由以上本发明实施例提供的技术方案可见, 本申请实施例中 RNC ( Radio Network Controller, 无线网络控制器)接收用户终端 UE发送的小区更新请求 消息, 该小区更新请求消息中携带无线承载建立指示, 当指示为支持无线承载 建立时, RNC与基站之间建立无线链路, 当接收到基站返回的无线链路建立 成功的响应后, 向 UE发送建立业务的指示消息, 当 UE根据指示消息与基站 上行同步后, 接收 UE回复的无线承载建立完成消息, 无线承载建立完成消息 用于指示 UE与基站之间完成业务建立。 本发明实施例与现有技术不同, 无需 在建立业务时, 进行多个状态之间的迁移, 而是通过在小区更新请求消息中携 带支持无线承载建立的指示,使得用户终端可以在实现小区更新的流程中一步 到位建立业务, 由此降低了状态之间的迁移繁瑣程度, 减少了业务建立时间, 降低了 P2D时延。 附图说明

本发明实施例提供了业务建立方法、 系统、 无线网络控制器及用户终端, 本发明实施例通过在小区更新请求消息中携带支持无线承载建立的指示, 使得 用户终端可以在实现小区更新的流程中一步到位建立业务。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案, 并使本发明的上述目 的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂, 下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作 进一步详细的说明。
参见图 1 , 为本申请业务建立方法的第一实施例流程图:
步骤 101: RNC接收 UE发送的小区更新请求消息, 该小区更新请求消 息中携带无线承载建立指示。
步骤 102: 当无线承载建立指示为支持无线承载建立时, RNC与基站之 间建立无线链路。
RNC与基站之间建立无线链路包括 RNC向基站发送无线链路建立请求消 息, 然后接收基站返回的无线链路建立成功的响应消息。
步骤 103: 当接收到基站返回的无线链路建立成功的响应后, 向 UE发送 建立业务的指示消息。
RNC向 UE发送建立业务的指示消息时, 可以具体由 RNC向 UE发送小 区更新证实消息, 该小区更新证实消息中携带有业务建立参数; 或者, 也可以 由 RNC向 UE发送无线承载建立请求消息, 该无线承载建立请求消息中携带 有指示建立业务的信息。
步骤 104: 当 UE根据该指示消息与基站上行同步后, 接收 UE回复的无 线承载建立完成消息,该无线承载建立完成消息用于指示 UE与基站之间完成 业务建立。
由上述实施例可知, 其与现有技术的不同在于, 无需在建立业务时, 进行 多个状态之间的迁移,而是通过在小区更新请求消息中携带支持无线承载建立
的指示, 使得 UE可以在实现小区更新的流程中一步到位建立业务, 由此降低 了状态之间的迁移繁瑣程度, 减少了业务建立时间, 降低了 P2D时延。 参见图 2, 为本申请业务建立方法的第二实施例流程图, 该实施例示出了 RNC通过发送小区更新证实消息指示 UE建立业务的过程:
步骤 201: UE向 RNC发送小区更新请求消息, 该小区更新请求消息中 携带无线承载建立指示。
UE 处于连接模式时, 包括四种信道状态, 分别为 Cell-DCH 状态、 Cell-FACH状态、 Cell-PCH状态和 URA-PCH状态。其中,当 UE进入 Cell-PCH 状态时, 如果需要发起 CS ( circuit switching, 电路交换)主被叫, 则会触发 小区更新过程, 本申请实施例就是在小区更新过程中一步到位从 Cell-PCH状 态迁移到 Cell-DCH状态, 实现业务建立。
在小区更新过程中, UE向 RNC发送小区更新请求消息 ( Cell Update ), 该小区更新请求消息中携带有无线承载建立指示( RB SETUP Indicator ), 该无 线承载建立指示为小区更新请求消息中新增的信元,如果该信元的值为 "true" , 则表示支持在 d、区更新过程中进行业务建立。
步骤 202: RNC判断该指示为支持无线承载建立时, 向基站发送无线链 路建立请求消息。
RNC接收到小区更新消息后, 查看该消息中是否携带无线承载建立指示, 如果携带, 判断该指示的值是否为 "true" , 如果为 true, 则发起业务建立流程, 向基站发送无线链路建立请求消息 ( Rl Setup Requset )。
步骤 203: 基站在无线链路建立完成后, 向 RNC返回无线链路建立成功 的响应消息。
当基站完成无线链路建立后, 向 RNC返回无线链路建立成功的响应消息 ( Rl Setup Response )。无线链路是承载无线业务的基础,是业务建立的一部分, 无线链路的建立就包括从发送 Rl Setup Requset到接收了 Rl Setup Response的 过程。
步骤 204: RNC接收到无线链路建立成功的响应后, 向 UE发送小区更 新证实消息, 该小区更新证实消息中携带有业务建立参数。
当无线链路建立完成后, RNC向 UE发送小区更新证实消息(Cell Update Confirm ), 该小区更新证实消息中携带有业务建立参数, UE、 RNC及基站之 间可以根据这些参数建立业务。
这些业务建立参数具体可以包括:用于提供非接入层传输用户面数据的承 载的 RAB ( Radio Access Bearer, 无线接入 载 )参数; 用于提供 UE和 RNC 之间用户数据传送的承载的 RB ( Radio Bearer, 无线承载)参数。
步骤 205: UE根据小区更新证实消息与基站进行上行同步。
步骤 206:上行同步完成后,基站向 RNC发送无线链路恢复指示消息( RL RESTORE„
步骤 207: UE向 RNC回复无线^载建立完成消息, 该无线 载建立完成 消息用于指示 UE与基站之间完成业务建立。
由上述实施例可知, 其与现有技术的不同在于, 无需在建立业务时, 进行 多个状态之间的迁移,而是通过在小区更新请求消息中携带支持无线承载建立 的指示, 使得 UE可以在实现小区更新的流程中一步到位建立业务, 由此降低 了状态之间的迁移繁瑣程度, 减少了业务建立时间, 降低了 P2D时延。 参见图 3 , 为本申请业务建立方法的第三实施例流程图, 该实施例示出了 RNC通过发送无线承载建立请求消息指示 UE建立业务的过程:
步骤 301: UE向 RNC发送小区更新请求消息, 该小区更新请求消息中 携带无线承载建立指示。

RNC接收到小区更新消息后, 查看该消息中是否携带无线承载建立指示, 如果携带, 判断该指示的值是否为 "true" , 如果为 true, 则发起业务建立流程, 向基站发送无线链路建立请求消息 ( Rl Setup Requset )。
步骤 303: 基站在无线链路建立完成后, 向 RNC返回无线链路建立成功 的响应消息。
当基站完成无线链路建立后, 向 RNC返回无线链路建立成功的响应消息 ( Rl Setup Response )。无线链路是承载无线业务的基础,是业务建立的一部分, 无线链路的建立就包括从发送 Rl Setup Requset到接收了 Rl Setup Response的 过程。
步骤 304: RNC接收到无线链路建立成功的响应后, 向 UE发送无线承 载建立请求消息, 该无线承载建立请求消息中携带有指示建立业务的信息。
当无线链路建立完成后, RNC 向 UE发送无线承载建立请求消息 (RB SETUP ), 该无线承载建立请求消息中携带有指示建立业务的信息。
这些业务建立参数具体可以包括:用于提供非接入层传输用户面数据的承 载的 RAB ( Radio Access Bearer, 无线接入 载 )参数; 用于提供 UE和 RNC 之间用户数据传送的承载的 RB ( Radio Bearer, 无线承载)参数。
步骤 305: UE根据无线承载建立请求消息与基站进行上行同步。
步骤 306:上行同步完成后,基站向 RNC发送无线链路恢复指示消息( RL
RESTORE )。
步骤 307: UE向 RNC回复无线^载建立完成消息, 该无线 载建立完成 消息用于指示 UE与基站之间完成业务建立。

该业务建立系统包括: 无线网络控制器 RNC410和基站 420。
其中, 所述 RNC410, 用于接收用户终端 UE发送的小区更新请求消息, 所述小区更新请求消息中携带无线承载建立指示,当所述指示为支持无线承载 建立时, 与基站 420之间建立无线链路, 接收到无线链路建立成功的响应后, 向所述 UE发送建立业务的指示消息, 以及当所述 UE根据所述指示消息与基 站 420上行同步后, 接收所述 UE回复的无线承载建立完成消息, 所述无线承 载建立完成消息用于指示所述 UE与基站 420之间完成业务建立;
所述基站 420, 用于所述无线链路建立完成后, 向所述 RNC410返回无线 链路建立成功的响应。
具体的, 所述 RNC410向所述 UE发送的建立业务的指示消息, 包括: 小区更新证实消息或者无线承载建立请求消息,所述小区更新证实消息中 携带有业务建立参数,所述无线承载建立请求消息中携带有指示建立业务的信 息。 参见图 5, 为本申请无线网络控制器的实施例框图:
该无线网络控制器 RNC包括: 接收单元 510、 建立单元 520和发送单元

其中, 接收单元 510, 用于接收用户终端 UE发送的小区更新请求消息, 所述小区更新请求消息中携带无线承载建立指示;
建立单元 520, 用于当所述指示为支持无线承载建立时, 所述 RNC与基 站之间建立无线链路;
发送单元 530, 用于当接收到基站返回的无线链路建立成功的响应后, 向 所述 UE发送建立业务的指示消息;
所述接收单元 510, 还用于当所述 UE根据所述指示消息与基站上行同步 后, 接收所述 UE回复的无线承载建立完成消息, 所述无线承载建立完成消息 用于指示所述 UE与基站之间完成业务建立。
具体的, 建立单元 520可以包括(图 5中未示出):
发送消息单元, 用于向所述基站发送无线链路建立请求消息; 接收消息单元, 用于接收所述基站返回的无线链路建立成功的响应消息。 具体的, 发送单元可以至少包括下述一个单元(图 5中未示出): 第一发送单元, 用于向所述 UE发送小区更新证实消息, 所述小区更新证 实消息中携带有业务建立参数;
第二发送单元, 用于向所述 UE发送无线承载建立请求消息, 所述无线承 载建立请求消息中携带有指示建立业务的消息。 参见图 6, 为本申请用户终端的实施例框图:
该用户终端 UE包括: 发送单元 610、 接收单元 620、 同步单元 630和回 复单元 640。
其中, 发送单元 610, 用于向无线网络控制器 RNC发送小区更新请求消 息, 所述小区更新请求消息中携带无线承载建立指示;
接收单元 620, 用于接收所述 RNC发送的建立业务的指示消息, 所述指 示消息为所述无线承载建立指示为支持无线承载建立时, RNC 与基站之间建 立无线链路, 并接收到基站返回的无线链路建立成功的响应后, 所述 RNC发 送的指示消息;
同步单元 630, 用于根据所述指示消息与基站上行同步;
回复单元 640, 用于与所述基站上行同步后, 向所述 RNC回复无线承载 建立完成消息,所述无线承载建立完成消息用于指示所述 UE与基站之间完成 业务建立。
具体的, 接收单元 620可以包括至少一个下述单元(图 6中未示出): 第一接收单元, 用于接收所述 RNC发送的小区更新证实消息, 所述小区 更新证实消息中携带有业务建立参数;
第二接收单元, 用于接收所述 RNC发送的无线承载建立请求消息, 所述 无线承载建立请求消息中携带有指示建立业务的信息。 通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本申请实施例中 RNC接收用户终端 UE发 送的小区更新请求消息, 该小区更新请求消息中携带无线承载建立指示, 当指
示为支持无线承载建立时, RNC与基站之间建立无线链路, 当接收到基站返 回的无线链路建立成功的响应后, 向 UE发送建立业务的指示消息, 当 UE根 据指示消息与基站上行同步后, 接收 UE回复的无线承载建立完成消息, 无线 承载建立完成消息用于指示 UE与基站之间完成业务建立。本发明实施例与现 有技术不同, 无需在建立业务时, 进行多个状态之间的迁移, 而是通过在小区 更新请求消息中携带支持无线承载建立的指示,使得用户终端可以在实现小区 更新的流程中一步到位建立业务, 由此降低了状态之间的迁移繁瑣程度, 减少 了业务建立时间, 降低了 P2D时延。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用 硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实 施方式。基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡 献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储 介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围和不脱离本 发明的技术思想范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护 范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims
1、 一种业务建立方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
无线网络控制器 RNC接收用户终端 UE发送的小区更新请求消息, 所述 小区更新请求消息中携带无线承载建立指示;
当所述指示为支持无线承载建立时,所述 RNC与基站之间建立无线链路; 当接收到基站返回的无线链路建立成功的响应后, 向所述 UE发送建立业 务的指示消息;
当所述 UE根据所述指示消息与基站上行同步后, 接收所述 UE回复的无 线承载建立完成消息,所述无线承载建立完成消息用于指示所述 UE与基站之 间完成业务建立。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 RNC与基站之间建立 无线链路包括:
所述 RNC向所述基站发送无线链路建立请求消息;
接收所述基站返回的无线链路建立成功的响应消息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向所述 UE发送建立 业务的指示消息包括:
向所述 UE发送小区更新证实消息,所述小区更新证实消息中携带有业务 建立参数; 或者,
向所述 UE发送无线承载建立请求消息,所述无线承载建立请求消息中携 带有指示建立业务的信息。
4、一种业务建立系统,其特征在于, 包括: 无线网络控制器 RNC和基站, 所述 RNC, 用于接收用户终端 UE发送的小区更新请求消息, 所述小区 更新请求消息中携带无线承载建立指示, 当所述指示为支持无线承载建立时, 与基站之间建立无线链路, 接收到无线链路建立成功的响应后, 向所述 UE发 送建立业务的指示消息,以及当所述 UE根据所述指示消息与基站上行同步后, 接收所述 UE回复的无线承载建立完成消息,所述无线承载建立完成消息用于 指示所述 UE与基站之间完成业务建立;
所述基站, 用于所述无线链路建立完成后, 向所述 RNC返回无线链路建 立成功的响应。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 RNC向所述 UE发送 的建立业务的指示消息, 包括:
小区更新证实消息或者无线承载建立请求消息,所述小区更新证实消息中 携带有业务建立参数,所述无线承载建立请求消息中携带有指示建立业务的信 息。
6、 一种无线网络控制器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收用户终端 UE发送的小区更新请求消息, 所述小区更 新请求消息中携带无线承载建立指示;
建立单元, 用于当所述指示为支持无线承载建立时, 所述 RNC与基站之 间建立无线链路;
发送单元, 用于当接收到基站返回的无线链路建立成功的响应后, 向所述
UE发送建立业务的指示消息;
所述接收单元, 还用于当所述 UE根据所述指示消息与基站上行同步后, 接收所述 UE回复的无线承载建立完成消息,所述无线承载建立完成消息用于 指示所述 UE与基站之间完成业务建立。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的无线网络控制器, 其特征在于, 所述建立单元 包括:
发送消息单元, 用于向所述基站发送无线链路建立请求消息;
接收消息单元, 用于接收所述基站返回的无线链路建立成功的响应消息。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的无线网络控制器, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元 至少包括下述一个单元:
第一发送单元, 用于向所述 UE发送小区更新证实消息, 所述小区更新证 实消息中携带有业务建立参数;
第二发送单元, 用于向所述 UE发送无线承载建立请求消息, 所述无线承 载建立请求消息中携带有指示建立业务的消息。
9、 一种用户终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送单元, 用于向无线网络控制器 RNC发送小区更新请求消息, 所述小 区更新请求消息中携带无线承载建立指示;
接收单元, 用于接收所述 RNC发送的建立业务的指示消息, 所述指示消 息为所述无线承载建立指示为支持无线承载建立时, RNC 与基站之间建立无 线链路, 并接收到基站返回的无线链路建立成功的响应后, 所述 RNC发送的 指示消息;
同步单元, 用于根据所述指示消息与基站上行同步;
回复单元, 用于与所述基站上行同步后, 向所述 RNC回复无线^载建立 完成消息,所述无线承载建立完成消息用于指示所述 UE与基站之间完成业务 建立。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的用户终端, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元包括至 少一个下述单元,
第一接收单元, 用于接收所述 RNC发送的小区更新证实消息, 所述小区 更新证实消息中携带有业务建立参数;
第二接收单元, 用于接收所述 RNC发送的无线承载建立请求消息, 所述 无线承载建立请求消息中携带有指示建立业务的信息。
