Abstract
一种安全的蝴蝶型静脉输液针,它由带蝶形手柄的针头(2)和安全外壳(1)组成,所述安全外壳(1)为中空结构,其特征在于:所述安全外壳(1)的内侧底部与带蝶形手柄的针头(2)的尾部分别设有相互配合的卡扣(21)和卡槽(111),在安全外壳(1)的底座(11)的中部设有夹紧栏(112),在针头(2)的尾部设有与夹紧栏(112)配合的凸台(22)。输液针废弃后,通过蝴蝶型侧翼将针头往后拉动,可使其针头(2)缩至安全外壳(1)内,并且通过卡扣结构锁死,防止医源性感染,夹紧栏(112)使得针头(2)在使用时不易前后滑动而影响输液。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种临床穿刺输液用的静脉输液针。
蝴蝶型静脉输液针是目前已经广泛应用的一种临床输液装置,相比传统的输液设备,蝶型手柄的两翼设计,在用胶布固定静脉输液针位置时更牢固可靠。
但现有技术中的蝴蝶型静脉输液针,还存在有安全隐患,即处理废弃留置针时,其针头暴露,容易扎到医务人员,从而造成感染,其后果可能十分严重。
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种结构简单,废弃时针头可以缩回针套内,避免扎到医务人员,杜绝医源性感染的,安全的蝴蝶型静脉输液针。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种安全的蝴蝶型静脉输液针,它由带碟形手柄的针头和安全外壳组成,所述安全外壳为中空结构,其特征在于 :
所述安全外壳的底座上设有针头移动导槽,所述底座与带碟形手柄的针头的尾部分别设有相互配合的卡扣和卡槽。
所述底座前部开放,其头部设有环形保护圈,中部设有夹紧栏。
所述带碟形手柄的针头的尾部设有与底座的夹紧栏配合的凸台。
本实用新型所产生的有益效果为:静脉输液针废弃后,通过蝴蝶型侧翼将针头往后拉动,可使其针头缩至安全外壳内,并且通过卡扣结构锁死,避免针头外露,防止医源性感染。在针头使用的穿刺过程中,可以通过夹紧栏固定针头位置,使其不易前后移动与转动。

本实用新型由安全外壳 1 和带碟形手柄的针头 2 组成 , 参见图 1 ,该安全外壳 1
包括一体成型上盖 12 和底座 11 的两部分 , 上盖 12 短于底座 11
,底座上设有针头移动导槽,两者设有相配合的锁扣结构,相扣后形成底座前部开放的中空结构,参见图 2 所示。安全外壳 1 的底座 11
的内侧和带碟形手柄的针头的尾部分别设有相互配合的卡扣 21 和卡槽 111 ,底座 11
的头部设有保护圈,留置针废弃后,通过蝴蝶型侧翼将针头往后拉动,可使其针头缩至保护圈内,并且通过卡扣结构锁死,避免针头外露,产生安全隐患。 在底座 11
的中部设有夹紧栏 112 ,带碟形手柄的针头的尾部设有与夹紧栏 112 配合的凸台 22 ,在使用状态时,两者夹紧,避免在输液时,针头前后移动与转动。
本实用新型是提供一种结构简单,废弃时针头可以缩回针套内,避免扎到医务人员,杜绝医源性感染的,安全的蝴蝶型静脉输液针,静脉输液针废弃后,通过蝴蝶型侧翼将针头往后拉动,可使其针头缩至安全外壳内,并且通过卡扣结构锁死,避免针头外露,防止医源性感染。在针头使用的穿刺过程中,可以通过夹紧栏固定针头位置,使其不易前后移动与转动。

一种安全的蝴蝶型静脉输液针,它由带碟形手柄的针头和安全壳组成,所述安全外壳为中空结构,其特征在于:所述安全外壳的底座上设有针头移动导槽,所述底座与带碟形手柄的针头的尾部分别设有相互配合的卡扣和卡槽。

所述的一种安全的蝴蝶型静脉输液针,其特征在于:所述底座前部开放,其头部设有环形保护圈,中部设有夹紧栏。
