技术领域
本实用新型涉及卫浴设备, 尤其是一种淋浴盆结构, 涉及淋浴盆底座。 背景技术
淋浴盆是淋浴房中重要的卫浴设备之一,但现有的淋浴盆结构主要有以下几 个问题。
第一, 现有的淋浴盆因紧贴地面, 当淋浴盆落水处出现漏水、排水不畅或有 堵塞的现象时,不方便修理。可能要重新翻起来后修理淋浴盆底部落水漏水现象; 第二, 现有淋浴盆的尺寸高度不一, 不同的淋浴盆产品有不同的模具, 成本 太高, 也满足不了客户对淋浴盆尺寸高度多样化的需求;
第三,现有的淋浴盆底脚都是用螺丝固定在淋浴盆背面, 安装时需要借助电 钻等工具, 费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种淋浴盆结构,利用同一个模具 制成可适用于两种不同尺寸的淋浴盆, 使生产成本降低, 扩大应用范围。
本实用新型所要解决的又一技术问题在于提供一种淋浴盆可调节式底脚结 构, 在淋浴盆底面安装高度可调节式底脚, 以使淋浴盆可适应不同的高度需求。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是: 一种淋浴盆结构, 淋浴 盆盆体上设有下水孔, 在盆体底面设有纵横交错的底部加强筋, 其中, 所述的底 部加强筋纵横有序排布, 最外圈加强筋(边缘加强筋)的高度大于内部加强筋的 高度,在盆体底面还设有多数个底部插孔, 多数个垫片插接安装在对应的底部插 孔处定位, 使内部加强筋与最外圈加强筋的底面在同一水平面上; 或者, 切割最 外圈加强筋使其与内部加强筋的底面在同一平面上。
在上述方案的基础上, 所述最外圈强筋(边缘加强筋)的底面比内部加强筋 的底面高 5mm。 一般情况下, 淋浴盆的两种常用规格是 35mm和 40mm, 本实用新 型通过最外圈加强筋与内部加强筋之间高度差的结构设计,可在模压成型同一规 格的淋浴盆的基础上,通过简单的装配垫片或切割来使该统一规格的淋浴盆又分 成两种规格。 节约了生产成本, 且选择和使用更方便。
当需要 35mm的淋浴盆尺寸时, 就把淋浴盆的最外圈加强筋高出内部加强筋
的部分切割掉,使最外圈加强筋与内部加强筋的底面保持在同一平面上; 当需要 40mm淋浴盆时, 就在淋浴盆的底部插孔处插接垫片, 垫片填补了最外圈加强筋 与内部加强筋之间的 5mm高度差,同样使内部加强筋与最外圈加强筋的底面保持 在同一平面上。 由此实现了安装方便, 适用范围广, 能改变淋浴盆高度尺寸的淋 浴盆。
在上述方案的基础上, 为了保证淋浴盆的外形美观, 所述的最外圈加强筋或 最外圈加强筋外围安装有裙板。
在上述方案的基础上, 为了使在安装垫片后, 整个淋浴盆结构更加稳固, 所 述的多数个底部插孔设在底面加强筋的交叉点处, 且均匀分布在盆体底面。
在上述方案的基础上,所述的底部插孔为凸出于底面的圆柱形盲孔, 所述的 垫片为圆盖, 垫片盖在圆柱形盲孔上, 垫片的环形侧壁扣在圆柱形盲孔的外侧。
另外, 底部插孔除了可以插接安装垫片, 还可以插接安装底脚, 从而使淋浴 盆的高度适合更广泛的需求。
在上述方案的基础上,所述的垫片在环形侧壁上设有四个缺口, 四个缺口对 应四个方向上的内部加强筋, 缺口与内部加强筋相互插接定位。
一种淋浴盆可调节式底脚结构,多数个底脚插接安装在相应的底部插孔处定 位并支撑盆体, 其中, 底脚分为底脚外筒和底脚内筒, 底脚外筒的一端插在底部 插孔中定位, 另一端为空心且内侧设有内螺纹, 底脚内筒外围设有外螺纹, 底脚 内筒与底脚外筒螺纹连接。 通过相对旋转底脚内、 外筒, 确定底脚高度。
在上述方案的基础上, 所述的底部插孔设在底面加强筋的部分纵横交叉点 处, 以提高底部插孔的强度。
在上述方案的基础上,所述的底部插孔为凸出于底部的圆柱形盲孔, 所述的 底座外筒的一端也为圆柱,底座外筒的圆柱插入在圆柱形盲孔中定位。实现插接 方便的技术要求。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、 可在淋浴盆外围安装裙板, 使淋浴盆美观、 大方, 满足客户需求;
2、 可通过拆卸淋浴盆外围的裙板来对淋浴盆进行检修, 使用和修理十分方便;
3、 淋浴盆的底面上设有底部插孔, 方便安装插入式的垫片, 不用电动工具, 也 能安装到位, 并且省时省力;
4、 淋浴盆的最外圈加强筋可按需要进行切割, 使采用同一模具加工制成的淋浴 盆可满足两种高度尺寸需求, 具有调节功能, 使用范围广。
5、 插入式且可调节的底脚可直接插入淋浴盆底面上预留的底面插孔中, 在无需 电动工具的条件下, 安装方便, 省时省力;
6、 可调节的底脚可根据不同的安装需要相对旋转底脚外筒和底脚内筒, 从而调 节整个底脚的高度, 即淋浴盆的高度, 并配合不同尺寸的裙板进行安装。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的淋浴盆结构, 其特征在于: 所述最外圈加强筋的底面 比内部加强筋的底面高 5mm。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的淋浴盆结构, 其特征在于: 所述的最外圈加强筋 外围安装有裙板。
