Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé destiné à améliorer le rendement énergétique dans une ligne de transformation des aliments par le chauffage d'un écoulement de produit alimentaire liquide s'écoulant dans ladite ligne de transformation des aliments. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : transférer la chaleur d'un premier écoulement de ladite ligne de transformation des aliments vers un milieu de transfert d'énergie; augmenter la température dudit milieu de transfert d'énergie à l'aide d'une pompe à chaleur; et transférer la chaleur dudit milieu de transfert d'énergie vers un écoulement de produit alimentaire entrant dans un élément chauffant agencé en amont du premier écoulement de la ligne de transformation des aliments.
