- the gap between the heat insulating door 10 made of a kannon door and the heat insulating doors 11 and 12 made of a pull-out door directly below can be narrowed. Since the gap between the heat insulating door 10 and the heat insulating doors 11 and 12 immediately below the heat insulating door 10 is located at a relatively high place, it is easily visible to the user. However, since the gap is narrow, it is possible to maintain a good sense of unity and flatness between the heat insulating door 10 and the heat insulating doors 11 and 12.
- the gap between the left and right doors of the heat insulating door 10 made of a kannon door is also narrowed by providing the handle portion 10a in the lower end surface of the heat insulating door 10 so that no handle portion needs to be provided between the left and right doors. Therefore, it is possible to maintain the sense of unity and flatness of the left and right doors of the heat insulating door 10 made of a kannon door.
- the lower end part of the inclined surfaces 11b and 12b of the heat insulating doors 11 and 12 formed of the drawer-type doors is located above the upper edge of the transparent front plate 25 of the heat insulating doors 11 and 12 provided with the inclined surfaces 11b and 12b. I'm allowed.
- the upper end edge of the 25 is below the inclined surfaces 11b and 12b located above the upper edge. It is guarded by the edge and can be prevented from being damaged. That is, even if the transparent front plate insertion portion for holding the transparent front plate 25 made of a glass plate is eliminated, damage to the outer peripheral portion of the transparent front plate 25 can be prevented. Therefore, the user can use the refrigerator in this Embodiment in comfort.
- the outer peripheral edge of the transparent front plate 25 made of a glass plate is positioned slightly inside the end surface 24c of the edge frame 24.
- the end face 24c of the edge frame 24 protects not only the upper end portion of the transparent front plate 25 but also the entire outer peripheral edge thereof. Therefore, for example, it is possible to prevent the outer peripheral edge of the transparent front plate 25 from being cracked by hitting something when the heat insulating doors 10 to 14 are transported on the production line or when the heat insulating doors 10 to 14 are exchanged at the user's house. it can.
- the foaming density of the urethane foam 29 is higher in the outer peripheral portion than in the central portion of the transparent front plate 25.
- the outer peripheral portion of 25 is stronger.
- the outer peripheral portion of the foamed urethane 29 has a high foaming density, in other words, a very finely foamed skin layer, and therefore has a large adhesion area.
- the adhesive density between the urethane foam 29 and the resin film 27 of the transparent front plate 25 is high and strong. Therefore, even if the transparent front plate insertion portion is eliminated, the transparent front plate 25 can be securely bonded to the foamed urethane 29 over a long period of time.
- the transparent front plate 25 is bonded and held with foamed urethane 29, and at the same time, the outer peripheral portion of the transparent front plate 25 is bonded to the edge frame 24 of the inner frame 23 by the double-sided tape 30. Therefore, the transparent front plate 25 is bonded to the edge frame 24 through the double-sided tape 30 in addition to the bonding with the urethane foam 29. Therefore, the transparent front plate 25 made of a glass plate with a colored layer on which the resin film 27 is attached is strongly bonded and held to both the foamed urethane 29 and the edge frame 24, and the transparent front plate over a long period of time. An adhesive strength of 25 can be maintained and guaranteed.
- the double-sided tape 30 has the outer peripheral portion of the transparent front plate 25 bonded to the edge frame 24 of the inner frame 23.
- the temperature difference between the inside and outside of a refrigerator is large, and the end of the transparent front plate 25 of the heat insulating doors 10 to 14 is affected by condensation or a severe temperature change due to the cold air from the inside when the heat insulating doors 10 to 14 are opened and closed. .
- a severe impact is given to the door at the time of opening and closing, and water and juice are overflowing in the heat insulating doors 10 to 14 including the transparent front plate 25 when taking in and out the stored items.
- the transparent front plate 25 does not have a transparent front plate insertion portion that covers the end portion of the transparent front plate 25 due to the use environment and actual conditions peculiar to the refrigerator, the end portions of the heat insulating doors 10 to 14 are hung. Water easily enters the door. Therefore, the transparent front plate 25 is in an environment that is easily peeled off from the urethane foam 29.
- the transparent front plate 25 which is the end of the heat insulating doors 10 to 14 and the edge frame 24 of the inner frame 23 are bonded by the double-sided tape 30.
- the double-sided tape 30 can reliably prevent water and the like from entering between the transparent front plate 25 and the edge frame 24 and entering the door. Therefore, water or the like is prevented from entering the door inward from the end portions of the heat insulating doors 10-14. Therefore, it is possible to prevent adhesion peeling between the transparent front plate 25 and the urethane foam 29, and to maintain and ensure the adhesive strength between the transparent front plate 25 and the urethane foam 29 over a long period of time.
- the double-sided tape 30 has a configuration in which the short side surface of the vertical tape portion 30b is abutted against the long side surface of the horizontal tape portion 30a disposed along the upper and lower horizontal edges of the transparent front plate 25.
- the horizontal tape portion 30a of the double-sided tape 30 is located above the heat insulating doors 10 to 14 that easily enter inward due to gravity. Is located uninterrupted over its entire length. With this configuration, it is possible to reliably prevent water from entering the inside of the heat insulating doors 10 to 14, and to further improve the reliability of the adhesive holding of the transparent front plate 25.
- the tape bonding surface of the edge frame 24 of the inner frame 23 includes a flat portion 24 a located on the outer edge side of the edge frame 24, and a plurality of openings that are located on the inner edge side of the edge frame 24 and open to the inner edge side of the edge frame 24. Groove 24b.
- the life acceleration test of the adhesive force between the transparent front plate 25 and the urethane foam 29 was performed.
- the adhesive force was 1.0 g / cm 2 or more, preferably 2.6 g / cm 2 or more, the resin film 27 is surely provided even if the adhesive force is deteriorated due to secular change such as thermal shrinkage of the urethane foam 29.
- the adhesive strength between the urethane foam 29 can be ensured.
- the adhesive strength of the transparent front plate 25 can be maintained and ensured over a long period of time, and can be made highly reliable.
- JIS K 6850 Adhesive—Tensile Shear Adhesive Tensile Shear Adhesive Strength Test Method
- the colored layer 28 is formed on the resin film 27, it can be formed by a roller or the like. For this reason, it is possible to form fine patterns such as hairline lines that cannot be obtained by silk printing of the colored layer directly on the transparent front plate 25, and the design is markedly improved. Can be improved.
- the colored layer 28 can be formed by a roller or the like, the adhesive strength to the resin film 27 can be managed and ensured even if the adhesive state deteriorates due to thermal shrinkage or aging of urethane foam. 27 can be reliably prevented from being peeled off.
- the resin film 27 when the resin film 27 is positioned between the transparent front plate 25 and the urethane foam 29 and both are adhered by the adhesive force of the urethane foam 29 and the adhesive 26, the following effects are obtained. That is, the colored layer 28 is peeled off from the resin film 27, and the transparent front plate 25 can be prevented from being peeled off from the foamed urethane 29 due to the peeling. Therefore, the adhesive strength of the transparent front plate 25 made of a glass plate with a film can be maintained and secured for a longer period of time.
- the plate of the transparent front plate 25 is adhered to the resin film 27 and is prevented from scattering. Safety is also improved.
- a portion of the edge frame 24 of the inner frame 23 positioned on the lower end surface of the transparent front plate 25 is not projected forward from the front surface of the transparent front plate 25 to the lower end surface of the transparent front plate 25.
- a transparent front plate support piece 24d to be polymerized is located.
- the transparent front plate support piece 24d of the edge frame 24 does not jump out from the front surface of the transparent front plate 25, it is not visible from the front surface of the heat insulating doors 10 to 14 like the transparent front plate insertion portion, and the design characteristics and The overall flat feeling can be maintained.
- the transparent front plate 25 may be replaced with a transparent resin plate from a glass plate, which makes it possible to further secure the adhesive strength by reducing the weight and to reduce the cost.
- the resin film with a colored layer was affixed on the transparent front board 25 and it was set as the transparent front board 25 with a colored layer, this abolishes a resin film and forms a colored layer directly on the transparent front board 25. It is good also as the transparent front board 25 with a colored layer.
- the colored layer 28 of the resin film 27 may be on the transparent front plate 25 side as already described.
- the surface of the resin film 27 is subjected to corona treatment or plasma treatment, or urethane, polyester or acrylic adhesive is applied.
- An easy-adhesion layer may be formed.
- you may use a urethane binder or a vapor deposition layer as an easily bonding layer.
- a vapor deposition layer and / or a urethane binder may be further interposed between the easy-adhesion layer and the urethane foam 29, and the adhesive strength and the design of the colored layer can be improved by using as necessary. it can.

It is composed.
- the grip portions 63a and 64a of the freezer compartment 58 and the vegetable compartment 59 below are formed by forming a downward concave portion on the upper end surface of the edge frame 74 of the heat insulating doors 63 and 64 formed of respective pull-out doors. .
- the edge frame 74 which formed each handle part 60a, 60a, 61a, 62a, 63a, 64a does not have the transparent front board insertion part of the transparent front board which consists of a colored glass plate as already stated, Since the handle portions 60a to 64a are recessed in the door end surface and the transparent front plate insertion portion is not provided, the surface of the door group is a flat surface with a flat feeling.
- the upper end portions of the heat insulating doors 61 and 62 made of a pull-out type door, which are located directly below the heat insulating door 60 made of a kannon door, are inclined surfaces 61b and 62b that descend from the rear to the front. It is set as the structure which can perform the manual insertion to the handle parts 60a and 60a of the heat insulation door 60 easily.
- one of the heat insulating doors 60 to 64 in this embodiment, one of the side end surfaces of the heat insulating door 60, which is a kannon type door, is on the side of the shaft support side.
- An illuminance sensor 81 is provided on the end face. The power saving operation is performed based on the output from the illuminance sensor 81. That is, as shown in FIG. 19, when the output from the illuminance sensor 81 is less than a predetermined value (in the middle of the night when the user goes to bed and opens and closes the refrigerator door so that food is hardly taken in and out), the main body controller 82 sets the set temperature. Is switched from a normal operation value to a slightly higher power saving operation value to control the compressor 69 and the blower fan 68 to perform a power saving operation.
- the illuminance sensor 81 is provided on the side end surface of the heat insulating door 60 formed of a kannon type door, the illuminance sensor 81 is hardly noticeable from the front side of the refrigerator, and the refrigerator in the present embodiment configured as described above is the front surface of the door.
- the design property is not deteriorated unlike those provided in the above.
- the illuminance sensor 81 can reliably detect the illuminance in the room. There is no problem even if a memo, a leaflet, or the like is pasted near the side end face of the heat insulating door 60 formed of a kannon door incorporating the illuminance sensor 81 and the front side of the side end face is blocked. That is, the illuminance sensor 81 can detect light from the side surface direction of the refrigerator main body 51 and can reliably detect the room illuminance.
- the illuminance sensor 81 is provided on the end surface on the side of the shaft support side among the side end surfaces of the heat insulating door 60 made of a kannon door, so that the illuminance sensor 81 receives an impact force generated when the door is opened and closed. Less. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the illuminance sensor 81 from being damaged by an impact force when the door is opened and closed. That is, if the illuminance sensor 81 is provided on the open end side opposite to the end surface on the shaft support side, the impact force received when the door is closed becomes large, and there is a risk of failure.
- the impact force is suppressed or hardly applied, and accordingly, the risk of failure is reduced and the life is improved. , Reliability can be improved.
- the illuminance sensor 81 is provided on the end surface on the side of the shaft support side of the door in consideration of reducing the failure opportunity of the illuminance sensor 81, but this is the case of any one side of the outer periphery of the door. As long as it is an end face, it may be up, down, left, or right.
- the refrigerator according to the third embodiment of the present invention improves the detection performance of the room illuminance by providing the illuminance sensor by using the structure of the handle portion of the heat insulating door made of the kannon door. Will be described.
- Other configurations are the same as those of the refrigerator according to the second embodiment of the present invention except for the installation position of the illuminance sensor, and the same reference numerals are given and description thereof is omitted.
- a unit frame 83 is incorporated in a part of the handle 60a.
- the sensor substrate 84 is fixed with screws 85, and the illuminance sensor 81 provided on the sensor substrate 84 is installed downward.

- the sensor board 84 also serves as an operation board.
- the sensor board 84 is formed in a strip shape that is long in the lateral direction at the lower end of the heat insulating door 60 that is not shown, and is an operation part such as a touch switch, an LED, or the like.
- the display unit is incorporated.
- the illuminance sensor 81 is provided on the handle 60a on the lower end surface of the heat insulating door 60 formed of a kannon type door, the eye is viewed from the front side of the refrigerator as in the second embodiment. It is hard to touch and does not deteriorate the designability like that provided on the front face of the door.
- the illuminance sensor 81 is not in close contact with the surface of the illuminance sensor 81 and does not cover it. Since the light reaches through the gap between the two, the illuminance in the room can be reliably detected.
- the effect of pasting leaflets and memos can be greatly reduced. That is, if a memo or a leaflet is attached to the lower end of the heat insulation door 60 made of a kannon door, the user can make a memo or a flyer because it interferes with the opening and closing of the heat insulation door 62 made of a pull-out door below the heat insulation door 60. This is because there is almost no possibility of pasting. Therefore, the room illuminance can be detected more reliably than in the case where the illuminance sensor is provided on the side end face of the heat insulating door 60 formed of a kannon door.
- an inclined surface 62b is provided at the upper end portion of the heat insulating door 62 formed of a drawer type door below the heat insulating door 60 provided with the illuminance sensor 81, and light from the room is transmitted by the inclined surface 62b. Since the light is reflected toward the illuminance sensor 81, the detection of the room illuminance is efficiently performed.
- the inclined surface 62b is preferably subjected to a reflection process such as aluminum vapor deposition.
- the handle 60a of the heat insulating door 60 including the upper end surface of the heat insulating doors 61 and 62 including the pull-out type door provided with the inclined surfaces 61b and 62b and the upper door of the kannon type door is provided. Even if the gap between them is narrow, the hand can be easily inserted into the handle portion 60a, and the operability is also good.
- the illuminance sensor 81 is unitized by being attached to the unit frame 83, the illuminance sensor 81 can be easily attached simply by incorporating the unit frame 83 into a part of the handle portion 60a, thereby improving productivity. be able to.
- the refrigerator shown in each embodiment has a transparent front plate on the surface portion of the transparent front plate 75 constituting the front surface of each of the heat insulating doors 60 to 64 even if the heat insulating doors 60 to 64 are plural. Since there is no protrusion due to the insertion portion or the grip portions 60a to 64a and only the transparent front plate 75 is a flat surface, the entire front surface of the refrigerator in the present embodiment is clean and good with a flat feeling.
- the heat insulating doors 62 and 63 which are drawer doors directly below the heat insulating door 60 of the refrigerator main body 51, are formed with inclined surfaces 61b and 62b at their upper ends. Therefore, as already described, the gap between the heat insulating door 60 and the heat insulating doors 61 and 62 directly below the heat insulating door 60 can be narrowed.
- the gap between the heat insulating door 60 and the heat insulating doors 61 and 62 located immediately below the heat insulating door 60 is located at a relatively high place, so that it is easily noticeable to the user. However, since the gap is narrow, the sense of unity and flatness between the heat insulation door 60 and the heat insulation doors 61 and 62 can be maintained well.
- the gap between the left and right doors of the heat insulating door 60 made of a kannon door is also narrowed by eliminating the need to provide a handle portion between the left and right doors by providing the handle portion 60a in the lower end surface of the heat insulating door 60. Therefore, it is possible to maintain the sense of unity and flatness of the left and right doors of the heat insulating door 60 made of a kannon door.
- the transparent layer of the transparent front plate 75 is positioned in front of the colored layer 78 by applying the colored layer 78 to the inner surface side of the transparent front plate 75. For this reason, depth is added to the color and the texture is increased. Since the colored layer 78 is formed on the resin film 77, it can be formed by a roller or the like, and the colored layer is directly printed on the transparent front plate 75 by silk printing. In such a case, it is possible to form a fine pattern such as a hairline that is not obtained substantially due to a high defect rate, and the design can be further improved.
- the heat insulating doors 60 to 64 of the refrigerator are configured such that the foam density of the urethane foam 79 is higher in the outer peripheral portion than in the central portion of the transparent front plate 75, and the configuration and effect thereof are the same as in the first embodiment. Since it is the same as the structure and effect demonstrated in 1., description is abbreviate

And urethane foam filled and foamed in the space between the two. Furthermore, the foaming density of the transparent front plate outer peripheral part of urethane foam was made higher than the foaming density of the central part.
- the outer peripheral portion of the transparent front plate adheres to the skin layer having a high foam density of urethane foam, and the adhesive density is high and strong, so the transparent front plate that holds the outer peripheral portion of the transparent front plate Even if the insertion portion is eliminated, the transparent front plate can be reliably held for a long period of time, and the reliability can be improved.
- the outer peripheral portion of the transparent front plate is bonded to the edge frame of the inner frame with double-sided tape.
- the transparent front plate is held in a form that adheres to the edge frame of the inner frame via double-sided tape in addition to bonding with urethane foam, and is held in a form where the adhesive force is applied. become. And even if water splashes on the door edge, this water is blocked from entering inward by the double-sided tape that bonds the transparent front plate and the edge of the inner frame. Adhesive peeling from the transparent front plate can also be reliably prevented. Therefore, the adhesive strength of the transparent front plate can be maintained and ensured over a long period of time, and the reliability can be further improved.
- the present invention has an adhesive strength between the transparent front plate and urethane foam of at least 1.0 g / cm 2 or more.
- the outer peripheral edge of the transparent front plate is positioned inside the outer peripheral edge of the inner frame.
- the outer peripheral edge of the door is located inside the outer peripheral edge of the edge frame and is protected by the outer peripheral edge of the edge frame. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the transparent front plate from being damaged even if the outer peripheral edge of the transparent plate is inadvertently touched, and it can be used with confidence and high designability can be maintained over a long period of time.

- the illuminance sensor is not seen from the front of the door, and can be kept well without deteriorating the front of the door, that is, the appearance design of the refrigerator. Furthermore, even if a memo or a leaflet is attached to the front face of the door and the front of the door outer peripheral portion is covered, external light reaches the door outer peripheral portion from the lateral direction, so that this can be reliably detected.
- the present invention has a plurality of storage chambers, one of the doors that opens and closes the storage chamber is a kannon door, and the illuminance sensor is a shaft support side of the side end surface of one door of the kannon door. Provided on the side end face.
- the illuminance sensor is positioned on the door's approximate opening / closing axis, and is less susceptible to impact force generated when the door is opened / closed, resulting in failure compared to the case where it is provided on the side opposite the door shaft support side. The risk of this can be greatly reduced.
- the present invention has a plurality of storage rooms, and one of the doors that opens and closes the storage room is provided with an illuminance sensor on the lower end surface thereof as a kannon type door. Furthermore, an inclined surface for reflecting light from the outside toward the illuminance sensor is formed on the upper end surface of the door facing the lower end surface of the kannon door provided with the illuminance sensor.
- the illuminance sensor can detect the light in the room efficiently, and the sensitivity can be improved, and the illuminance detection can be performed more reliably and efficiently.
- the illuminance sensor installation part Even if water or the like is splashed on the surface or side of the door from the user's wet hands, it is possible to reliably prevent this water from reaching the illuminance sensor installation part, and there is no need to worry about malfunctions. Can be high.
- an upward concave portion is formed on the lower end surface of the door provided with the illuminance sensor to form a handle portion, and the illuminance sensor is incorporated in a part of the handle portion.
- the illuminance sensor to be rationally incorporated using the handle. Furthermore, since the upper end of the door located below the handle portion is an inclined surface, even if the space between the upper end surface of the door and the handle portion of the upper door is narrow, a hand can be easily inserted into the handle portion. And operability can be improved.
- the illuminance sensor is incorporated in the unit frame, and a window portion is provided on the lower surface of the unit frame corresponding to the illuminance sensor.
- the present invention can be a refrigerator having a high-design door with a flat overall surface without protruding even if the refrigerator door has a texture and is constituted by a plurality of heat insulating doors.
- the refrigerator door has a texture and is constituted by a plurality of heat insulating doors.
- it can be widely applied to commercial refrigerators and wine coolers.
