【技术领域】
本发明属于液晶显示领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种背光模组及液晶显示装 置。
【背景技术】
如图 1所示,现有液晶显示装置一般包括前框 1、液晶显示面板 2、中框 3、 导光板 4、 背板 5等部件, 导光板 4上还附有光学膜片, 其中前框 1、 中框 3和 背板 5分别具有不同的功能, 前框 1主要用于固定液晶显示面板 2并防止其跳 脱, 背板 5主要用于承载光学膜片、 导光板 4、 灯条等部件, 而中框 3主要用于 和背板 5—起固定导光板 4、 光学膜片等光学组件, 同时承载液晶显示面板 2, 背板 5、 中框 3和由此两者固定的导光板 4、 光学膜片和灯条等结构构成了背光 模组。
现有技术中导光板是被中框压紧在背板内, 背光模组在与液晶显示面板由 前框 1 固定, 背光模组作为中间产品也需要进行转运, 在其运输过程中, 导光 板仅由中框进行固定限位。 由于装配及零件公差的因素, 有时会导致中框对导 光板的压紧力不够, 这样背光模组的运输过程中, 导光板可能会上下移动位置, 甚至倾斜, 影响光学品质。 又或者, 如果希望对液晶显示装置的结构进行筒化, 背光模组中不再设置中框, 或设置的中框不再起固定导光板的作用时, 在转运 过程中对导光板的固定成为较大的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种背光模组及液晶显示装置, 所述背 光模组的导光板在垂直方向被很好地固定, 从而能保证背光模组在运输过程中 导光板不易移动, 从而具有较高的光学品质。
本发明的技术方案为: 一种背光模组, 包括导光板和背板, 背板包括侧壁,
所述导光板设置在背板内, 背光模组还包括固定件, 所述背板侧壁设有通孔, 固定件穿过所述通孔把导光板固定。
优选的, 所述背光模组还包括中框, 所述中框设置在导光板上方, 中框包 括多个构件单元, 相邻的构件单元之间设有间距, 所述固定件设置在相邻中框 构件单元之间。
优选的, 所述构件单元为框角构件, 分布在背板的四个角落, 或者所述构 件单元为框边构件, 分布在背板的四个边上。
优选的, 所述构件单元为框角构件和框边构件, 框角构件分布在背板的四 个角落, 框边构件分布在背板的四个边上。
优选的, 所述固定件为螺釘、 铆釘或销釘。

本发明的有益效果为: 本发明通过在背板侧面设置固定件, 利用固定件来 防止导光板在垂直方向上下移动, 即使在要求严苛的运输过程中, 也能保证导 光板不移动、 不倾斜, 从而 ^艮好地保证了背光模组的光学品质。 由于中框不必 再起到固定导光板和光学膜片的作用, 所以可以筒化为分段式结构, 甚至可以 取消中框, 以筒化液晶显示装置的结构。
本发明还公开了另一种技术方案: 一种液晶显示装置, 包括上面所述的背 光模组。
本发明还公开了另一种技术方案: 一种液晶显示装置, 包括导光板和背板, 背板包括侧壁, 所述导光板设置在背板内, 所述背板侧壁上设有通孔, 导光板 在对应通孔的位置上设有凹槽, 所述凹槽为导光板上表面的一个下沉台阶。
优选的, 所述液晶显示装置无中框。
优选的, 所述液晶显示装置还包括中框, 所述中框设置在导光板上方, 中 框包括多个构件单元, 相邻的构件单元之间设有间距, 所述固定件设置在相邻

上面所述的固定件也可以仅仅在背光模组的运输过程中使用, 而在组装成 液晶显示装置时被去除, 导光板可通过上方的其他部件, 如液晶显示面板压紧 固定, 故在背板侧壁上遗留有通孔, 在导光板上遗留有 槽。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种液晶显示装置, 包括背光模组, 作为本发明背光模组的实 施例一, 如图 2和图 3所示, 所述背光模组包括导光板 4和背板 5 , 背板 5包括 侧壁, 所述导光板 4设置在背板 5内, 背光模组还包括固定件 6, 所述背板 5侧 壁设有通孔, 固定件 6穿过所述通孔把导光板 4固定。
本发明通过在背板 5侧面设置固定件 6,利用固定件 6来防止导光板 4在垂 直方向上下移动, 即使在要求严苛的运输过程中, 也能保证导光板 4 不移动、 不倾斜, 从而很好地保证了背光模组的光学品质。
部分背光模组不再设置中框, 或设置的中框不再起固定导光板的作用时, 更容易出现背景技术中提到的导光板的压紧力不够, 甚至无压紧力, 在运输及 使用过程中, 导光板可能会上下移动位置, 甚至倾斜的问题, 而本发明采用固
定件来防止导光板在垂直方向上下移动, 即使不设置中框, 或设置的中框不再 起固定导光板的作用时, 依然能很好地解决此技术问题。
在本实施例中, 所述固定件 6为螺釘, 当然也是可以铆釘或销釘等等, 所 述固定件 6数量为多个, 分布在背板 5的四个侧壁上, 导光板 4可以得到均衡 的固定力, 根据实际需要固定件可以自由设置, 可以设置在背板单侧侧壁上, 也可以设置在背板的多侧侧壁上。
本实施例中,所述导光板 4上设有凹槽 41 ,所述凹槽 41用于容置固定件 6, 所述凹槽 41为导光板上表面的一个下沉台阶, 把固定件 6放置在凹槽 41 内, 可以减小对导光板 4上方部件的影响, 上方部件仅需做小小的改动就可能适应 新的结构改变, 作为优选方案所述固定件 6不超出导光板 4的上平面为最佳, 导光板 4的上方部件不需做任何改动。 另外, 作为优选方案所述凹槽 41的横截 面与固定件 6的横截面相对应, 增大固定件 6与导光板 4的接触面积, 分散固 定力, 减小对导光板 4光学品质的影响。
当然本实施例中, 导光板上也可以不设置凹槽, 让固定件直接与导光板上 表面接触, 也能达到同样的有益效果, 只是需要解决固定件与其它部件干涉的 问题, 或者在导光板的侧面设置盲孔, 固定件插入盲孔中。
作为本发明背光模组的实施例二, 如图 4和图 5所示, 所述背光模组还包 括中框 3 , 所述中框 3设置在导光板 4上方, 中框 3包括多个构件单元, 相邻的 构件单元之间设有间距, 所述固定件 6设置在相邻中框构件单元之间。
本实施例中, 所述构件单元为框角构件 31 , 分布在背板 5的四个角落, 由 于中框 3为分段式结构, 相邻构件单元之间都存在间距, 所以导光板 4的固定 力同样存在不足的风险, 设置在背板 5侧面的固定件 6直接从侧面伸出并固定 住导光板 4,防止导光板 4在垂直方向上下移动,即使在要求严苛的运输过程中, 也能保证导光板 4不移动、 不倾斜, 从而很好地保证了背光模组的光学品质。
作为本发明背光模组的实施例三, 如图 6所示, 与实施例二不同之处在于 所述构件单元为框边构件 32, 分布在背板 5的四个边上, 相邻构件单元之间都
存在间距, 所述固定件 6数量为四个, 分别位于背板 5的四个侧壁上, 本实施 例其它结构及能达到的有益效果均与实施例二一致, 此处不再赘述。
当然, 在上面所有实施例中, 所述中框还可以由框角构件和框边构件共同 组成, 框角构件分布在背板的四个角落, 框边构件分布在背板的四个边上, 固 定件分布在相邻构件单元之间, 来实现固定导光板的目的。
作为液晶显示装置另一实施例, 包括导光板和背板, 背板包括侧壁, 所述 导光板设置在背板内, 所述背板侧壁上设有通孔, 导光板在对应通孔的位置上 设有凹槽, 所述凹槽为导光板上表面的一个下沉台阶。 上面所述的固定件可以 仅仅在背光模组的运输过程中使用, 而在组装成液晶显示装置时被去除, 导光 板可通过上方的其他部件, 如液晶显示面板压紧固定, 故在背板侧壁上遗留有 通孔, 在导光板上遗留有凹槽。
在本实施例中, 所述液晶显示装置无论是不使用中框, 还是使用分段式中 框, 即所述中框包括多个构件单元, 相邻的构件单元之间设有间距, 所述固定 件设置在相邻中框构件单元之间, 都能在运输过程中保证导光板不移动, 从而 保证背光模组的光学品质。
