在本发明的智能多媒体电话亭,包括电话亭主体,电话亭主体延用传统电话亭建筑,在电话亭主体内安装有交互式多媒体信息构件 100 ,如图 1 所示,交互式多媒体信息构件 100 用于根据用户输入的多媒体数据请求,提供相应的多媒体数据服务,上述多媒体数据服务包括:静态图像数据、动态图像数据和音频数据的搜索、预览、购买和下载服务,交互式多媒体信息构件 100 包括壳体 110 ,在壳体 110 内设置有处理器 1 和嵌入式打印机 5 ,在壳体 110 上设置有由显示单元 21 和输入单元 22 构成的触摸式显示屏 2 、外设终端接口 3 、有线通信接口 4 、嵌入式打印机 5 的打印出口 51 、扬声器 6 和摄像头 7 ,触摸式显示屏 2 、外设终端接口 3 、有线通信接口 4 、嵌入式打印机 5 、扬声器 6 和摄像头 7 均分别与处理器 1 电连接,如图 2 所示。触摸式显示屏 2 用于接收用户输入的多媒体数据请求并发送到处理器 1 ;处理器 1 对该多媒体数据请求进行处理,以通过触摸式显示屏 2 和 / 或扬声器 6 ,将相应的多媒体数据服务提供给用户;通过外设终端接口 3 ,用户的终端设备与交互式多媒体信息构件 100 连接,将多媒体数据下载到用户的终端设备中,用户终端设备中的多媒体数据也可通过外设终端接口 3 上传到处理器 1 上;外设终端接口 3 还包括数据接口 31 和 / 或无线通信接口 32 ;互式多媒体信息构件 100 通过有线通信接口 4 经通信网络与数据服务中心进行数据交换;摄像头 7 用于采集用户的动态图形数据。
在本发明的一个实施例中,可以有多个数据接口 31 ,数据接口 31 可以是 USB 接口。
在本发明的一个实施例中,无线通信接口 52 可以是蓝牙接入点或 WiFi 接入点。
在本发明的一个实施例中,打印机还可以是外置式打印机 5 ,通过外设终端接口 3 的数据接口 31 与处理器 1 相连。
在本发明的一个实施例中,静态图像数据可以是电子书籍、电子报纸以及电子杂志、电子票以及电子优惠券和旅游信息;动态图像数据可以是电影视频;音频数据可以是音乐文件和翻译的语音文件。
在这个实施例中,智能多媒体电话亭被命名为 BuBo iBooth ,交互式多媒体信息构件 100 提供的静态图像数据服务中的电子书籍服务、电子报纸以及电子杂志服务分别被命名为 BuBo 书架和 BuBo 报亭,电子票以及电子优惠券服务被命名为 BuBo 电子票站;动态图像数据服务中的电影视频服务被命名为 BuBo 电影站;音频数据服务中的音乐文件服务被命名为 BuBo 音乐站;静态图像数据服务中的旅游信息服务和音频数据服务中的翻译的语音文件服务被命名为 BuBo 电子导游。并且, BuBo 书架里的电子书籍、 BuBo 报亭里的电子报纸和杂志、 BuBo 音乐站里的音乐以及 BuBo 电影站里的电影都具有完全加密和版权保护 。
其中, BuBo 书架作为一个电子书籍的推广、销售和分配频道运行。当一个用户访问 BuBo iBooth 时,用户可以使用触摸式显示屏 2 ,也可以与 BuBo iBooth 的虚拟管家交谈来与 BuBo 书架进行互动。之后,用户可以在 BuBo iBooth 里使用 BuBo 书架提供的服务,这些服务包括:搜索电子书籍、预览电子书籍、购买电子书籍和下载电子书籍到用户的手机或者是平板电脑上。
当用户选择搜索电子书籍时,显示屏 2 的界面如图 3 所示,用户可以选择语音输入按键与 BuBo iBooth 的虚拟管家交谈关于电子书籍的标题或者任何关键字来进行搜索,可以选择触摸显示屏 2 ,输入电子书籍的标题或者任何关键字来进行搜索。
当用户选择预览电子书籍时,他 / 她可以使用在 BuBo iBooth 里的显示屏 2 来预览选中的电子书籍。
当用户选择购买电子书籍时,显示屏 2 的界面如图 4 所示,用户可以根据之前所述的方法搜索出想要购买的电子书籍,然后可以通过两种方式来对选中的电子书籍付费。第一种方式是使用信用卡,电子书籍的费用将会在信用卡中心结算;第二种方式是使用安全认证的语音输入或者键入用户手机号码到 BuBo iBooth 的 BuBo 书架中,电子书籍的费用将在他们的手机服务提供商那里结算。付费完成后, BuBo 书架将会分流要下载的电子书籍,用户通过数据接口 31 或无线通信接口 32 ,将手机或者是平板电脑连接到智能多媒体电话亭上,就可以将购买的电子书籍直接下载到手机或者是平板电脑中。
当用户选择下载和 / 或更新电子书籍时,用户可以将装有移动版的 BuBo 书架的手机或者是平板电脑通过数据接口 31 或者无线通信接口 32 连接到 BuBo iBooth 上,然后使用从 BuBo 书架里购买的电子票来下载或者是跟新任何加密的电子书籍。
在 BuBo iBooth 中, BuBo 报亭 分为两个部分,第一部分是智能新闻机构,第二部分是电子报亭站。 BuBo 报亭提供的服务包括:搜索、预览、购买和下载电子报纸和 / 或电子杂志。
在智能新闻机构中, BuBo 报亭可以收集全世界范围内从不同的新闻机构翻译来的最近的新闻,并且自动地分类这些新闻。在此之后, BuBo 报亭还可以为 BuBo iBooth 将新闻转变成不同的格式,例如 HTML5 和附有图片集的文档新闻格式等。然后根据用户的习惯和偏好,以及客户选择的新闻格式,将新闻和杂志文章分流到用户的手机和平板电脑上,或者直接在 BuBo iBooth 的显示屏 2 上播放。用户搜索电子报纸和电子杂志时,显示屏 2 的控制界面如图 3 所示,用户可以通过选择语音输入按键与 BuBo iBooth 的虚拟管家交谈,来搜索电子报纸和电子杂志,也可以选择通过触摸显示屏 2 来进行搜索。当用户选择购买电子报纸和电子杂志时,显示屏 2 的操作界面与图 4 相同,同样可以使用信号卡或者是手机服务来实现购买付款。当用户完成付款后,用户可以将加密以及翻译过的电子报纸和电子杂志下载到手机、平板电脑设备,也可以在显示屏 2 上观看,这时显示屏 2 的操作界面如图 5 所示。
BuBo 报亭站主要是推广、销售和分配电子报纸和电子杂志。除此之外,用户可以在系统内预览、更新和下载他们的电子报纸或者是电子杂志。 BuBo 报亭同样可以将电子报纸和电子杂志自动翻译成任何一种语言。
在 BuBo iBooth 中, BuBo 音乐站是一个互动的音乐平台,它收集转化了格式的各种类型的音乐。 BuBo 音乐站提供的服务包括:搜索、预览、购买和下载音乐文件,其中的预览音乐文件,是对音乐文件进行试听。
通过 BuBo iBooth 虚拟管家和显示屏 2 ,用户可以用语音或者键盘输入来搜索任何音乐文件的连接。
用户可以试听任何 BuBo 音乐站里的音乐。如果用户希望购买这个音乐,他们可以用信用卡或者是他们的手机号来订购音乐,然后费用将会在信用卡中心或者是用户手机服务提供商那里被收取。付费之后, BUBO 音乐站将分流加密以及版权保护的音乐文件,用户的手机、智能手机或者是平板电脑等终端设备可以通过与数据接口 31 和 / 或无线通信接口 32 下载购买的音乐文件。
在 BuBo iBooth 中, BuBo 电影站是一个整合的电影平台系统。 BuBo 电影站提供的服务包括:搜索、预览、购买和下载电影视频,其中的预览电影视频,是对试用版的电影进行预览,其中的购买电影视频包括租售和购买两种方式。当用户进入 BuBo iBooth 并且选择 BuBo 电影站服务时,他们可以与 BuBo BuBo 虚拟管家进行语音互动也可以与显示屏 2 互动。用户可以搜索任何他们想要看的电影视频,完成付费后,可以将电影视频下载到他们的手机、平板电脑等或者是在 BuBo iBooth 里面观看。此外, BuBo 电影站可以向用户播放试用版的电影来给电影打广告。
其中,电影租售 / 购买的功能,使用户可以从 BuBo 电影站租用(在一段时间内)或者是购买他们喜欢的电影。用户可以选择用信用卡或者是手机号上付费,然后电子版电影的费用将会在用户的信用卡中心或者是用户的手机服务提供商那里相应地扣除。
在租售 / 购买电影视频之后, BuBo 电影站将加密和版权保护的电影视频分流,通过数据接口 31 和 / 或无线通信接口 32 ,用户可以将被分流的电影视频下载到他们的手机或者平板电脑等终端设备上。电影租售服务也可以提供连续的租售服务。没有继续订购的过期电影将被自动地销毁。
BuBo 电影站在一些农村和不发达的城市可以作为一个迷你电影院服务,通过付费后,用户可以通过 BuBo iBooth 高品质、高分辨率的显示屏 2 来观看 BuBo iBooth 里租售的电影视频。
用户可以观看 BuBo 电影站里的任何试用版电影。同时, BuBo iBooth 成为了一个互动的广告媒体。 BuBo 电影站可根据用户的喜好和偏爱来分流合适的试用版电影给用户预览。
在 BuBo iBooth 中, BuBo 电子导游提供基于人工智能的多语种游客旅游、旅途电子信息中心和翻译机构服务,它允许旅客搜索任何关于城市的旅行和旅游信息,例如,天气、地图、饭店、酒店、交通运输和紧急联系方式等。
BuBo 电子导游的特性是它可以与旅客使用旅客的母语来互动,除此之外, BuBo 电子导游可以作为游客和本地市民之间的一个类似自然语言翻译机,实时双语翻译他们之间的交谈。
此外,如果游客拥有一个 BuBo 兼容的智能手机或者掌上设备,他 / 她可以简单地将 BuBo 电子导游下载到他 / 她自己的设备里,因此他 / 她可以真正自由和方便地在一个外国的城市旅行。通过因特网使用 BuBo 手机或平板电脑的应用软件,游客可以下载多语种旅游信息。根据用户的偏好,这些信息将被 BuBo 手机或平板电脑的应用软件转换成文本、地图信息、图片或语音格式,此外,游客也可以在 BuBo iBooth 的显示屏 2 上阅读这些旅游和旅行信息。
在一个例子中, BuBo 电子导游作为一个基于自然语言的导游代理被使用。在这个例子中,一个日本的旅客旅行到韩国,并且这名旅客希望得到道路地图信息来帮助他从 A 点旅行到 B 点。首先,这名旅客进入 BuBo iBooth ,用日语询问道路地图, BuBo 电子导游将检测游客讲的语言并识别游客提的问题。在完成识别之后, BuBo 电子导游将搜索被问及的问题的答案。然后, BuBo 电子导游将答案文件转换成日语和韩语的文本、语音、地图和照片,然后把这些信息聚集到定位系统 BuBo Freewalker 支持的文件中,并且储存到临时储蓄服务器内。之后, BuBo 电子导游将形成 2D 条形码,让用户使用 BuBo Freewalker 的下载链接来获得答案。最终,这名日本的旅客可以根据喜好得到旅行和旅游的信息。
在另一个例子中, BuBo 电子导游作为游客和本地市民之间的一个基于自然语言的翻译代理使用。在这个例子中,一名中国游客到巴黎旅游,他想要去一家名为' MAXIM '的饭店用餐。他的英语不是很好,并且不懂法语。因此,他带着他安装了 BuBo Freewalker 的手机到 BuBo iBooth 。在 BuBo iBooth 中,他使用普通话向 BuBo 电子导游询问'今天' MAXIM '饭店的菜单是什么?并帮我订今天的特色菜。'然后, BuBo 电子导游分析这个问题,在 BuBo iBooth 明白这个问题之后,系统搜索今天 MAXIM 饭店的特色菜,然后将答案转换成用户选择的语言的文本。之后 BuBo 电子导游将答案的文本转换成法语音频的文件。通过使用相同的基于人工智能的双语翻译计划,这名中国的游客可以自由简单地与法国的市民交流,以及旅行到任何他想要去的地方。
在 BuBo iBooth 中, BuBo 电子票站提供的服务包括:搜索、预览、购买和下载电子票和 / 或优惠券。其中,电子票可以是一张电影票、音乐购买票、音乐会的票等。 BuBo 电子票站根据顾客的喜好,例如从 BuBo 书架购买电子书籍和文章,从 BuBo 书架和 BuBo 新闻站阅读电子书籍、电子杂志和电子新闻,在 BuBo 电影站看电影、购买和租用电影,在 BuBo 音乐站听音乐、购买音乐,以及通过 BuBo 电子导游查阅、获取旅行和旅游信息等来分流适合的电子票、 赠券和电子广告等给用户。如果用户需要打印票据,可以通过 打印机 5 来打印。
在一个例子中,用户使用 BUBO 电子票站购买一张电子票。首先,用户进入 BuBo iBooth ,他们可以通过与显示屏 2 互动来购买电子票。用户可以使用信用卡或者他们的手机号来订购电子票,然后电子订单的费用将会在信用卡中心或者是他们手机服务提供商那里交付。结束了付费程序后,用户可以使用 2D 条形码将电子票兑换到他们的手机或者是平板电脑中。
在另一个例子中, BuBo 电子票站分流电子票或者电子赠劵给目标客户。当用户进入 BuBo iBooth 后,享受电子票或者电子赠劵两种票据的相关服务。例如使用 BuBo 电子导游平台来查询合适的饭店道路地图,然后 BuBo 电子票站将分析用户的喜好,并且选择一些推荐饭馆的广告或者优惠劵给用户。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,只能多媒体电话亭提供的服务中的 BuBo 音乐站还能进行 卡拉 OK ( 唱歌训练模式) 。 BuBo 音乐站的卡拉 OK ( 唱歌训练模式 )服务,使用户在 BuBo iBooth 里可以运行一个歌唱训练模式。在这个实施例中, BuBo iBooth 可以提供一个无噪音和高品质的麦克风,通过数据接口 31 与交互式多媒体信息构件 100 相连接,让用户进行唱歌训练。此外,用户可以根据喜好下载唱歌训练记录到他们的平板电脑或手机里。在用户结束唱歌训练后,用户可以上传他们的得分和记录到 BuBo 音乐站,参加歌唱比赛。
以上所述为本发明实施方案的详细描述,不应解释为对本发明保护范围的限定。本发明的保护范围以所附权利要求书为准。在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,都应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种智能多媒体电话亭,包括电话亭主体,其特征在于,在所述电话亭主体内安装有交互式多媒体信息构件(100) ,其用于根据用户输入的多媒体数据请求,提供相应的多媒体数据服务,所述多媒体数据服务包括:静态图像数据、动态图像数据和音频数据的搜索、预览、购买和下载服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能多媒体电话亭,其特征在于,所述交互式多媒体信息构件(100)包括壳体(110),在所述壳体(110)内设置有处理器(1),在所述壳体(110)上设置有显示单元(21)、输入单元(22)和扬声器(6);所述显示单元(21)、输入单元(22)和扬声器(6) 分别与所述处理器(1)电连接;所述输入单元(22)用于接收用户输入的多媒体数据请求并发送到所述处理器(1);所述处理器(1) 对该多媒体数据请求 进行处理,以通过所述显示单元(21)和/或扬声器(6),将相应的多媒体数据服务提供给用户。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能多媒体电话亭,其特征在于, 在所述壳体(110)上还设置有与所述处理器(1)电连接的外设终端接口(3),其用于将用户的终端设备连接到所述交互式多媒体信息构件(100) ,以进行多媒体数据的下载和上传。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能多媒体电话亭,其特征在于,所述外设终端接口(3) 还包括数据接口(31)和/或无线通信接口(32)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的智能多媒体电话亭,其特征在于, 在所述壳体(110)上还设置有与所述处理器(1)电连接的有线通信接口(4);所述交互式多媒体信息构件(100) 通过所述有线通信接口(4),与数据服务中心进行数据交换。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的智能多媒体电话亭,其特征在于, 所述显示单元(21)和输入单元(22)构成触摸式显示屏(2)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的智能多媒体电话亭,其特征在于, 在所述壳体(110)上还设置有与所述处理器(1)电连接的摄像头(7)。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的智能多媒体电话亭,其特征在于, 在所述壳体(110)内设置有嵌入式打印机(5),所述嵌入式打印机(5) 的打印出口(51)位于所述壳体(110)上。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的智能多媒体电话亭,其特征在于, 所述交互式多媒体信息构件(100)还包括外置式打印机(5),所述外置式打印机(5) 通过所述外设终端接口(3),与所述处理器(1)相连。
