技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带的切割工具, 尤其涉及一种胶带座。 背景技术
公知的透明胶带或其它薄质胶粘带, 已经在工业、 办公、 民用上得到广泛应用。 但 其在使用中撕胶头时每次切割都需寻找剪刀或小刀等工具, 显得较为麻烦。 于是台式胶 带座便应运而生, 其包括一基座, 基座前端设有刀座, 刀座上设有切割用的刀片, 基座 后端可脱卸地设有转轴, 转轴上能套设胶带卷, 使用时, 拉出胶带至刀片处而切断, 以 供使用者勿需再另取剪刀来剪断。 该胶带座虽然有一定方便性, 但这类胶带座中的转轴 每次装胶带卷的时候都需要拆卸下来, 这样导致转轴较易遗落或丢失, 从而导致整个胶 带座的提前报废, 使用方式受限制。 这类胶带座的公开专利文献可以参考专利号为
ZL02250766.3的中国实用新型专利 《一种新型胶带座》(授权公告号为 CN2603060Y)。
为此, 现有技术做了诸多改进, 如申请号为 201010224775.9的中国发明专利申请 公开 《轻便防滑胶带座》 (公开号为 CN102328847A), 该专利的座体凹槽内壁嵌有两个 具有一定间隔的柱体, 柱体内侧具有复位弹簧, 胶带卷通过柱体实现设置。 类似的还可 以参考专利号为 ZL200920237291.0 的中国实用新型专利 《胶带座》 (授权公告号为 CN201560009U)。 改进的这类胶带座, 虽然解决了转轴较易丢失的问题, 但拆装胶带卷 时需要克服一定的阻力才能完成, 较为费劲, 并且, 胶带会受到一定的磨损。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种胶带卷拆装便捷的 胶带座。
本发明所要解决的又一个技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种安装胶带卷 的支架不易遗失的胶带座。
本发明所要解决的又一个技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种胶带卷在拆 装过程中不易受损的胶带座。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种胶带座,包括本体及用于设置 胶带卷的支架, 该本体前端凸起形成一具有切割刀片的刀座, 其特征在于所述本体后端 具有一端口朝上的凹陷区域,所述的支架能翻转地连接于本体的后端并能置于前述的凹 陷区域内且能得到定固。
支架与本体的翻转式连接结构优选如下方式: 所述本体具有开口方向向前的定位 槽, 该定位槽位于凹陷区域前端的两侧, 对应地, 所述支架的前端具有能适配于前述定 位槽的卡部及具有能使前述卡部向前摆动的弹性, 该卡部横向延伸出支架前端两侧, 前 述的卡部处于适配于定位槽的状态下,所述支架前端与凹陷区域前沿具有供卡部摆动的 间隙。 卡部和定位槽配合方式定位准确, 拆装方便快捷, 易于操作, 而且结构简单, 容 易实现。 当然, 支架和本体的翻转式连接结构中定固方式还可以采用其他配合结构, 如 搭扣式, 粘结式、 磁吸式等, 这里不再一一列举, 但以前者为优选。
所述本体具有弧形凸面, 该弧形凸面位于凹陷区域两侧并前端延伸至定位槽上沿, 卡部在弧形凸面上移动顺畅, 能降低磨损, 利于长期稳定使用。
考虑到便于操作, 所述支架前端具有供手指伸入并向前按压的作业空间。
所述支架的前端部与侧壁之间具有一狭槽,而所述的支架的前端因具有该狭槽而使 卡部具有向前摆动的弹性。 虽然支架采用弹性材料, 自身也可以具有一定的变形力, 但 采用狭槽结构可以进一步提高变形力, 利于卡接准确及复位快速。
所述本体后端具有两个凸柱,该凸柱分别成型于凹陷区域内侧壁,所述的支架后端 具有能嵌装于凸柱上而实现支架能翻转的嵌槽。
作为优选, 所述支架包括曲板部、 支撑部、 轴部及连接部, 前述的曲板部呈自前向 后弯曲状且外侧壁与凹陷区域的底面相吻合, 而所述的卡部则成型于曲板部前端, 前述 的支撑部纵向成型于曲板部一侧,而所述的狭槽则形成于前述曲板部前端内侧与支撑部 前端之间; 前述轴部凸设于支撑部内侧并与曲板部内壁之间形成能供胶带卷侧向置入的 间隙, 前述的轴部与胶带卷的中轴孔适配, 所述的连接部成型于曲板部的后端, 而所述 的嵌槽则成型于连接部上。
考虑到方便制造,所述本体前端位于凹陷区域两侧分别成型有容置槽,每个容置槽 内设置有容置块, 而所述的定位槽则成型于该容置块上。
所述支撑部围绕轴部凸设有能供胶带卷设置的围边, 该围边与轴部之间具有间隙。 这样小型胶带卷设置于轴部外圈, 而大型胶带卷则可以设置于围边外圈, 一个支架能适 应多种规格的胶带卷。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:支架相对本体的翻转式设计可以有效降低胶 带卷在安装过程中的损伤; 再则, 支架与本体的翻转式连接, 因此支架不易遗失; 另外, 拆装方便快捷, 整体结构简单, 容易制造和组装。 附图说明

如图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 本实施例中的胶带座包括本体 1及用于设置胶带卷的支 架 2, 该本体 1前端凸起形成一具有切割刀片 3的刀座 11, 本体 1后端具有一端口朝上 的凹陷区域 12, 支架 2能翻转地连接于本体 1的后端并能置于凹陷区域 12内且能得到 定固。
本体 1具有开口方向向前的定位槽 41, 该定位槽 41位于凹陷区域 12前端的两侧, 支架 2的前端具有卡部 26, 并且, 支架 2具有能使卡部 26向前摆动的弹性, 卡部 26 横向延伸出支架 2前端两侧, 卡部 26能适配于定位槽 41内。 卡部 26处于适配于定位 槽 41的状态下, 支架 2前端与凹陷区域 12前沿具有间隙, 该间隙作为卡部 26摆动的 空间。
本体 1具有弧形凸面 42, 该弧形凸面 42位于凹陷区域 12两侧并前端延伸至定位 槽 41上沿。 本体 1后端具有两个凸柱 13, 该凸柱 13分别成型于凹陷区域 12内侧壁。

为便于制造和产品出模, 本体 1前端位于凹陷区域 12两侧分别成型有容置槽 14, 每个容置槽 14内设置有容置块 4,定位槽 41及弧形凸面 42则成型于该容置块 4上。当 然这里的容置块 4和本体 1也可以是一体成型, 但这样设计对模具的要求较高。
参考图 4所示, 支架 2翻转后打开, 胶带卷 10侧向装入支架的轴部 23, 反向翻转 支架 2, 支架 2前端的卡部 26沿着容置块的弧形凸面 42向下移动, 直至极限位置 (如图 5所示), 然后手指伸入作业空间 27内施力于曲板部 21前端并向前, 曲板部 21前端连 同卡部 26微微向前摆动, 越过弧形凸面 42的极限位置, 松开手指, 曲板部 21前端在 自身变形力的作用下复位, 这时能听到 "哒"的一声, 说明卡部 26正好与定位槽 41卡 接适配 (如图 6所示), 这样支架 2就牢牢地定固于本体的凹陷区域 12内。 当胶带卷 10 上的胶带用完时, 同样用手指作用于曲板部 21 前端施一个向前的力和一个向上的力, 卡部 26和定位槽 41即解除卡接, 支架 2能翻转打开。 实施例二, 如图 7所示, 本实施例中的支撑部 22围绕轴部凸设有能供胶带卷设置 的围边 23a, 该围边 23a与轴部 23之间具有间隙。这样小型胶带卷设置于轴部 23外圈, 而大型胶带卷则可以设置于围边 23a外圈。 其他结构参考实施例一。
