Abstract

Our invention particularly refers to packed souvenir products and/or ready packages used for putting the product to be presented as gift and by pressing on the Record & Delete Button (3)and turning on the microphone (6) on it, the messages like music and speech loaded to the integrated circuit system placed in the package (1), can be heard by the user from the speaker (5) on the package by pressing the Playback button (2) without disturbing the surrounding people. This way, the person to whom the message is sent can get the message from the voice of the sending person. The message can be deleted by pressing again the Record & Delete Button (3). The system consists of Package/Box (1), Playback Button (2), Record & Delete Button (3), Light Sensor (4), Speaker (5) and Microphone (6).

Description

DESCRIPTION PACKAGE WITH AUDIO RECORDING AND PLAYBACK State of the Art:

Today the use of packaged products is increasing rapidly. With the development of technology, packages with different designs are produced especially in the sectors of food and souvenirs and thus the selling amounts are increased by attracting the attention of the buyer. Packaging and design are nested with modern industrial production. Design works that have great importance in every industrial segments are technical and scientific works also carried out in the package sector taking into consideration their critical functions, producer and consumer requirements. Today, serious producers consider to sell their products more easily with a quality package as well as to offer quality products to the consumers in order to hold a position in the market.

In industrialized countries, consumers are attracted by the attraction of the package when buying a product. Therefore, package design is an important matter in industrialized countries and the packages of the products in the shelves of the supermarkets of these countries compete each other in terms of look, attraction, colour, shape etc.

Packaging is also important in the souvenir sector as well as product packages. Package of a gift is becoming more remarkable than the gift itself. A well packaged gift both attracts the recipient and satisfies the giver. Usually, a card or note is attached in and/or on the package when sending a gift to a person far away or when giving a special gift. This card and/or note are used to convey messages or congratulation wishes.

For sending messages, there are greeting cards used in the market. However the audio messages in these cards are certain messages pre-recorded by the producer company. Persons cannot send a special message for themselves, therefore they have to use the written card attaching method. To overcome this problem, the utility model dated 17.08.2009 with no 2009/06317 registered at TPI with the title "Compact circuit that can record audio and emit light" refers to an integrated circuit system. This invention refers to the compact circuit that can be used in every boxes, packed products, folders, picture frames, promotion booklets and instruction manuals, daybooks and that, in picture frames, can record and playback any audio for a desired period to promote and advertise products; that can emit light and that consists of battery slot, capacitor, PCB Edge Socket, IC Audio Integrated Circuit, button, LDR, Rl (Resistance 1), R2 (Resistance 2), Dl (Led 1), R3 (Resistance 3), D2 (Led 2) and speaker.

The above mentioned system refers directly to integrated circuit system and cannot be protected by utility model. Integrated circuit refers to a product at the intermediary or final form, designed to perform an electronic function or similar functions, that has at least one active element where some or all connections are combined in and/or on a piece of material. The original integrated circuit topographies are included within the scope of protection by a registration certificate as of 22 April 2004 through the Law on the Protection of Integrated Circuit Topographies no 5147 dated 22.04.2004.

The above mentioned invention needs to be protected directly by integrated circuit topography and there is no mention about any product and its application method that can be a subject of utility model. On the contrary, the products where the integrated circuit system can be used are described imaginarily.

On the other hand, there are many integrated circuit systems in the market that can record audio. The integrated circuit system mentioned in the above invention is not a product that can be applied in packages with serial production. The increase of production costs directly affects the sales and production of the product. Besides, the concerned product is designed to record and playback the promotion booklets and user manuals in the package. That is, there is a standard record installed to the package by the producer during the production stage. The system of this utility model allows to overcome the above mentioned problems.

The Characteristics and Advantages of the Package that can Record and Playback Audio:

The invention of this utility model can be used in all products that can be packaged and it can also be sold. Especially for the gifts purchased in stores for special days, these packages can be used in line with the customer request to ensure customer satisfaction.

Contrary to the existing systems, it allows the customer to record message special to a desired person instead of messages that are recorded as a standard in the production stage.

The product of this utility model removes the necessity to write separate notes in and/or on the gift package and allows transmission of the audio message. When the product which is sent in an envelope or bag in the optional model with a sensor inside is taken out from the envelope and/or bag, the sensor is engaged and runs the system thus allowing the receiving person hears the message automatically.

The technical solutions intended by the invention:

1. Contrary to the current system, it has a simple integrated circuit system and therefore it allows serial production with high quantities and low cost.

2. The record button on it allows recording of the audio/message automatically for a certain period, thus the person to give/send the gift doesn't need to use any additional note and/or greeting card to convey his/her message to the recipient. Description of the Figures

Our invention particularly refers to packed souvenir products and/or ready packages used for putting the product to be presented as gift and by pressing on the Record & Delete button (3) and turning on the microphone (6) on it, the messages like music and speech loaded to the integrated circuit system placed in the package (1), can be heard by the user from the speaker (5) on the package by pressing the Playback button (2) without disturbing the surrounding people. This way, the person to whom the message is sent can get the message from the voice of the sending person. The message can be deleted by pressing the Record & Delete Button (3).

The system consists of Package/Box (1), Playback Button (2), Record & Delete Button (3), Light Sensor (4), Speaker (5) and Microphone (6). The package/box (1) of this utility model is produced by a simple integrated system installed in the internal part by the producer during the production stage. There is a small watch battery in the internal part to operate the integrated circuit system. By pressing the Record & Delete Button (3)on the top of the package (1), the person wishing to give the gift can record his/her message to the package with his/her own voice. If he/she doesn't like recorded message, it is possible to delete the message by pressing the Record & Delete Button (3). The package (1) can receive audio through the Microphone (6) designed based on the integrated circuit system. The receiving person can easily listen to the message through the Speaker (5) on the top section of the package by pressing the Playback Button (2) in the same place. Thus, there is no need to attach any note or greeting card in and/or on the gift.

The concerned package (1) can be sold for the consumer to make packaging and the producers especially in the food and souvenir sector can sell their products within this package. For example, especially the chocolate and confectionery boxes can be produced with special designs that reflect the product quality in a manner to satisfy the pleasure of eye of the receiving person. If these products are put in the audio packaging box, the person can give the gift to the receiving person with his/her special message in special days (valentine day, birth day etc).

Similarly, if the stores produce packages specially designed for their products using the system of this utility model, they will have a preference in the eye of the consumer for gift packages in special days. Also the company advertisement and/or catchword can be recorded for the advertisement purposes.

The product is designed for serial production in high quantities with low cost thanks to its simple integrated circuit system. In the market, there are ready packages and wrapping papers sold for the packaging of gifts or externally purchased unpacked products for the use of the consumers. The product of this utility model can be sold for personal use of the consumer in the market, it can also have automatic operation feature with a sensor to be placed in the system where the sensor detects the light when the gift is delivered in an envelope and/or bag (e.g., by courier, mail or in person). It is possible to improve by many variations in terms of visual and material.

Claims

1. Package With Audio Recording and Playback for placing the souvenir and/or gift products characterized by that it consists of Package/Box (1), Playback Button (2), Record & Delete Button (3), Light Sensor (4), Speaker (5) and Microphone (6).

2. Package With Audio Recording and Playback according to Claim 1 characterized by that it consists of a Record & Delete Button (3) allowing the message to be recorded in the integrated circuit system by pressing on it and to be deleted by pressing the same.

3. Package With Audio Recording and Playback according to Claim 1 characterized by that it consists of a Light Sensor (4) allowing the recorded message to be played when light is detected.

4. Package With Audio Recording and Playback according to Claim 1 characterized by that it consists of a Playback Button (2) allowing the recorded message to be heard through the Speaker (5).

5. Package With Audio Recording and Playback according to Claim 1 characterized by that it consists of a Microphone (6) that is engaged by pressing the Record & Delete Button (3)to record the message.
