Abstract
The present invention relates to adjustment device (16) for injecting a fluid medium into a production tubing of a hydrocarbon well, which device comprises a housing (H) and a channel (60) which is arranged in the housing for directly or indirectly channeling a production fluid from an upstream section to a downstream section of the production tubing, which device further comprises an inlet arrangement (71) for receiving the fluid medium from a fluid medium source or reservoir and an outlet arrangement (17) for injecting the fluid medium into the channel, the outlet arrangement comprising at least one outlet opening (28) for the injection fluid. The outlet arrangement is arranged in the housing extendable and retractable between a first, retracted, inoperative position and a second, extended, operative position, in which second position the outlet arrangement extends into the channel such that the at least one outlet opening opens directly into the flow path of the production fluid.
