Abstract
本发明公开了一种笔记本电脑键盘的结构,包括基板、具有按键功能的柔性线路板、硅胶按键、剪刀脚和键帽,所述硅胶按键直接粘贴在基板上面,所述键帽通过剪刀脚与基板连接,所述柔性线路板设置在基板下面,柔性线路板上设有用于组装电脑的避位孔。本发明由于起按键作用的柔性线路板设置于基板底部,柔性线路板上不需设置配合键位机构的机构孔,故大大减少了机构孔,使得线路板的制作更加简单化。本发明可以将导光板与线路板合为一体,在导光板上设有实现按键功能的导电线路,并有粘贴提供光源的LED灯,减少了原有键盘设计上的背光板、电源线路、遮光片等材料,同时也减少了电脑主板用于提供电源的元器件。

技术领域
[0002] 本发明涉及一种笔记本电脑领域, 具体涉及一种笔记本电脑键盘的结构。
背景技术
[0003] 现有笔记本电脑键盘的具有按键功能的柔性线路板附着于键盘金属基材上面, 需设置配合键位机构的机构孔, 由于机构孔较多, 使得线路板的制作比较复杂。
[0004] 现有笔记本电脑键盘如果需要键盘发光须加贴背光模组, 背光模组是采用金属 基材的柔性线路板 (FPC) 加上发光光源 ( 贴片 LED灯) 再加上导光板等辅助材料, 附着于普通键盘背面, 不仅成本较高, 而且增加了键盘的厚度, 因需给发光光源单独 供电, 电脑主板还需要模组为其提供电源和连接位置, 也不同程度上占用了主板的设 计空间。
[0005] 如图 1所示:现有发光键盘结构为按键作用的柔性线路板 1安装在基板 2上面, 基板 2的背面设有导光板 3,硅胶按键 4直接粘贴在柔性线路板 1上,键帽 6通过剪刀 脚 5与基板 2连接。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术柔性线路板安装在基板上的不足, 提供一种 笔记本电脑键盘的结构, 此结构也可克服发光键盘在键盘厚度上的缺陷, 解决了笔记 本电脑实现超薄型设计的空间限制, 可以减少键盘厚度, 不占用主板空间和资源, 并 可节省 FPC等大量的辅助材料和工序。
[0007] 本发明采用的技术方案是: 一种笔记本电脑键盘的结构, 包括基板、 具有按键 功能的柔性线路板、 硅胶按键、 剪刀脚和键帽, 所述硅胶按键直接粘贴在基板上面, 所述键帽通过剪刀脚与基板连接, 所述柔性线路板设置在基板下面, 柔性线路板上设 有用于组装电脑的避位孔。
[0008] 由于柔性线路板上仅设置配合组装在电脑上的螺丝孔之类的避位孔, 不设置配 合键位机构的机构孔, 简化线路走线, 从而降低材料损耗, 避免导光板机构孔多造成 的光衰。
作为优选, 所述基板采用铝板、 铁板或合金板。

[0009] 作为优选, 所述柔性线路板上设有导光板形成导光线路模组, 该导光线路模组 上粘贴有提供光源的 LED灯。
[0010] 作为优选, 所述导光线路模组正面采用黑白两层油墨叠加而成的反光层和遮光 层, 第一层为白色, 用于将导光板中的光线产生漫反射回导光板, 白色上面覆盖一层 黑色, 用于防止光线透过白色油墨射到外面, 导光线路模组反面采用银色或亮面银油 墨的发光层, 用于导光板的光线反光。
[0011] 有益效果: 本发明由于按键作用的柔性线路板设置于基板底部, 仅设置配合组 装在电脑上的螺丝孔之类的避位孔, 由于不需设置配合键位机构的机构孔, 故大大减 少了机构孔, 使得线路板的制作更加简单化。
[0012] 本发明由于按键作用的柔性线路板设置于基板底部, 使得线路板有机会跟导光 板结合或不结合, 可以更全面的考虑其轻薄的可行性。
[0013] 本发明可以将导光板与线路板合为一体, 在导光板上设有实现按键功能的导电 线路, 并有粘贴提供光源的 LED灯, 并于导光线路模组正面增加反光层和遮光层, 在 反面增加发光层, 并直接利用本体的可发光元器件直接为导光板提供发光光源, 减少 了原有键盘设计上的背光板、 电源线路、 遮光片等材料, 同时也减少了电脑主板用于 提供电源的元器件, 并可以避免为获得笔记本电脑键盘发光功能, 所增加出来的笔记 本电脑厚度, 从而为实现笔记本电脑超薄设计在键盘零组件上提供保证。

如图 2所示: 一种笔记本电脑键盘的结构, 包括基板 2、 具有按键功能的柔性线路板、 硅胶按键 4、 剪刀脚 5和键帽 6, 所述硅胶按键 4直接粘贴在基板 2上面, 所述键帽 6 通过剪刀脚 5与基板 2连接, 所述柔性线路板设置在基板 2下面, 柔性线路板上设有 用于组装电脑的避位孔。

1. 一种笔记本电脑键盘的结构, 其特征在于: 包括基板、具有按键功能的柔性线路板、 硅胶按键、 剪刀脚和键帽, 所述硅胶按键直接粘贴在基板上面, 所述键帽通过剪刀脚 与基板连接, 所述柔性线路板设置在基板下面, 柔性线路板上设有用于组装电脑的避 位孔。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种笔记本电脑键盘的结构, 其特征在于: 所述基板采用铝 板、 铁板或合金板。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种笔记本电脑键盘的结构, 其特征在于: 所述柔性线路板 上设有导光板形成导光线路模组, 该导光线路模组上粘贴有提供光源的 LED灯。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的一种笔记本电脑键盘的结构, 其特征在于: 所述导光线路模 组正面采用黑白两层油墨叠加而成的反光层和遮光层, 导光线路模组反面采用银色或 亮面银油墨的发光层。
