- the core network device and the method for processing the LIPA connection provided by the present invention are described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
- the LIPA connection in the 3GPP Release 10 phase does not support mobility.
- the LIPA connection needs to be activated before the handover.
- the LIPA connection in the R11 phase can support mobility.
- the connection can be maintained as long as certain conditions are met during handover.
- the prior art does not propose how to handle the LIPA connection in the above scenario.

Description
H(e) B ( Home (evolved)
1 ) 家庭基站接入控制, 具体为判断终端是否满足接入到家庭基站的控制要求, 也即 判断终端是否有权限通过某个家庭基站接入网络;
步骤 S301 , 切换即将发生时, 如果终端已有 LIPA连接, 则家庭基站向 MME发送一 个指示 E-UTRAN本地连接切换指示 E-UTRAN Local Connection HO Indication ( E-UTRAN 本地连接切换指示)消息表明此时即将发生切换, 消息中的目标标识 Target ID表明切换目 标基站的标识;
PDN去连接 MME requested PDN disconnection ( MME请求的 PDN去连接)过程释放该连 接; 否则发起去附着过程;
确定 UE需进行切换且已激活 LIPA连接时, 向核心网设备发送指示消息;
指示消息接收单元, 用于接收源家庭基站确定 UE需进行切换且已激活 LIPA连接时, 所发送的指示消息;
指示消息发送单元,用于确定 UE需进行切换且已激活 LIPA连接时, 向核心网设备发 送指示消息;

步骤 S401 , 接收源家庭基站确定 UE需进行切换且已激活 LIPA连接时, 所发送的指 示消息;
1、 对于激活了 LIPA连接的终端, 家庭基站在切换发生之前向作为核心网控制节点的 核心网设备发送指示消息即第一消息, 其中包含目标基站的标识信息如基站标识、 小区标 识等, 如果目标基站为家庭基站,还应包含目标基站的闭合用户群标识、接入模式等信息;
a )基本接入控制, 即判断 UE是否满足接入到目标基站的接入控制要求, 如果是, 则 进入下一步判决, 否则进入第 4步;
b ) LIPA连接判决, 判断 UE是否能够在保持 LIPA连接的情况下实现切换, 如判断 UE是否满足接入到请求接入的本地网络的接入控制要求及目标基站为与源家庭基站是否 连接到同一本地网关, 如果是, 则进入第 4步, 否则进入第 3步;
束; 对于 UMTS系统, 则不需要进行去附着判断, 直接发起 LIPA连接释放过程;
步骤 S601 , 接收源家庭基站确定 UE需进行切换且已激活 LIPA连接时, 所发送的第 一消息, 并启动如下判决过程;
步骤 S602判断目标基站是否为宏基站, 如果是, 则直接执行步骤 S605 , 若果目标基 站是家庭基站, 则进入步骤 S603;
步骤 S603 , 进行基本接入控制, 判断基本接入控制是否成功, 如果成功则执行步骤 S604, 否则执行步骤 S608; 基本接入控制判断过程是现有过程, 判断所需参数由第一消息 提供, 包括目标基站标识、 小区标识、 闭合用户群标识、 接入模式等;
步骤 S604, 如果基本接入控制成功, 核心网设备继续判断 LIPA连接是否能保持, 核 心网设备可以通过 UE的签约数据、配置信息和第一消息中携带的参数判断 LIPA连接能否 保持。 如果判断结果为是, 则执行步骤 S607, 否则执行步骤 S605;
步骤 S605 , 对于 LTE系统, 核心网设备判断该 LIPA连接是否为 UE的最后一个 IP 连接, 如果是, 进入步骤 S609, 否则进入步骤 S606, 对于 UMTS系统, 执行步骤 S606; 步骤 S606 , 核心网设备发起 LIPA连接释放过程;
步骤 S607, LIPA连接释放成功或 LIPA连接可以继续保持, 则核心网控制节点返回第 二消息, 其中携带接入成功消息, 表明家庭基站可以执行切换相关操作;
步骤 S608,如果基本接入控制失败,则核心网设备返回携带接入失败信息的第二消息, 接入失败信息为 UE不能接入目标小区;
步骤 S701 , 源家庭基站向 MME发送第一消息, 其中包含目标家庭基站的小区标识、 基站标识及闭合用户群标识等;
a ) MME进行家庭基站基本接入控制, 由于目标基站闭合用户群标识已签约, 基本接 入控制成功;
步骤 S703 , MME向源家庭基站返回携带接入成功信息的第二消息;
步骤 S801 , 家庭基站向核心网设备 SGSN发送第一消息,其中包括了目标基站的相关 标识如小区标识等;
步骤 S802, SGSN根据第一消息可知目标小区为宏基站, 因此判断 LIPA连接不能保 持;
LIPA连接;
步骤 S804, LIPA连接释放完成后 SGSN向家庭基站返回携带接入成功信息的第二消 息;
1 ) 收到第一消息, 由于目标小区是家庭基站小区, 将执行基本接入控制过程;
步骤 S901 , 源家庭基站向 MME发送第一消息, 其中包含目标家庭基站的小区标识、 基站标识、 闭合用户群标识等;
a ) MME进行家庭基站基本接入控制, 由于目标基站闭合用户群标识已签约, 基本接 入控制成功;
步骤 S904 , MME向源家庭基站返回携带接入成功信息的第二消息;
