REIVINDICAÇÕES
lâ) "DISPOSITIVO MULTIFUNCIONAL DE AUXILIO À ESCRITA, LEITURA E DESENHO", mais precisamente trata-se de um instrumento de medida (IM) do tipo que inclui medidas padronizadas (em centímetros e milímetros, polegadas e frações, e outras de angulações), gabaritos e marcadores que promovem a praticidade e versatilidade durante a utilização da régua; caracterizado por um dispositivo multifuncional de auxilio à escrita, leitura e desenho, inclusive, régua (1) ser conformado em peça única laminar (2), onde a borda lateral (2a) contempla três setores de ondulações (SO), sendo que cada setor apresenta-se com uma sequência de ondulações de amplitudes diferentes do setor adjacente; a borda lateral (2b), oposta à lateral (2a), é retilínea, enquanto que a extremidade (2f) se desenvolve em arco e a extremidade oposta é retilínea e contempla pelo menos três recortes em "V" (3), cada qual com uma dimensão angular, mais especificamente correspondendo aos ângulos de 30°, 90° e 45°, espaçados regularmente; a superfície frontal (2c) e posterior (2d) são dotadas de marcações de graduação (MG1) de medidas, sendo que na superfície frontal (2c) são previstas marcações de graduação (MG1) em centímetro onde a cada traço de medida inteira corresponde um orifício transpassante (2e); na marcação correspondente a 0,5cm, especificamente entre as marcações de 1 e 2cm é praticado outro orifício (2e'), enquanto que na superfície posterior (2d) as marcações de graduação (MG1) apresenta-se em polegadas onde os orifícios transpassantes (2e) não apresentam alinhamento correspondente com a graduação numérica; na região da extremidade em arco (2f) é aplicada outra marcação de graduação (MG2) configurando um transferidor de graus; na borda retilínea entre a extremidade em arco (2f) e próximo a marcação de graduação (MG2) de medida é previsto um recorte (4) configurado por curto trecho retilíneo (4a) seguido de setor alongado (4b) ligeiramente arqueado e concordante com a borda (2b), recorte (4) este que configura elemento de marcação de conferência ou ciência.
