Description
一种多媒体广播多播业务小区重选方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及长期演进(Long Term Evolution, LTE )技术, 尤其涉及一 种实现多媒体广播多播业务 (Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service , MBMS ) 小区重选的方法及系统。 背景技术
随着 Internet的迅猛发展和大屏幕多功能移动终端的普及, 出现了大量 移动数据多媒体业务和各种高带宽多媒体业务, 如视频会议、 电视广播、 视频点播、 广告、 网上教育、 互动游戏等, 这一方面满足了移动用户多业 务的需求, 另一方面也为移动运营商带来了新的业务增长点。 这些移动数 据多媒体业务要求多个用户能够同时接收相同数据, 与一般的数据业务相 比, 具有数据量大、 持续时间长、 时延敏感等特点。
为了有效地利用移动网络资源, 第三代合作伙伴计划 (3GPP , 3rd Generation Partnership Project )提出了多媒体广播多播业务。 MBMS业务是 一种从一个数据源向多个目标移动终端传送数据的技术, 实现了网络(包 括核心网和接入网) 资源的共享, 提高了网络资源 (尤其是空中接口资源) 的利用率。 3GPP定义的 MBMS业务不仅能够实现纯文本低速率的消息类 组播和广播, 而且还能够实现高速多媒体业务的广播和组播, 提供多种丰 富的视频、 音频和多媒体业务, 这无疑顺应了未来移动数据发展的趋势, 为 3G的发展提供了更好的业务前景。
接收 MBMS业务的用户设备 ( UE, 或称终端)可以处于以下两种状态 之一: 一种为无线资源控制连接 RRC连接态 (RRC— CONNECTED, 简称 为连接态); 另一种为 RRC空闲态 (RRC— IDLE, 简称为空闲态), 本发明
中仅针对空闲态下的 UE进行研究。 根据 UE是否正在接收单播业务, 可以 判断正在接收 MBMS业务的 UE是处于连接态还是处于空闲态; 当 UE在 接收单播业务时, UE处于连接态; 处于空闲态的 UE没有与网络侧建立无 线资源控制( RRC, Radio Resources Control )连接, 处于连接态的 UE则与 网络侧建立了 RRC连接。 UE从空闲态进入连接态需要发起 RRC连接请求, 具体的流程如图 1和图 1所示。
在移动的过程中, 对于空闲态的 UE, —般使用小区选择或重选流程进 入目标小区; 对于连接态的 UE, —般使用小区切换流程进入目标小区。
如果 UE在源小区有正在接收的 MBMS业务, 当 UE进入目标小区后, UE将读取广播控制信道( Broadcast Control Channel, BCCH )、 和多播控制 信道( Multicast Control Channel , MCCH )的消息,以获取目标小区中 MBMS 业务的资源配置信息。 如果目标小区与源小区属于相同的多媒体广播多播 业务单频网络( MBMS over a Single Frequency Network, MBSFN ) 区域, 即: 目标小区与源小区都属于这个 MBSFN区域, 则 UE在进入目标小区后 可以不必读取 MBMS业务的资源配置信息, 直接使用源小区 (当前小区) 的 MBMS 业务的资源配置信息即可在目标小区接收 MBMS 业务, 实现 MBMS业务的连续性; 如果目标小区和源小区属于不同的 MBSFN区域, 则 UE在进入目标小区后需要读取 MBMS业务的资源配置信息; 如果在目 标小区中 UE需要接收的 MBMS业务没有发送, 则 UE在进入目标小区后 无法读取到 MBMS业务的资源配置信息, 也无法接收 MBMS业务。
具有 MBMS业务能力的 UE的接收状态包括: 正在接收 MBMS业务、 和,感兴趣接收 MBMS业务。感兴趣接收 MBMS业务是指 UE还没有接收 MBMS业务, 且准备接收 MBMS业务, 此时, UE可以监听 MBMS通知消 息, 根据 MBMS通知消息进一步读取 MCCH消息和 MBMS业务数据。
目前 3GPP讨论同意:只考虑部署在一个频率上的 MBMS业务连续性。
本文中将提供 MBMS业务的分量载波称为 MBMS频率。
在 R10版本中,为了提高 MBMS系统的资源利用率,方便运营商管理, 对 MBMS技术进行了增强。 1、 引入了 MBMS计数( Counting )机制。 2、 引入基于业务优先级的资源抢占 (Pre-emption )技术即分配和保留优先级
( ARP, Allocation and Retention Priority )技术。 计数和资源抢占都由多小 区 /多播协作实体 ( Multi-cell/multicast Coordination Entity, MCE )发起, 计 数和资源强占的范围一般是 MBSFN区域。上述 MBMS业务挂起是指: MCE 通知 eNB释放相应的无线资源, eNB中相应的业务上下文 ( context )被保 留, eNB可以退出或者不退出相应的 IP多播组, 挂起后, UE停止周期性 读取 MCCH消息, UE监听 MBMS业务对应的 MCCH通知消息;所述 MBMS 业务恢复是指: MCE通知 eNB重新分配无线资源, 如果 eNB已退出 IP多 播组, 则 eNB重新加入 IP多播组, 继续采用 MBSFN方式传输 MBMS业 务, UE周期性读取 MCCH消息。 资源抢占涉及的 ARP参数来自于核心网
( Evolved Packet Core, EPC ), 由 MME通过 MBMS session start request消 息发送到 MCE。
在 MBMS 业务开始之前(session start) , BM-SC 先进行业务通告 (announcement),通告的目的是向 UE发送 MBMS业务的简介,如电子业务 导航 (ESG), 通告可以通过以下方式发送: MBMS承载, 或者交互方式, 如 HTTP, 或者 PTP push方式, 如81^8, 1^1^8, 11^? 11811等。 通告可以持续 到 MBMS业务会话停止之后。
小区选择或重选属于 UE空闲态下的移动性。 小区选择包括: 初始小区 选择、从连接态返回空闲态、 和重新进入服务。 小区选择包括 UE在所支持 的每一个 RAT(Radio Access Technology)里每一载频上搜索最强的小区直到 找到合适的小区。 当离开连接模式, UE通常选择过去连接的小区, 但是, 连接释放消息可能包含指示 UE搜索特定频率上小区的信息; 当 UE发现所
选公共陆地移动网络( Public Land Mobile Network, PLMN ) 中无合适小区 时, 执行 "任意小区搜索", 这种状态下, UE不允许接收 MBMS业务。
小区选择或重选的目的是确保空闲态 UE驻留在最佳的小区中。在无线 网络中, 小区选择或重选是必须的一个过程, 主要原因是 UE的移动性、 以 及无线环境的波动性, 由此引起信号强度和干扰水平的波动。 在 LTE中, 网络侧可以为不同的频率设置最多 8个不同的优先级,空闲态 UE根据频率 优先级顺序进行小区选择或重选, 频率优先级相同时, UE根据无线信道质 量的排序进行小区选择或重选。
作为一项基本原则, 每个终端使用自身所完成的无线测量 (例如所接 收的信标信道电平)和网络所提供的参数(如门限值) 以及部分系统信息 对小区选择或重选准则进行评估。 对于提供多种接入技术的环境中的多模 终端, 终端需要使用来自不同可用频率和接入技术的测量对重选准则进行 评估。
网络控制重选准则所使用的参数, 从而允许根据网络需要, 将处于空 闲态的 UE移动到最相关的网络层。
3GPP讨论同意: 对于接收 MBMS业务的空闲态 UE在小区重选时, 将 MBMS频率作为最高优先级, 然后根据单播业务的小区重选规则进行小 区重选; 在不同的地理区域, MBMS业务可以部署在不同的频率上。
目前的 3GPP仅讨论了如果 UE感兴趣接收或者正在接收的 MBMS业 务在一个 MBMS频率(部署了 MBMS业务的频率称为 MBMS频率 )上, 则 UE将该频率设为最高优先级的频率, 然后 UE可以进行与 3GPP Rel8相 似的小区重选过程。 但是, 在对现有技术的研究和实践过程中发现现有技 术存在以下问题: 1、如果 MBMS业务部署在多个频率上且 UE感兴趣接收 或者正在接收的 MBMS业务也部署在多个频率上, 感兴趣接收 MBMS业 务的空闲态 UE,可能不知道设置哪个 MBMS业务频率作为最高优先级。 2、
如果重选目标小区发生拥塞, UE是否可选进行重选? UE如何在目标小区 发起 RRC连接请求? 根据现有技术 UE无法做出正确的判断。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种 MBMS小区重选的方法及 系统, 用以解决空闲态 UE如何选择重选目标小区, 在目标小区如何发起 RRC连接请求的问题。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
基于本发明实施例的一方面, 提供一种多媒体广播多播业务 MBMS小 区重选的方法, 该方法包括:
感兴趣接收 MBMS业务的空闲态用户设备 UE接收 MBMS业务信息; 当所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务部署在多个频率上时, 所述 UE 根据网络侧的指示, 将感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率中的一个设为最 高优先级, 进行小区重选。
进一步地, 被所述 UE设为最高优先级的 MBMS业务所在的频率为所 述 UE最感兴趣的 MBMS业务所在的频率, 或网络侧指示的所述 UE感兴 趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率中的频率优先级最高的频率, 或从所述 UE 感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率中随机选择的一个频率, 或基于 UE实 现。
进一步地,当所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务部署在多个频率上时, 所述网络侧的指示包含的信息包括: 所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所 在的频率, 及是否允许所述 UE将感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在的频率设 为最高优先级;
只有在网络侧允许所述 UE将所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在 的频率设为最高优先级时, 所述 UE 才能根据所述指示, 将感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率设为最高优先级。
进一步地, 所述 UE根据网络侧的指示设置感兴趣的 MBMS业务所在 频率中的一个为最高优先级, 进行小区重选的步驟具体为:
当所述 MBMS业务所在频率的小区拥塞, 网络侧指示不允许所述 UE 将所述 MBMS业务所在的频率设置为最高优先级时, 所述 UE判断是否存 在其他能够提供所述 UE感兴趣的 MBMS业务的频率,若存在,则所述 UE 将其他能够提供所述 MBMS业务的频率设置为最高优先级,进行小区重选; 若不存在,则所述 UE等待所述 MBMS业务所在频率的小区的拥塞解除后, 再将所述 MBMS业务所在频率设置为最高优先级进行小区重选。
进一步地, 当所述 MBMS业务所在频率的小区拥塞, 网络侧指示允许 所述 UE将所述 MBMS业务所在的频率设置为最高优先级时, 在所述 UE 将所述 MBMS业务所在频率设为最高优先级后, 还包括:
根据预置的判断条件判断是否向重选目标小区发起 RRC连接请求, 若 是, 则所述 UE在目标小区发起 RRC连接请求, 否则, 所述 UE重选到其 它所述 UE感兴趣的 MBMS业务所在频率的小区, 再发起 RRC连接请求。
进一步地, 所述预置的判断条件包括以下判断条件中的一个或多个: 重选小区是否拥塞;
RRC连接请求的类型是否为紧急呼叫或高优先级呼叫;
单播业务的优先级是否比多播业务的优先级高;
运营商是否允许拥塞条件下发起 RRC连接请求。
进一步地, 若不存在提供所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务的其他频 率,则 UE等待所述 MBMS业务所在频率的小区的拥塞解除后,再发起 RRC 连接请求。
进一步地, 所述进行小区重选具体为: 所述 UE根据小区重选准则进行 小区重选, 所述小区重选准则为单播业务的小区重选准则。 基于本发明实施例的另一方面, 提供一种多媒体广播多播业务 MBMS
小区重选的系统, 该系统包括:
网络侧, 用于向处于空闲态的 UE发送所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS 业务信息; 及发送是否允许所述 UE将所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务 所在频率设为最高优先级的指示;
用户设备 UE, 用于接收所述网络侧发送的 MBMS业务信息; 及当 UE 感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务部署在多个频率上时, 根据所述网络侧的指示, 将所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率中的一个设为最高优先级, 进行小区重选。
进一步地, 所述网络侧还用于向所述 UE发送所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率的小区的拥塞指示;
当所述 MBMS业务所在频率的小区拥塞, 网络侧指示不允许所述 UE 将所述 MBMS业务所在的频率设置为最高优先级时, 所述 UE还用于判断 是否存在其他能够提供所述 UE感兴趣的 MBMS业务的频率, 若存在, 则 所述 UE还用于将其他能够提供所述 MBMS业务的频率设置为最高优先级 进行小区重选; 若不存在, 则所述 UE还用于等待所述 MBMS业务所在频 率的小区的拥塞解除后, 再将所述 MBMS业务所在频率设置为最高优先级 进行小区重选。
进一步地, 当所述 MBMS业务所在频率的小区拥塞, 网络侧指示允许 所述 UE将所述 MBMS业务所在的频率设置为最高优先级时, 在所述 UE 将所述 MBMS业务所在频率设为最高优先级后, 所述 UE还用于根据预置 的判断条件判断是否向重选目标小区发起 RRC 连接请求, 若是, 则所述 UE在目标小区发起 RRC连接请求, 否则, 所述 UE还用于重选到其它所 述 UE感兴趣的 MBMS业务所在频率的小区, 再发起 RRC连接请求。
通过本发明, 能够提高 UE的用户体验, 实现空闲态 UE的 MBMS业 务连续性, 防止接收 MBMS业务引起的网络拥塞。

本发明的核心思想是: 由于目前的 3GPP会议上仅讨论了当 UE感兴趣 接收的若干 MMBS业务部署在一个 MBMS频率上时, UE将该频率设置为 最高优先级频率并进行小区重选。 本发明提出了当 UE感兴趣接收的多个 MBMS业务部署在多个 MBMS频率上时候, UE将其中的一个频率设置为 最高优先级频率并进行小区重选,同时本发明进一步地提出了 UE如何从上 述多个 MBMS频率中选择一个频率作为最高优先级频率并进行小区重选的 方法。
为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施例并 参照附图, 对本发明进一步详细说明。
本发明实现 MBMS小区重选的方法如图 3所示, 包括如下步驟: 步驟 301 ,感兴趣接收 MBMS业务的空闲态 UE接收 MBMS业务信息; 本发明中, 感兴趣接收 MBMS业务, 是指这个业务已经开始, 或者还 没有开始 (但很可能是即将开始)。
所述 MBMS业务信息包括以下一种或多种: MBMS业务标识 , MBMS 业务所在频率, MBMS业务开始时间, MBMS业务结束时间, MBMS业务 区域等;
所述 MBMS业务信息可以通过应用层信息, 如电子业务导航 -ESG, 或

所述网络侧指示是指: 网络侧向所述 UE 指示该 UE 感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在的频率, 和上述频率是否允许所述 UE设为最高优先级进 行小区重选; 当感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率小区发生拥塞, 网络侧 可以不允许所述 UE设置该频率为最高优先级进行小区重选;如果不允许设 置为最高优先级, 则 UE可以选择感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在其他频率 设为最高优先级,或者等待小区拥塞解除后, UE选择感兴趣接收的 MBMS 业务所在频率设为最高优先级; 所述网络侧指示通过 RRC信令发送, 如系 统消息;
所述 UE将 MBMS频率设为最高优先级的时刻为: 如果所述 UE感兴 趣的 MBMS业务已经开始,则 UE可以立即将 MBMS频率设为最高优先级 进行小区重选, 如 UE收到感兴趣 MBMS业务的频率信息的时刻; 如果感 兴趣的 MBMS业务未开始 , 则 UE在感兴趣的 MBMS业务开始时间之前, 将 MBMS频率设为最高优先级进行小区重选, 如在感兴趣 MBMS业务开 始时间之前 5秒。
所述 UE将感兴趣的 MBMS频率设置为最高优先级, 并根据小区重选 准则进行小区重选; 所述小区重选准则是指单播业务的小区重选准则, 如 测量规则, S准则(S-criterion), R准则 (R-criterion), 接入限制等等;
考虑到空闲态 UE在不同频率间的小区重选基于频率优先级,相同优先 级下基于无线链路质量, 因此接收或感兴趣接收 MBMS的 UE经过上述过 程可以重选到所需 MBMS业务的频率小区。
步驟 303 , 判断是否可以向目标小区发起 RRC连接请求, 如果是, 则 转向步驟 304, 否则转向步驟 305;
所述判断根据以下一种或多种条件进行: 重选的目标小区是否拥塞, RRC连接请求的类型, 单播和多播业务的相对优先级, 运营商策略等; 例如, 若重选目标小区未拥塞, 则允许 UE在所述该 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率小区即重选的目标小区发起 RRC连接; 或
若 RRC连接请求为紧急呼叫或高优先级呼叫, 或响应寻呼的移动被叫 ( MT-Mobile Terminating )业务等类型 , 则允许 UE在所述该 UE感兴趣接 收的 MBMS业务所在频率小区即重选的目标小区发起 RRC连接; 或
若单播业务比 MBMS业务的优先级高, 则允许 UE在所述该 UE感兴 趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率小区即重选的目标小区发起 RRC连接; 或 若运营商允许拥塞条件下发起 RRC连接请求,则允许 UE在所述该 UE 感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率小区即重选的目标小区发起 RRC连接。
也可将上述条件中的几个条件组合在一起, 进行判断, 例如, 只有在 运营商允许拥塞条件下发起 RRC 连接请求且重选目标小区未拥塞的情况 下, 才允许 UE在所述该 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率小区发起 RRC连接。
上述拥塞可以通过 RRC信令指示, 如系统消息指示, 所述指示可以采 用 1比特指示拥塞是否存在;
步驟 304, UE在目标小区发起 RRC连接请求, 流程结束。 空闲态 UE在目标小区发起 RRC连接请求, 收发单播业务; 根据 UE 的接收能力,如果 UE具有双接收器,则 UE可以同时接收所感兴趣的 MBMS 业务和收发单播业务, 或者 UE采用时分复用接收所感兴趣的 MBMS业务 和收发单播业务。
步驟 305 , UE在目标小区等待时机, 或者 UE 重选到感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在其他频率, 然后再进行 RRC连接请求。
如果没有其他频率提供 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务, 则所述 UE在 目标小区等待时机, UE在目标小区发起 RRC连接请求;
所述时机可以是网络侧指示拥塞解除, 或者 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS 业务停止, 或者 UE改变了感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务; 上述拥塞解除通过 接入层信令指示, 如 RRC信令;
如果存在其他频率提供 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务, 或者 UE改变 了感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务,则 UE可以根据感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务的 频率信息, 将 MBMS频率作为最高优先级, 重选到相应的 MBMS频率小 区, 并在上述 MBMS频率小区发起 RRC连接请求;
如果 UE不再感兴趣接收 MBMS业务, 或者 UE接收到紧急呼叫, 或 者收到其他高优先业务的寻呼,则 UE根据系统消息中指示的频率优先级信 息和小区重选准则进行小区重选, 并在重选小区发起 RRC连接请求。 实施例一
针对网络侧指示是否允许设置该 MBMS频率优先级为最高的场景, 实 现 MBMS小区重选的方法如图 4所示, 包括:
步驟 401 ,感兴趣接收 MBMS业务的空闲态 UE接收 MBMS业务信息; 通过该步驟, UE可以知道其感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务在一个或者多 个 MBMS频率上。
所述 MBMS业务信息包括以下一种或多种: MBMS业务标识 , MBMS 业务所在频率, MBMS业务开始时间, MBMS业务结束时间, MBMS业务 区域等;
所述 MBMS业务信息可以通过应用层信息, 如电子业务导航 -ESG, 或 接入层信息, 如 RRC信令获取。
步驟 402, 如果 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务在一个频率上, 且网络 侧指示不允许将该频率设为最高优先级进行小区重选, 则到步驟 404;
如果 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务在多个频率上, 且网络侧指示所有 这些频率不允许设为最高优先级, 则到步驟 404;
如果 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务在多个频率上, 且网络侧指示其中 的部分频率不允许设为最高优先级, 但还有至少一个允许设置为最高优先 级, 则到步驟 403;
网络侧指示不允许将该频率设为最高优先级进行小区重选, 比如: MBMS频率小区拥塞, 或者 MBMS频率小区用户数量太多, 或者 MBMS 频率小区上部署的 MBMS 业务数量太多等等。 本发明仅以网络侧出现 MBMS频率小区拥塞为例说明;
所述 MBMS频率小区为 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在的频率小 区;
所述网络侧指示通过 RRC信令发送, 如系统消息。
所述判断根据应用层 ESG 信息和接入层信息进行: 如应用层提供 MBMS部署的频率信息,接入层提供 MBMS的服务区域标识( Service Area Identifier, SAI )。
步驟 403 , 感兴趣接收 MBMS 业务的空闲态 UE选择一个感兴趣的 MBMS频率作为最高优先级进行小区重选;
如果网络侧指示允许的频率仅有一个, 则直接选择该频率;
如果网络侧指示允许的频率有多个,则 UE选择其中的一个频率为最高 优先级;
其中一个频率可以是以下任意一种: UE最感兴趣的业务所在频率, 或 网络侧指示的相应频率优先级最高, 或随机选择, 或基于 UE实现。 所述 UE 将 MBMS 频率设为最高优先级的时刻为: 如果感兴趣的 MBMS业务已经开始, 则 UE可以立即将 MBMS频率设为最高优先级进行 小区重选, 如 UE收到感兴趣 MBMS业务的频率信息的时刻; 如果感兴趣 的 MBMS业务未开始, 则 UE在感兴趣 MBMS业务的开始时间之前, 将 MBMS频率设为最高优先级进行小区重选,如在感兴趣 MBMS业务开始时 间之前 5秒。
考虑到空闲态 UE在不同频率间的小区重选基于频率优先级,相同优先 级下基于无线链路质量, 因此接收或感兴趣接收 MBMS的 UE经过上述过 程可以重选到所需 MBMS业务的频率小区。 如果 UE重选到非 MBSFN区 域的小区或 MBSFN区域保留小区, 则 UE继续进行小区重选, 直到进入所 需业务的频率小区;
步驟 404, UE等待感兴趣的 MBMS频率小区拥塞解除,重选到 MBMS 频率小区;
所述等待可以在源小区, 或者 UE重选到合适的目标小区进行; 所述拥塞解除可以通过网络侧发送信令指示, 如 RRC信令指示; 所述 MBMS频率小区是指允许设为最高优先级进行小区重选的 MBMS 频率小区。
步驟 405 , UE在目标小区接收所感兴趣的 MBMS业务, 流程结束。 空闲态 UE在目标小区可以接收所感兴趣的 MBMS业务, 当 UE接收 MBMS业务终止,如 MBMS业务发送结束,或者 UE不再感兴趣接收 MBMS 业务, 或者接收到紧急呼叫或高优先级单播寻呼消息, 等等, UE准备进行
新的小区重选时, UE 系统消息中指示的频率优先级信息和小区重选准 则进行小区重选, 即 UE不再将 MBMS频率作为最高优先级频率, 除非系 统消息或 RRC信令消息中指定 MBMS频率优先级最高;
上述 UE不感兴趣接收 MBMS业务是指 UE终止接收 MBMS业务,且 不准备继续接收其他 MBMS业务;
上述网络侧设置的频率优先级信息是指网络侧通过系统消息或者 RRC 信令消息指示的频率优先级信息,包括同频和异频的优先级,也包括 MBMS 频率的优先级。 实施例二
针对感兴趣接收 MBMS业务的空闲态 UE发起 RRC连接请求的场景, 实现 MBMS的小区重选方法如图 5所示, 包括:
步驟 501 ,感兴趣接收 MBMS业务的空闲态 UE接收 MBMS业务信息; 该步驟与步驟 401相同, 这里不再赘述。
步驟 502,感兴趣接收 MBMS业务的空闲态 UE将所需 MBMS业务频 率设置为最高优先级进行小区重选;
该步驟同步驟 403, 这里不再赘述。
步驟 503, 判断目标小区中, 是否可以发起 RRC连接请求, 如果是, 则转向步驟 504, 否则转向步驟 505;
该步驟同步驟 303, 这里不再赘述。
步驟 504, UE在目标小区发起 RRC连接请求, 流程结束。
该步驟同步驟 304, 此处不再赘述。
步驟 505, 判断是否存在提供感兴趣 MBMS业务的其他频率小区, 如 果是, 转向步驟 506, 否则转向步驟 507;
步驟 506, UE重选到感兴趣的 MBMS频率小区,在目标小区发起 RRC 连接请求, 流程结束。
该步驟同步驟 304, 此处不再赘述。
步驟 507, UE等待时机, 发起 RRC连接请求, 流程结束。
所述时机可以是网络侧指示拥塞解除, 或者 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS 业务停止, 或者 UE改变了感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务; 上述拥塞解除通过 接入层信令指示, 如 RRC信令;
如果没有其他频率提供 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务, 则所述 UE在 目标小区等待时机到达, UE在目标小区发起 RRC连接请求;
如果 UE改变了感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务, 则 UE可以根据感兴趣接 收的 MBMS业务的频率信息, 将 MBMS频率作为最高优先级, 重选到相 应的 MBMS频率小区 , 并在上述 MBMS频率小区发起 RRC连接请求; 如果 UE不再感兴趣接收 MBMS业务, 或者 UE接收到紧急呼叫, 或 者收到其他高优先业务的寻呼,则 UE根据系统消息中指示的频率优先级信 息和小区重选准则进行小区重选, 并在重选小区发起 RRC连接请求。 为了实现上述 MBMS 小区重选的方法, 本发明还提供了一种实现 MBMS小区重选的系统, 如图 6所示, 该系统包括: 网络侧, 用户设备; 所述网络侧包括以下至少一种: eNB, MCE;
所述网络侧用于向处于空闲态的 UE发送所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS 业务信息; 及发送是否允许所述 UE将所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务 所在频率设为最高优先级的指示;
所述用户设备 UE用于接收所述网络侧发送的 MBMS业务信息; 及当 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务部署在多个频率上时, 根据所述网络侧的指 示, 将所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率中的一个设为最高优先 级, 进行小区重选。
优选地, 所述网络侧还用于向所述 UE 发送所述 UE 感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率的小区的拥塞指示;
当所述 MBMS业务所在频率的小区拥塞, 网络侧指示不允许所述 UE 将所述 MBMS业务所在的频率设置为最高优先级时, 所述 UE还用于判断 是否存在其他能够提供所述 UE感兴趣的 MBMS业务的频率, 若存在, 则 所述 UE还用于将其他能够提供所述 MBMS业务的频率设置为最高优先级 进行小区重选; 若不存在, 则所述 UE还用于等待所述 MBMS业务所在频 率的小区的拥塞解除后, 再将所述 MBMS业务所在频率设置为最高优先级 进行小区重选。
当所述 MBMS业务所在频率的小区拥塞, 网络侧指示允许所述 UE将 所述 MBMS 业务所在的频率设置为最高优先级时, 在所述 UE 将所述 MBMS业务所在频率设为最高优先级后, 所述 UE还用于根据预置的判断 条件判断是否向重选目标小区发起 RRC连接请求, 若是, 则所述 UE在目 标小区发起 RRC连接请求, 否则, 所述 UE还用于重选到其它所述 UE感 兴趣的 MBMS业务所在频率的小区, 再发起 RRC连接请求。
由于本发明提供的系统基于前述方法实施例实现, 系统各组成部分的 功能都可直接从前述方法实施例中导出, 为节省篇幅, 此处不再赘述。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。 工业实用性
本发明能够提高 UE的用户体验, 实现空闲态 UE的 MBMS业务连续 性, 防止接收 MBMS业务 I起的网络拥塞。
Claims
1、 一种多媒体广播多播业务 MBMS小区重选的方法, 该方法包括: 感兴趣接收 MBMS业务的空闲态用户设备 UE接收 MBMS业务信息; 当所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务部署在多个频率上时, 所述 UE 根据网络侧的指示, 将感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率中的一个设为最 高优先级, 进行小区重选。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 被所述 UE设为最高优先级的 MBMS业务所在的频率为所述 UE最感兴趣的 MBMS业务所在的频率, 或 网络侧指示的所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率中的频率优先级 最高的频率, 或从所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率中随机选择 的一个频率, 或基于 UE实现。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其中,当所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS 业务部署在多个频率上时, 所述网络侧的指示包含的信息包括: 所述 UE 感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在的频率, 及是否允许所述 UE将感兴趣接收 的 MBMS业务所在的频率设为最高优先级;
只有在网络侧允许所述 UE将所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在 的频率设为最高优先级时, 所述 UE 才能根据所述指示, 将感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率设为最高优先级。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE根据网络侧的指示设 置感兴趣的 MBMS业务所在频率中的一个为最高优先级, 进行小区重选的 步驟具体为:
当所述 MBMS业务所在频率的小区拥塞, 网络侧指示不允许所述 UE 将所述 MBMS业务所在的频率设置为最高优先级时, 所述 UE判断是否存 在其他能够提供所述 UE感兴趣的 MBMS业务的频率,若存在,则所述 UE 将其他能够提供所述 MBMS业务的频率设置为最高优先级,进行小区重选; 若不存在,则所述 UE等待所述 MBMS业务所在频率的小区的拥塞解除后, 再将所述 MBMS业务所在频率设置为最高优先级进行小区重选。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 当所述 MBMS业务所在频率 的小区拥塞, 网络侧指示允许所述 UE将所述 MBMS业务所在的频率设置 为最高优先级时, 在所述 UE将所述 MBMS业务所在频率设为最高优先级 后, 还包括:
根据预置的判断条件判断是否向重选目标小区发起 RRC连接请求, 若 是, 则所述 UE在目标小区发起 RRC连接请求, 否则, 所述 UE重选到其 它所述 UE感兴趣的 MBMS业务所在频率的小区, 再发起 RRC连接请求。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述预置的判断条件包括以下 判断条件中的一个或多个:
重选小区是否拥塞;
RRC连接请求的类型是否为紧急呼叫或高优先级呼叫;
单播业务的优先级是否比多播业务的优先级高;
运营商是否允许拥塞条件下发起 RRC连接请求。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 若不存在提供所述 UE感兴趣 接收的 MBMS业务的其他频率,则 UE等待所述 MBMS业务所在频率的小 区的拥塞解除后, 再发起 RRC连接请求。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述进行小区重选具体为: 所述 UE根据小区重选准则进行小区重选,所述小区重选准则为单播业 务的小区重选准则。
9、 一种多媒体广播多播业务 MBMS小区重选的系统, 该系统包括: 网络侧,设置为向处于空闲态的 UE发送所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS 业务信息; 及发送是否允许所述 UE将所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务 所在频率设为最高优先级的指示;
用户设备 UE, 设置为接收所述网络侧发送的 MBMS业务信息; 及当 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务部署在多个频率上时, 根据所述网络侧的指 示, 将所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业务所在频率中的一个设为最高优先 级, 进行小区重选。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中,
所述网络侧还设置为向所述 UE发送所述 UE感兴趣接收的 MBMS业 务所在频率的小区的拥塞指示;
当所述 MBMS业务所在频率的小区拥塞, 网络侧指示不允许所述 UE 将所述 MBMS业务所在的频率设置为最高优先级时, 所述 UE还设置为判 断是否存在其他能够提供所述 UE感兴趣的 MBMS业务的频率, 若存在, 则所述 UE还设置为将其他能够提供所述 MBMS业务的频率设置为最高优 先级进行小区重选; 若不存在, 则所述 UE还设置为等待所述 MBMS业务 所在频率的小区的拥塞解除后, 再将所述 MBMS业务所在频率设置为最高 优先级进行小区重选。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其中,
当所述 MBMS业务所在频率的小区拥塞, 网络侧指示允许所述 UE将 所述 MBMS 业务所在的频率设置为最高优先级时, 在所述 UE 将所述 MBMS业务所在频率设为最高优先级后, 所述 UE还设置为根据预置的判 断条件判断是否向重选目标小区发起 RRC连接请求, 若是, 则所述 UE在 目标小区发起 RRC连接请求,否则,所述 UE还设置为重选到其它所述 UE 感兴趣的 MBMS业务所在频率的小区, 再发起 RRC连接请求。
