技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑幕墙的外围护结构,特别是一种通过分体夹持的连接方式将瓷砖 固定于建筑主体构件上的分体夹持固定式瓷砖幕墙,它主要适于使用大板块瓷砖作为外围 护结构的建筑幕墙, 属于建筑幕墙外围护结构工程技术领域。
背景技术
近年来随着建筑业的不断发展, 国内、 国外新建筑、 新技术、 新材料、 新工艺不断涌 现,传统的室内装饰材料大板块瓷砖被越来越多的应用在建筑幕墙的外围护结构, 出现了 瓷砖幕墙的新型建筑技术。此种技术是将大板块瓷砖固定于建筑幕墙主体构件之上,作为 融建筑艺术、建筑技术为一体的新型建筑幕墙外围护结构。幕墙所用的瓷砖大多区别于室 内装饰用瓷砖, 材料从耐候性、耐老化上得到了加强, 并在与建筑幕墙主体构件的连接上 采用了干挂的安装方法,取代了传统的水泥砂浆固定瓷砖的方法。现有的瓷砖幕墙数量很 少, 主要受制于瓷砖在高层建筑上的连接方法, 传统的水泥砂浆固定法使用安全性差, 只 能固定一些小尺寸的瓷砖, 应用在一些中低层住宅项目, 并不能称之为瓷砖幕墙。作为建 筑幕墙的外围护结构,瓷砖连接部位必须满足建筑幕墙设计的各种功能需要, 同时为满足 市场需求, 该种结构还应该既能很好的节约材料, 以降低材料成本, 又应该具有简易的安 装工艺, 以减少安装复杂程度、 降低施工的成本和提高使用安全性。
在已公开的专利文献中, 专利公告号为 CN2509254Y的 "一种瓷板幕墙"、 专利公告 号为 CN2727282Y的 "搪瓷板幕墙"等, 公开的是对类似的瓷板及搪瓷板幕墙的固定挂 接, 简便的做法是采用模仿干挂石材的做法, 将瓷板上、下开槽用铝合金沟槽托板形式连 接, 或者采用搪瓷板带固定槽的折边挂接的连接方式。 因瓷板较薄, 安装时加工瓷板很容 易破碎, 故废品率高, 挂接后的瓷板固定安全性差。 挂接后瓷板损坏不容易更换, 幕墙外 观效果并不理想。 目前, 还有一些常用的瓷砖连接方法, 但因其采用一体式的通过专用冲 模工具冲压而成的连接夹具, 故安装工艺复杂。幕墙安装时, 四块瓷砖的角部共用一个夹 具连接在一起, 由于夹具与瓷砖之间无隔垫, 属于硬碰硬连接, 所以安全性差。 另外, 安 装瓷砖时, 夹具必须有序作业, 难以调整局部尺寸, 瓷砖间不能限位, 易出现瓷砖窜动的 现象, 影响幕墙效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种分体夹持固定式瓷砖幕墙,它有效地解决了现有技术存在的 安装工艺复杂、 安全性差、 外观效果差等问题, 与传统连接方式相比, 具有结构简单, 设 计合理, 操作容易、 安装快捷、 调整方便、 宜于更换、 使用安全可靠的优点, 显著增加了 建筑物的外观美感、 降低材料成本及施工成本。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:该分体夹持固定式瓷砖幕墙主要包括瓷砖及将瓷砖固定
于建筑物主体构件上的金属型材龙骨组件,其技术要点是:所述金属型材龙骨组件包括金 属型材龙骨、 防水板、 角型件、 钢制转接件及紧固螺栓、 膨胀螺栓和各种连接螺钉, 金属 型材龙骨通过钢制转接件固定于建筑主体构件上,瓷砖利用不锈钢压盖与不锈钢连接件分 体固定, 不锈钢连接件通过防腐蚀尼龙隔垫和沉头自攻自钻螺钉固定在金属型材龙骨上, 不锈钢压盖通过不锈钢沉头螺钉与不锈钢连接件连接在一起。

本发明具有的优点及积极效果是: 由于本发明采用了金属型材龙骨组件和不锈钢连接 件及不锈钢压盖的组合式连接结构,将瓷砖固定于建筑物主体构件上,所以与采用一体式 的连接夹具的连接方式相比, 它结构简单, 设计合理, 有效地解决了现有技术存在的安装 工艺复杂、 安全性差、 外观效果差等问题, 具有操作容易、 安装快捷、 调整方便、 宜于更 换、 使用安全可靠的优点。 其主要体现在以下几方面:
1、 瓷砖通过不锈钢压盖与不锈钢连接件间的压紧固定, 通过方形金属型材龙骨固定 于建筑物主体构件上,不锈钢压盖和不锈钢连接件与瓷砖间都设置了尼龙隔垫, 防止硬接 触, 减少了瓷砖破坏的几率, 相比一体式夹具的连接方式更加安全可靠。 并且, 瓷砖不需 要加工, 减少了工厂或现场的加工量, 降低了加工成本。
2、 瓷砖通过不锈钢压盖与不锈钢连接件分体固定, 可以先安装不锈钢连接件, 调整 好位置后, 再安装瓷砖, 将瓷砖间的缝隙调整均匀后, 固定不锈钢压盖, 安装限位块, 整 个工艺过程简便、 安装快捷、 调整方便, 也降低了施工成本。
3、 不锈钢压盖与不锈钢连接件的分体固定方式的最大优点是瓷砖损坏容易更换。 松 开紧固不锈钢沉头螺钉, 然后取下不锈钢压盖, 这样, 损坏的瓷砖可以单独卸下。然后将 新的瓷砖按照正确的位置安装调整好,再将不锈钢压盖通过不锈钢沉头螺钉固定,瓷砖拆 卸方便, 宜于更换。
4、 不锈钢压盖与不锈钢连接件均为小巧的外饰抛光处理件, 整个幕墙安装后, 远距 离观观看几乎看不到连接件,近距离观看是一些小巧美观的不锈钢件点缀在瓷砖幕墙十字 交叉缝处, 在此结构下安装的瓷砖幕墙缝隙整齐均匀, 显著增加建筑物的外观美感。 附图说明

具体实施方式
根据图 1〜3详细说明本发明的具体结构。 该分体夹持固定式瓷砖幕墙主要包括瓷砖 1及将瓷砖固定于建筑主体构件 14上的金属型材龙骨组件和固定瓷砖 1的不锈钢压盖 2、 不锈钢连接件 6等。其中金属型材龙骨组件包括金属型材龙骨 10、防水板 12、角型件 16、 钢制转接件 11及紧固螺栓 19、 膨胀螺栓 13和各种连接螺钉等件。 金属型材龙骨 10通过 钢制转接件 11固定于建筑主体构件 14上。金属型材龙骨组件的防水板 12通过角型件 16 和自攻自钻连接螺钉组装在金属型材龙骨 10上。 金属型材龙骨 10与钢制转接件 11通过 紧固螺栓 19连接在一起,钢制转接件 11通过膨胀螺栓 19与建筑主体构件 14固定连接在 一起。瓷砖 1利用不锈钢压盖 2与不锈钢连接件 6分体固定,不锈钢压盖 2与瓷砖 1间设 置防碰撞尼龙隔垫 7, 不锈钢连接件 6与瓷砖 1间设置防碰撞尼龙隔垫 9。 其中不锈钢连 接件 6通过防腐蚀尼龙隔垫 15和沉头自攻自钻螺钉 8固定在金属型材龙骨 10上,不锈钢 压盖 2通过不锈钢沉头螺钉 3与不锈钢连接件 6连接在一起。瓷砖 1的规格种类很多,本 发明适用于大板块瓷砖, 即瓷砖规格尺寸主要在长、 宽大于或等于 300mm, 小于或等于 800mm, 厚度在 8mm-20mm的范围内选取。 本实施例中金属型材龙骨 10采用方形龙骨, 金属型材龙骨 10也可由其它形状的金属型材制成的龙骨替代,如 T形龙骨, H形龙骨等。 相应的钢制转接件 11的形状要根据采用龙骨的结构形式来确定。金属型材龙骨 10和钢制 转接件 11的规格、尺寸要根据瓷砖幕墙的设计要求确定。膨胀螺栓 13也可以有多种形式, 实现通过多种结构形式与建筑物主体构件 14连接。 不锈钢连接件 6是连接瓷砖 1与金属 型材龙骨 10的重要部件, 该不锈钢连接件 6的底板通过 2个沉头自攻自钻螺钉 8与金属 型材龙骨 10连接,底板与龙骨间被防腐蚀尼龙隔垫 15隔开, 防止不锈钢连接件 6与金属 型材龙骨 10的不同材料接触发生电化腐蚀; 不锈钢连接件 6与底板相连的是带有螺钉孔 的立臂, 该立臂穿过上、下相邻两块瓷砖 1间的缝隙, 由不锈钢压盖 2通过不锈钢沉头螺 钉 3与之相连接,将瓷砖 1夹持并固定。设置在瓷砖 1与不锈钢压盖 2的接触部位间的防 碰撞尼龙隔垫 7, 瓷砖 1与不锈钢连接件 6的接触部位间的防碰撞尼龙隔垫 9, 可以有效 地防止瓷砖 1因硬性接触而破坏; 不锈钢连接件 6设置防止不锈钢压盖 2旋转的限位挡,
即与不锈钢连接件 6的底板相连接的侧板, 限位挡露出上、 下相邻两块瓷砖 1间的缝隙, 以限制不锈钢压盖 2的旋转, 起到定位作用。左、右相邻两块瓷砖 1之间, 设置防止瓷砖 1窜动的尼龙限位块 5。 尼龙限位块 5通过两个不锈钢沉头自攻钉 4与金属型材龙骨 10 固定于上、 下、 左、 右相邻四块瓷砖的交接缝处, 该尼龙限位块 5将瓷砖 1的位置限定, 防止瓷砖 1左、 右方向的窜动。
安装作业时, 先进行金属型材龙骨组件的安装。 将钢制转接件 11 通过膨胀螺栓 13 与建筑主体构件 14连接固定,然后将金属型材龙骨 10通过紧固螺栓 19与钢制转接件 11 固定连接, 调整金属型材龙骨 10的正确位置, 将紧固螺栓 19完全固紧。 角型件 16通过 自攻自钻连接螺钉与金属型材龙骨 10固定,保温材料 17事先通过固定件 18与防水板 12 固定在一起, 然后整体通过自攻自钻螺钉与角型件 16连接固定, 用密封胶 20将防水板 2 与金属型材龙骨 10间的缝隙密封严密, 防止雨水的浸入。
然后进行瓷砖 1的安装。 将防腐蚀尼龙隔垫 15与不锈钢连接件 6先粘接在一起, 通 过 2个沉头自攻自钻螺钉 8按照正确位置与金属型材龙骨 10固定, 待所有的不锈钢连接 件 6固定完成后,通过放线测量每个不锈钢连接件 6的前后位置, 由厚度不一的防碰撞尼 龙隔垫 9与不锈钢连接件 6粘接,使每个防碰撞尼龙隔垫 9的前后位置一致,然后通过放 线测量每个不锈钢连接件 6的高低位置, 由厚度不一的调整垫 21与不锈钢连接件 6的立 臂粘接, 使每个调整垫 21的高低位置一致, 将合格的面材瓷砖 1推入正确位置, 调整尺 寸, 使瓷砖 1位置正确, 与相邻瓷砖平齐, 将事先粘好防碰撞尼龙隔垫 7的不锈钢压盖 2 通过不锈钢沉头螺钉 3与不锈钢连接件 6连接固定, 依次将瓷砖 1安装, 使缝隙平齐、美 观, 将尼龙限位块 5通过两个不锈钢沉头自攻钉 4与金属型材龙骨 10固定于四块瓷砖 1 的交接缝处, 该尼龙限位块 5将左、右方向瓷砖 1的位置限定, 防止瓷砖 1窜动。 以此循 环操作, 就完成了瓷砖幕墙的安装。
Claims
1、 一种分体夹持固定式瓷砖幕墙, 包括瓷砖及将瓷砖固定于建筑物主体构件上的金 属型材龙骨组件, 其特征在于: 所述金属型材龙骨组件包括金属型材龙骨、 防水板、 角型 件、钢制转接件及紧固螺栓、膨胀螺栓和各种连接螺钉, 金属型材龙骨通过钢制转接件固 定于建筑主体构件上,瓷砖利用不锈钢压盖与不锈钢连接件分体固定,不锈钢连接件通过 防腐蚀尼龙隔垫和沉头自攻自钻螺钉固定在金属型材龙骨上,不锈钢压盖通过不锈钢沉头 螺钉与不锈钢连接件连接在一起。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的分体夹持固定式瓷砖幕墙, 其特征在于: 所述金属型材龙 骨组件的防水板通过角型件和连接螺钉组装在金属型材龙骨上,金属型材龙骨与钢制转接 件通过紧固螺栓连接在一起, 钢制转接件通过膨胀螺栓与建筑主体构件固定连接在一起。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的分体夹持固定式瓷砖幕墙, 其特征在于: 所述不锈钢连接 件与瓷砖间设置防碰撞尼龙隔垫。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的分体夹持固定式瓷砖幕墙, 其特征在于: 所述不锈钢压盖 与瓷砖间设置防碰撞尼龙隔垫。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的分体夹持固定式瓷砖幕墙, 其特征在于: 所述不锈钢连接 件设置防止不锈钢压盖旋转的限位挡。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的分体夹持固定式瓷砖幕墙, 其特征在于: 左、 右相邻两块 所述瓷砖间的缝隙处, 设置防止瓷砖窜动的尼龙限位块。
