Abstract
一种安全输液针,包括设有针翼(2)的输液针(1)及安全套管(3)。所述输液针尾部连接有输液管(4),所述输液针(1)可滑动设置在安全套管(3)中。所述安全套管(3)上设有输液针锁扣机构,所述安全套管(3)的尾端管壁设有由缺口构成的输液管卡口(301),所述卡口要小于输液管(4)的直径,须将输液管(4)挤压才能卡入。当输液针(1)使用过后,将输液针退回至安全套管(3)中后,利用输液管(4)具有一定的弹性的特点将其尾端的输液管卡在卡口(301)中,能够非常可靠的将输液针限制在安全套管(3)中。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械,特别涉及一种安全输液针。
根据有关统计,我国是使用静脉注射最普遍的国家,医院里每年都有大量使用过的一次性输液针被废弃。为了回收有用金属和避免污染环境,需要将使用过的一次性输液针进行回收处理,为了防止在回收过程中扎伤相关人员,导致伤害和二次感染,现有的输液针会配有安全套管,所述安全套管两侧设有轴向滑槽,所述输液针可滑动地设置在安全套管中,所述输液针的针翼从滑槽中露出,在靠近滑槽尾端的位置,滑槽边缘会设有一个直角三角形的凸起使得该处的滑槽变窄,并同时形成一个止退的挡块构成输液针锁扣机构。一次性输液针使用过后捏住针翼顺滑槽将针翼拉过挡块阻止针翼反向滑动,使得输液针缩入在安全套管中,可避免扎伤相关人员。由于滑槽相对比较长,安全套管通常采用塑料制成,具有一定的弹性,因此现有安全输液针输液针的锁扣机构仍存在挡块不能可靠地卡住针翼的问题。
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的缺点和不足,而提供一种更加安全可靠的安全输液针。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型公开了一种安全输液针,包括设有针翼的输液针及安全套管,所述输液针尾部连接有输液管,所述输液针可滑动地设置在安全套管中,其特征在于:所述安全套管的尾端管壁设有由缺口构成的输液管卡口,所述卡口要小于输液管的直径,须将输液管挤压才能卡入
与现有技术相比较,本安全输液针的安全套管的尾端管壁设有由缺口构成的输液管卡口,卡口的尺寸小于输液管直径,,须将输液管挤压才能卡入。当输液针使用过后,将输液针退回至安全套管中后,利用输液管具有一定的弹性的特点将其尾端的输液管卡在卡口中,能够非常可靠的将输液针限制在安全套管中。

如图1-2所示,安全输液针包括设有针翼2的输液针1及安全套管3和针管护套5,所述输液针1尾部连接有一段输液管4,所述输液针1可滑动地设置在安全套管3中,所述安全套管3上设有输液针锁扣机构,安全套管3的尾端管壁设有由缺口构成的输液管卡口301,输液管卡口301的形状优选为圆形和喇叭形的结合,所述喇叭形部分朝向外侧,所述圆形部分直径小于安全套管3直径,但是也不能过小以至于无法容纳输液管4。安全输液针1同时还可以设置有输液针锁扣机构,安全套管3两侧设有轴向滑槽302,所述针翼2从滑槽302中露出,所述输液针锁扣机构由设置在安全套管3内部的弹性片303构成,弹性片303沿轴向设置,靠近安全套管3前端的一端固定在管壁上,另一端为自由端并向中心倾斜上翘。弹性片303优选与安全套管3一体设置,具体实在所述安全套管3管壁上设有U形透槽304,所述U形透槽304围绕部分管壁端部上翘构成所述弹性片303。为了方便生产,安全套管3优选由上盖305和底板306两部分组成,上盖305和底板306采用卡扣连接。
Claims (4)
- 一种安全输液针,包括设有针翼的输液针及安全套管,所述输液针尾部连接有输液管,所述输液针可滑动地设置在安全套管中,其特征在于:所述安全套管的尾端管壁设有由缺口构成的输液管卡口,所述卡口要小于输液管的直径,须将输液管挤压才能卡入。
- 据权利要求1所述的安全输液针,其特征在于:所述输液管卡口的形状为圆形和喇叭形的结合,所述喇叭形部分朝向外侧,所述圆形部分直径小于安全套管直径。
- 根据权利要求2所述的安全输液针,其特征在于:所述安全套管上还设有输液针锁扣机构,所述安全套管两侧设有轴向滑槽,所述针翼从滑槽中露出,所述输液针锁扣机构由设置在安全套管内部的弹性片构成,弹性片沿轴向设置,靠近安全套管前端的一端固定在管壁上,另一端为自由端并向中心倾斜上翘。
- 根据权利要求3所述的安全输液针,其特征在于:所述安全套管管壁上设有U形透槽,所述U形透槽围绕部分管壁端部上翘构成所述弹性片。
