Description

DESCRIPTION
CHARCOAL IN CARTON BOX OFFERING PRACTICAL AND EFFORTLESS
COMBUSTION
The present invention relates to charcoal in carton box offering practical and effortless fire used for grilling meat and meat products, chicken, fish and vegetables on the brazier at home, picnics, restaurants, hotels and other similar places. Today, in order to grill meat and meat products, chicken, fish and vegetables (pepper, eggplant, tomato etc) on the brazier at home, picnics, restaurants, hotels and other similar places, first kindling wood, charcoal and paper is compiled and put in the barbecue or brazier, and then fire is started. This procedure requires the person who will fire the barbecue or brazier to first prepare the kindling materials, then stand by the brazier until they catch fire, and fan the coal with a straight material similar to a sheet when there is no fire in the barbecue or brazier, requiring a great effort. Due to such negative factors mentioned above, a charcoal burning box has been developed in current technology. The charcoal burning box is a case shaped wooden box with wide holes on the sides. The upper surface of the charcoal burning box is fully open. In the box is charcoal and a wick. In this design, it is attempted to ignite the charcoal by firing the wick. However, as the upper surface of the box is fully open, ashes fly about during combustion, causing unnecessary formation of ash masses. Due to such ash formation, duration of combustion is extended, requiring more charcoal. The present invention that relates to charcoal in carton box offering practical and effortless combustion used for grilling meat and meat products, chicken, fish and vegetables on the brazier at home, picnics, restaurants, hotels and other similar places fully overcomes the above-mentioned disadvantages, and is characterized in that the carton box consisting of polyurethane foam, kindling wood and charcoal is fired from the kindling hole on the bottom surface, ensuring practical and effortless firing of the brazier or barbecue through the chimney hole and ventilation openings. In the present invention, charcoal in carton box is made up of a carton box with its all sides closed. There is a chimney hole on its upper surface, a kindling hole on the bottom surface and ventilation openings on lateral sides. And the carton box involves polyurethane foam, kindling wood and charcoal.
The charcoal in carton box easily starts to flame by firing the polyurethane foam from the kindling hole on the bottom surface. As all surfaces of the charcoal in carton box are closed, unnecessary ash formation is avoided, and need to extra charcoal for fire is prevented. Furthermore, environmental contamination and inconvenience to the person standing by the barbecue or the brazier due to ash formation is also avoided.
Thanks to the charcoal in carton box, while the barbecue or brazier is fired, the person has no contact with the charcoal and can fire the barbecue or brazier without any effort.
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings provided as an exemplification of the embodiment, wherein
Figure 1 is the upper perspective view of the charcoal in carton box.
Figure 2 is the upper perspective view of the charcoal in carton box.
Figure 3 is the sectional view of the charcoal in carton box.

NO PART NAME
1 Carton box
1.1 Chimney hole
1.2 Kindling hole
1.3 Ventilation openings
2 Polyurethane foam
3 Kindling wood
4 Charcoal The invention consists of the chimney hole (1.1) on the upper surface, kindling hole (1.2) on the bottom surface, ventilation opening (1.3) on side surfaces, and the carbon box (1) containing polyurethane foam (2), kindling wood (3) and charcoal (4).
On the bottommost surface of the carton box (1) with chimney hole (1.1) on the upper surface, kindling hole (1.2) on the bottom surface and ventilation openings (1.3) on side surfaces; polyurethane foam (2) is placed covered by kindling wood (3) and then charcoal (4). During the fabrication of the carton box (1), the chimney hole (1.1) on the upper surface, kindling hole (1.2) on the bottom surface, and ventilation openings (1.3) on side surfaces are kept closed.
Before using the product, the chimney hole (1.1) on the upper surface, kindling hole (1.2) on the bottom surface, and ventilation openings (1.3) on side surfaces are opened by pushing inwards just before placing the box in the barbecue or brazier. Then, the polyurethane foam (2) is kindled through the kindling hole (1.2) on the bottom surface to start the fire. Thanks to kindling, an air flow occurs inside the carton box (1) through the chimney hole (1.1) on the upper surface and ventilation openings (1.3) on side surfaces whereby the polyurethane foam (2), kindling wood (3), charcoal (4) and carton box (1) start to fire. After some while, the charcoal (4) transforms into cinder form.
As the carton box (1) is closed in structure, no ash formation accompanies the combustion. Furthermore, thanks to the chimney hole (1.1), kindling hole (1.2) and the ventilation openings (1.3), necessary air flow occurs inside the carton box (1) to start the flame without the need to any user effort.
When the carton box (1) is used in braziers with "air supply from the bottom" design, ventilation openings (1.3) on side surfaces do not need to be opened. Ventilation openings (1.3) should be opened only with braziers receiving air laterally.
