Abstract
The present invention relates to a device for measuring the energy savings of premises provided with heating or air-conditioning equipment. The device combines the following functions: a) a model for the dynamic or transient-mode simulation of the thermal behavior of said premises; b) the adaptation of the parameters of said model by means of control by comparing the measured energy consumption for heating or air-conditioning and the consumption supplied by said model; and c) developing a reference energy consumption for heating or air-conditioning from said model. The novel combination of said functions makes it possible to provide the overconsumption or underconsumption of energy for heating or air-conditioning by said equipment, characterized by the difference between the curve(29) of said reference consumption and the curve (30) of said consumption measurement. The device can be used for measuring energy-saving activities.
