说 明 书 一种低泄高封安全阀
技术领域 本实用新型涉及消防领域, 具体涉及一种应用于气体灭火系统中的低 泄高封安全阀。 背景技术 为保证装置的安全性, 气体灭火系统均使用低泄高封阀 (防止气体灭 火系统微量漏气在管路中聚集而发生误启动) 与安全阀 (防止气体灭火系 统喷放时因工作压力太高而产生意外)。 目前低泄高封阀与安全阀是两个 独立部件, 这样不仅增加了部件数量, 还降低了管网装配效率, 成为降低 制造成本和减少加工周期的瓶颈之一。 实用新型内容 为了解决现有技术中存在的问题, 本实用新型将低泄高封阀与安全阀 二者功能融合在一个载体上, 提供了一种设计新颖、 结构简单、 性能可靠 的低泄高封安全阀。
本实用新型解决技术问题的技术方案是:
一种低泄高封安全阀, 包括接头 1、 弹性部件 3、 阀芯和阀体 9, 所述 阀体 9上端设有内螺紋, 接头 1与所述内螺紋螺接, 所述阀芯包括相互连 接的第一阀芯 5和第二阀芯 8, 所述第一阀芯 5和第二阀芯 8中心开有相 互贯通的中心通孔 10。
进一步地, 所述第一阀芯 5和第二阀芯 8间采用螺紋连接。
进一步地, 所述第一阀芯 5和第二阀芯 8之间还设有爆破膜片 7, 起 到隔断通孔的作用。
进一步地, 所述爆破膜片 7上设有用于固定密封的压环 6。
进一步地,所述弹性部件 3为弹簧,设置于接头 1和第一阀芯 5之间。 进一步地, 所述接头 1与阀体 9之间设有第一垫圈 2; 所述接头 1与 第一阀芯 5之间设有第二垫圈 4。
本实用新型在普通低泄高封阀的基础上进行改进, 将阀芯分为第一阀 芯和第二阀芯两部分, 并在阀芯中心打通孔, 增加爆破膜片, 起到隔断通 孔的作用。
当压力在安全工作范围内时, 本实用新型装置的工作原理和普通低泄 高封阀一样: 当处于低压泄放状态时, 阀芯相当于一个活塞接管, 和阀体 出气端接头并不密封; 当阀体进气压力达到一定程度, 对阀芯产生推力, 使阀芯向出气端运动, 并挤压出气端接头, 达到密封的作用。 而当压力超 出安全工作范围,产生不安全因素时, 阀芯中间的爆破膜片会被压力挤爆, 让阀芯中间的通孔贯通, 直接联通阀体进气端和出气端, 起到安全泄放压 力的作用。
本实用新型低泄高封安全阀设计新颖、 结构简单、 性能可靠, 集气体 的低泄高封阀及安全泄放阀二者功能为一体, 优化了气体灭火系统设备的 结构, 减少了零部件数量, 使管网装配效率提高, 设备成本降低。
下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述。 附图说明: 图 1为本实用新型的结构示意图。
图中: 1-接头, 2-第一垫圈, 3-弹性部件, 4-第二垫圈, 5-第一阀芯, 6-压环, 7-爆破膜片, 8-第二阀芯, 9-阀体 具体实施方式: 现结合附图对本实用新型的低泄高封安全阀进行进一步的说明。
如图 1所示的一种低泄高封安全阀, 包括接头 1、 弹性部件 3、 阀芯 和阀体 9, 所述阀体 9上端设有内螺紋, 接头 1与所述内螺紋螺接, 所述 弹性部件 3为弹簧, 设置于接头 1和第一阀芯 5之间。 所述阀芯包括相互 连接的第一阀芯 5和第二阀芯 8, 第一阀芯 5和第二阀芯 8中心开有相互 贯通的中心通孔 10; 其中, 所述第一阀芯 5和第二阀芯 8的连接可以采用 多种形式, 例如: 螺紋连接、 螺钉连接、 焊接等, 只要将所述第一阀芯 5 和第二阀芯 8连接成一体即可。 所述第一阀芯 5和第二阀芯 8之间还设有 爆破膜片 7, 起到隔断通孔的作用。 所述爆破膜片 7上设有用于固定密封 的压环 6。 所述接头 1与阀体 9之间设有第一垫圈 2; 所述接头 1与第一 阀芯 5之间设有第二垫圈 4。
工作原理: 当系统压力在安全工作范围内时, 其工作原理与普通低泄 高封阀相同, 为防止气体灭火系统微量漏气在管路中聚集而发生误启动。 而当压力超出安全工作范围, 产生不安全因素时, 阀芯中间的爆破膜片会 被压力挤爆, 让阀芯中间的通孔贯通, 直接联通阀体进气端和出气端, 起 到安全泄放压力的作用。
因此, 本实用新型装置有以下 3种工作状态:
1 ) 当处于系统微量漏气, 低压泄放状态时: 由于弹性部件 3的存在, 使阀芯和阀体 9、 接头 1之间存在孔隙, 系统的微量漏气可通过阀芯与阀 体之间的孔隙从出气口排出。
2) 当灭火系统正常启动, 阀体进气压力达到一定程度: 由于爆破膜 片 7的阻隔, 使气流对阀芯产生推力, 产生的推力超过弹性部件 3的弹力 临界值, 使第一阀芯 5向出气端运动, 带动第二垫圈 4挤压出气端接头 1, 达到密封的作用。
3 ) 而当压力超出安全工作范围, 产生不安全因素时, 阀芯中间的爆 破膜片 7会被压力挤爆, 使阀芯中间的通孔 10贯通, 直接联通阀体进气 端和出气端, 起到安全泄放压力的作用。
虽然本实用新型已参照如上所述的具体实施例来描述, 但本技术领域 的普通技术人员应当认识到, 以上实施例仅是用以说明本实用新型而不是 限制本实用新型, 只要在本实用新型的实质精神范围内对上述实施例的变 化、 变型都应落入本申请的权利要求书请求保护的范围。

1、 一种低泄高封安全阀, 包括接头 (1)、 弹性部件 (3)、 阀芯和阀 体 (9), 所述阀体 (9) 上端设有内螺紋, 接头 (1) 与所述内螺紋螺接, 所述阀芯包括相互连接的第一阀芯 (5) 和第二阀芯 (8), 其特征在于: 所述第一阀芯 (5) 和第二阀芯 (8) 中心开有相互贯通的中心通孔 (10)。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种低泄高封安全阀, 其特征在于: 所述 第一阀芯 (5) 与第二阀芯 (8) 间采用螺紋连接。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种低泄高封安全阀, 其特征在于: 所述 第一阀芯 (5) 和第二阀芯 (8) 之间还设有爆破膜片 (7)。
4、 根据权利要求 3 所述的一种低泄高封安全阀, 其特征在于: 所述 爆破膜片 (7) 上设有用于固定密封的压环 (6)。
5、 根据权利要求 1~4 中任一项所述的一种低泄高封安全阀, 其特征 在于: 所述弹性部件 (3) 为弹簧, 设置于接头 (1) 和第一阀芯 (5) 之 间。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的一种低泄高封安全阀, 其特征在于: 所述 接头 (1) 与阀体 (9) 之间设有第一垫圈 (2); 所述接头 (1) 与第一阀 芯 (5) 之间设有第二垫圈 (4)。
