背景技术
现有的用于化妆品、 洗护用品的包装容器, 一般包括容器本身及设于容器 液体出口的液体分配器, 常见的液体分配器包括与容器本体连接固定的出液组 件及设于出液组件上端部的头帽, 利用气泵原理, 使用者只要向下按压头帽, 液体就会从容器本体经出液组件的输出口流出, 而该输出口往往设置头帽上, 这样, 使用者就可用他的一只手掌来接收自输出口流出的液体, 而用另一只手 来压下头帽以抽取容纳在容器内的适量液体。
目前这种公知的液体分配器存在如下不足: 首先, 操作时需双手配合才能 实现, 较为不便; 其次, 密封性较差, 不使用时, 容器内液体与外界相通, 容 易受空气作用而变质或水分流失, 影响产品功效; 再则, 有浪费现象, 使用完 毕后, 出液组件的输出口对应的输出管道内有液体残留, 如果产品放置不好或 受到晃动, 会有残余液体从输出口流出来; 而对于一些有特殊要求的液体, 例 如对于一些与空气接触后会有变质等一些不良影响而必须一次使用的液体 (例 如医用制剂),液体分配口内残余的液体会直接影响到液体的质量,进而污染整 个容器内的液体; 最后, 由于受容器内容量的限制, 每次按压后流出的液体或 多或少, 不能达到精确控制, 也存在部分浪费。
为解决上述技术问题, 现有技术中公开了诸多技术方案, 见专利号为
ZL01815215.5的中国发明专利《液体分配器》(授权公告号: CN1181929C), 该 专利通过按压分配头, 进而引起波纹管内体积变化, 从而实现液体流出, 设计 较为巧妙, 但零部件加工成形要求比较严格, 设备投入较大; 又可参考专利号 为 ZL200620106314.0的中国实用新型专利 《一种新型液体分配器》 (授权公告 号: CN2937092Y), 该专利包括盖体和主体, 主体上设有出液装置和能控制出 液装置动作的按钮, 并且, 出液装置内设有一单向阀, 结构上更加紧凑, 同时, 容器内液体在存储过程中不与空气接触, 防止变质, 类似的专利还可以参考 ZL200720109227.5的中国实用新型专利 《一种新型液体分配器》 (授权公告号: CN201052965Y) o
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而另外提供一种结构 紧凑、 操作简便、 密闭性佳的液体分配器。
本发明所要解决的又一个技术问题是另外提供一种出于存储状态下容器 内液体与空气隔绝的液体分配器。

与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点在于: 开启时, 只要阀帽相对阀座作轴向 相对移动, 而后挤压容器瓶即可, 方便简单, 可单手操作; 存储时堵头堵住出 液口, 密封性较佳, 容器内液体与外界隔绝, 不易受空气作用而变质或水分流 失而影响产品功效; 没有浪费现象, 使用完毕后, 出液口不会有液体残留; 每 次取液量可以通过挤压容器而能调整, 取量更加精确, 不存在浪费, 使用后受 弹性件会即时密封, 与外界空气隔绝; 整体结构简单, 组装方便快捷, 易于规 模化生产。

于与容器本体的端口相连接; 阀帽 1设于阀座 2上端部并相对阀座 2能从第一 位置轴向移动到第二位置,具有出液口 11及与阀座 2的上端部装配能形成一出 液腔的容筒部 13, 该容筒部 13呈环状凸起成型于阀帽 1内壁, 出液腔两端分 别与中部通道 27和出液口 11相通。
结合图 4, 本实施例中的阀帽与阀座的装配关系如下: 阀帽内壁凸起成型 有一凸环, 该凸环位于所述容筒部外周并内壁具有内螺纹, 对应地, 阀座具有 连接环, 该连接环外壁具有与内螺纹或定位筋相适配的外螺纹, 进一步, 连接 环上位于外螺纹上方成型有限位筋 23。
阀芯 3设于出液腔内, 包括阀芯本体 33、 堵头 31和阀片部 32, 阀芯本体 33轴向中空而形成与中部通道 27相通的中心流道 34,并且, 阀芯本体 33的底 端与中部通道 27内壁之间密闭接触,堵头 31成型于阀芯本体 33头部并与阀芯 本体 33之间形成有与中心流道 34相通的横向出口 35, 阀片部 3径向延展成型 于阀芯本体 33上端部并边缘与容筒部 13的内壁密封接触且能承接从横向出口 35流出的液体。
弹性件 4设于出液腔内,给予阀芯 3以一轴向向外的力能使阀芯 3始终保 持向外移动的趋势, 本实施例中采用压缩弹簧, 该压缩弹簧的一端与阀片部 32 的下端面相抵, 另一端与阀座的弹簧座相抵, 该弹簧座中空并内壁成型有限制 阀芯本体下移的台阶面 25。 弹簧座凸起于阀座 2形成一圆环 24, 而连接环 21 位于圆环 24外周, 容筒部 13则适配于连接环 21与圆环 24的之间, 压缩弹簧 底端则与圆环 24相抵。
进一步, 阀帽的出液口 11直径自外向内依次减小, 对应地, 堵头 31的直 径自外向内依次增大。
如图 6所示, 液体分配器 100使用时, 将阀座的连接部 26与容器 10连接 固定, 本实施例采用螺纹连接方式, 处于第一位置 (关闭)状态下, 阀芯的堵头 31与出液口 11密封配合并阀芯主体 33底端限位于阀座 2内而不能轴向移动; 需要打开取液时, 如图 6所示, 先旋转阀帽 1, 使阀帽 1相对阀座径向向上移 动, 即处于第二位置, 这时, 阀芯 3在弹性件 4的作用下自然向上弹起, 并依 旧堵住出液口 11,然后挤压容器 10,容器 10中的液体就从中部通道 27进入阀 芯主体的中心流道 34, 并从横向出口 35流出而进入到阀片部 32上端面, 阀片 部 32由于受液体作用, 克服弹性件 4弹力, 而向下移动, 同时堵头 31脱离出 液口 11,液体从阀片部 32上端面经出液口 11流出。取液结束,松开容器瓶 10, 并同时旋紧阀帽 1即实现液体分配器 100的关闭。
实施例 2, 如图 7所示, 本实施例中的阀帽与阀座的装配关系如下: 阀帽 1 内壁凸起成型有一凸环 12,该凸环 12位于容筒部 13外周并内壁具有定位筋 la, 对应地, 阀座 2具有连接环 21, 该连接环 21外壁具有与定位筋 la相适配的两 个径向布置的定位槽 2a和定位槽 2b。 其他结构与实施例一样。
Claims
1、 一种液体分配器, 其特征在于包括
阀座, 轴向中空而形成中部通道, 下端具有连接部, 该连接部适于与容器 本体的端口相连接;
设于前述的阀座上端部并相对阀座能从第一位置轴向移动到第二位置的 阀帽, 具有出液口及与前述阀座的上端部装配能形成一出液腔的容筒部, 该容 筒部呈环状凸起成型于阀帽内壁, 前述的出液腔两端分别与中部通道和出液口 相通;
阀芯, 设于前述的出液腔内, 包括阀芯本体、 堵头和阀片部, 前述的阀芯 本体轴向中空而形成与中部通道相通的中心流道, 并且, 阀芯本体的底端与中 部通道内壁之间密闭接触, 前述的堵头成型于前述阀芯本体头部并与阀芯本体 之间形成有与中心流道相通的横向出口, 前述的阀片部径向延展成型于前述阀 芯本体上端部并边缘与前述容筒部的内壁密封接触且能承接从横向出口流出的 液体; 以及
弹性件, 设于前述的出液腔内, 给予前述阀芯以一轴向向外的力能使阀芯 始终保持向外移动的趋势,
处于第一位置状态下,前述阀芯的堵头与出液口密封配合并底端限位于阀 座内而不能轴向移动。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的液体分配器, 其特征在于所述的阀帽内壁凸起 成型有一凸环, 该凸环位于所述容筒部外周并内壁具有内螺纹或定位筋, 对应 地, 所述的阀座具有连接环, 该连接环外壁具有与前述内螺纹或定位筋相适配 的外螺纹或至少两个径向布置的定位槽。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的液体分配器, 其特征在于所述的弹性件为一压 缩弹簧, 该压缩弹簧的一端与所述阀片部的下端面相抵, 另一端与所述阀座的 弹簧座相抵, 该弹簧座中空并内壁成型有限制阀芯本体下移的台阶面。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的液体分配器, 其特征在于所述的弹簧座凸起于 阀座形成一圆环, 而所述的连接环位于圆环外周, 所述的容筒部则适配于连接 环与圆环的之间, 所述的压缩弹簧底端则与前述的圆环相抵。
5、 根据权利要求 1~4中任一权利要求所述的液体分配器, 其特征在于所 述阀帽的出液口直径自外向内依次减小, 对应地, 所述堵头的直径自外向内依 次增大。
6、 一种容器, 包括容器本体及液体分配器, 该液体分配器能脱卸地设于 前述容器本体的端口, 其特征在于所述的液体分配器包括
阀座, 轴向中空而形成中部通道, 下端具有与前述容器本体的端口相连接 的连接部;
设于前述的阀座上端部并相对阀座能从第一位置轴向移动到第二位置的 阀帽, 具有出液口及与前述阀座的上端部装配能形成一出液腔的容筒部, 该容 筒部呈环状凸起成型于阀帽内壁, 前述的出液腔两端分别与中部通道和出液口 相通;
阀芯, 设于前述的出液腔内, 包括阀芯本体、 堵头和阀片部, 前述的阀芯 本体轴向中空而形成与中部通道相通的中心流道, 并且, 阀芯本体的底端与中 部通道内壁之间密闭接触, 前述的堵头成型于前述阀芯本体头部并与阀芯本体 之间形成有与中心流道相通的横向出口, 前述的阀片部径向延展成型于前述阀 芯本体上端部并边缘与前述容筒部的内壁密封接触且能承接从横向出口流出的 液体; 以及
弹性件, 设于前述的出液腔内, 给予前述阀芯以一轴向向外的力能使阀芯 始终保持向外移动的趋势,
处于第一位置状态下,前述阀芯的堵头与出液口密封配合并底端限位于阀 座内而不能轴向移动。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的容器, 其特征在于所述的阀帽内壁凸起成型有 一凸环, 该凸环位于所述容筒部外周并内壁具有内螺纹或定位筋, 对应地, 所 述的阀座具有连接环, 该连接环外壁具有与前述内螺纹或定位筋相适配的外螺 纹或至少两个径向布置的定位槽。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的容器, 其特征在于所述的弹性件为一压缩弹簧, 该压缩弹簧的一端与所述阀片部的下端面相抵, 另一端与所述阀座的弹簧座相 抵, 该弹簧座中空并内壁成型有限制阀芯本体下移的台阶面。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的容器, 其特征在于所述的弹簧座凸起于阀座形 成一圆环, 而所述的连接环位于圆环外周, 所述的容筒部则适配于连接环与圆 环的之间, 所述的压缩弹簧底端则与前述的圆环相抵。
10、 根据权利要求 6~9 中任一权利要求所述的容器, 其特征在于所述阀帽 的出液口直径自外向内依次减小,对应地,所述堵头的直径自外向内依次增大。
