Abstract

L'objet de l'invention est une composition comprenant l'association d'au moins un principe actif cosmétique et/ou dermatologique et d'au moins un agent chimique, biologique ou enzymatique de peeling superficiel, pour son utilisation comme composition à application topique cutanée destinée à améliorer la qualité de la peau du visage des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé, à lutter contre les manifestations cutanées liées au tabagisme et/ou aider à prévenir l'apparition de maladies de la peau liées au tabac. L'invention vise également un procédé cosmétique de soin de la peau humaine, destiné à améliorer la qualité de la peau de personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé, comprenant l'application topique d'une telle composition, le principe actif étant un principe actif cosmétique.

Description

UTILISATION D'UNE COMPOSITION POUR PREVENIR ET LUTTER CONTRE LES EFFETS DU TABAC SUR LA PEAU
La présente invention se rapporte à l'utilisation sur la peau d'une composition pour prévenir ou lutter spécifiquement contre les manifestations cutanées liées au tabagisme.
Il est parfaitement connu que le tabac a des effets nocifs importants sur l'organisme. On sait en particulier depuis de nombreuses années, que le tabac joue un rôle délétère dans l'apparition de cancers ou d'atteintes cardio- vasculaires et respiratoires.
Plus récemment, plusieurs études ont confirmé que le tabagisme avait également des conséquences désastreuses sur la peau.
Le tabac induit notamment le vieillissement accéléré et prématuré de la peau :
- le tabac génère des radicaux libres qui un entraînent un fort stress oxydatif et endommagent les cellules ;
- le tabac accélère les mécanismes moléculaires du vieillissement : il entraîne un blocage de la réponse cellulaire des f ibroblastes, induit l'expression des MMP qui diminuent la synthèse de collagène tout en accumulant anormalement des fibres élastiques et des protéoglycanes.
De plus, la tabac entraîne une peau asphyxiée, déshydratée et dénutrie :
- le tabac, notamment la nicotine et le monoxyde de carbone, réduit le flux sanguin par vasoconstriction : la circulation de l'oxygène et de nutriments antioxydants est fortement diminuée et la cellule est asphyxiée ; - le tabac induit également un stress oxydatif et une inactivation de la vitamine A, connue pour avoir un effet anti-âge efficace, et de la vitamine C, qui contribue fortement à la production de collagène.
La peau des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé présente donc des caractéristiques particulières liées à la consommation de tabac, qui les différencient des autres peaux vieillies, notamment des peaux photovieillies. En outre, la fumée de cigarette contient des particules et molécules collantes et grasses, principalement de la nicotine, qui se déposent sur le visage et forment un film caractéristique des peaux de personnes fumeuses qui empêche une action optimale et adaptée des principes actifs. Les peaux de personnes fumeuses subissent également l'effet néfaste de la combustion principalement sur les contours de la bouche mais également sur le visage.
Toutes ces caractéristiques entraînent des méfaits dermatologiques d'ordre esthétique, en particulier chez les femmes, qui se manifestent notamment au niveau du visage par :
- l'apparition de cernes et de poches au niveau des yeux,
- une déshydratation et l'apparition de ridules au niveau des lèvres,
- un teint gris et des taches pigmentaires,
- des pores obstrués, l'apparition de kystes et de comédons, et - l'apparition de rides profondes précoces.
Toutes ces manifestations sont désagréables et inesthétiques, et ce d'autant plus dans nos sociétés modernes où l'on cherche une apparence toujours plus jeune et saine.
En outre, l'état particulier de la peau des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé, peut également être responsable de pathologies dermatologiques comme l'acné, les pustuloses palmoplantaires, le lupus erythémateux, l'eczéma, les infections à papillomavirus, les dermatoses et le psoriasis. Actuellement, il existe de nombreux produits cosmétiques anti âge destinés à lutter contre un ou plusieurs de ces signes visibles du vieillissement de la peau. Toutefois, la demanderesse a constaté qu'aucun de ces produits n'était adapté et optimisé, et donc satisfaisant en terme d'efficacité sur les peaux particulières des personnes fumeuses.
Il existe donc un besoin réel et important pour une solution adaptée spécifiquement aux problématiques cutanées des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé.
C'est l'objectif de la présente invention qui propose d'utiliser une composition particulière qui permet à la fois d'agir sur les manifestations visibles du vieillissement cutané précoce provoqué par le tabac et de jouer un rôle dans la prévention de l'apparition de maladies de peau liées au tabac, tout en prenant en compte les caractéristiques des peaux des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé. A cet effet, l'invention vise en particulier une composition comprenant l'association d'au moins un principe actif cosmétique et/ou dermatologique et d'au moins un agent chimique, biologique ou enzymatique de peeling superficiel, pour son utilisation comme composition à application topique cutanée destinée à améliorer la qualité de la peau du visage des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé, à lutter contre les manifestations cutanées liées au tabagisme, et/ou à prévenir l'apparition de maladies de la peau liées au tabac.
L'invention vise également un procédé cosmétique de soin et traitement de la peau humaine de personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé.
Avantageusement, l'association dans un même produit d'un agent de peeling superficiel et d'un principe actif cosmétique et/ou dermatologique est particulièrement adapté aux problématiques cutanées liées au tabagisme. Le peeling doux superficiel élimine les particules et molécules présentes en surface de la peau sans agresser la peau, et permet une pénétration immédiate et optimisée du principe actif cosmétique et/ou dermatologique dans les cellules de la peau pour y exercer son action ciblée.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages ressortiront de la description en détails qui va suivre de l'invention.
L'invention vise donc l'utilisation d'une composition à application topique cutanée comprenant l'association d'au moins un principe actif cosmétique et/ou dermatologique et d'au moins un agent chimique, biologique ou enzymatique de peeling superficiel, pour améliorer la qualité de la peau du visage des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé, à lutter contre les manifestations cutanées liées au tabagisme et/ou à prévenir l'apparition de maladies de la peau liées au tabac.
Par composition à application topique cutanée, on entend toute composition destinée à être appliquée localement sur la peau, en particulier une composition cosmétique ou dermo-cosmétique et/ou dermatologique. La composition peut se présenter sous toute forme galénique adaptée à une administration par voie topique cutanée. Elle peut se présenter notamment sous forme de solutions, de gels aqueux, de suspensions ou d'émulsions et avoir l'aspect d'une crème, d'une lotion, d'un lait, d'un sérum, d'une pommade, d'un gel, d'une pâte ou d'une mousse. Par agent de peeling superficiel, on entend tout agent chimique, biologique ou enzymatique ayant une action de gommage superficiel au niveau de l'épiderme, en opposition à un peeling semi-profond ou profond ou à un peeling mécanique. Le ou les agents de peeling superficiel présents dans la composition selon l'invention, peuvent être par exemple choisi(s) parmi les acides de fruits, les enzymes de fruits, l'acide salicylique ou l'acide glycolique. Préférentiellement, l'agent de peeling superficiel est l'acide salicylique ou l'enzyme papaïne, une enzyme protéolytique qui dégrade sélectivement les liaisons cornéodesmosales entre les cellules endommagées et les mortes. A titre illustratif , la concentration en agent de peeling dans la composition peut être comprise entre 0,2 et 7% en poids de la composition, préférentiellement entre 0,5 et 4%.
En association avec l'agent de peeling superficiel, la composition comprend un ou plusieurs principe(s) actif(s) cosmétique(s) ou dermatologique(s), préférentiellement au moins un principe actif hydratant.
Le principe actif hydratant peut notamment être choisi parmi le collagène, les algues (brunes, rouges, riches en sil icône), les hydratants végétaux comme l'aloé vera ou mauve par exemple, des acides aminés, des acides gras ou des huiles comme l'huile de noisette par exemple.
Préférentiellement, le principe actif hydratant est l'acide hyaluronique, encore plus préférentiellement de bas poids moléculaire.
La composition selon l'invention peut également contenir, préférentiellement en plus du principe actif hydratant, un ou plusieurs principes actifs cosmétiques et/ou dermatologiques présentant un effet :
- anti rides, par exemple le palmitoyl pentapeptide-3, connu sous le nom commercial de Matrixyl®, les algues brunes ou rouge, le rétinol, Q10, et/ou
- anti ridules, par exemple du resvératrol, et/ou
- anti inflammatoire, par exemple du resvératrol, et/ou
- anti radicalaire, par exemple des polyphénols, des vitamines A, C ou E, et/ou
- favorisant le drainage et la microcirculation, par exemple un extrait de vigne rouge, le lemongrass, l'aspartate de Lysine, le petit houx ou la caféine. Le ou les principes actifs sont très préférentiellement présents à la concentration maximale d'optimisation de l'actif, suivant les tests et résultats du fournisseur. Cette forte concentration permet d'obtenir un effet adapté aux cellules cutanées vieillies et endommagées par la fumée de cigarette. La composition comprend également, outre l'agent de peeling et le ou les principe(s) actif(s), un milieu physiologiquement acceptable et qui ne provoque pas de sensations d'inconfort inacceptables pour l'utilisateur tels que des rougeurs, tiraillements ou picotements. Elle peut contenir comme adjuvant par exemple une huile, une cire, un tensioactif, un épaississant ou gélifiant, un humectant, un parfum, etc.
La composition peut être obtenue classiquement par mélange des constituants, et en fonction des recommandations connues par l'homme du métier pour les différents éléments qui la composent.
Selon l'invention, la composition est particulièrement utile pour traiter les problématiques cutanées liées au tabagisme. Le peeling doux superficiel permet aux principes actifs de pénétrer immédiatement dans les cellules cutanées en quantité suffisante pour avoir une très bonne efficacité.
La composition permet à la fois d'éliminer les particules ou molécules qui forment un film sur la peau des personnes fumeuses et d'améliorer la qualité de la peau en ciblant les manifestations cutanées spécifiques liées au vieillissement prématuré de la peau causé par le tabac. En particulier elle permet :
- d'hydrater les lèvres, et/ou
- de prévenir ou lutter contre les ridules au niveau des lèvres, et/ou - de prévenir ou lutter contre les poches et cernes au niveau des yeux, et/ou
- de prévenir ou lutter contre l'apparition de rides précoces au niveau des pommettes et des yeux, et/ou
- d'améliorer le grain de la peau, et/ou
- d'améliorer le teint, et/ou
- de prévenir et/ou lutter contre l'apparition de tâches pigmentaires. L'invention vise donc un procédé cosmétique de soin de la peau, qui consiste à appliquer sur la peau de personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé, la composition décrite précédemment, le principe actif étant un principe actif cosmétique.
Selon une variante de l'invention, la composition peut être utilisée pour être appliquée au niveau des lèvres et/ou du contour des lèvres de personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé, pour prévenir ou lutter contre l'apparition de rides et ridules. Elle a pour objectif notamment de répondre aux besoins spécifiques des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé qui présentent une forte déshydratation des lèvres et l'apparition de rides et ridules prématurées au niveau de la lèvre supérieure.
Une telle composition comprend l'association d'au moins un agent chimique, biologique ou enzymatique de peeling superficiel, un actif hydratant et un principe actif anti rides.
La composition peut par exemple comprendre l'association d'au moins :
- de la papaïne,
- de l'acide hyaluronique, et
- du palmitoyl pentapeptide-3.
Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, la composition est utilisée pour une application sur les lèvres, à l'aide d'un dispositif applicateur comportant un embout avec des picots gommants en sil icône.
Cette application, permet aussi d'éliminer les cellules mortes présentes sur la peau des lèvres et/ou du contour des lèvres, et d'améliorer encore l'efficacité de la composition.
Avantageusement, le dispositif peut avoir le format d'un stick ou d'un stylo, et peut être transporté aisément pour une application plusieurs fois par jour.
Préférentiellement la composition est appliquée au moins 3 fois par jour sur les lèvres ou le contour des lèvres. Encore plus préférentiellement, elle est appliquée au moins 2 fois dans la journée sur les lèvres, et une fois avant le coucher.
Selon une deuxième variante de l'invention, la composition peut être utilisée pour être appliquée sur l'ensemble du visage de personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé, en masque à poser puis rincer, pour prévenir et/ou lutter contre les pores incrustés et asphyxiés, la moins bonne circulation, la déshydratation et/ou l'altération du teint de la peau. Elle a pour objectif notamment de répondre aux besoins spécifiques des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé en désincrustant les pores, en réhydratant la peau du visage et illuminant le teint.
Une telle composition comprend l'association d'au moins un agent chimique, biologique ou enzymatique de peeling superficiel, un principe actif hydratant et un agent physique desquamant (gommage mécanique).
La composition peut par exemple comprendre l'association d'au moins :
- de l'acide salicylique,
- de l'acide hyaluronique,
- des pépins de raison broyés fins et/ou des billes synthétiques destiné(e)s à un peeling mécanique de la peau.
La composition peut également contenir un agent purifiant, comme l'argile, et un astringent, comme la lavande.
La composition est utilisée pour une application sur le visage sous forme d'un masque gommant.
Préférentiellement, l'application du masque se découpe en plusieurs étapes :
- appliquer la composition sur le visage et le cou humidifiés, en gommant doucement pour décoller les particules par un peeling chimique superficiel et un peeling mécanique,
- laisser poser le masque entre 10 et 20 minutes pour traiter et laisser agir les principes actifs présents dans le masque,
- rincer, de préférence à l'eau tiède, abondamment. Pour un résultat optimal, le masque doit être appliqué au moins une fois par semaine sur l'ensemble du visage et du cou.
Selon une troisième variante de l'invention, la composition peut être utilisée pour être appliquée autour des yeux de personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé, pour prévenir ou lutter contre les cernes, poches, rides et/ou ridules. Elle a pour objectif notamment de répondre aux besoins spécifiques des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé qui présentent une mauvaise microcirculation responsable de l'apparition de cernes et de poches, et des rides précoces localisées autour des yeux.
Une telle composition comprend l'association d'au moins un agent chimique, biologique ou enzymatique de peeling superficiel, un principe actif anti ridules, un principe actif anti radicalaire, et au moins un principe actif microcirculatoire favorisant le drainage et un actif hydratant.
La composition peut par exemple comprendre l'association d'au moins :
- de l'acide salicylique ou de la papaïne,
- du resvératrol,
- des polyphénols de thé vert ou de raisins,
- de la vigne rouge ou de la caféine, et
- du lemongrass ou de l'aspartate de lysine.
La composition est utilisée pour une application au niveau du contour des yeux, par exemple à l'aide d'un dispositif applicateur comportant un embout avec un pinceau ou roll-on. Avantageusement, cela permet une application localisée et douce au niveau d'une zone à la peau fine et fragile. Un petit format sous forme de tube avec un embout en forme de pinceau est préféré car il peut être transporté aisément pour une application plusieurs fois par jour.
Préférentiellement la composition est appliquée au moins 1 fois par jour, préférentiellement 2 sur le contour des yeux. L'invention est à présent illustrée par un exemple de composition non limitatif des résultats d'un test réalisé avec cet exemple.
L'exemple de composition selon l'invention comprend les éléments suivants :
- Glycérine codex (Interchimie) 2,5%
- Huile de noisette raff inée (ennagram) 1,8%
- Solagum AX (Seppic) 1%
- Emulium Kappa 2ECH (Gattefosse) 6%
- Huile FANCOR ABYSSINIAN (interactifs) 2,5%
- Beurre de karité (interactifs) 3 ,8%
- Lanette 16 (ami) 1,8%
- Microcare emollient CLG (Thor) 0,5%
- Tri caprylate (interchimie) 3 ,2%
- Cetiol CC (ami) 3 ,2%
- Inolex lexfeel natural (Saci) 1,8%
- Phenoxetol (sed) 0,5%
- Vanatural (Lavolee) 1%
- Matrixyl 3000 (Sederma) 3%
- Copherol F 1300C (Ami) 0,1%
- Renovhyal (Soliance) 0,3%
- Soin des lèvres ref 1108076 0,1%

Une telle composition est particulièrement adaptée pour une application sur les lèvres et le contour des lèvres des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé.
Des essais ont été menés pour démontrer l'eff icacité de cette composition sur la peau de personnes fumeuses. Le but de l'étude est d'évaluer l'efficacité hydratation et antirides de la composition sur la peau de personnes fumeuses après 28 jours d'application. L'étude a été réalisée sur 20 femmes âgées de 45 à 65 ans fumant au minimum 7 cigarettes par jour et présentant des rides sur la lèvre supérieure.
La composition est administrée à l'aide d'un dispositif d'un dispositif applicateur comportant un embout avec des picots gommants en silicone. Chaque dose administrée correspond à 0,1 mL de composition.
Le protocole opératoire consiste à appliquer pendant 28 jours :
- la journée : 3 doses sur les lèvres 4 fois par jour (le matin, à lOh, à 12h et à l6h)
- le soir : appliquer 3 doses sur les lèvres et 2 doses sur le contour des lèvres
L'efficacité du produit est évalué à J0, J7, J14 et J28.
Les paramètres évalués et mesurés sont :
- l'index d'hydratation de la peau par une évaluation instrumental clinique (méthode CO NEOMETE ®)
- la rugosité et les rides par analyse d'image (prof ilométrie de la peau, utilisation de Primos 3D) La moyenne des résultats obtenus est présentée dans le tableau ci-dessous en pourcentage de variation par rapport aux résultats obtenus à J0 :

Ces résultats montrent que le composition selon l'invention appliquée sur la peau de fumeuses dans les conditions du test permet d'hydrater les lèvres et de réduire les ridules de la lèvre supérieure liées au tabac.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Composition comprenant l'association d'au moins un principe actif cosmétique et/ou dermatologique et d'au moins un agent chimique, biologique ou enzymatique de peeling superficiel, pour son utilisation comme composition à application topique cutanée destinée à améliorer la qualité de la peau du visage des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé, à lutter contre les manifestations cutanées liées au tabagisme et/ou à prévenir l'apparition de maladies de la peau liées au tabac.
2. Composition selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le principe actif est un principe actif hydratant cutané.
3. Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend l'association d'au moins un agent chimique, biologique ou enzymatique de peeling superficiel et d'au moins deux principes actifs cosmétiques et/ou dermatologiques :
- un principe actif hydratant, et
- un principe actif anti rides et/ou anti ridules et/ou anti inflammatoire cutané et/ou anti radicalaire et/ou favorisant le drainage et la microcirculation.
4. Composition selon l'une des précédentes revendications, pour son utilisation comme composition à application au niveau des lèvres et/ou du contour des lèvres pour prévenir ou lutter contre les rides ou les ridules chez personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé.
5. Composition selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend l'association d'au moins un agent chimique, biologique ou enzymatique de peeling superficiel, d'un principe actif hydratant et d'un principe actif anti rides.
6. Composition selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, pour son utilisation comme composition à application topique à l'aide d'un dispositif applicateur comportant un embout avec des picots gommant en silicone.
7. Composition selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, pour son utilisation comme composition à appliquer au moins 3 fois par jour au niveau des lèvres et/ou du contour des lèvres des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé.
8. Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, pour son utilisation comme composition à application en masque sur le visage pour prévenir ou lutter contre les pores incrustés et asphyxiés, la moins bonne circulation, la déshydratation et l'altération du teint de la peau du visage des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumées.
9. Composition selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend l'association d'au moins un agent chimique, biologique ou enzymatique de peeling superficiel, un principe actif hydratant et un agent physique desquamant.
10. Composition selon la revendication 8 ou 9, pour son utilisation comme composition à appliquer en masque au moins 1 fois par semaine au niveau de l'ensemble du visage et du cou des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé.
11. Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, pour son utilisation comme composition à application autour des yeux pour prévenir ou lutter contre les cernes, poches rides et/ou ridules des personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé.
12. Composition selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend l'association d'au moins un agent chimique, biologique ou enzymatique de peeling superficiel, un principe actif anti rides, un principe actif anti radicalaire, un principe actif microcirculatoire favorisant le drainage et un principe actif hydratant.
13. Procédé cosmétique de soin de la peau humaine, destiné à améliorer la qualité de la peau de personnes fumeuses ou ayant fumé, comprenant l'application topique d'une composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, le principe actif de la composition étant un principe actif cosmétique.
14. Procédé cosmétique de soin de la peau humaine selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à appliquer sur la peau uniquement la composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, le principe actif de la composition étant un principe actif cosmétique, pour à la fois éliminer les particules ou molécules qui forment un film sur la peau des personnes fumeuses et améliorer la qualité de la peau en ciblant les manifestations cutanées spécifiques liées au vieillissement prématuré de la peau causé par le tabac, en particulier :
- hydrater les lèvres, et/ou
- prévenir ou lutter contre les ridules au niveau des lèvres, et/ou
- prévenir ou lutter contre les poches et cernes au niveau des yeux, et/ou
- prévenir ou lutter contre l'apparition de rides précoces au niveau des pommettes et des yeux, et/ou
- améliorer le grain de la peau, et/ou
- améliorer le teint, et/ou
- prévenir et/ou lutter contre l'apparition de tâches pigmentaires.
