- each piece of identification information must not be impersonated. If the identification information alone can be camouflaged, prepare another password so that other people's identification information cannot be used. That is, the permission information is recorded together with a preset password, and access authentication is performed using three sets of operated-side identification information, operating-side identification information, and password.
- the remote operation request reception unit 142 receives a remote operation request from the operation side terminal 120, and notifies the control message transmission unit 143 if the request is an operation for which access is permitted.
- the control message transmission unit 143 generates a control message and transmits it to the operated terminal 100 in response to the notification from the remote operation request reception unit 142.
- This control message is transmitted using conventional communication means such as mail or SMS.
- the reason for using these communication means is that the operated terminal represented by the mobile phone terminal is a communication tool in the first place. That is, in a mobile phone terminal equipped with various applications and having high functions, functions and applications that are frequently used can be broadly classified into functions and applications that are not often used. However, communication functions such as a telephone function, a mail function, and an SMS function are functions that can be expected to always be activated regardless of whether or not a server function is installed because of the original role of the mobile phone terminal as a communication tool. Focusing on this point, the control message is transmitted using electronic mail or SMS.
- the control message transmission unit 143 can add information indicating that the message is sent from the remote operation system to the mail or SMS to be transmitted, and can identify whether the message is a normal mail or SMS, or a control message of this system. Then send.
- the communication transfer unit 144 receives and holds the connection from the communication control unit 106, and when there is a connection from the remote operation unit 123 of the operation side terminal 120 having permission to access the operated side terminal 100. , Transfer this to the held connection.
- the operated-side terminal 100 registers a terminal or a user permitted to perform remote operation on this terminal in the relay server 140 (step S100).
- the user inputs his / her operated side identification information and the permitted operation side identification information of the other party through the user interface providing unit 101, and transmits the information from the access permission setting unit 102 to the relay server 140.
- the access permission information management unit 141 stores these pieces of information as permission information that is information related to access authentication.
- the operation side terminal 120 requests the relay server 140 for remote operation (step S101). More specifically, the remote operation request transmission unit 122 transmits a remote operation request to the relay server 140 based on an input from the user performed via the user interface providing unit 121. Here, it is assumed that the content of the requested remote operation is the start of the remote operation, and the remote operation request transmission unit 122 transmits a message indicating the start of the remote operation, its own operation side identification information, and the target of the other party to perform the remote operation.
- the remote operation start request including the operation side identification information is transmitted to the remote operation request receiving unit 142.
- the remote operation request receiving unit 142 of the relay server 140 receives the remote operation request transmitted from the remote operation request transmitting unit 122, and sets the operation side identification information and the operated side identification information included in the remote operation request. Is determined to be permitted (step S102). Whether or not a set of identification information is permitted is determined to be permitted when the same set of identification information is stored in the access permission information management unit 141.
- the remote operation request receiving unit 142 when receiving the remote operation request, the remote operation request receiving unit 142 outputs the operated side identification information included in the received remote operation request to the access permission information managing unit 141. Based on the operated-side identification information output from the remote operation request receiving unit 142, the access permission information managing unit 141 sends the permission information registered by the operated terminal indicated by the information to the remote operation request receiving unit 142. Output. That is, the access permission information management unit 141 has permission information set by a plurality of operated terminals, but the operated terminal input from the remote operation request receiving unit 142 among the permission information. The permission information corresponding to the information is selected and output to the remote operation request receiving unit 142.
- the remote operation request receiving unit 142 compares the set of the operation side identification information and the operated side identification information included in the permission information with the set of the operation side identification information and the operated side identification information included in the remote operation request. Determine whether remote operation is allowed.
- the access permission information management unit 141 extracts the operation side identification information included in the selected permission information and outputs it to the remote operation request reception unit 142.
- the remote operation request reception unit 142 includes the access permission information management unit.
- the operation side identification information input from 141 may be compared with the operation side identification information included in the remote operation request.
- the remote operation request reception unit 142 determines that the combination of the operation side identification information and the operated side identification information is permitted as a result of the comparison, the remote operation request reception unit 142 transmits information necessary for transmitting the control message to the control message transmission unit 143. Notify The information notified from the remote operation request receiving unit 142 to the control message transmitting unit 143 includes a telephone number and a mail address according to the control message transmission method in addition to the information related to the control content specified in the remote operation request. Is included. If it is determined as a result of the comparison that the request is not permitted, the received remote operation request is discarded.
- the control message transmission unit 143 generates a control message based on the notification from the remote operation request reception unit 142.
- the control message transmission unit 143 since the control content specified in the remote operation request is the start of the remote operation, the control message transmission unit 143 generates a control message that is a message requesting the start of the remote operation, and the operated terminal 100 (Step S103). It is assumed that the control message is transmitted using e-mail, SMS, or a similar communication function as described above.
- the control message transmission unit 143 transmits the control message by designating the mail address or telephone number notified from the remote operation request reception unit 142 as the transmission destination address.
- the operated-side terminal 100 receives the message at the control message receiving unit 103, the operated-side terminal 100 identifies whether the message is a control message transmitted by the control message transmitting unit 143 of the relay server 140.
- the control message receiving unit 103 treats the received messages other than the control message as conventional mail or SMS and passes them to the corresponding application.
- the control message is passed to the server control unit 104.
- the server control unit 104 determines the content of the control message input from the control message receiving unit 103 and performs control such as activation and stop of the in-terminal server 105 (step S104).
- control message is a control message related to the start of remote operation
- the server control unit 104 performs control to activate the in-terminal server 105.
- the communication control unit 106 connects to the relay server 140.
- the relay server 140 receives this connection at the communication transfer unit 144 and confirms the connection source. In the case of an operated terminal registered in the access permission information management unit 141, the relay server 140 holds the connection. If there is no registration, the connection is refused. Further, when the remote operation unit 123 of the operation side terminal 120 is connected to the relay server 140, the communication transfer unit 144 receives this, confirms the connection source, and is an operation side terminal registered in the access permission information management unit 141. Transfers this to the connection of the paired operated terminal. If there is no registration, the connection is rejected (step S105).
- the operation side terminal 120 uses the connection transferred through the relay server 140 to connect to the in-terminal server 105 of the operated side terminal 100 and remotely operates the function of the operated side terminal 100 (step S106). .
- the operation side terminal 120 notifies the operated side terminal 100 of the function of the operated side terminal 100 to be executed and the execution content thereof via the relay server 140, and the in-terminal server 105 passes through the communication control unit 106. Necessary functions are executed according to the input notification content from the operation side terminal 120.
- the in-terminal server 105 outputs information obtained as a result of the execution, and transmits the information from the communication control unit 106 to the operation side terminal 120 via the relay server 140.
- the in-terminal server 105 also has a function as an information server that provides information stored in the terminal in response to a request from the operation side terminal 120.
- the operation side terminal 120 requests the relay server 140 to end the remote operation (step S107).
- the remote operation request transmission unit 122 transmits a remote operation end request including a message indicating the end of the remote operation, its own operation side identification information, and the operated party identification information of the other party whose remote operation is to be ended to the relay server 140. To do.
- the remote operation request receiving unit 142 of the relay server 140 receives the remote operation end request, which is information regarding the end of the remote operation transmitted from the remote operation request transmitting unit 122, and includes the operation side included in the remote operation end request. It is determined whether the combination of the identification information and the operated-side identification information is permitted (S108). Whether the set of identification information is permitted is determined by the remote operation request receiving unit 142 as in the above-described determination process at the start of the remote operation. The remote operation request receiving unit 142 determines that the identification information set included in the remote operation end request is permitted when it is stored in the access permission information management unit 141 as permission information.
- the remote operation request receiving unit 142 When the remote operation request receiving unit 142 permits the remote operation end request regarding the end of the remote operation as a result of the above determination process, the remote operation request receiving unit 142 notifies the control message transmitting unit 143 of the remote operation request.
- the notified information includes information related to the end of the remote operation and the telephone number and mail address of the operated terminal.
- control message transmitting unit 143 When the control message transmitting unit 143 receives a notification regarding the end of the remote operation from the remote operation request receiving unit 142, the control message transmitting unit 143 generates a control message that is a message requesting the end of the remote operation and transmits the control message to the operated terminal 100. (Step S109).
- the operated-side terminal 100 receives the message at the control message receiving unit 103, the operated-side terminal 100 identifies whether the control message is a control message transmitted by the control message transmitting unit 143. Other than the control message, it is handled as conventional mail or SMS and passed to the corresponding application. On the other hand, in the case of a control message, it is passed to the server control unit 104.
- the server control unit 104 determines from the content of the control message that the control message is a notification regarding the end of the remote operation, and performs control to stop the in-terminal server 105 and end the remote operation (step S110).

- Server stop means may be provided. According to this configuration, for example, even when the user of the operation side terminal 120 forgets the remote operation end request, the operated side terminal can appropriately stop the server at its own judgment without bothering the user. it can.
- the server control unit 104 may be configured to clear the timer value each time there is communication performed through the communication control unit 106 and terminate the server function after a predetermined time has elapsed since the last communication.
- the time set by the timer may be set differently depending on the function used. For example, since the user of the operation side terminal 120 who wants to know the current location of the user of the operated side terminal 100 only needs to obtain the positioning information, there is no problem even if the server activation time is short. On the other hand, it is desirable that the server has been activated for a long time for the user of the operation side terminal who wants to browse photos. As described above, since the time during which the server is activated varies depending on the required service, the server control unit 104 sets a different timer value according to the function to be used, and sets the server in the terminal after a predetermined time has elapsed. You may perform control to complete
