图 2为本申请实施例提供的折叠固定架的结构示意图, 如图 2所示, 折 叠固定架 10包括: 2、 根据权利要求 1所述的组合柜, 其特征在于, 所述折 叠固定架包括: 四根一字型支撑杆 101, 并且四根一字型支撑杆 101的一端通 过固定件 102可转动固定在一起, 固定件 102可以为铆钉或螺栓, 另一端均 设置有通孔 102, 并且在两个立架 3上与折叠固定架 10相接触的侧面上分别 设置有两个螺丝孔 103, 如图 3所示, 折叠固定架 10通过螺丝穿过每根一字 型支撑架 101另一端的通孔与立架 3上的螺丝孔 102相固定。 为了提高该组 合柜的强度, 两个立架 3和折叠固定架 10的材料均为金属材料, 例如钢材。
如图 1所示, 顶板 1固定在两个立架 3的顶部横梁 4上, 底板 13固定在 两个立架 3上同一高度的两个横梁 4之间。 并且顶板 1、 底板 13与两个立架 3相接触的侧边上分别设置有至少一个铁板挂钩 12, 铁板挂钩 12通过螺丝固 定与顶板 1或底板 13相固定, 铁板挂钩 12为 U型槽, 并且 U型槽可套在立 架 3的横梁 4上, 这样顶板 1、底板 13就可以通过侧边上的铁板挂钩 12挂在 立架 3的横梁 4上。
两个侧板 2和背板 10分别固定在顶板 1和底板 13之间, 并且背板 11位 于折叠固定架 10的内侧, 两个侧板 2分别位于两个立架 3的内侧。 在顶板 1 与两个立架 3相接触的侧边的底面边缘设置有若干个盲孔, 在底板 13与两个 立架 3相接触的侧边的顶面边缘也设置有若干个盲孔, 并且顶板 1和底板 13 上设置的盲孔两两上下相对。 另外, 在两个侧板 2 的顶面和底面也分别设置 有若干个盲孔, 并且每个侧板 2上的盲孔和与其相接触的顶板 1或底板 13上 的盲孔的位置也相对应。 这样当需要将两个侧板 2、 背板 10与顶板 1、 底板 13相固定时, 如图 1所示, 可以通过销钉 9相连接, 并且销钉 9的一端插入 到侧板 2上的盲孔内, 另一端可以插入到顶板 1或底板 13上的盲孔内。
如图 1所示, 在顶板 1、底板 13以及两个侧边 2上与背板 11相接触的位 置还分别设置有一个凹槽 15 (图中顶板上的凹槽未示出), 并且凹槽 15的宽 度等于背板 11的厚度, 这样当将背板 11与顶板 1、 底板 13以及两个侧板 2 相固定时, 可以将背板 11插入到顶板 1、 底板 13 以及两个侧板 2上的凹槽 15内, 进而可以将背板 11牢固地固定在顶板 1、 底板 13以及两个侧板 2之 间。
在两个侧 2板内侧分别设置有多个单边内滑轨 14, 两个侧板 2上的单边 内滑轨 14的个数相同, 并且两两位置相对应且高度相同, 相对的两个单边内 滑轨 14的作用是固定一个抽屉 6。
如图 1所示, 每个抽屉 6具有底面和四个侧壁, 在抽屉 6的两个相对的 侧面上分别设置有单边外滑轨 7, 并且单边外滑轨 7与侧板 2上单边内滑轨 14相匹配, 这样抽屉 6就可以通过单边外滑轨 7固定在两个侧板 2上位置相 对的两个单边内滑轨 14上。 另外, 单边内滑轨 14通过螺丝与侧板 2相固定, 单边外滑轨 7也通过螺丝与抽屉 6相固定。 抽屉的材料以及顶板、 底板、 侧 板、 背板的材料可以为金属材料, 也可以为木材或塑料等, 为了减轻该组合 柜的重量, 并且使得该组合柜更加美观, 在本申请实施例中, 抽屉的材料以 及顶板、 底板、 侧板、 背板的材料选用木材。
该组合柜在安装时, 首先利用螺栓将折叠固定架 10固定在立架 3上相对 应的螺纹孔 102上, 此时只需使立架不倾倒即可, 无需将折叠固定架 10与立 架 3相锁紧; 然后将带有铁板挂钩 12的顶板 1和底板 13分别挂扣在立架 3 的横梁 4上, 并且将长度大于盲孔深度的销钉 9旋入到底板 13上的盲孔内, 再将两个侧板 2上盲孔逃入销钉 9上, 且将背板 11插入到底板 13以及两个 侧板上的凹槽 15内, 然后通过销钉将顶板 1与两个侧板 2顶部相固定, 且将 顶板 1的铁板挂钩扣挂在两个立架 3的顶部横梁 4上, 即可使得顶板 1、两个 侧板 2、背板 11和底板 13拼合成一个整体; 将带有单边内滑轨的抽屉 6与两 个侧板 2内侧的单边外滑轨组合成抽屉柜, 最后将折叠固定架 10上的螺丝紧 固, 使得整个组合柜道道稳固的效果。
与现有技术相比, 该组合柜在整个木柜或抽屉柜组装过程, 只需要螺丝 刀, 而无需过多的其他工具, 即可快速简易的进行组合, 达到省时省力的快 速安装效果。 并且组装后的该组合柜结构强度较大, 不容易变形, 抽屉可以 方便抽出或推进, 并且抽屉内可以形成一个较为完整是收纳空间, 可以减少 灰尘的进入, 使得收纳物更加清洁。 此外, 虽然在加工时该组合柜的各部件时按照规定的尺寸进行加工, 但 加工出来的部件仍不可避免具有一些偏差, 例如立架 3上的立柱 5的高度不 同, 这样当组合后, 该组合柜将无法平稳放置; 另外, 如果立架 3 的立柱 5 的高度相同, 当组合后放置该组合柜的地面不平, 也使得该组合柜无法平稳 放置。 为了解决上述问题, 在本申请其它实施例中, 如图 1 所示, 该组合柜 还可以包括: 四个底脚内塞 8, 底脚内塞 8设置在立架 3上立柱 5的底端。
图 4为本申请实施例提供的底脚内塞的结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 底脚 内塞 8包括: 底脚主体 16、 固定螺栓 17和调节螺栓 18, 其中: 底脚主体 16 为柱体, 在底脚主体 16的底部设置有调节孔, 在底脚主体 16的侧壁上设置 有固定孔, 并且调节孔和固定孔内均设置有内螺纹。 固定螺栓 17位于固定孔 内, 并且其外周上设置有与固定孔的内螺纹配合的外螺纹; 调节螺栓 18位于 调节孔内, 并且其外周上设置有与调节孔的内螺纹配合的外螺纹, 通过调节 将调节螺栓 18旋入或旋出调节孔可对底脚内塞的高度进行调节, 进而可以对 立柱 5 的高度进行调节。 这样无论是出现加工误差, 还是放置该组合柜的地 面不平, 均可以通过调节底脚内塞 8来使得该组合柜可以平稳放置。 以上所述仅是本申请的优选实施方式, 使本领域技术人员能够理解或实 现本申请。 对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的技术人员来说将是显而易见 的, 本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本申请的精神或范围的情况下, 在其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本申请将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例, 而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims

1、 一种组合柜, 其特征在于, 包括: 两个立架、 顶板、 底板、 两个侧板、 背板、 折叠固定架和至少一个抽屉, 其中:
所述立架包括两个立柱和与所述立柱相垂直的若干个横梁, 并且两个立 架相平行放置;
所述折叠固定架位于两个所述立架的一个侧面, 并且分别与两个所述立 架相连接;
所述顶板固定在两个所述立架的顶部横梁上, 所述底板固定在两个立架 上同一高度的两个横梁之间, 两个侧板和所述背板分别固定在所述顶板和底 板之间, 所述背板位于所述折叠固定架内侧, 两个侧板分别位于两个立架的 内侧, 并且两个侧板内侧分别设置有多个单边内滑轨, 两个侧板上的单边内 滑轨的个数相同并且两两位置相对应;
每个抽屉具有底面和四个侧壁, 在所述抽屉的两个相对的侧面上分别设 置有与侧板上单边内滑轨相匹配的单边外滑轨, 并且通过所述单边外滑轨固 定在两个侧板上位置相对的两个单边内滑轨上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的组合柜, 其特征在于, 所述折叠固定架包括: 四根一字型支撑杆, 并且四根所述一字型支撑杆的一端通过固定件可转动固 定在一起, 另一端均设置有通孔。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的组合柜, 其特征在于, 四根所述一字型支撑架 的一端通过铆钉铆接或螺栓固定在一起。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的组合柜, 其特征在于, 所述立架上与所述折叠 固定架相接触的侧面上分别设置有两个螺丝孔, 所述折叠固定架通过螺丝穿 过每根所述一字型支撑架另一端的通孔与所述立架上的螺丝孔相固定。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的组合柜, 其特征在于, 所述顶板、 底板与两个 立架相接触的侧边上分别设置有至少一个铁板挂钩, 所述铁板挂钩通过螺丝 固定与所述顶板或底板相固定, 所述铁板挂钩为 U型槽, 并且所述 U型槽可 套在所述立架的横梁上, 所述顶板、 底板均通过侧边上的铁板挂钩挂在所述 立架的横梁上。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的组合柜, 其特征在于, 所述顶板与两个立架相 接触的侧边的底面边缘、 所述底板与两个立架相接触的侧边的顶面边缘分别 设置有若干个盲孔;
并且两个所述侧板的顶面和底面分别设置有若干个盲孔, 并且每个侧板 上的盲孔和与其相接触的顶板或底板上的盲孔的位置相对应。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的组合柜, 其特征在于, 两个所述侧板与顶板、 底板通过若干个销钉相连接, 并且每个销钉的一端插入在所述侧板上的盲孔 内, 另一端插入在所述顶板或底板的盲孔内。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的组合柜, 其特征在于, 所述顶板、 底板以及两 个侧边与背板相接触的面上均设置有可容纳所述背板的凹槽, 并且所述背板 与所述顶板、 底板以及两个侧板相固定时, 所述背板插入到所述顶板、 底板 以及两个侧边上设置的凹槽内。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的组合柜, 其特征在于, 所述单边外滑轨通过螺 丝与所述侧板相固定, 所述单边内滑轨通过螺丝与所述抽屉相固定。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的组合柜, 其特征在于, 进一歩包括: 设置在 所述立架上立柱底端的多个底脚内塞, 所述底脚内塞包括: 底脚主体、 调节 螺栓和固定螺栓, 其中:
所述底脚主体为柱体, 所述底脚主体的底部设置有调节孔, 所述底脚主 体的侧壁上设置有固定孔, 所述调节孔和固定孔内均设置有内螺纹;
所述固定螺栓位于所述固定孔内, 并且其外周上设置有与所述固定孔的 内螺纹配合的外螺纹;
所述调节螺栓位于所述调节孔内, 并且其外周上设置有与所述调节孔的 内螺纹配合的外螺纹, 通过调节将调节螺栓旋入或旋出所述调节孔可对所述 底脚内塞的高度进行调节。
