Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for strengthening abdominal muscle or removing abdominal fat, and, more specifically, relates to an abdominal muscle exercising device which is held in both hands and is pushed and pulled backwards and forwards while the user is lying face down with their knees bent for the purpose of abdominal muscle exercise or arm exercise. Consequently, the invention can also serve for arm exercise as well.
