门、活塞、夹紧装置、挤压装置、套筒、套环、或磁性开关、弹性开关等;另外,开关装置可与排放管一体成型,也可单独成型;开关装置可通过控制位于排放孔上方的排放管管孔的封闭、流通以控制液体是否能从排放管上的排放孔排除;也可直接控制设置在排放管上的排放孔的开启与关闭,以控制液体是否能从排放孔流出。同理,本实施例中对排放管侧壁上设置的排放孔的个数、位置、形状等也没有严格的限制;当然,在排放管侧壁上开设排放孔的同时,根据开关装置的具体设置形式等,还可在排放管的底部也开设排放孔。为了更好的理解,下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
在排放管内设置开关装置且通过控制位于排放管上方的排放孔的开启与关闭实现流体排放的控制时,排放孔可设置在排放管的侧壁,在排放管内位于排放孔的上方设有一关闭区域,在排放管内位于排放孔的下方设有一开启区域;开关装置可包括设置于排放管内的活塞,当活塞自排放管内的开启区域移至排放孔上方的关闭区域时,活塞将位于排放孔上方的排放管部分封闭,排放管与其上设置的排放孔之间被活塞隔离开,此时开关装置处于关闭状态;当活塞自排放孔上方的关闭区域移至排放孔下方的开启区域时,排放管与其上设置的排放孔之间连通,此时开关装置处于开启状态。具体的,下面结合具体的附图对上述开关装置和排放孔的设置方式进行说明:
请参见图3,月经杯包括杯体31,与杯体31底部连通的排放管32,排放管32还起到现有月经杯上设置的拉柄的作用。排放管32的侧壁上还设有排放孔321,排放孔321可设置一个,也可根据实际情况设置两个或两个以上,排放孔321具体可设置为圆形排放孔,也可设置为椭圆形、矩形或菱形等其他任意形状的排放孔,设置多个排放孔321时,各排放孔可设置在排放管的同等高度的位置,且还可进一步设置为均匀分布。当然,各排放孔的设置位置以及具体分布并不只局限于这一种设置方式。为了更好的引流,本实施例中排放孔321优选为由排放管32内壁斜向下延伸至排放管32外壁的通孔。同理,本实施例中排放管32的形状也可根据实际情况进行选择设置,例如可优选排放管32的横截面为圆形或椭圆形,其管孔也可设置为圆形或椭圆形,且同样为了更好的引流,使杯体31内的液体更流畅的流入排放管32内,从排放孔321流出,本实施例中排放管32与杯体31连通的一端的管口的内径可大于排放管32底端的管口的内径,以使杯体31内的液体更流畅的流入排放管32内。请参见图3,本实施例中的活塞可为球形活塞33,具体可为圆球形活塞或椭圆球形活塞,为了使球形活塞33与排放管32形成紧密配合,本实施例中优选设置球形活塞33的直径略大于排放管32的直径。排放管32内,位于排放孔321上方、杯体31下方的区域可设置为关闭区域,位于排放孔321下方、排放管32底端之上的区域可设置为开启区域;当然,本实施例中的开启区域和关闭区域根据实际情况可做更灵活的设置。
另外,为了达到更好的密封性能和使操作更方便,请参见图4和图5,在图3所示的月经杯的基础上,开关装置还可包括至少一个在排放管32的关闭区域的内壁上形成的第一定位凹槽34,第一定位凹槽34的形状及尺寸与活塞即球形活塞33相匹配;球形活塞33自排放管32内的开启区域移至排放管32内的关闭区域时,落入第一定位凹槽内33,与第一定位凹槽33形成紧密配合。图4所示只设置了一个定位凹槽33,根据实际需要,还可选择设置多个第一定位凹槽33,当其中一个第一定位凹槽33使用过久而不能保证与球形活塞33形成紧密配合时,则可选用其他备用的第一定位凹槽33与球形活塞配合,以提高其可靠性。
根据图3至图5所示的月经杯可知,排放管32的底部可设置为封装的,也可设置为开放的,即其底部也可设置有与管孔相同的开口。同时,也为了操作更方便,还可进一步选择在排放管开启区域的内壁上形成至少一个第二定位凹槽35,第二定位凹槽35的尺寸形状也可与活塞即球形活塞33相匹配;球形活塞33自关闭区域移至开启区域时,落入第二定位凹槽35内,与第二定位凹槽形成紧密配合。
更进一步的,为了防止活塞经由排放管32移动至杯体31内,还可进一步在第一定位凹槽34之上设置限位件,设置的限位件用于阻挡活塞自排放管32向杯体内移动。可以理解,限位件的设置方式可包括多种,例如,限位件可以是额外设置在排放管内壁上的阻挡件,也可以通过直接设置排放管相应位置管孔的内径大小达到对活塞进行限位的作用。如图4和图5中的限位件36只是其中的一种设置方式,只要设置的限位件能阻挡球形活塞33进入杯体内,同时又能保证排放管32设置限位件位置的管孔不被完全封闭即可。
在排放管内设置活塞的方式并不仅局限于图3至图5所示的方式,例如,还可按图6至图7所示的方式进行设置:
请参见图6和图7,月经杯包括杯体31,与杯体31底部连通的排放管32,排放管32还起到现有月经杯上设置的拉柄的作用。排放管32的底部设有排放孔37,当然,此处排放孔也可按照图3-图5中所示的设置在侧壁上;本实施例中排放管32的下端位于排放孔37的上方还设有容置腔38,容置腔38的直径大于排放管32位于容置腔38上方的管孔的直径;开关装置包括的活塞也可为球形活塞33,具体可为圆球形活塞或椭圆球形活塞,为了使球形活塞33与排放管32形成紧密配合,本实施例中优选设置球形活塞33的直径略大于排放管32位于容置腔38上方管孔的直径,而小于容置腔38的直径。活塞33上可设置限位件,该限位件用于在开关装置处于关闭状态时,使活塞位于容置腔38上方管孔内,并与排放管形成紧密配合,在开关装置处于开启状态时,使活塞位于容置腔38内。如图所示,本实施例中的限位件设置为设置在活塞33上的连接带331,连接带331的一端固定在杯体31的内壁或排放管32的内壁上,另一端固定在活塞33上,在关闭状态时,活塞33卡合于排放管32位于容置腔38上方管孔内,将与之卡合部分的管孔封闭;开启状态时,活塞33在挤压力的作用下,掉入排放管32下方的容置腔38内,并在连接带331的作用下,停留于容置腔38内,由于活塞33的直径小于容置腔38的直径,因此其不能与容置腔38形成密封配合,液体可从活塞33与容置腔38之间的空隙处流出,并经排放孔38排除。需要关闭时,在将活塞33从容置腔38向排放管32内上方挤压,使其与卡合与容置腔38上方的管孔,与之形成密封配合即可。
当然,类似图4所示,也可在排放管32位于容置腔38上方管孔的内壁上形成至少一个第一定位凹槽34,第一定位凹槽34的形状及尺寸与活塞即球形活塞33相匹配;球形活塞33自排放管32内的容置腔38内移至其上方的管孔内时,落入第一定位凹槽内33,与第一定位凹槽33形成紧密配合。这种方式更便于用户操作过程中的定位识别。
当然,本实施例中,还可直接在容置腔38内设置用于阻止活塞33下落从而将容置腔38下方的管孔堵塞的限位件,例如可在容置腔38内设置网状的限位件等,只要能保证活塞33最终停留于容置腔38内,并与容置腔38之间留有足够大的排放空隙即可。
请参见图8,本实施例还提供了另外一种开关装置及排放孔的设置方式,图3至5所示的月经杯,其排放孔是设置在排放管的侧壁上。请参见图8,该图所示的月经杯包括杯体61、与杯体61连通的排放管62,排放管62底部设置有排放孔63,排放孔63与排放管62的管孔是相通的。同样,图8所示的杯体61、排放管62、排放孔63的形状都可根据实际情况做选择设置,在此不再赘述。图6所示的开关装置包括一堵塞64;开关装置处于关闭状体时,堵塞64的一端穿过排放孔63位于排放管62内,与排放管62的内壁形成紧密配合;当需要开启开关装置时,则只要将堵塞64从管内拔出,使排放孔63与排放管62的管孔连通即可。请参见图8所示的堵塞64,堵塞64的另一端的直径比排放管62管孔的直径大,该端可作为堵塞的操作端。为了更便于操作,本实施例中的堵塞64可设置为实体。值得注意的是,当设置在排放管62底部的排放孔63的内径比排放管62管孔的内径小时,堵塞64插入排放管62内的一端也可只与排放孔63形成紧密配合即可。当排放孔63的内径与排放管62管孔的内径相等时,堵塞64插入排放管62内的一端可同时与排放孔63和排放管62的内壁形成紧密配合,也可选择只与其中一个形成紧密配合。
进一步的,为了提高开关装置的可靠性,本实施例中还可进一步在堵塞插入排放管的一端上设置至少一圈第二防漏凸起或第二防漏凹槽,设置第二防漏凹槽时,还可设置为螺纹式凹槽。对应的,开关装置还可包括在排放管下端内壁上设置的至少一圈与上述第二防漏凸起相匹配的第一防漏凹槽或与上述第二防漏凹槽相匹配的第一防漏凸起;当堵塞的该端插入排放管时,该端上设置的第二防漏凸起或第二防漏凹槽与排放管下端内壁上设置的第一防漏凹槽或第一防漏凸起向咬合,以提高密封可靠性。例如,请参见图9所示,在堵塞64插入排放管62的一端上设有三圈第二防漏凸起65,对应的,在排放管62的下端内壁上的相应位置设有三圈第一防漏凹槽66;堵塞64穿过排放孔63插入排放管63内时,第二防漏凸起65与第一防漏凹槽66形成紧密配合,可提高开关装置的可靠性。
上述开关装置的设置是以活塞或堵塞方式为例进行说明,下面以设置为阀门的形式进行说明。开关装置设置为阀门时,排放孔可选择设置在排放管的侧壁,也可设置在排放管的底部,还可同时在排放管的侧壁或底部设置排放孔,开关装置可设置于排放管内,也可设置于排放管的内外壁之间,还可一部分设置于排放管内或排放管的内外壁之间,另一部分设置于排放管外,本实施例中以设置于管内为例进行说明。此时开关装置可包括设置于排放管内、位于排放孔之上的开关阀门,开关阀门处于关闭状态时,将排放管的管孔密封,以阻挡杯体内的液体流经排放管从排放孔排除;开关阀门处于开启状态时,不未将排放管的管孔完全密封,使排放管处于流通状态,进而使排放管与其上设置的排放孔之间流通。本实施例中的开关阀门具体可为一弹性阀门装置,具体如图10所示:月经杯包括杯体81,与杯体81连通的排放管82,排放管82底部设置的排放孔83,以及设置在排放管82内的开关阀门84,开关阀门84为弹性部件,当向排放管82的一个方向挤压开关阀门84时,开关阀门84将排放管82的管孔完全封闭,当向另外一个方向挤压开关阀门84时,排放管82处于流通状态,使杯体81内的液体能通过排放管82从排放孔83排出。下面以一种具体的开关阀门的设置方式为例对本发明做进一步的说明。
请参见图11至图12,该图所示为一种开关阀门的具体实现方式,开关阀门84包括一阀座841,阀座841可为一与排放管管孔的形状及尺寸相匹配的球形阀座或圆柱形阀座;阀座841中间设有通孔,该通孔为流通孔843;流通孔843的侧壁为具有弹性材质,例如可为硅胶等材料,在受到外力时会对应变形;开关阀门还包括一设置在流通孔两侧的弹性件842;弹性件842在受到一个外部压力时,处于收缩状态,此时流通孔843处于流通状态,请参见图11所示;此时弹性件842再受到一个外部压力时,流通孔843的内壁在弹性件842的挤压下受力变形,使流通孔843处于封闭状态,请参见图12所示。因此可通过控制开关阀门84的流通孔843的流通与封闭以控制液体流经排放管82从排放孔83排出。
图11和图12仅是一种开关阀门具体实施例,本发明中的开关阀门并不仅限于图11和图12所示的方式。例如,还可设置开关阀门还可如图13所示:
图13所示的排放孔可选择设置在排放管82的侧壁和/或排放管的底部,开关装置为设置在排放管82内、位于排放孔83上方的开关阀门85,开关阀门85为弹性部件,可与排放管82设置为一体;也可与排放管82分开单独设置,开关阀门85可为中间设有流通孔、其他部分可为实体的弹性部件,流通孔上方的开口851和下方的开口852在正常状态下处于封闭状态;当开关阀门85收到一个向中间的挤压力时,流通孔上方的开口851和下方的开口852处于开启状态,使开关阀门85上设置的流通孔流通,进而使液体通过该流通孔从排放孔83排出。当然,也可只设置流通孔上方的开口851在正常状态下处于封闭状态,下方的开口852在任何时候都处于开启状态,此时只需要按如上方法控制流通孔上方的开口851的封闭和开启即可。
又例如,当开关装置设置在管内通过控制管孔的开启与关闭以控制排放孔的排放状态时,还可做如下设置:排放孔设置在排放管侧壁上,在排放孔上方的开关装置包括设置在排放管内的第一弹性件和第二弹性件,第一弹性件和第二弹性件上都设有流通孔,且流通孔一直处于开启状态,第一弹性件与第二弹性件在排放管内上下交错设置,第一弹性件的底面与第二弹性件的顶面紧密配合,在关闭状态时,第一弹性件上的流通孔与第二弹性件的流通孔之间无重叠,当需要开启时,给第一弹性件和第二弹性件一个相对的挤压力,使第一弹性件上的流通孔与第二弹性件的流通孔完全重叠或部分重叠,进而实现排放管管孔的流通,使流体流经第一弹性件上的流通孔与第二弹性件的流通孔重叠的部分,通过排放管上的排放孔排出。
上面各例都是以设置在排放管内的开关装置控制管孔为例进行的说明。本发明的开关装置还可通过直接控制设置在排放管侧壁或底部的排放孔以控制流体的排放。例如:可在排放管内设置一直径与排放管管孔内径相匹配的活塞(例如可设置为圆柱形活塞),该活塞可以是实心的,也可以是中空的,只要保证活塞的侧壁能与排放管的内壁形成紧密配合即可。活塞可在排放内上下移动,当活塞移动到设有排放孔的位置处,由于活塞的侧壁与排放管管孔的侧壁形成紧密配合,从而其侧壁将排放孔位于管内的口完全封堵。需要开启时,只需要将该活塞向下移动以让出排放孔即可。当活塞中间设有流通孔时,开启时活塞上下移动都可,只要能让出排放孔即可。
值得注意的是,在上述各实施例中,仅是以开关装置设置在月经杯的排放管内为例进行的说明。但应该理解的是,本发明的中的开关装置除了设置于排放管内之外,还可设置于排放管之外,例如:开关装置可设置为一个简单的夹紧装置,封闭状态时,夹紧装置夹在排放管的相应位置,是排放管处于封闭状态,排放状态时,则将夹紧装置从排放管上取下即可;又例如,开关装置还可为套筒或套环装置,封闭状态时,将套筒或套环套在排放管的相应的位置,将排放管上的排放孔密封,排放状态时,则将套筒或套环取下或移位,使排放孔处于开启状态。另外,开关装置除了可设置于排放管内和排放管外之外,还可设置于排放管的侧壁上,也即设置在排放管的内外壁之间,或一部分设置于排放管内或排放管的内外壁之间,另一部分设置于排放管外。此时设置的开关装置可直接控制排放孔的开启状态,也可通过控制位于排放孔上方的排放管管孔的状态以控制排放孔的开启与关闭,下面仅以几个例子进行简单说明:
例如,直接控制排放孔的状态时,可在排放管的侧壁上设有排放孔的位置设置一个空腔,此时的开关装置可为一设置于该空腔内可沿着该空腔上下滑动以实现封闭排放孔和开启排放孔的挡板;当然,在该挡板上还可进一步设置一拨动把手,该拨动把手位于排放管外以便于用户上下拨动操作。挡板除了设置为上下滑动外,也可水平左右转动,以实现封闭排放孔和开启排放孔。
通过控制位于排放孔上方的排放管管孔的状态以控制排放孔的开启与关闭时,可在排放孔上方某一段排放管的内外壁之间内置一个磁性开关,该磁性开关可为软性磁材料做成,且可通过与排放管一体成型,关闭时,使该段排放管相对的在外力的作用下相互靠近,最终两内部之间由于受到一个方向相对的磁力而发生变形形成紧密配合实现管孔的封闭;开启时,则给一个外力使二者分离即可。
本发明中,当排放孔设置在排放管的侧壁时,排放管的底部可根据实际情况选择为封闭或不封闭。上述各实施例中,还可进一步根据实际需要在杯体的外壁上设置用于测量体积的刻度线,或者在杯体上设置贯穿杯体内外壁的排气孔,也可在杯体上进一步设置用于与阴道内的各部分相匹配的其他结构,同时月经杯的杯体、排放管以及开关装置都可根据实际情况选择最优的材料(例如硅胶等)制成,以使月经杯更稳、更舒适的放置于人体内。同时,本发明中的排放管并非只能像各图所示设置在杯体的最底部,也可根据实际情况选择设置在杯体侧壁的其他位置。排放管的数量也并非仅局限于设置一根,根据实际情况,可在杯体的相应位置设置多根排放管,同时对应的设置多个开关装置。
可见,本发明提供了多种将开关装置设置在月经杯上,并可将月经杯整体放置在人体内的方案,开关装置的设置可使用户在使用过程中不需要频繁的将整个月经杯取出、倾倒、清洗再完全重新放入体内,只需将开关装置拉出人体并将其开启即可进行排液,排液完毕后,将开关装置关闭然后将其重新推入体内即可,使用更简单方便,
对使用的场地没有任何限制,用户体验的满意度更好,更利于月经杯的推广使用。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种月经杯,其特征在于,所述月经杯包括用于收集液体的杯体,与所述杯体底部连通的排放管,所述排放管上设有排放孔;所述月经杯还包括设置于所述排放管内的开关装置,所述开关装置用于控制所述杯体内的液体流经所述排放管从所述排放孔排出。
- 如权利要求1所述的月经杯,其特征在于,所述排放孔设置在所述排放管的底部,所述开关装置包括一堵塞;所述开关装置处于关闭状时,所述堵塞的一端穿过所述排放孔与所述排放孔和/或所述排放管形成紧密配合。
- 如权利要求1所述的月经杯,其特征在于,所述排放孔设置在所述排放管的侧壁和/或底部;所述开关装置包括位于所述排放孔上方的开关阀门,所述开关阀门处于关闭状态时,将所述排放管的管孔密封;所述开关阀门处于开启状态时,使所述排放管的管孔处于流通状态。
- 如权利要求1所述的月经杯,其特征在于,所述排放孔设置在所述排放管的侧壁,在所述排放管内位于所述排放孔上方设有关闭区域,在所述排放管内位于所述排放孔下方设有开启区域;所述开关装置包括设置于所述排放管内的活塞;所述活塞的直径大于所述排放管的内径;所述活塞可在所述关闭区域和所述开启区域之间来回移动。
- 如权利要求4所述的月经杯,其特征在于,所述开关装置还包括至少一个在所述排放管关闭区域的内壁上形成的第一定位凹槽,所述第一定位凹槽的形状与所述活塞相匹配;所述活塞自所述开启区域移至所述关闭区域时,落入所述第一定位凹槽内,与所述第一定位凹槽形成紧密配合。
- 如权利要求5所述的月经杯,其特征在于,所述开关装置还包括至少一个在所述排放管开启区域的内壁上形成的第二定位凹槽,所述第二定位凹槽的形状与所述活塞相匹配;所述活塞自所述关闭区域移至所述开启区域时,落入所述第二定位凹槽内,与所述第二定位凹槽形成紧密配合。
- 如权利要求5所述的月经杯,其特征在于,所述开关装置还包括限位件,所述限位件设置在所述排放管内位于所述第一定位凹槽的上方,用于阻挡所述活塞自所述排放管向所述杯体内移动。
- 如权利要求3-7任一项所述的月经杯,其特征在于,所述排放孔设置在所述排放管侧壁上时,所述排放孔为由所述排放管内壁斜向下延伸至所述排放管外壁的通孔。
- 如权利要求3-7任一项所述的月经杯,其特征在于,所述排放孔设置在所述排放管侧壁上时,所述排放管上设置有至少两个排放孔。
- 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的月经杯,其特征在于,所述排放孔为圆形、椭圆形、矩形或菱形排放孔。
