手机作为一种方便通讯的工具, 已成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的必须 品。 目前, 市面上提供的手机款式层出不穷, 但多数是在手机壳的外形和色彩 上作出设计上的改变。 为了增添手机壳的装饰效果, 人们往往在手机壳表面上 加上绚丽多彩的图形和文字。
水晶石作为一种具有闪烁光彩和艺术质感的装饰材料, 日益受到人们的喜 爱, 已成为一种非常流行的人身装饰品。 在手机壳上镶嵌水晶石已经成为一种 时尚趋势。
现有在手机壳表面上镶嵌水晶石的方法通常有两种。 第一种方法是采用强 力胶水将平底石直接黏贴在手机壳外表面上, 这种方法的好处是生产容易, 效 率高, 但缺点是水晶石与手机壳外表面为平面接触, 其结合不够牢固, 容易脱 落, 而且要求工人的技术高, 遇到复杂图案时不易处理; 此外, 这种方法不容 易准确定位, 因此有可能每件产品的水晶石位置都会不同。 另一种方法是在制 造手机壳的过程中直接在手机壳上模制出对应所希望的图形文字的凹孔, 制造 好手机壳之后再用胶水将水晶石镶嵌在凹孔内。 第二种方法的好处是水晶石与 手机壳外表面的结合比较牢固, 但缺点是镶嵌效果不够精细, 水晶石的底部有 部分可能外露, 水晶石的光泽度和闪烁度不高, 而且设计单调, 不容易作出变 化; 如果想做出变化多端的设计图样, 那么在开模和模制的成本会相对较高。
本发明针对上述问题, 提出一种操作简单, 但又能够在手机壳上制作出精 细和花样众多的水晶石图案的镶嵌方法。 根据本发明的方法, 可以将水晶石牢 固地镶嵌或者黏贴在手机壳上, 增加手机壳设计的变化, 并且更加经久耐用, 因此具有很好的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在手机壳表面镶嵌装饰件尤其是水晶石的方法, 利用该方法可以制作出各种不同的装饰设计图案。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种在手机壳表面镶嵌装饰件的方法, 所 述方法包括以下步骤:
i) 将所希望的设计图样输入一计算机, 所述计算机具有处理所述设计图样 和控制雕刻机操作的程序模块;
ϋ) 所述计算机控制与其相连接的雕刻机在手机壳表面待雕刻的位置上雕 刻出多个凹形盲孔, 所述凹形盲孔排列组合后呈现的图案对应于所述设计图 样, 并且所述凹形盲孔的形状、 大小和深度与待镶嵌的装饰件的底部相配合, 以致于装饰件底部能够紧贴在所述凹形盲孔内; 以及
iii) 将雕刻好凹形盲孔的手机壳从雕刻机取出, 并将装饰件固定在各个凹 形盲孔内, 藉此在手机壳表面上获得所需要的镶嵌装饰件设计图样。
较佳地, 所述设计图样是花纹、 图案、 文字或者其任意组合。
根据本发明, 较佳的装饰件的材料选自水晶石、 钻石、 玉石、 玻璃、 金属 或塑料, 尤其是水晶石。
手机壳在雕刻机的雕刻区内定位是通过在计算机上输入手机壳处于雕刻 区的位置数据来实现的。
较佳地, 为了使手机壳更好地固定在雕刻机的雕刻区内, 在步骤 ii)之前, 可以在雕刻机的雕刻区可拆卸地固接一块与所述雕刻区的尺寸相应的平板, 所 述平板上开设一个开口, 所述开口的形状大小与待雕刻的手机壳相适应, 以致 于所述手机壳刚好嵌合在所述平板上, 藉此将所述手机壳固定在雕刻区内。 另 一个选择是, 在步骤 ii)之前, 将一块与所述雕刻区的尺寸相应的平板可拆卸地 固接在雕刻机的雕刻区上, 所述平板上凸设有一个模块, 所述模块的形状大小 与待雕刻的手机壳相适应, 以致于所述模块刚好接纳并固定在机壳内, 藉此将 所述手机壳固定在雕刻区内。 在本发明一实施方案中, 所述平板通过粘胶固接 在雕刻区上。
在步骤 ii)中, 在手机壳上雕刻凹形盲孔之前在计算机上预览仿真雕刻后的 结果, 以避免效果不佳而造成手机壳的损耗或浪费。
一般地, 采用胶水或装嵌爪使所述装饰件的底部固定在所述凹形盲孔内。 在本发明一优选实施例中, 所述雕刻机采用商品名 Roland雕刻机, 如型号
Roland EGX 350, 所述计算机为个人计算机并配置与所述雕刻机相应的程序模 块 EngraveStudio , 用于处理设计图样和控制雕刻机的操作。 雕刻机与计算机通 过 USB连接。
本发明还涉及按照本发明的镶嵌方法制作的镶嵌手机壳。
本发明在手机壳表面镶嵌装饰件的方法, 由于采用了雕刻机与计算机相结 合来精确地雕刻凹形盲孔, 每个凹形盲孔的位置、 形状、 大小和深度都由计算 机控制, 不但使产品的雕刻偏差降到最低, 而且使装饰件更加紧贴地固定在凹 形盲孔内, 装饰件的底部不会外露, 因此装饰件的镶嵌效果更加精细, 对于水 晶石其银色底部不会外露, 故呈现出来的闪烁光彩大大地提高。 由于装饰件与 凹形盲孔之间为凹凸面接触, 所以二者的结合非常牢固。 此外, 本发明的方法 还允许设计多样化, 满足使用者的个性化需求。
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、 具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说 明, 以充分地了解本发明的目的、 特征和效果。 附图说明

如图 1至 6所示, 本实施例以水晶石为例说明本发明在手机壳上镶嵌装饰 件的方法。 装饰件的材料可以是任何合适的材料, 包括钻石、 玉石、 玻璃、 金 属和塑料等等。 以下详细说明本实施例的具体工艺过程。
请参看图 1至 5, 本发明以市面上提供的其中一款手机壳 1作为实施例, 采用商品名 Roland EGX 350雕刻机 (;未示出 在与该雕刻机连接的计算机 (;未示 出;)内配置与所述雕刻机相应的程序模块 EngraveStudio , 该程序模块可以处理 设计图样以及控制雕刻机的操作。 以下详细说明本实施例的具体操作过程, 可
首先,根据所希望的设计需要进行图样设计,所述图样设计 2可以是花纹、 图案、 文字或者其任意组合, 以使获得的效果更加美观、 变化多。 图 2所示为 两个连在一起的方形图案。 在定下图样设计 2后可以在计算机上绘制所述图样 设计, 或者手工绘画所述图样设计, 然后以扫描方式输入计算机。 计算机内的 程序模块 EngraveStudio对设计图样进行处理。根据待镶嵌的水晶石形状和大小 确定将要雕刻的凹形盲孔的形状、 大小和深度。
然后, 选择适合的雕刻刀具 3, 并将刀具 3安装在雕刻机上。 较佳地, 所 述刀具的两个刀锋面与其中心垂直轴线分别成 45度角 (;也即两个刀锋面相互之 间形成 90度角 以有利于雕刻出适合镶嵌尖底水晶石的锥形孔。 安装好刀具 3之后, 把手机壳放置在刀具以下的雕刻区 (;未示出;)。
较佳地, 在雕刻区可拆卸地固接一块与所述雕刻区的尺寸相应的平板, 所 述平板上开设一个开口, 所述开口的形状大小与待雕刻的手机壳相适应, 以致 于所述手机壳刚好嵌合在所述平板上, 藉此所述手机壳固定在雕刻区内。 一般 地, 不同型号的手机壳需要配置不同的平板进行固定。
作为一个替换方案, 可以将一块与所述雕刻区的尺寸相应的平板可拆卸地 固接在雕刻机的雕刻区上, 所述平板上凸设有一个模块, 所述模块的形状大小 与待雕刻的手机壳相适应, 以致于所述模块刚好接纳在机壳内并卡接在其中, 藉此将所述手机壳固定在雕刻区内。 所述平板可以通过粘胶可拆卸地固接在雕 刻区上。 当需要为不同型号的手机壳镶嵌水晶石时, 可以将所述平板移走, 然 后换上另一块具有对应于要镶嵌的手机壳的模块固定该手机壳。
按照手机壳表面待雕刻的位置输入手机壳处于雕刻区的位置 (x, ) , 预定 的雕刻深度由 z表示。 向计算机输入数据 (x, y, z)之后, 这些数据经程序模块 EngraveStudio处理后, 可以预先浏览模拟的雕刻效果, 以确定是否适合在手机 壳表面直接雕刻。 若预览显示雕刻效果令人满意, 计算机会将数据传送至雕刻 机, 开始进行雕刻操作。 雕刻刀具 3按照设计图样在手机壳表面的预定位置上 雕刻出一个又一个凹形盲孔 4, 见图 3。 这些盲孔排列组合后形成的图案对应 于原先的设计图样。 凹形盲孔 4可以是截面呈 V形的锥形孔, 还可以是圆形孔 或不规则形孔。 较佳地, 凹形盲孔选用锥形孔, 以便配合尖底水晶石, 使水 晶石的闪烁度进一步提高。

因为凹形盲孔 4的雕刻完全由计算机控制, 所以获得的凹形盲孔将会十分 光滑, 而且其形状大小雕刻得非常精确, 以致水晶石底部能够完全紧密地黏贴 在凹形盲孔的表面上。 一方面, 这不仅提高了二者之间结合的牢固度, 另一方 面, 水晶石的底部能够完全藏于凹形盲孔内, 不会外露。 因此, 根据本发明的 方法镶嵌的水晶石更加美观和精细, 如图 5所示。
通过本发明的方法在手机壳表面上镶嵌水晶石不但图案款式上变化多异, 而且水晶石与手机壳为凹凸面接触的结合, 所以比现时采用平底水晶石的方法 更为牢固, 不易脱落。 此外, 本发明还首次将计算机和雕刻机应用在手机壳表 面上镶嵌水晶石的生产过程中, 为手机壳镶嵌水晶石提供了新的技术和手段, 节省了费用高昂的人手操作, 也提高了生产效率。
以上描述的是采用水晶石为例在手机壳表面上制作装饰效果。 显然, 镶嵌 黏贴在手机壳表面上的物品从材质上来说选择是多样的, 例如钻石、 玉石、 玻 璃、 金属、 塑料等等, 它们都可以用本发明的方法镶嵌在手机壳表面上。 因此, 使用本发明的方法, 可以根据使用者的喜好或者设计的需要来选择要装饰的物

综合以上所述, 本说明书中所述的只是本发明的较佳具体实施例。 凡本技 术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、 推理或 者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案, 皆应在本发明的权利要求保护范围内。
Claims
1. 一种在手机壳表面镶嵌装饰件的方法, 所述方法包括以下步骤: i) 将所希望的设计图样输入一计算机, 所述计算机具有处理所述设计图样 和控制雕刻机操作的程序模块;
ii) 所述计算机控制与其相连接的雕刻机在手机壳表面待雕刻的位置上雕 刻出多个凹形盲孔, 所述凹形盲孔排列组合后呈现的图案对应于所述设计图 样, 并且所述凹形盲孔的形状、 大小和深度与待镶嵌的装饰件的底部相配合, 以致于装饰件底部能够紧贴在所述凹形盲孔内; 以及
iii) 将雕刻好凹形盲孔的手机壳从雕刻机取出, 并将装饰件固定在各个凹 形盲孔内, 藉此在手机壳表面上获得所需要的镶嵌装饰件设计图样。
2.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述设计图样是花纹、 图案、 文字或者其任意组合。
3.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述装饰件的材料选自水晶石、 钻石、 玉石、 玻璃、 金属或塑料。
4.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 手机壳在雕刻机的雕刻区内定 位是通过在计算机上输入手机壳处于雕刻区的位置数据来实现的。
5.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述凹形盲孔是锥形孔、 圆形 孔、 或不规则形孔。
6.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 在步骤 ii)之前, 在雕刻机的雕 刻区可拆卸地固接一块与所述雕刻区的尺寸相应的平板, 所述平板上开设一个 开口, 所述开口的形状大小与待雕刻的手机壳相适应, 以致于所述手机壳刚好 嵌合在所述平板上, 藉此将所述手机壳固定在雕刻区内。
7.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 在步骤 ii)之前, 将一块与所述 雕刻区的尺寸相应的平板可拆卸地固接在雕刻机的雕刻区上, 所述平板上凸设 有一个模块, 所述模块的形状大小与待雕刻的手机壳相适应, 以致于所述模块 刚好接纳并固定在机壳内, 藉此将所述手机壳固定在雕刻区内。
8.如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述平板通过粘胶固接在雕刻 区上。
9.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 在步骤 ii)中, 在手机壳上雕刻 凹形盲孔之前在计算机上预览仿真雕刻后的结果。
10.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 在步骤 ii)中, 雕刻机选用这样 的刀具: 所述刀具的两个刀锋面与其中心垂直轴线分别成 45度角。
11.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 在所述步骤 iii)中, 采用胶水 使所述装饰件的底部固定在所述凹形盲孔内。
12.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 在所述步骤 iii)中, 采用装嵌 爪使所述装饰件的底部固定在所述凹形盲孔内。
13.如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述雕刻机是商品名 Roland 雕刻机, 所述计算机为个人计算机, 二者通过 USB连接。
14.一种如上述权利要求 1至 13中任一项所述的方法制作的镶嵌手机壳。
