Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mise en place d'endoprothèse vasculaire (10A) doté : d'une endoprothèse vasculaire (12) ; d'une tige (14) sur laquelle est placée l'endoprothèse vasculaire (12) ; d'une gaine tubulaire (16) pour recevoir l'endoprothèse vasculaire (12), la gaine tubulaire (16) étant capable de coulisser dans le sens longitudinal relativement à la tige (14) ; et un mécanisme de centrage (20) disposé plus proche de l'extrémité distale que ne l'est l'endoprothèse vasculaire (12) dans la tige (14). Le mécanisme de centrage (20) comprend un corps d'extension (32) qui s'étend lorsque la gaine (16) est déplacée dans la direction de l'extrémité proximale relativement à la tige (14), et centre la tige (14) dans la direction radiale relativement à un vaisseau sanguin par extension du corps d'extension (32).
