咖啡机是饮料萃取装置中的一种, 咖啡机的饮料萃取方向主要有水平和竖直两个方 向。 为使操作方便, 现有的咖啡机有实现自动脱包的功能。
如一专利号为 ZL94193279.6(公告号为 CN1130345Y)的中国发明专利 《定量袋装磨 碎咖啡的包装和使用这种包装咖啡的压力式咖啡机》披露了一种允许咖啡包自动掉落的 咖啡机结构, 该咖啡机虽然可使咖啡袋脱落, 但需专门设计驱动挡块转动的结构, 使得 结构显得复杂, 而且其在说明书中没有给出具体驱动挡块转动的机械结构。
为此本申请人发明了一种结构简单合理、 操作稳定方便、 手感好的咖啡机, 专利号 为 ZL2007201 1081 1.2 (公告号为 CN20I 044719Y)的中国实用新型专利《咖啡机中咖啡包 的自动脱落机构》披露了这样一种咖啡机, 其特征在于第二机件两侧各活动连接有一夹 板, 两夹板的前端均具有弯折延伸至第二机件前端面的阻挡部, 该两阻挡部间隔设置以 形成可搁置咖啡包的搁置部, 夹板前端可相对第二机件张合, 夹板的前部沿髙度方向设 有第一轴, 夹板的后部沿高度方向设有第二轴, 而在机座上设有两对以给相应夹板的第 一轴和第二轴上下端导向的导槽, 每对导槽由上导槽和下导槽组成, 且在每对导槽和对 应第一轴的导向配合作用下可在第二机件后退过程中至少驱动夹板前端相对第二机件 进行一次张合。
虽然前述咖啡机结构有所改进, 但导槽的结构比较复杂, 不易在机座上加工出导槽 结构: 另外前述专利在脱包过程中可能出现咖啡包吸附在第二机件的前端面上, 导致即 使夹板张幵, 咖啡包也不易脱落, 另外还需要在第一机件内设置弹簧, 以保证在第二机 件后移过程中, 将咖啡包向外相对第一机件弹出一定距离, 才能保证夹板能将咖啡包完 全夹离第一机件的凹腔。 因此前述专利还可作进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种送包脱包更为顺 畅的饮料萃取装置, 该机构还具有结构简单合理的优点。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为: 一种方便脱包的饮料萃取装置,包 括有机座及设置在机座内的第一机件和第二机件,第一机件内具有容装带环形边沿的饮 料包的容置腔, 第二机件可相对第一机件前后滑移; 其特征在于: 还包括两夹板, 所述 两夹板分别活动连接在所述第二机件左右两侧并能随第二机件前后滑移, 两夹板的前端 延伸至第二机件前端面而能夹持饮料包, 同时所述两夹板通过轴槽导向配合结构与机座
- 1 - 确认本 相连,所述夹板在该轴槽导向配合结构作用下可使第二机件在前移到中间状态时驱动夹 板前端相对第二机件张开, 而在第二机件后移到中间状态时驱动夹板前端相对第二机件 合拢; 两引导板, 约束在机座内左右两侧并仅能前后滑移, 引导板的前端具有内凸的推 动部, 该推动部是用以推动饮料包的环形边沿的, 第一机件的容置腔侧壁上开有供推动 部容置的缺口, 所述各引导板的后部开有前端呈向前向外张开走向的引导槽, 所述轴槽 导向配合结构中的轴能在引导槽内滑移并能带动引导板前后移动。
优选地, 上述两夹板的前端均具有弯折延伸至第二机件前端面的阻挡部,该两阻挡 部间隔设置以形成可搁置咖啡包的搁置部。 通过阻挡部对饮料包的阻挡, 能将饮料包定 位在第二机件的前端面上, 即夹持住饮料包。
优选地, 上述夹板上的阻挡部的内端面下部为一向外弯的弧面。 这样可保证在夹板 合拢状态下, 阻挡部的内端面下部对咖啡包有一定的支撑作用, 可使咖啡包更稳定搁置 在由两阻挡部间隔设置而形成可搁置咖啡包的搁置部上。
优选地, 上述轴槽导向配合结构为, 在各夹板的前部沿高度方向设有第一轴, 各夹 板的后部沿高度方向设有第二轴; 所述机座上设置有用以给相应夹板的第一轴和第二轴 导向的两组导向槽, 导向槽的前端呈向前向外张开走向, 即在导向槽与第- 轴导向配合 作用下可使第二机件在一次前移和后退过程中驱动夹板前端相对第二机件进行一次张 合; 所述引导板的后部开有前端呈向前向外张幵走向的引导槽, 相应夹板的第一轴始终 位于该引导槽内并能相对滑移, 同时在饮料包前端部分进入容置腔状态下, 两夹板相对 张幵且第一轴位于引导槽最前端而能带动引导板前移; 在两夹板合拢且第一轴位于引导 槽最后端状态下, 第一轴将带动引导板后移并使饮料包脱离容置腔。
通过两个轴与槽的配合, 保证夹板平稳相对第二机件张合, 当然, 也可采用类似的 能满足第二机件在一次前移和后退过程中驱动夹板前端相对第二机件进行一次张合的 其它轴槽配合方式, 如对槽的外形作出相应变化即可
优选地, 上述导向槽由后直槽部、 前直槽部及连接后直槽部和前直槽部的斜槽部组 成, 其中斜槽部向前向外倾斜设置; 所述引导槽由后直槽、 前直槽及连接后直槽和前直 槽的斜槽组成, 其中斜槽向前向外倾斜设置, 所述第二轴始终位于后直槽部内滑移; 在 饮料包前端部分进入容置腔状态下, 所述第一轴位于前直槽部内且同时位于前直槽最前 端。 以上为向前向外张开走向的导向槽和引导槽具体结构方式, 该导向槽和引导槽具有 结构简单加工方便的优点。
进一步改进, 上述第一机件的左右两侧设有沿其轴向设置的插槽, 所述各引导板的 前端具有插板, 该插板插入所述插槽内并能前后滑移, 所述推动部设置在插板上。 引导 板的前部与第一机件之间通过插板和插槽的配合, 使引导板更好地约束在机座内并确保 引导板只能相对机座前后滑移。
优选地, 上述第二机件的两侧分别设有凸轴, 所述夹板的中部开有一横向内径大于 凸轴直径的插孔, 所述凸轴穿设在该插孔内。 当然该夹板还可采用其它结构设置在第二 机件侧部, 如在夹板的内端面设置一球形凹槽, 凸轴的端部设计成和球形凹槽相配球头 状, 装配时将凸轴的端部容置入夹板的球形凹槽内, 这样夹板便可相对第二机件张合。 还可将凸轴设计成向上的弯折状, 所述的夹板至上而下套设在该凸轴上, 这样夹板也可 相对第二机件张合。 该结构可相应变化出很多种。
优选地, 上述机座由上壳和下壳对合连接而成, 这样便于将其它各部件组装到机座 内, 所述两组导向槽设置在下壳的左右两侧, 所述上壳内的左右两侧设有仅供第二轴的 上端在其内滑移的直槽。 直槽对第二轴的上端具有引导作用, 可使夹板的动作更平稳。
为进一步对引导板进行约束限位, 上述上壳内还设有对引导板进行前后导向的限位 槽。 更好保证引导板只能相对机座前后平稳滑移。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:饮料包先被夹持在夹板前端的两阻挡部之间, 饮料包随第二机件和夹板的前移, 在轴槽导向配合结构的作用下, 使夹板前端的阻挡部 在适当的时候张开, 保证顺利将饮料包送入第一机件的容置腔内; 同时夹板的后移使推 动部向外推动饮料包的环形边沿, 将饮料包从容置腔内推出, 完成脱包, 第二机件继续 后移, 在第一轴和导向槽的配合作用下, 使夹板前端的阻挡部合拢复位; 整个脱包过程 中不需用弹簧将饮料包弹出再让夹板的阻挡部无需再次夹持饮料包, 整个咖啡包的脱落 过程简洁, 且本装置中各部件结构简单, 组装也很方便。

具体实施方式
如图 〜 19所示, 为本发明的一个优选实施例。
一种方便脱包的饮料萃取装置, 包括有机座 1及设置在机座内的第一机件 2和第二 机件 3, 机座 1由上壳 1 1和下壳 12对合连接而成。
第一机件 2固定在机座 1内的前部, 第二机件 3约束在机座 1内并可相对第一机件 2前后滑移, 当然作为完整的饮料萃取装置, 还包括驱动第二机件 3滑移的驱动结构, 驱动结构可以是由把手带动的连杆结构, 其为常规结构, 可参考专利号为 ZL2007201 1081 1.2 (公告号为 CN201044719Y)的中国实用新型专利 《咖啡机中咖啡包的 自动脱落机构》。
第一机件 2内具有容装带环形边沿 41的饮料包 4的容置腔 21, 饮料包 4可以是咖 啡包, 其四周及环形边沿 41 为硬性材质制成, 饮料包 4的前后端面上密布有供水流通 过的细孔, 其为咖啡机中咖啡包采用的常规结构, 萃取时饮料包的主体进入容置腔 21 内, 而环形边沿 41则与第二机件 3的前端面贴合, 如图 19所示。
第二机件 3左右两侧各活动连接有一夹板 5, 夹板 5能随第二机件 3前后滑移, 夹 板 5设置在第二机件 3上的结构为: 第二机件 3的左右两侧分别设有凸轴 3 1, 夹板 5 的中部开有一横向内径大于凸轴 3 1直径的插孔 52 , 该插孔 52为条形孔, 即该插孔 52 的高度和凸轴 31的直径相同或略大, 而插孔 52的横向宽度大于凸轴 3 1 的直径, 所述 的凸轴 3 1穿设在该插孔 52内, 这样便于两块夹板 5便可相对第二机件 3张合, 而且又 能对夹板 5进行上下限位。
如图 18所示, 两夹板 5的前端均具有弯折延伸至第二机件 3前端面的阻挡部 51, 夹板上的阻挡部 51 的内端面下部为一向外弯的弧面 51 1 , 故该夹板 4呈大致的 L形, 该两阻挡部 51间隔设置以形成可搁置咖啡包 4的搁置部,夹板 5前端可相对第二机件 3 张合, 夹板 5的前部沿高度方向设有第一轴 6, 夹板 5的后部沿高度方向设有第二轴 7。
设置在机座 1上用以给相应夹板的第一轴 6和第二轴 7导向的两组导向槽 8, 如图 11所示, 该两组导向槽 8设置在下壳 12的左右两侧, 导向槽 8的前端呈向前向外张开 走向, 故导向槽基本呈 Z形, 即导向槽 8由后直槽部 81、 '前直槽部 82及连接后直槽部 81和前直槽部 82的斜槽部 83组成, 其中斜槽部 83向前向外倾斜设置, 第二轴 7始终 位于后直槽部 81 内滑移, 在导向槽 8与第一轴 6导向配合作用下可使第二机件 3在一 次前移和后退过程中驱动夹板 5前端相对第二机件 3进行一次张合。
如图 1 7所示, 两引导板 9, 约束在机座 1内左右两侧并仅能前后滑移, 第一机件 2 的左右两侧设有沿其轴向设置的插槽 22, 插槽 22前端贯穿, 各引导板 9的前端具有插 板 93 , 该插板 93插入所述插槽 31内并能前后滑移, 如图 12所示, 上壳 1】 内的左右两 侧设有仅供第二轴 7的上端在其内滑移的直槽 1 1 1,上壳 1 1 内还设有对引导板 9进行前 后导向的限位槽 1 12 ;引导板 9的前端具有内凸的用以推动饮料包的环形边沿 41的推动 部 91,推动部 91设置在插板 93上,第一机件的容置腔 21侧壁上开有供推动部 91容置 的缺口 211, 引导板 9的后部开有前端呈向前向外张幵走向的引导槽 92, 故导向槽基本 呈 Z形, 即引导槽 92由后直槽 921、 前直槽 922及连接后直槽 921和前直槽 922的斜 槽 923组成, 其中斜槽 923向前向外倾斜设置, 相应夹板的第一轴 6始终位于该引导槽 92内并能相对滑移, 同时在饮料包 4前端部分进入容置腔 21状态下, 第一轴 6位于前 直槽部 82内且同时位于前直槽 922最前端。
本饮料萃取装置的工作原理及过程如下:
如图 1〜6所示,制备咖啡饮料时,将饮料包上的环形边沿 41搁置在由两阻挡部 51 间隔设置以形成的的搁置部之间, 通过第二机件 3和阻挡部 5 1的阻挡, 及阻挡部 51的 内端面下部为一向外弯的弧面 511的撑托, 饮料包 4便可被稳定定位在第二机件 3的前 端,此时夹板 5上的第一轴 6和第二轴 7下端均在导向槽 8的后直槽部 81 内,第一轴 6 的上端位于引导板 9的引导槽 92的前直槽部 922内, 第二轴 7的上端位于直槽 1 1 1内; 接着驱动结构驱动第二机件 3相对第一机件 2前移, 第一轴 6和第二轴 7的下端在导向 槽 8的后直槽部 81内前移,当饮料包 4主体部分进入第一机件 2的容置腔 41内状态下, 第一轴 6的下端通过斜槽部 83进入前直槽部 82内, 第一轴 6的上端通过斜槽部 923进 入前直槽部 922内, 第一轴 6的上端和下端前移的同时也逐渐向外偏移, 第二轴 7的水 平位置始终不变, 故夹板 5上的阻挡部 51相对第二机件 3逐渐张开, 直至第一轴 6的 上端与引导槽 92的前直槽部 922的前内端面抵触, 第二机件 3继续前移, 第一轴 6推 动引导板 9前移, 当第一轴 6下端移至导向槽 8的前直槽部 82的最前端, 夹板 5的阻 挡部位于第一机件 2的左右两侧, 引导板 9的推动部 91容置在缺口 21 1 内, 同时, 第 一机件 2和第二机件 3之间也完全闭合, 该装置便可幵始萃取, 如图 7〜12所示。
在该整个过程中第二轴 7的下端始终位于导向槽 8的后直槽部 81 内, 第二轴 7的 上端始终位于直槽 1 1 1 内。
如图 13〜14所示, 饮料制作结束后, 第二机件 3相对第一机件 2后移, 当第一轴 6的下端通过斜槽部 83进入前直槽部 82内, 第一轴 6的上端通过斜槽部 923进入前直 槽部 922内, 第一轴 6的上端和下端后移的同时也逐渐向内偏移, 第二轴 7的水平位置 始终不变, 故夹板 5上的阻挡部 51相对第二机件 3逐渐合拢, 直至恢复到初始状态, 这时饮料包 4还位于第一机件 2的容置腔 21内, 直至第一轴 6的上端与引导槽 92的后 直槽部 921的后内端面抵触, 第二机件 3继续后移, 第一轴 6推动引导板 9后移, 引导 板 9的推动部 92向外推动饮料包的环形边沿, 将饮料包从容置腔内推出, 完成脱包, 此时夹板 5处于初始状态。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种方便脱包的饮料萃取装置, 包括有机座 (1)及设置在机座内的第一机件 (2)和 第二机件 (3), 第一机件 (2)内具有容装带环形边沿 (41)的饮料包 (4)的容置腔 (21), 第二机 件 (3)可相对第一机件 (2)前后滑移; 其特征在于: 还包括
两夹板 (5), 所述两夹板 (5)分别活动连接在所述第二机件 (3)左右两侧并能随第二机 件 (3)前后滑移, 两夹板 (5)的前端延伸至第二机件 (3)前端面而能夹持饮料包 (4), 同时所 述两夹板 (5)通过轴槽导向配合结构与机座 (1)相连, 所述夹板 (5)在该轴槽导向配合结构 作用下可使第二机件 (3)在前移到中间状态时驱动夹板 (5)前端相对第二机件 (3)张开, 而 在第二机件 (3)后移到中间状态时驱动夹板 (5)前端相对第二机件 (.3)合拢;
两引导板 (9), 约束在机座 (1)内左右两侧并仅能前后滑移, 引导板 (9)的前端具有内 凸的推动部 (91), 该推动部 (91)是用以推动饮料包的环形边沿 (41)的, 第一机件的容置腔 (21)侧壁上幵有供推动部 (91)容置的缺口 (211), 所述各引导板 (9)的后部幵有前端呈向前 向外张开走向的引导槽 (92), 所述轴槽导向配合结构中的轴能在引导槽 (92)内滑移并能 带动引导板 (9)前后移动。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方便脱包的饮料萃取装置, 其特征在于: 所述两夹板 (5) 的前端均具有弯折延伸至第二机件 (3)前端面的阻挡部 (51), 该两阻挡部 (51 )间隔设置以 形成可搁置咖啡包 (4)的搁置部。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方便脱包的饮料萃取装置, 其特征在于: 所述夹板上的 阻挡部 (51)的内端面下部为一向外弯的弧面 (511)。
4、 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方便脱包的饮料萃取装置, 其特征在于: 所述轴 槽导向配合结构为: 在各夹板 (5)的前部沿高度方向设有第一轴 (6), 各夹板 (5)的后部沿 高度方向设有第二轴 (7); 所述机座 (1)上设置有用以给相应夹板的第一轴 (6)和第二轴 (7) 导向的两组导向槽 (8), 导向槽 (8)的前端呈向前向外张开走向, 即在导向槽 (8)与第一轴 (6)导向配合作用下可使第二机件 (3)在一次前移和后退过程中驱动夹板 (5)前端相对第二 机件 (3)进行一次张合; 相应夹板的第一轴 (6)始终位于所述引导槽 (92)内并能相对滑移, 同时在饮料包 (4)前端部分进入容置腔 (21)状态下,两夹板 (5)相对张开且第一轴 (6)位于引 导槽 (92)最前端而能带动引导板 (9)前移; 在两夹板 (5)合拢且第一轴 (6)位于引导槽 (92)最 后端状态下, 第一轴 (6)将带动引导板 (9)后移并使饮料包 (4)脱离容置腔 (21)。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方便脱包的饮料萃取装置, 其特征在于: 所述导向槽 (8) 由后直槽部 (81)、 前直槽部 (82)及连接后直槽部 (81)和前直槽部 (82)的斜槽部 (83)组成, 其中斜槽部 (83)向前向外倾斜设置, 所述第二轴 (7)始终位于后直槽部 (81 )内滑移; 所述 引导槽 (92)由后直槽 (921)、 前直槽 (922)及连接后直槽 (921)和前直槽 (922)的斜槽 (923)组 成, 其中斜槽 (923)向前向外倾斜设置; 在饮料包 (4)前端部分进入容置腔 (21 )状态下, 所 述第一轴 (6)位于前直槽部 (82)内且同时位于前直槽 (922)最前端。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方便脱包的饮料萃取装置, 其特征在于: 所述第一机件
(2)的左右两侧设有沿其轴向设置的插槽 (22), 所述各引导板 (9)的前端具有插板 (93), 该 插板 (93)插入所述插槽 (22)内并能前后滑移, 所述推动部 (91)设置在插板 (93)上。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的方便脱包的饮料萃取装置, 其特征在于: 所述第二机件
(3)的两侧分别设有凸轴 (31), 所述夹板 (5)的中部开有一横向内径大于凸轴 (31 )直径的插 孔 (52), 所述凸轴 (31)穿设在该插孔 (52)内。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的方便脱包的饮料萃取装置, 其特征在于: 所述机座 (1)由 上壳 (1 1 )和下壳 (12)对合连接而成, 所述两组导向槽 (8)设置在下壳 (12)的左右两侧, 所述 上壳 (11 )内的左右两侧设有仅供第二轴 (7)的上端在其内滑移的直槽 (1 1 1)。
9、 根据权利要求 8 所述的方便脱包的饮料萃取装置, 其特征在于: 所述上壳 (11) 内还设有对引导板 (9)进行前后导向的限位槽 (1 12)。
