一种具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內桶及波轮洗衣机,包括內桶(9)、內桶底面设置的波轮、內桶内侧壁设置的喷瀑板(2),喷瀑板(2)与内桶内侧壁之间的空间构成竖向通道,竖向通道下端为进水口,上端为喷瀑口(4),其特点是:所述喷瀑口(4)下方的喷瀑板(2)上设置小波轮安装孔(7),有一小波轮(1)通过一转轴(1-1)与一叶轮(1-2)连为一体,所述转轴(1-1)横向置入小波轮安装孔(7)内,所述小波轮(1)位于喷瀑板(2)外侧,所述叶轮(1-2)位于竖向通道内,小波轮(1)随叶轮(1-2)自由转动,所述竖向通道内在叶轮(1-2)下方竖向设置一中间隔板(5),将竖向通道下半部分为左水道(3)和右水道(6)。瀑布装置可以对洗衣机内桶(9)中上方的衣物实现多方位、多角度的冲刷洗涤,大大提高洗衣机洗净程度,其结构简单,成本低。
Description
一种具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內桶及波轮洗衣机
技术领域
本发明属于洗衣机制造技术领域, 尤其涉及一种具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內 桶及波轮洗衣机。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高, 洗衣机的使用愈来愈普及, 消费者对洗衣机的 洗净功能有越来越高的需求。 除了要求洗衣机有优良的洗净功能, 还要求洗衣 机的磨损率要低, 避免洗坏衣服。 目前市场上洗衣机产品提高洗净率的措施有 很多,有的通过在洗涤桶壁上增加喷瀑板结构来实现。 喷瀑板与内桶壁之间的空 间构成水道。 波轮在旋转过程中形成压力水流, 水流从水道下部进口上升, 水 就从喷瀑板顶部开口喷出。 该结构可以形成对桶上方衣物的洗涤冲刷。 然而现 有的喷瀑装置喷出的水流方向单一, 对洗涤物的冲刷呈条状, 对桶上方的衣物 不能实现多方位、 多角度的冲刷洗涤, 作用效果不太显著。 如何改进现有的洗 衣机內桶的瀑布装置结构, 对洗衣机內桶上方的衣物能实现多方位、 多角度的 冲刷洗涤, 这是本技术领域亟待解决的技术问题。 发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术存在的上述技术问题, 提供一种具有瀑布装置的 洗衣机內桶及波轮洗衣机, 瀑布装置可以对洗衣机内桶中上方的衣物实现多方 位、 多角度的冲刷洗涤, 大大提高洗衣机洗净程度, 其结构简单, 成本低。
为了实现本发明的目的, 本发明采用的技术方案是: 一种具有瀑布装置的 洗衣机內桶, 包括內桶、 內桶底面设置的波轮、 內桶内侧壁设置的喷瀑板, 喷 瀑板与内桶内侧壁之间的空间构成竖向通道, 竖向通道下端为进水口, 上端为 喷瀑口, 其特征在于所述喷瀑口下方的喷瀑板上设置小波轮安装孔, 有一小波 轮通过一转轴与一叶轮连为一体, 所述转轴横向置入小波轮安装孔内, 所述小
波轮位于喷瀑板外侧, 所述叶轮位于竖向通道内, 小波轮随叶轮自由转动, 所 述竖向通道内在叶轮下方竖向设置一中间隔板, 将竖向通道下半部分为左水道 和右水道。
对上述技术方案的改进: 所述的喷瀑板上安装小波轮部位为内凹的小波轮 安装座, 小波轮置于小波轮安装座内, 小波轮顶面与喷瀑板外侧基本平齐。
对上述技术方案的进一歩改进: 所述中间隔板上端与小波轮安装座底端平 齐, 中间隔板下端与內桶内侧的底面之间为所述进水口。
对上述技术方案的进一歩改进: 所述小波轮直径小于內桶底面设置的波轮 直径。
对上述技术方案的进一歩改进: 所述安装小波轮的喷瀑板数量为 2 个或 3 个, 并均布设置在內桶圆周内侧。
对上述技术方案的进一歩改进: 所述左水道与右水道高度及宽度相同, 所 述叶轮直径大于左水道或右水道的宽度。
一种波轮洗衣机, 其特征在于采用上述具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內桶。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点和积极效果:
1、 本发明通过安装小波轮的喷瀑装置与内桶及其波轮的协同作用, 在洗涤 过程中, 左、 右水道中交替产生冲击水流, 小波轮周期性的顺时针、 逆时针旋 转, 在局部产生旋转水流, 实现对内桶上方衣物实现多方位、 多角度的冲刷洗 涤, 提高洗涤物的洗净率, 同时提高了洗衣效率。
2、 本发明的小波轮无需复杂的传动机构驱动, 也不需要供电。 因此, 使其 结构简单, 成本较低, 不易损坏。
3、 本发明彻底结束了波轮洗衣机自问世以来, 只有一个波轮的历史, 开创 了全新洗涤模式, 为波轮洗衣机今后的创新和进一歩发展奠定了基础。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一歩详细说明。
参见图 1、 图 2, 本发明一种具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內桶的实施例, 包括內 桶 9、 內桶 9底面设置的波轮、 內桶内侧壁设置的喷瀑板 2。 喷瀑板 2与内桶 9 内侧壁之间的空间构成竖向通道, 竖向通道下端为进水口, 上端为喷瀑口 4。
在喷瀑口 4下方的喷瀑板 2上设置小波轮安装孔 7,有一小波轮 1通过一转 轴 1-1与一叶轮 1-2连为一体, 所述转轴 1-1横向置入小波轮安装孔 7内, 所 述小波轮 1位于喷瀑板 2外侧, 所述叶轮 1-2位于喷瀑板 2内侧的竖向通道内, 小波轮 1随叶轮 10-2自由转动。 喷瀑板 2上安装小波轮 1部位为内凹的小波轮 安装座 8, 小波轮 1置于小波轮安装座 8内, 小波轮 1顶面与喷瀑板 2外侧基本 平齐。
在竖向通道内在叶轮 1-2的下方竖向设置一中间隔板 5,将竖向通道下半部 分为左水道 3和右水道 6。 中间隔板 5上端与小波轮安装座 8底端平齐, 中间隔 板 5下端与內桶 9内侧的底面之间为竖向通道的进水口。
上述小波轮 1直径小于內桶 9底面设置的波轮直径,小波轮 1造型与內桶 9 底面设置的波轮基本相同。根据需要也可以单独设计小波轮 1的造型。小波轮 1 的直径与叶轮 1-2的直径相同, 所述左水道 3与右水道 6的高度及宽度相同, 所述叶轮直径大于左水道 3或右水道 6的宽度。
本实施例中安装小波轮 1的竖向通道共有两条, 并对称设置在內桶 9内侧 壁上。 根据需要, 內桶 9内侧壁上的竖向通道可以为一条, 也可以多条。
如图 2所示, 本发明一种波轮洗衣机实施例, 包括机壳、 机壳内的盛水桶、 具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內桶 9及其波轮, 本实施例波轮洗衣机采用上述实施例 了具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內桶 9的结构, 故不再赘述。
本发明工作原理: 內桶 9底部的波轮运转时, 形成压力水流, 使水从左水 道 3或右水道 6下部进水口压至水道内。 当波轮顺时针运转时, 压力水流只流 入左水道 3, 左水道 3中的水上升冲击叶轮 1-2, 使叶轮 1-2顺时针旋转, 带动 小波轮 1顺时针旋转; 当波轮逆时针运转时, 压力水流只流入右水道 6, 右水道 6中的水上升冲击叶轮 1-2,使叶轮 1-2逆时针旋转,带动小波轮 1逆时针旋转。 小波轮 1 周期性的顺时针、 逆时针运转, 在局部产生旋转水流, 实现对内桶 9 上方衣物的洗涤冲刷, 提高洗涤物的洗净比。
以上仅是本发明的一些具体实施例, 上述具体结构不能理解为是对本发明 的限制, 事实上, 本发明的具体实施例有很多种, 凡是在本发明构思内对其做 出的非实质性修改都落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1、 一种具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內桶, 包括內桶、 內桶底面设置的波轮、 內 桶内侧壁设置的喷瀑板, 喷瀑板与内桶内侧壁之间的空间构成竖向通道, 竖向 通道下端为进水口, 上端为喷瀑口, 其特征在于所述喷瀑口下方的喷瀑板上设 置小波轮安装孔, 有一小波轮通过一转轴与一叶轮连为一体, 所述转轴横向置 入小波轮安装孔内, 所述小波轮位于喷瀑板外侧, 所述叶轮位于竖向通道内, 小波轮随叶轮自由转动, 所述竖向通道内在叶轮下方竖向设置一中间隔板, 将 竖向通道下半部分为左水道和右水道。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內桶, 其特征在于所述的 喷瀑板上安装小波轮部位为内凹的小波轮安装座, 小波轮置于小波轮安装座内, 小波轮顶面与喷瀑板外侧基本平齐。
3、 按照权利要求 2所述的具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內桶, 其特征在于所述中 间隔板上端与小波轮安装座底端平齐, 中间隔板下端与內桶内侧的底面之间为 所述进水口。
4、 按照权利要求 1-3任一项所述的具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內桶, 其特征在 于所述小波轮直径小于內桶底面设置的波轮直径。
5、 按照权利要求 1-3任一项所述的具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內桶, 其特征在 于所述安装小波轮的喷瀑板数量为 2个或 3个, 并均布设置在內桶圆周内侧。
6、 按照权利要求 4所述的具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內桶, 其特征在于所述安 装小波轮的喷瀑板数量为 2个或 3个, 并均布设置在內桶圆周内侧。
7、 按照权利要求 1-3任一项所述的具有瀑布装置的洗衣机內桶, 其特征在 于所述左水道与右水道高度及宽度相同, 所述叶轮直径大于左水道或右水道的 宽度。
